[0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2019-73115 Summary of the invention
[0006] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0007] In the structure described in Patent Document 1, the center line and the side line are mutually symmetrical. Therefore, in order to improve the roll rigidity of the side portion of the seat cushion, it is necessary to try to partially harden the side portion of the seat cushion cushion pad. However, in the structure in which the hardness of the seat cushion cushion pad is partially changed, fatigue, position deviation, and hardness deviation of the cushion are likely to occur, and the roll rigidity cannot be stably improved. Therefore, the present invention provides a seat cushion spring that can appropriately improve the roll rigidity of the side portion of the seat cushion.
[0008] Technical solutions to solve problems
[0009] As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the seat cushion spring of the present invention adopts the following means.
[0010] That is, the first invention of the present invention is a seat cushion spring which is mounted on a seat cushion frame in a seat front-rear direction and receives a load of a seated occupant on its surface, wherein the seat cushion spring comprises: a pair of shaped wires which are mounted on the seat cushion frame in the seat front-rear direction and arranged in the seat width direction; and a resin member which is coupled to the pair of shaped wires, wherein the pair of shaped wires each have a center line and a side line which are arranged in the seat width direction and extend in the seat front-rear direction, the center line and the side line being arranged in order from the center of the seat cushion frame in the seat width direction toward the outside, the resin member comprising: a rear connecting portion which extends in a region on the seat rear side of a seat support portion of the pair of shaped wires which supports the ischium of the seated occupant via a seat cushion cushion pad so as to connect each of the side lines to the center line and each of the center lines in the seat width direction; and a pair of deflection restricting portions which extend from the rear connecting portion so as to connect all of the crank portions which are formed on each of the side lines and are bent repeatedly in the seat width direction in the seat front-rear direction.
[0011] According to the first invention, when the load of the seated passenger is applied to one of the forming lines by the rear connecting portion of the resin component, the load is also transmitted to the other side. As a result, the forming lines can be stably supported so as to be difficult to sink downward. In addition, the bending limiting portions of the resin component can effectively limit the bending of the crank portions formed on the side lines. As a result, the side lines are difficult to sink downward when the load of the seated passenger is supported by the surface. As a result, the roll rigidity of the side portion of the seat cushion can be appropriately improved.
[0012] According to a second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the first aspect, the pair of deflection restricting portions planarly support the seat cushion cushion pad at an angle obliquely inward from a back side of the cushion pad at a position higher than the side lines connected thereto.
[0013] According to the second technical solution, the thigh of the seated passenger can be supported in a large area from the oblique outer side by a pair of deflection restricting parts. The pair of deflection restricting parts extend to a position connected to the rear connecting part on the rear side of the seat relative to the ischium supporting part. Therefore, the root of the thigh (greater trochanter, lesser trochanter) can also be supported from the oblique outer side by the pair of deflection restricting parts. As a result, the shaking of the posture of the seated passenger in the roll direction can be appropriately suppressed.
[0014] A third invention of the present invention is the first or second invention, wherein the pair of deflection restricting portions are cushion springs that connect between all the crank portions formed on the side lines in the seat front-rear direction over the entire area in the seat width direction.
[0015] According to the third invention, the downward sinking of each side line can be more effectively restricted. As a result, the roll rigidity of the side portion of the seat cushion can be more appropriately increased. In addition, even when the seated occupant is relatively small, the thigh of the seated occupant can be appropriately supported from the back side of the cushion pad by the pair of deflection restricting portions.
[0016] A fourth technical solution of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned first or second technical solution, and a pair of the deflection limiting portions have an outward extension portion, which extends outward from the part of each side line that extends most outward in the seat width direction, and supports the seat cushion cushion pad in a planar manner from the back side of the cushion pad.
[0017] According to the fourth invention, the outer extensions extending from the pair of deflection limiting portions can appropriately support the thighs of the seated occupant from the back side of the cushion pad even when the seated occupant is relatively large. Each outer extension extends from each deflection limiting portion that is integrated with each side line. Therefore, these outer extensions can also provide stable support that is difficult to sink downward.
[0018] A fifth aspect of the present invention is the first or second aspect, wherein inner edges of the pair of deflection restricting portions in the seat width direction have a portion that is thinner than outer edges.
[0019] According to the fifth invention, the inner edges of the pair of deflection limiting parts are more easily deflected than the outer edges. Thus, the change in hardness between the portion where the pair of deflection limiting parts exist and the portion where the pair of deflection limiting parts do not exist can be mitigated. As a result, even if a pair of deflection limiting parts exist, the seat pressure dispersion during seating can be appropriately improved.
[0020] The sixth technical solution of the present invention is based on the first or second technical solution mentioned above, and the rear connecting part has a central connecting part connecting each of the central lines and a pair of side connecting parts connecting each of the side lines and the central line, and the central connecting part and the pair of side connecting parts support the seat cushion cushion in a planar shape from the back side of the cushion at an angle oblique to the front at a position higher than the connected central lines and the side lines.
[0021] According to the sixth invention, the central connecting portion and the pair of side connecting portions can support the rear portion of the buttocks of the seated passenger, which is located behind the ischial bones, from the oblique rear side in a large planar manner. As a result, the swaying of the pelvis of the seated passenger in the roll direction can be appropriately suppressed. As a result, the forward slippage associated with the swaying of the buttocks of the seated passenger can be appropriately suppressed.
[0022] The seventh invention of the present invention is based on the above-mentioned first or second invention, wherein the rear connecting part has: a concave clamping part, which is recessed from the seat surface side to the seat back side in a manner of clamping an object from the seat back side; and a rib, which extends into the recessed part of the clamping part in a manner of forming an upper surface coplanar with the rear connecting part.
[0023] According to the seventh invention, even if the recessed clamping portion is formed in the rear connecting portion, the support surface that supports the cushion pad of the seat cushion from the back side of the cushion pad can be appropriately ensured in the rear connecting portion. [0036] Hereinafter, a mode for carrying out the present invention will be described using the drawings.
[0037] <<First Implementation Method>>
[0038] (Schematic Structure of Seat Cushion Spring 10)
[0039] First, use Figure 1 to Figure 7 The structure of the cushion spring 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the following description, when directions such as front, back, up, down, left, and right are indicated, these directions are indicated in the drawings.
[0040] In addition, when "seat" is indicated in each direction such as "seat width direction", it means each direction based on the seat cushion 1. In the following description, when no specific reference figure is shown or when there is no corresponding reference numeral in the reference figure, reference will be made to the reference numeral as appropriate. Figure 1 to Figure 7 Any of the graphs in .
[0041] like Figure 1 As shown, the cushion spring 10 of the present embodiment is applied to a seat cushion 1 of a vehicle seat. The vehicle seat includes a seat back (not shown) serving as a backrest for a seated passenger and a seat cushion 1 serving as a seat portion.
[0042] The seat cushion 1 is installed on the floor of the vehicle (not shown) via the slide rails 5. Thus, the position of the seat cushion 1 in the seat front-rear direction with respect to the floor can be adjusted via the slide rails 5.
[0043] The slide rail 5 is provided in a manner that the rail angle is approximately 1 degree with respect to a floor (not shown). Thus, the seat cushion 1 is provided in a manner that the rail angle is approximately 1 degree upward with respect to the floor via the slide rail 5. The rail angle of the slide rail 5 is not limited to 1 degree, and may be 0 degree or 5 degree. In addition, it may be an angle other than these.
[0044] The seat cushion 1 includes a seat cushion frame 2 constituting a frame thereof and a seat cushion cushion pad 3 covering the seat cushion frame 2 from above. The seat cushion 1 also includes a seat cushion cover 4 covering the seat cushion cushion pad 3 from the cushion pad surface side.
[0045] The seat cushion 1 also includes a cushion spring 10 that is spanned on the seat cushion frame 2 in the seat front-rear direction. The cushion spring 10 functions as a cushion receiving portion that receives a load of a seated occupant on its surface via the seat cushion cushion pad 3 .
[0046] like Figure 2As shown in FIG. 1 , the seat cushion frame 2 is composed of metal parts assembled into a frame shape in a top view. Specifically, the seat cushion frame 2 includes lower arms 2A constituting left and right side frames of the seat cushion 1, and a front pipe 2B integrally mounted between the front portions of the lower arms 2A. In addition, the seat cushion frame 2 also includes a rear pipe 2C integrally mounted between the rear portions of the lower arms 2A, and a front panel 2D integrally mounted between the upper edges of the front end portions of the lower arms 2A.
[0047] Reference Figure 1 The seat cushion cushion pad 3 is made of a polyurethane foamed body. The seat cushion cushion pad 3 is provided in a manner to cover the entire upper area of the seat cushion frame 2 from above the seat. Thus, the seat cushion cushion pad 3 is provided in a manner in which its peripheral portion is hard supported by the seat cushion frame 2 from below the seat and its central portion is softly supported by the seat cushion spring 10 from below the seat.
[0048] The seat cushion cover 4 is composed of a fabric surface member. The seat cushion cover 4 covers the seat cushion cushion pad 3 provided on the upper portion of the seat cushion frame 2 from the cushion surface side. And, each end of the front, rear, left, and right sides of the seat cushion cover 4 is pulled under the seat and fixed to the seat cushion frame 2. As a result, the seat cushion cover 4 is greatly stretched on the cushion surface of the seat cushion cushion pad 3, and the seat cushion cushion pad 3 is pressed against the upper portion of the seat cushion frame 2 to be kept in a fixed position.
[0049] like Figure 3 As shown, the seat cushion spring 10 has a pair of left and right molded wires 11 composed of round rod-shaped processed springs bent into a U-shape in plan view, and a resin member 12 formed into a U-shape in plan view and connected to each molded wire 11. Figure 4 As shown, each shaping wire 11 is composed of a single wire bent into a U-shape in plan view.
[0050] Specifically, each shaping line 11 is formed by a line bent into a U-shaped shape in plan view, which has a center line 11A and a side line 11B arranged in the seat width direction and extending in the seat front-rear direction. The center line 11A and the side line 11B form a U-shaped shape in plan view, with the rear ends connected to each other and the front ends open.
[0051] Each of the shaping lines 11 is configured to be symmetrical in the seat width direction. In addition, each of the shaping lines 11 is arranged symmetrically in the seat width direction. Figure 2 As shown, the shaping lines 11 are respectively arranged such that a line arranged on the center side of the seat width direction of the seat cushion frame 2 is a center line 11A, and a line arranged on the outer side is a side line 11B.
[0052] A front hook portion 11C is formed at each front end of the center line 11A and the side line 11B of each shaping line 11, and is bent so as to be hooked on the front tube 2B from above. A rear hook portion 11D is formed at each rear end of the center line 11A and the side line 11B of each shaping line 11, and is bent so as to be hooked on the rear tube 2C from above.
[0053] like Figure 4 As shown, a plurality of crank portions A1 and B1 are formed on the center line 11A and the side line 11B of each forming line 11, respectively, and the plurality of crank portions A1 and B1 are bent into a shape that is alternately folded back in a crank shape in one direction and the other direction in the seat width direction. In each forming line 11, each crank portion A1 formed on the center line 11A and each crank portion B1 formed on the side line 11B are formed into a shape that is symmetrical in the seat width direction, being bent into a shape that is close to or away from each other in the seat width direction.
[0054] Each of the shaping lines 11 is formed to extend in the seat width direction in addition to the seat front-rear direction by the crank portions A1 and B1. Thus, each of the shaping lines 11 is configured to support the seat cushion cushion pad 3 in a planar manner from the back side of the cushion pad (see Figure 1 ).
[0055] In each of the shaping lines 11, the center line 11A and the side line 11B are formed to be bent into a V-shape in a side view. Figure 7 As shown, by the V-shaped bending, each shaping line 11 is configured so that the ischium supporting portion SA supporting the ischium of the seated occupant via the seat cushion cushion pad 3 is less likely to have a difference in ischium supporting reaction force due to differences in the body shape of the seated occupant.
[0056] like Figure 3 As shown, the resin member 12 is combined with each molding line 11 in a symmetrical shape in the seat width direction. Specifically, the resin member 12 has a pair of deflection restricting portions 12A combined with each molding line 11 in a form extending in the seat front-rear direction along each side line 11B.
[0057] In addition, the resin member 12 has a cushion support surface 12B constituting the upper surface of each deflection restricting portion 12A. Each cushion support surface 12B is formed at a position higher than each side line 11B, and constitutes a cushion support surface 12B for supporting the seat cushion cushion 3 in a planar manner from the back side of the cushion (see Figure 1 ) support surface.
[0058] like Figure 6As shown in the figure, each cushion support surface 12B is configured to support the seat cushion cushion 3 in a planar shape at an angle obliquely inward from the back side of the cushion. Therefore, the thigh of the seated occupant can be supported in a planar shape from the oblique outer side by these deflection restricting portions 12A. Each deflection restricting portion 12A is configured to have an edge portion extending downward in a bent shape along each edge at its inner edge and outer edge in the seat width direction.
[0059] like Figure 5 As shown, a pair of flexure limiting portions 12A extend to a position closer to the ischial support portion SA (see Figure 7 ) is connected to the rear connecting portion 12C on the rear side of the seat. Therefore, the base of the thigh (greater trochanter and lesser trochanter) of the seated passenger can also be supported from the oblique outer side by the pair of deflection restricting portions 12A. As a result, the shaking of the seated passenger's posture in the roll direction can be appropriately suppressed.
[0060] The resin member 12 also includes a rear connecting portion 12C extending in the seat width direction so as to connect the rear portions of the deflection restricting portions 12A. The resin member 12 is formed integrally with the molding lines 11 and is formed integrally with the molding lines 11. The resin member 12 includes the pair of deflection restricting portions 12A and the rear connecting portion 12C, and is formed into a U-shape in a plan view, which is open toward the front of the seat between the deflection restricting portions 12A.
[0061] Next, the detailed structure of the resin member 12 will be described. Figure 5 As shown, the bending restricting portions 12A are formed to extend continuously in the seat front-rear direction along the straight longitudinal line portions B2 extending intermittently in the seat front-rear direction between the front hook portions 11C and the rear hook portions 11D relative to the side lines 11B. The longitudinal line portions B2 are arranged on the same straight line.
[0062] Thus, each deflection restricting portion 12A is formed to connect all the crank portions B1 adjacent to each other in front and rear of each side line 11B. Each deflection restricting portion 12A has an expansion portion A2 that extends so that the connection width of the portion connecting the crank portions B1 in the seat width direction continuously expands toward the inner side in the seat width direction in the seat rear direction.
[0063] Each expansion portion A2 is formed in a shape extending in a manner to describe an inner peripheral edge of a concave curved surface in a plan view along the outer edge of the buttocks of the seated occupant. Due to these expansion portions A2, each deflection limiting portion 12A has a shape in which the connection width of the portion connecting the frontmost crank portion B1 of each side line 11B and the second crank portion B1 from the front is the narrowest.
[0064] Furthermore, each deflection restricting portion 12A is formed in a shape that is second to the width of the connection between the second crank portion B1 from the front and the third crank portion B1 from the front of each side line 11B. Furthermore, each deflection restricting portion 12A is formed in a shape that is second to the width of the connection between the third crank portion B1 from the front and the fourth crank portion B1 from the front of each side line 11B.
[0065] Specifically, each deflection restricting portion 12A is formed to be connected to the rear connecting portion 12C by extending beyond the third crank portion B1 from the front and the fourth crank portion B1 from the front in the middle of the portion connecting the third crank portion B1 from the front and the fourth crank portion B1 from the front in the seat width direction. In this sense, each expansion portion A2 extending beyond the third crank portion B1 from the front and the fourth crank portion B1 from the front in the seat width direction becomes a part of the rear connecting portion 12C.
[0066] Each deflection restricting portion 12A is not formed at a position corresponding to directly below the ischium (not shown) of the seated passenger, but is formed at a position retreated from directly below the ischium toward the outside in the seat width direction. In addition, the rear connecting portion 12C is also not formed at a position corresponding to directly below the ischium of the seated passenger, but is formed at a position retreated from directly below the ischium toward the rear of the seat.
[0067] In addition, each of the shaping lines 11 is not formed at a position corresponding to right below the ischium (not shown) of the seated occupant, but is formed at a position offset from right below the ischium in the seat width direction. Specifically, each of the shaping lines 11 is formed at a position offset from right below the ischium inward and outward in the seat width direction, so that the center line 11A and the side lines 11B are arranged to sandwich positions corresponding to right below the left and right ischiums (not shown) of the seated occupant.
[0068] The opening of each shaping line 11 in the seat front-to-back direction between the five crank parts B1 arranged in front and behind the side line 11B is restricted by each deflection restricting part 12A. More specifically, due to the shape of the connection width change of each deflection restricting part 12A, the opening between the frontmost crank part B1 and the second crank part B1 from the front of each side line 11B in the seat front-to-back direction is most weakly restricted.
[0069] Furthermore, the seat front-to-back opening between the second crank portion B1 and the third crank portion B1 from the front of each side wire 11B is restricted to the second smallest. Furthermore, the seat front-to-back opening between the third crank portion B1 and the fourth crank portion B1 from the front of each side wire 11B is restricted to the second smallest.
[0070] In addition, the fourth crank portion B1 and the fifth crank portion B1 from the front of each side line 11B are connected to each other over the entire area in the seat width direction by each deflection restricting portion 12A, thereby completely restricting the opening of the seat in the front-rear direction. The seat cushion spring 10 is configured by the resin member 12 so that even if the molding lines 11 are formed into shapes symmetrical to each other in the seat width direction, the center line 11A and the side line 11B are different in deflection ease when receiving a load from a seated occupant.
[0071] Specifically, if Figure 6 As shown, the seat cushion spring 10 receives a load from the seated occupant, and thus each center line 11A bends relatively softly to sink downward. On the other hand, each side line 11B is restrained from bending so as to be difficult to sink downward compared to each center line 11A.
[0072] Specifically, the bending restriction of each side line 11B is reduced toward the front side where the load applied by the seated occupant becomes smaller, and is increased toward the rear side where the load applied by the seated occupant becomes larger, by the shape of the connection width change of each bending restriction portion 12A. Thus, the roll rigidity of each side portion of the seat cushion 1 can be appropriately improved.
[0073] The cushion support surface 12B constituting the upper surface of each deflection restricting portion 12A functions as a receiving surface of the seat cushion cushion 3 when a load of a seated occupant is applied to each side portion of the seat cushion 1. Each cushion support surface 12B is integrally provided on each side line 11B of the cushion spring 10 where deflection is restricted, so that stable receiving can be performed without sinking downward.
[0074] In more detail, the cushion support surfaces 12B are integrally connected to each other via the rear connection portion 12C, so when a load from a seated occupant is applied to one cushion support surface 12B, the load is also transmitted to the side line 11B on the opposite side via the other cushion support surface 12B. Thus, when a load from a seated occupant is applied to each side portion of the seat cushion 1, each cushion support surface 12B can stably bear the load without sinking downward.
[0075] like Figure 5 As shown, the rear connection portion 12C of the resin member 12 includes a central connection portion C1 connecting the left and right center lines 11A and a pair of side connection portions C2 connecting the left and right side lines 11B and the center line 11A. The central connection portion C1 and the left and right side connection portions C2 are formed into the shape of the upper surface being coplanar.
[0076] The central connection portion C1 has an opening Cn extending in the form of a long hole in the seat width direction at the central portion of the seat front-back direction. The central connection portion C1 allows a portion of the crank portion A1 of each center line 11A to be exposed from the above-mentioned opening Cn. Therefore, when the load from the seated passenger is applied to the central connection portion C1, the central connection portion C1 allows the crank portion A1 of the center line 11A to be easily bent at the portion exposed from the opening Cn. In addition, the central connection portion C1 may have a structure without the above-mentioned opening Cn and be integrally connected to each center line 11A over its entire area.
[0077] like Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , the upper surfaces of the central connecting portion C1 and the left and right side connecting portions C2 are formed at positions higher than the central lines 11A and the side lines 11B connected by them. The upper surfaces of the central connecting portion C1 and the left and right side connecting portions C2 form a surface supporting the seat cushion cushion 3 from the back side of the cushion (see FIG. 1 ). Figure 1 ) support surface. Figure 7 As shown, the upper surfaces of the central connecting portion C1 and the left and right side connecting portions C2 specifically constitute support surfaces that planarly support the seat cushion cushion pad 3 at an angle obliquely forward from the cushion pad back side.
[0078] Therefore, the central connection portion C1 and the left and right side connection portions C2 can support the rear portion of the buttocks of the seated passenger, which is located behind the ischial bones, from the oblique rear side in a large plane shape. As a result, the swaying of the pelvis of the seated passenger in the roll direction can be appropriately suppressed. As a result, the forward slippage associated with the swaying of the buttocks of the seated passenger can be appropriately suppressed.
[0079] like Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the left and right side connecting parts C2 of the rear connecting part 12C are formed with concave clamping parts 12D capable of clamping a wire harness (object) not shown from the back side of the seat. Each clamping part 12D is formed into a concave shape recessed from the upper surface of the left and right side connecting parts C2 into a longitudinally long oval shape when viewed from above.
[0080] Ribs D1 are formed in the recessed portions of the clamping portions 12D so as to extend from the inner peripheral surfaces on the left and right sides thereof in a vertical plate shape that is symmetrical on the left and right sides. The ribs D1 are formed so that their bottom surfaces are connected to the bottom surfaces of the clamping portions 12D. In addition, the ribs D1 are formed so that their top surfaces are coplanar with the top surfaces of the left and right side connecting portions C2. By means of the ribs D1, even if the recessed clamping portions 12D are formed on the top surfaces of the left and right side connecting portions C2, respectively, it is possible to appropriately ensure that the seat cushion cushion 3 is supported from the back side of the cushion on the top surfaces of the side connecting portions C2 (see Figure 1 ) support surface.
[0081] like Figure 5As shown, the grooves formed in the cushion pad support surfaces 12B along the shapes of the side lines 11B are grooves through which push pins (not shown) pass for fixing the positions of the molding lines 11 in the molding die of the resin member 12 .
[0082] like Figure 7 As shown, the ischium support portion SA formed on each forming line 11 is formed into a shape that is unlikely to cause deviation in ischium support reaction force caused by different body shapes of seated passengers. Specifically, the ischium support portion SA is configured so that the entire area R in the seat front-rear direction between the first ischium support portion SA1 used as the ischium support portion when the human body model of AM95 is seated and the second ischium support portion SA2 used as the ischium support portion when the human body model of JM32 is seated is formed as a coplanar spring surface that is not curved in the seat vertical direction in a side view.
[0083] Here, the AM95 mannequin is a mannequin with a larger body type that matches 95% of American men. On the other hand, the JM32 mannequin is a mannequin with a smaller body type that matches 32% of Japanese men. Therefore, most people's body types fit into a body type between the AM95 mannequin and the JM32 mannequin.
[0084] The ischium support portion SA has a shape extending straight forward and upward in the region R in the side view. The portion of the seat cushion cushion pad 3 arranged in the region R of the ischium support portion SA is formed so that the cushion pad thickness is constant in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the ischium support portion SA extends.
[0085] With such a structure, the seat cushion spring 10 supports the ischium in such a manner that substantially the same ischium support reaction force acts on the ischium support portion SA when a person having a body shape between the human body model of AM95 and the human body model of JM32 sits on the seat cushion 1. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately suppress the variation in the ischium support reaction force caused by the difference in body shape of the seated occupant.
[0086] Therefore, even if the cushion pad thickness of the seat cushion cushion pad 3 arranged in the above-mentioned area R of the ischium supporting portion SA is thin, the sitting pressure acting on the ischium of the seated occupant can be appropriately dispersed regardless of the body shape. The above-mentioned area R of the ischium supporting portion SA is set as an area remaining in the middle of both ends of the straight line portion extending in a straight line between the bending point of each forming line 11 bent into a V-shape in side view and the rounded end point of the front hook portion 11C.
[0087] More specifically, the cushion spring 10 is mounted on the seat cushion frame 2 in such a manner that the spring surface of the ischium supporting portion SA has an angle θ of approximately 20 degrees with respect to the rail length direction in which the slide rail 5 extends. The cushion spring 10 can appropriately suppress the forward sliding of the buttocks of the seated occupant by the angle θ.
[0088] As in Figure 5 As described above, the center line 11A and the side line 11B of each shaping line 11 are arranged at positions offset in the seat width direction from positions corresponding to right below the left and right ischial bones (not shown) of the seated occupant. More specifically, the center line 11A and the side line 11B of each shaping line 11 are arranged offset in the seat width direction from positions corresponding to right below the ischial bones when the AM95 human body model is seated and right below the ischial bones when the JM32 human body model is seated.
[0089] According to the above configuration, the seat pressure acting on the ischial bones of the seated occupant can be appropriately dispersed regardless of the body shape.
[0090] In summary, the seat cushion spring 10 of the present embodiment has the following structure. In addition, the reference numerals in parentheses below are reference numerals corresponding to the respective structures shown in the above-mentioned embodiment.
[0091] That is, the seat cushion spring (10) is a spring that is mounted on the seat cushion frame (2) in the front-rear direction of the seat and bears the load of the seated occupant on the surface. The seat cushion spring (10) includes a pair of molded wires (11) that are mounted on the seat cushion frame (2) in the front-rear direction of the seat and are arranged in the seat width direction, and a resin component (12) that is connected to the pair of molded wires (11).
[0092] A pair of molding lines (11) respectively have a center line (11A) and a side line (11B) which are arranged in a seat width direction and extend in a seat front-rear direction. The center line (11A) and the side line (11B) are arranged in sequence from the center of the seat width direction of the seat cushion frame (2) toward the outside. The resin component (12) has a rear connection portion (12C) and a pair of deflection limiting portions (12A).
[0093] The rear connecting portion (12C) extends in a region on the rear side of the seat relative to a seat bone support portion (SA) of a pair of forming lines (11) that supports the seat bone of a seated occupant via a seat cushion cushion (3) in a manner that connects the side lines (11B) and the center line (11A) and the center lines (11A) in the seat width direction. A pair of deflection limiting portions (12A) extend from the rear connecting portion (12C) in a manner that connects all crank portions (B1) formed on the side lines (11B) that are repeatedly bent in the seat width direction in the seat front-rear direction.
[0094] According to the above-mentioned structure, when the load of the seated occupant is applied to one of the forming lines (11) through the rear connecting portion (12C) of the resin component (12), the load is also transmitted to the other side. As a result, a stable support that is difficult to sink downward can be achieved through each forming line (11). In addition, the bending limiting portions (12A) of the resin component (12) can effectively limit the bending of the crank portion (B1) formed on each side line (11B). As a result, each side line (11B) is difficult to sink downward when the load of the seated occupant is borne by the surface. As a result, the roll rigidity of the side portion of the seat cushion (1) can be appropriately improved.
[0095] In addition, a pair of flexure limiting portions (12A) support the seat cushion cushion (3) in a planar manner from the back side of the cushion at an angle obliquely inward at a position higher than the side lines (11B) to which they are connected. According to the above structure, the thighs of the seated occupant can be supported in a planar manner from the oblique outside to a large extent by the pair of flexure limiting portions (12A). The pair of flexure limiting portions (12A) extend to a position connected to a rear connecting portion (12C) located on the rear side of the seat relative to the ischium supporting portion (SA). Therefore, the base of the thigh (greater trochanter, lesser trochanter) can also be supported from the oblique outside by the pair of flexure limiting portions (12A). As a result, the shaking of the posture of the seated occupant in the roll direction can be appropriately suppressed.
[0096] In addition, the rear connecting portion (12C) includes a central connecting portion (C1) connecting the central lines (11A) and a pair of side connecting portions (C2) connecting the side lines (11B) and the central line (11A). The central connecting portion (C1) and the pair of side connecting portions (C2) support the seat cushion cushion pad (3) in a planar shape at an angle obliquely forward from the back side of the cushion pad at a position higher than the central lines (11A) and the side lines (11B) connected thereto.
[0097] According to the above structure, the central connecting portion (C1) and the pair of side connecting portions (C2) can support the rear part of the buttocks of the seated passenger, which is located behind the ischial bones, from the oblique rear side in a large plane shape. As a result, the swaying of the pelvis of the seated passenger in the roll direction can be appropriately suppressed. As a result, the forward slipping associated with the swaying of the buttocks of the seated passenger can be appropriately suppressed.
[0098] In addition, the rear connecting portion (12C) has: a concave clamping portion (12D) recessed from the seat surface side to the seat back side in a manner to clamp an object (wire harness not shown) from the seat back side; and a rib (D1) extending into the concave portion of the clamping portion (12D) in a manner to form an upper surface coplanar with the rear connecting portion (12C). According to the above structure, even if the concave clamping portion (12D) is formed in the rear connecting portion (12C), it is possible to appropriately ensure a support surface for supporting the seat cushion cushion (3) from the back side of the cushion at the rear connecting portion (12C).
[0099] Second Implementation Method
[0100] Next, use Figure 8 The structure of the seat cushion spring 10 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In this embodiment, the second crank portion A3 from the front of each center line 11A and the second crank portion B3 from the front of each side line 11B are not bent in a direction extending straight in the seat width direction, but are bent in a direction extending obliquely in the seat front-rear direction.
[0101] Specifically, each crank portion A3, B3 is formed as follows in comparison with the second crank portion A1, B1 shown in the first embodiment. That is, each crank portion A3, B3 is bent in a direction extending obliquely forward in a manner that does not reduce the gap between the crank portions A1, B1 arranged on the rear side thereof but reduces the gap between the crank portions A1, B1 arranged on the front side. Therefore, compared with the structure shown in the first embodiment, the gap between the crank portion A3 of each center line 11A and the crank portion A1 arranged on the rear side of the crank portion A3 is enlarged.
[0102] As a result, for example, even when the seated occupant is large and the ischial bones are located relatively forward, the seat pressure acting on the ischial bones of the seated occupant can be reduced by the shape of the crank portion A3 obliquely forward of each center line 11A. In addition, since the crank portion A3 of each center line 11A is formed in a shape extending obliquely forward, the bending angle of the corner portion of the front end thereof is gentler than the bending angle of the corner portion of the second crank portion A1, B1 from the front shown in the first embodiment.
[0103] This can more appropriately reduce the sitting pressure acting on the ischial bones of the seated occupant. Configurations other than the above are the same as those shown in the first embodiment, and thus the same reference numerals are used and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0104] 《Third Implementation Mode》
[0105] Next, use Figure 9~Figure 10The structure of the cushion spring 10 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In this embodiment, each deflection restricting portion 12E connected to each side wire 11B of the resin member 12 is formed to extend in a cylindrical shape so as to connect all the crank portions B1 formed on each side wire 11B in the seat front-rear direction over the entire area in the seat width direction.
[0106] Each deflection restricting portion 12E is formed in a shape that protrudes slightly inward in the seat width direction from the entire crank portion B1 of each side line 11B. Fig.10 As shown, each deflection limiting portion 12E is integrally connected to the inner end and outer end of the frontmost crank portion B1, the outer ends of the second and third crank portions B1 from the front, and the inner end and outer end of the fourth crank portion B1 from the front relative to each side line 11B.
[0107] Therefore, the opening between all the crank portions B1 of each side wire 11B in the seat front-rear direction is completely restricted by each deflection restricting portion 12E. As a result, the roll rigidity of the side portion of the seat cushion 1 can be further improved.
[0108] Furthermore, for example, even when the seated occupant is relatively small and the thighs are located relatively inward, the thighs can be supported in a large planar manner from the front to the base from the back side of the cushion pad by each deflection restricting portion 12E.
[0109] The inner edge of each deflection restricting portion 12E in the seat width direction is configured to be thinner than the outer edge. Specifically, each deflection restricting portion 12E is formed in a flat plate shape extending from the inner edge to the outer edge with a substantially constant plate thickness. However, an edge portion extending downward in a bent shape along the outer edge is formed at the outer edge of each deflection restricting portion 12E. In addition, a thickened portion constituting a joint portion with each side line 11B is formed at various locations on the bottom surface of each deflection restricting portion 12E.
[0110] Each deflection restricting portion 12E has a structure having a portion where the inner edge is thinner than the outer edge by not forming a bent edge portion like the outer edge at the inner edge in the seat width direction. Thus, the inner edge of each deflection restricting portion 12E is configured to be more easily deflected than the outer edge. In addition, the portion of the inner edge of each deflection restricting portion 12E that is connected to each crank portion B1 of each side wire 11B is formed in a partially raised shape.
[0111] By using the thin-walled structure as described above, the change in hardness between the portion where each deflection limiting portion 12E is provided and the portion closer to the inside in the seat width direction can be alleviated. As a result, even if each deflection limiting portion 12E is present, the seating pressure dispersion when sitting can be appropriately improved. In addition, the structure in which the inner edge of each deflection limiting portion 12E is made thinner than the outer edge can also make the plate thickness of each deflection limiting portion 12E gradually thinner from the outer edge to the inner edge, or make the plate thickness of the inner edge partially thinner. The structures other than the above are the same as the structures shown in the first embodiment, and therefore the same reference numerals are given and detailed descriptions are omitted.
[0112] 《Fourth Implementation Mode》
[0113] Next, use Figure 11~Figure 12 The structure of the cushion spring 10 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In this embodiment, each deflection restricting portion 12A of the resin member 12 is configured to have an outwardly projecting portion A4 that projects outward from a portion of each side line 11B that projects outward most in the seat width direction, and supports the seat cushion cushion pad 3 in a planar manner from the back side of the cushion pad.
[0114] like Fig.11 As shown in FIG. 1 , specifically, each outwardly projecting portion A4 is formed in a shape extending outward from a portion of each side line 11B extending outward most in the seat width direction in a region between the frontmost crank portion B1 of each side line 11B and the third crank portion B1 from the front in the seat front-rear direction. Each outwardly projecting portion A4 forms an upper surface coplanar with the upper surface of each deflection restricting portion 12A, that is, the cushion support surface 12B.
[0115] Each outwardly extending portion A4 may extend obliquely upward relative to each deflection restricting portion 12A in a bent shape. In addition, each outwardly extending portion A4 may extend outward in the seat width direction from the entire area of each deflection restricting portion 12A in the seat front-rear direction or from an area different from the above area.
[0116] By forming the outward extensions A4 in each deflection limiting portion 12A as described above, even when the seated occupant is relatively large and the thighs are located relatively far outward, the thighs of the seated occupant can be properly supported from the back side of the cushion pad. Each outward extension A4 is configured to extend from each deflection limiting portion 12A formed integrally with each side line 11B. Therefore, by these outward extensions A4, a stable support that is difficult to sink downward can be performed. The structures other than the above are the same as the structures shown in the first embodiment, and therefore the same reference numerals are given and detailed descriptions are omitted.
[0117] 《Regarding other implementation methods》
[0118] As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was demonstrated using four embodiments, this invention can be implemented in various forms other than the said embodiment.
[0119] 1. The seat cushion spring of the present invention can be applied to seat cushions of seats mounted on vehicles such as automobiles and railways, and can also be applied to seat cushions of seats mounted on vehicles other than vehicles such as airplanes and ships. In addition, the seat cushion spring can also be applied to seat cushions of seats other than vehicles.
[0120] 2. The seat cushion spring does not need to be arranged so that each shaped line is symmetrical with respect to the seat cushion frame in the seat width direction. That is, one shaped line may be formed in a shape different from that of the other shaped line. In addition, each shaped line does not need to be formed in a shape in which these center lines and side lines are symmetrical with each other in the seat width direction. In addition, each shaped line may be formed in a shape in which these center lines and side lines are not connected by one line but are formed by different lines.
[0121] 3. In the second embodiment, the second crank portion from the front of each center line is bent in a direction extending obliquely in the seat front-rear direction. However, the frontmost crank portion of each center line may be bent in a direction extending obliquely relative to the seat front-rear direction. In addition, both the frontmost crank portion and the second crank portion from the front may be bent in a direction extending obliquely in the seat front-rear direction, i.e., in a V-shaped shape when viewed from above.
[0122] 4. The inner edge of each deflection restricting portion in the seat width direction shown in the first embodiment may be thinner than the outer edge, similarly to the structure shown in the third embodiment.
[0123] 5. The seat cushion spring may also be provided with a structure that further includes a bridge wire, and the bridge wire is provided in a manner that it is integrally bridged from below between the frontmost crank portions of the center wire and the side wire of each shaped wire. According to the above configuration, the bridge wire functions as a stabilizing portion, and when the load of the seated occupant is applied to one of the shaped wires, the load is also transferred to the other. As a result, a stable support that is difficult to sink downward can be achieved by each shaped wire.
[0124] The above-mentioned erection wire can be installed between other crank parts from below in addition to between the center line and the frontmost crank parts of the side line of each shaping line. For example, by erecting the erection wire between the crank parts of the rear connecting part passing through the resin member supporting the rear part of the buttocks from below, the rear connecting part can more appropriately support the rear part of the buttocks.
[0125] In addition, the installation wire may be integrally installed between the rear hooking parts of each center line hooked on the rear tube. Thus, the distance between the rear hooking parts of each center line is restricted to be close. As a result, when the load of the seated passenger is applied to the rear connecting part of the resin component, the rear hooking parts of each center line can be restricted from deviating in a manner of reducing the distance between each other, and the rear connecting part can more appropriately support the rear part of the buttocks.
[0126] 6. In each embodiment, an opening is formed in the central connection portion of the rear connection portion to expose a portion of the crank portion of each center line. However, the rear connection portion may be configured without the above-mentioned opening in the central connection portion. In addition, regardless of whether an opening is formed in the central connection portion of the rear connection portion, the portion of the center line and the side line of each shaping line passing through the rear connection portion may be formed to extend straight in the front-rear direction of the seat without the crank portion.
[0127] In addition, the center line and the side line of each shaped line may be formed by bending the last crank part and the second crank part from the rear in a V-shaped manner in a plan view in a direction extending obliquely in the front-rear direction of the seat in the portion passing through the rear connecting part. By forming each shaped line in this way, the line length can be shortened compared with the configuration in which the portion passing through the rear connecting part is formed as the crank part as shown in the embodiments. As a result, the support rigidity of the rear connecting part can be increased by each shaped line, so that the rear part of the buttocks can be supported more appropriately.
