Abstract

The invention relates to an electric furnace steelmaking energy data acquisition network architecture, system and method, and the network architecture is divided into four stages, the first stage is an energy detection instrument and instrument signal transmission network, the second stage is a PLC system and PLC system network, the third stage is a server system and server system network, and the fourth stage is a client system and client system network. The system comprises an energy data acquisition module, a PLC data communication module, a server communication module, a server reasoning calculation module and a client management module. According to the invention, energy meter detection signals are introduced into a PLC system, an energy acquisition label is established, an OPC communication program is compiled, energy consumption data are acquired to a database, an hour-by-hour acquisition program and a day-by-day acquisition program of energy consumption are compiled, and an energy data acquisition client program is compiled, so that real-time monitoring, query, statistics and report export of the energy consumption data are realized. The informatization technology is applied to strengthen energy management and control, and the purpose of saving energy consumption is achieved.
