Abstract

The invention relates to the field of biological medicines, in particular to a calcium supplement emulsion containing vitamin K2 and vitamin D3. The invention provides a composition containing vitamin K2 and vitamin D3. The composition is prepared from 15 to 25 parts of ginseng polysaccharide aqueous solution, 0.2 to 1 part of soybean protein isolate, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of vegetable oil, 0.1 to 1 part of calcium, 0.05 to 0.2 part of vitamin K2 and 0.01 to 0.1 part of vitamin D3. In the composition, the ginseng polysaccharide and the soybean protein isolate are used as emulsifiers, so that the bioavailability of the vitamin K2 and the vitamin D3 is high, and the in-vitro release rate of calcium is high; the vitamin K2, the vitamin D3 and the calcium have a synergistic effect, so that calcium ions can be deposited in bones to prepare the calcium supplement preparation in an emulsion form, and the calcium supplement preparation can be more easily absorbed and utilized by a human body; meanwhile, the problem of constipation can also be relieved.
