Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a wiring harness. Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a wiring harness having an external conductor for shielding electromagnetic waves is well known. The external conductor has, for example, a substantially cylindrical conductor tube made of aluminum. The aluminum conductor tube has high rigidity. Therefore, in a case where the mounting space is narrow, the wiring harness may not be arranged due to the position restriction of the conductor tube.

[0003] Therefore, a wire harness using a braided shielding member is disclosed in Patent Document 2. The wire harness has a water stopper that fills the gap between the buried electric wire and the wire sheath. The braided shielding member is arranged in a manner covering the outer periphery of the water stopper. A water-stopping adhesive member is installed on the outer peripheral surface of the braided shielding member. The braided shielding member is flexible. Therefore, when the mounting space is narrow, the wire harness can be arranged in a bent manner. Therefore, if the wire harness of Patent Document 2 is adopted, the wire harness can be mounted even if the mounting space is narrow. Prior art literature Patent Literature

Figure 8 (a)~ Figure 8 (d) is a sequence diagram showing the manufacturing flow of the wire harness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0010] First, embodiments of the present invention will be described by way of examples. [1] The wiring harness of the present invention comprises: an electric wire for transmitting electricity; a wire sheath installed in an opening through which the electric wire passes and which accommodates the electric wire inside; a water stopper provided to waterproof the inside of the wire sheath, the electric wire passing through and installed in the water stopper; a shielding member installed around the water stopper; a first sealing layer installed on the outer periphery of the shielding member so that the shielding member and the water stopper are in close contact; and a second sealing layer installed on the outer periphery of the first sealing layer so that the first sealing layer and the shielding member are in close contact.

[0011] According to this structure, the shielding member and the water stopper are closely connected by the first close-contact layer, and the first close-contact layer and the shielding member are closely connected by the second close-contact layer. In this way, since the components are closely connected to each other by the first close-contact layer and the second close-contact layer, it is not easy to generate a gap between the components. Therefore, in a bendable wire harness, the water stop property can be improved.

[0012] [2] In the above [1], the shield is a braided shield formed of wires, and the first adhesion layer uses butyl rubber in at least a portion. According to this structure, the butyl rubber enters between the meshes of the braided shield, so the butyl rubber and the shield are firmly fused. Therefore, the adhesion between the waterproof plug and the shield is improved, which further contributes to the improvement of waterproof performance.

[0013] [3] In the above [2], the first adhesion layer is a sheet-shaped butyl rubber sheet in which butyl rubber is used at least in part, and the butyl rubber sheet is wound multiple times while being staggered along the axial direction of the electric wire, and is installed in a manner of being in close contact with the braided shielding member by being pressed by a jig. According to this structure, the butyl rubber sheet can be installed around the braided shielding member by a simple operation of winding the butyl rubber sheet around the braided shielding member. In addition, after the butyl rubber sheet is installed, the butyl rubber sheet is pressed by a jig, so that the butyl rubber sheet and the braided shielding member can be firmly fused.

[0014] [4] In any one of [1] to [3] above, the second adhesion layer is a tape wound multiple times while being shifted in position along the axial direction of the electric wire. According to this structure, a simple operation of winding the tape around the first adhesion layer is sufficient.

[0015] [5] In any one of [1] to [4] above, the cable sheath has an annular sealing portion on the inner surface, and the sealing portion seals the gap between the cable sheath and the second adhesion layer. According to this structure, the waterproof property between the cable sheath and the second adhesion layer can be improved.

[0016] [6] In any one of [1] to [5] above, the water stopper has a hole through which the electric wire passes, and the hole has an annular sealing portion on the inner surface, and the sealing portion seals the gap between the hole and the electric wire. According to this structure, the water stopper between the electric wire and the water stopper can be improved.

[0017] [7] In any one of [1] to [6] above, the wire sheath comprises: a barrel portion that accommodates a component inside, the component including the waterproof plug, the electric wire, the shielding member, the first adhesion layer, and the second adhesion layer; and a base portion that supports the base end of the barrel portion. According to this structure, the wire harness can easily change its shape by bending the barrel portion with the base portion as the base point. Therefore, the wire harness can be easily bent.

[0018] [8] In any one of [1] to [7] above, the base portion has a waterproof wall portion formed in a ring shape at the edge. According to this structure, the wall portion can block the intrusion of fluid such as water, thereby further contributing to the improvement of waterproof performance.

[0019] (Details of Embodiments of the Invention) The following is a specific example of the wiring harness of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the present invention is not limited to these examples, but is shown in the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims. In each of the drawings, for the sake of convenience, a part of the structure is sometimes enlarged or simplified. In addition, the dimensional ratios of each part are sometimes different from the actual ones.

[0020] (Overview of Harness 1) like Figure 1 As shown, the wiring harness 1 has an electric wire 2 for transmitting electricity. The electric wire 2 is, for example, a coated electric wire in which a linear core wire is covered with an insulating coating. The core wire can be, for example, any of a stranded wire and a single core wire. The single core wire is, for example, a columnar conductor with a solid structure formed inside or a cylindrical conductor with a hollow structure formed inside. As the material of the core wire, for example, a metal material such as copper or aluminum is used. The insulating coating, for example, covers the outer peripheral surface of the core wire all around the circumference. The insulating coating is, for example, made of an insulating resin material. The electric wire 2 is not limited to a plurality of wires, and can also be a single wire.

[0021] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the wiring harness 1 has a wire sheath 5, which protects the opening 4 (in the installation object 3) of the wire harness 1. Figure 2 The wire grommet 5 is mounted on the opening 4 through which the wire 2 is passed, and houses the wire 2 therein. The wire grommet 5 includes a barrel 6 through which the wire 2 is passed and a base 8 that supports a base end 7 of the barrel 6. The wire grommet 5 is mounted on the opening 4 via a bracket 9. The bracket 9 is fixed to the mounting object 3, for example, by a fastening portion 10. The fastening portion 10 is, for example, a bolt. The mounting object 3 is, for example, a vehicle body.

[0022] The grommet 5 is disposed, for example, at a location that separates indoor and outdoor areas in the installation partner 3. In this example, the barrel 6 of the grommet 5 is disposed indoors, and the base 8 is disposed outdoor. A recess 7a that promotes bending of the grommet 5 is provided at the base end 7 of the grommet 5.

[0023] like Figure 3 As shown, the base portion 8 has a plate-shaped body 13 placed on the bracket 9 and a flange 14 provided on the back of the body 13. The flange 14 is arranged on the back of the body 13. The grommet 5 is mounted on the mounting partner 3 by engaging the flange 14 with the periphery of the hole 15 of the bracket 9. The bracket 9 has a plurality of positioning holes 17 for inserting pins 16 protruding from the back of the base portion 8 (body 13). The bracket 9 has holes 18 at both ends for inserting the fastening portion 10.

[0024] (Waterproof structure of the electric wire 2 in the wire sheath 5) like Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, a component 22 is housed inside the sheath 5, and the component 22 is used for waterproofing between the inner peripheral surface 21 of the sheath 5 and the electric wire 2. The component 22 includes, for example, a waterproof plug 23, a shielding member 24, a first adhesion layer 25, and a second adhesion layer 26. In this example, the component 22 is housed in the barrel 6 of the sheath 5. The component 22 prevents fluids such as water from entering the sheath 5.

[0025] The water stopper 23 is provided to stop water from entering the cable sheath 5, and the electric wire 2 is inserted and installed in the water stopper 23. The water stopper 23 is, for example, a rubber stopper. The water stopper 23 has a hole 27 through which the electric wire 2 passes. The hole 27 in this example is along the axial direction of the electric wire 2 ( Figure 4 The plurality of holes 27 extend in the Z-axis direction of the sheath 5 and are formed in three directions. Figure 4 ) as the center and are arranged at equal angles.

[0026] like Figure 5 As shown, the hole 27 has an annular sealing portion 30 on the inner surface, and the sealing portion 30 stops the gap between the hole 27 and the wire 2 from water. The sealing portion 30 of this example is in the axial direction of the wire 2 ( Figure 5 A plurality of (three in this example) sealing portions 30 are provided near the center in the Z-axis direction. The sealing portion 30 is, for example, a lip-shaped sealing portion that obtains a sealing state by elastic deformation.

[0027] The shielding member 24 is installed around the water stopper 23. The shielding member 24 surrounds the water stopper 23 from the periphery. The shielding member 24 is made of, for example, a wire 31 (see Figure 6 ) is formed of a braided shield 32. The wire 31 is, for example, a metal wire. The shield 24 is, for example, flexible and prevents electrical noise or crosstalk, or improves strength such as anti-friction.

[0028] The first adhesion layer 25 is installed on the outer periphery of the shielding member 24, so that the shielding member 24 and the waterproof plug 23 are in close contact. The first adhesion layer 25 is, for example, at least partially made of butyl rubber. In this example, the first adhesion layer 25 is a sheet-shaped butyl rubber sheet 34 at least partially made of butyl rubber. The butyl rubber sheet 34 is, for example, a sheet-shaped butyl rubber sheet 34 extending along the axial direction ( Figure 5 The butyl rubber sheet 34 is wound multiple times while being staggered in the Z-axis direction. After winding, the butyl rubber sheet 34 is fused with the braided shielding member 32 by applying pressure.

[0029] The second adhesion layer 26 is attached to the outer periphery of the first adhesion layer 25, thereby making the first adhesion layer 25 and the shield 24 in close contact. Figure 5 The belt 35 is wound multiple times while being staggered in the Z-axis direction. The belt 35 preferably has high flexibility, high insulation, heat resistance, and cold resistance. The belt 35 is, for example, a plastic bag.

[0030] (Other water-stopping structures) like Figure 5 As shown, the wire sheath 5 has an annular sealing portion 38 on the inner surface, and the sealing portion 38 stops the gap between the wire sheath 5 and the second adhesion layer 26 from being watertight. The sealing portion 38 of this example is arranged along the axial direction of the wire 2 ( Figure 5A plurality of (three in this example) sealing portions 38 are formed at equal intervals (in the Z-axis direction). The sealing portion 38 is, for example, a protrusion protruding a predetermined amount from the inner surface of the cable sheath 5. The sealing portion 38 is, for example, a lip-shaped sealing portion that obtains a sealing state by elastic deformation.

[0031] like Figure 1 to Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the base 8 has a water-stopping wall 39 formed in a ring shape at the edge. The wall 39 is formed in a shape protruding in an inclined direction from the main body 13 of the base 8. The wall 39 prevents fluid such as water from entering the upper surface (surface) of the base 8 from the surrounding.

[0032] Next, the operation of the wire harness 1 according to the present embodiment will be described. (Assembly of wiring harness 1) like Figure 6 As shown in (a), a shielding member 24 (in this example, a braided shielding member 32) is installed from the periphery of the waterproof plug 23 for installing the electric wire 2 in the hole 27. The shielding member 24 is installed so as to cover both the electric wire 2 and the waterproof plug 23. That is, the shielding member 24 is installed on both the waterproof plug 23 and the electric wire 2 near the waterproof plug 23.

[0033] like Figure 6 As shown in (b), after the shielding member 24 is installed, the first adhesive layer 25 is installed around the shielding member 24. In the case where the first adhesive layer 25 is a butyl rubber sheet 34, the butyl rubber sheet 34 is wound multiple times. Specifically, the butyl rubber sheet 34 is wound along the axial direction (axial direction) of the electric wire 2 so as to overlap with the adjacent butyl rubber sheet 34 by a predetermined amount (for example, half overlap). Figure 6 (b) The arrow A1 direction) is staggered while winding multiple times.

[0034] like Figure 6 As shown in (c), after the butyl rubber sheet 34 is wound, the butyl rubber sheet 34 is pressed by the jig 41. Specifically, the butyl rubber sheet 34 is rolled by the roller 42 as the jig 41, so that the butyl rubber sheet 34 is pressed against the braided shield 32. Thus, when the shield 24 is the braided shield 32, the butyl rubber sheet 34 enters the gaps between the meshes of the braided shield 32, so that the butyl rubber sheet 34 and the braided shield 32 are well fused.

[0035] like Figure 6 As shown in (d), after the butyl rubber sheet 34 is pressed, the second adhesive layer 26 is installed around the first adhesive layer 25. In the case where the second adhesive layer 26 is a tape 35, the tape 35 is wound multiple times. Specifically, one side of the tape 35 is wound along the axial direction ( ) of the electric wire 2 so as to overlap with the tape 35 of the adjacent circumference by a predetermined amount (for example, half overlap). Figure 6The tape 35 is preferably installed so as to cover the entire shielding member 24. The assembly 22 is assembled as described above.

[0036] like Figure 5 As shown, after the assembly 22 is assembled, the assembly 22 is inserted into the inside of the sheath 5. In this example, the assembly 22 is inserted into the sheath 5 so that the second adhesion layer 26 contacts the sealing portion 38 in the sheath 5. In addition, the assembly 22 is arranged in the barrel 6 in the sheath 5.

[0037] (Advantages of the wiring harness 1 of this example) like Figure 7 As shown, sometimes the carrying space of the wire harness 1 is small. Here, as an example, an example in which the height of the carrying space is low is cited. In the case of this example, a flexible shielding member 24 is used, so that the wire harness 1 can be arranged in a curved manner. In addition, the first adhesive layer 25 and the second adhesive layer 26 can also be bent, which helps to bend the wire harness 1. In this way, the posture (tilt) of the wire harness 1 is free, so the wire harness 1 can be laid out even if the carrying space is small.

[0038] The shielding member 24 is tightly in contact with the waterproof plug 23 by having the first adhesive layer 25 wound around it. That is, the first adhesive layer 25 is wound around the outer periphery of the shielding member 24 so that no gap is generated between the shielding member 24 and the waterproof plug 23. Therefore, the waterproof performance between the waterproof plug 23 and the shielding member 24 is improved.

[0039] In addition, a butyl rubber sheet 34 is used as the first adhesion layer 25, and after the butyl rubber sheet 34 is wrapped around the shielding member 24, it is pressurized by the jig 41. Therefore, when the shielding member 24 is a braided shielding member 32, the butyl rubber sheet 34 enters the mesh of the braided shielding member 32 by pressurization, so that the butyl rubber sheet 34 can be fused with the braided shielding member 32. Therefore, this also helps to firmly fix the shielding member 24 to the water stopper 23.

[0040] The first adhesion layer 25 is tightly adhered to the shielding member 24 by being wound around the second adhesion layer 26. That is, the second adhesion layer 26 is wound around the outer periphery of the first adhesion layer 25 so as not to generate a gap between the shielding member 24 and the first adhesion layer 25. Therefore, the water stopping property between the shielding member 24 and the first adhesion layer 25 is further improved.

[0041] However, the butyl rubber sheet 34 has adhesiveness and therefore may adhere to the hands or other parts of the operator. However, in the case of this example, since the periphery of the butyl rubber sheet 34 is covered by the second adhesive layer 26, the butyl rubber sheet 34 is not exposed on the surface. Therefore, it is not easy for the butyl rubber sheet 34 to adhere to the hands or other parts of the operator. Therefore, it is also easy to handle.

[0042] (Effects of Embodiments) According to the wire harness 1 of the above-described embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. (1) The wire harness 1 includes an electric wire 2, a wire sheath 5, a waterproof plug 23, a shield 24, a first adhesion layer 25, and a second adhesion layer 26. The electric wire 2 transmits electricity. The wire sheath 5 is installed in the opening 4 through which the electric wire 2 passes, and the electric wire 2 is stored inside. The waterproof plug 23 is provided to waterproof the inside of the wire sheath 5, and the electric wire 2 is installed through the waterproof plug 23. The shield 24 is installed around the waterproof plug 23. The first adhesion layer 25 is installed on the outer periphery of the shield 24, so that the shield 24 and the waterproof plug 23 are in close contact. The second adhesion layer 26 is installed on the outer periphery of the first adhesion layer 25, so that the first adhesion layer 25 and the shield 24 are in close contact.

[0043] According to this example, the shielding member 24 is in close contact with the waterproof plug 23 by the first adhesive layer 25, and the first adhesive layer 25 is in close contact with the shielding member 24 by the second adhesive layer 26. In this way, since the components are in close contact with each other by the first adhesive layer 25 and the second adhesive layer 26, it is difficult to generate a gap between the components. Therefore, in the bendable wire harness 1, the waterproof performance can be improved.

[0044] (2) The shielding member 24 is a braided shielding member 32 formed of wires 31. Butyl rubber is used for at least a portion of the first adhesion layer 25. According to this structure, the butyl rubber enters between the meshes of the braided shielding member 32, so the butyl rubber and the shielding member 24 are firmly fused. Therefore, the adhesion between the waterproof plug 23 and the shielding member 24 is improved, which further contributes to the improvement of waterproofing.

[0045] (3) The first adhesion layer 25 is a sheet-shaped butyl rubber sheet 34 using butyl rubber in at least a portion thereof. The butyl rubber sheet 34 is wound multiple times while being staggered along the axial direction of the electric wire 2, and is pressed by a jig 41 so as to be attached to the braided shield 32. According to this structure, the butyl rubber sheet 34 can be attached to the periphery of the braided shield 32 by a simple operation of winding the butyl rubber sheet 34 around the braided shield 32. In addition, after the butyl rubber sheet 34 is attached, the butyl rubber sheet 34 is pressed by the jig 41, so that the butyl rubber sheet 34 and the braided shield 32 can be firmly fused.

[0046] (4) The second adhesion layer 26 is the tape 35 wound multiple times while being shifted in position along the axial direction of the electric wire 2. According to this configuration, a simple operation of winding the tape 35 around the first adhesion layer 25 is sufficient.

[0047] (5) The grommet 5 has the annular seal portion 38 on the inner surface, and the seal portion 38 stops water from entering the gap between the grommet 5 and the second adhesion layer 26. With this configuration, the water stop property between the grommet 5 and the second adhesion layer 26 can be improved.

[0048] (6) The waterproof plug 23 has the hole 27 through which the electric wire 2 passes. The hole 27 has an annular sealing portion 30 on the inner surface, and the sealing portion 30 seals the gap between the hole 27 and the electric wire 2. This structure can improve the waterproof performance between the electric wire 2 and the waterproof plug 23.

[0049] (7) The wire sheath 5 includes a barrel 6 for housing the assembly 22 therein and a base 8 for supporting the base end 7 of the barrel 6. The assembly 22 includes the electric wire 2, the waterproof plug 23, the shield 24, the first adhesive layer 25, and the second adhesive layer 26. According to this structure, the wire harness 1 can easily change its shape by bending the barrel 6 with the base 8 as the base point. Therefore, the wire harness 1 can be easily bent.

[0050] (8) The base portion has a waterproof wall portion 39 formed in a ring shape at the edge thereof. According to this configuration, the wall portion 39 can block the intrusion of fluid such as water, thereby further contributing to the improvement of waterproof performance. In addition, this embodiment can be implemented as the following modifications. This embodiment and the following modifications can be implemented in combination with each other within the range that there is no technical contradiction.

[0051] The shielding member 24 is not limited to the braided shielding member 32, and may be, for example, a sheet or a tube that can shield electromagnetic waves. The method of fusing the first adhesive layer 25 and the shielding material 24 is not limited to the method of applying pressure with the roller 42 , and for example, a method of simply pressing the jig 41 may be used.

[0052] The first adhesion layer 25 is not limited to a sheet shape, and may be, for example, a tube shape. The first adhesion layer 25 is not limited to the butyl rubber (butyl rubber sheet 34 ), and may be any member as long as it is bendable and can press the shield 24 against the waterproof plug 23 by covering the periphery.

[0053] ·exist Figure 6 (a)~ Figure 6 In the example shown in (d), the first close-contact layer 25 is wound in a so-called half-overlapping manner, but the first close-contact layer 25 may also be wound in a full-overlapping manner. Figure 8 (a)~ Figure 8As shown in (d), the first adhesion layer 25 may be wound around the shielding member 24 and at the same position in the axial direction of the electric wire 2, that is, wound a plurality of times without being spaced apart in the axial direction of the electric wire 2. This is not limited to, for example, the size of the first adhesion layer 25 in the axial direction (arrow A1) of the electric wire 2 (sometimes referred to as the width of the first adhesion layer 25) may be substantially or completely equal to the entire length of the water stopper 23 in the axial direction (arrow A1) of the electric wire 2. In the case where the first adhesion layer 25 is a butyl rubber sheet 34, a butyl rubber sheet stack having a plurality of butyl rubber sheets 34 stacked around the water stopper 23 may be formed over the entire length of the water stopper 23. A roll of a plurality of first adhesion layers 25 (a roll of a plurality of butyl rubber sheets 34) having a length corresponding to or identical to the entire length of the water stopper 23 is advantageous in improving water stopping properties, and for example, by adjusting the number of windings according to the sealing performance requirements, it is possible to flexibly adapt to the sealing performance requirements.

[0054] The tape 35 of the second adhesion layer 26 is not limited to a plastic bag, and may be any resin tape. The tape 35 of the second adhesion layer 26 is preferably, for example, an insulating tape.

[0055] The second adhesion layer 26 is not limited to the belt 35 , and may be, for example, a cylindrical member that covers the first adhesion layer 25 from the periphery. The waterproof stopper 23 is not limited to a rubber stopper, and may be formed of any elastic material. Thus, the waterproof stopper 23 may be formed of any material capable of sealing the inside of the grommet 5.

[0056] The grommet 5 may be directly mounted on the mounting partner 3 , for example, the body of a vehicle, without using the bracket 9 . The wire cover 5 may be in any shape as long as it can protect the electric wires 2 passing through the holes 27 .

[0057] The assembly 22 is not limited to being arranged only in the cylindrical portion 6 , and may be shaped to extend across the base end 7 and reach the base portion 8 . The electric wire 2 may be a cable formed by bundling a plurality of electric wires.
