Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a slider for a slide fastener. Background Art
[0002] Generally, a slider for a zipper has a slider body formed by connecting an upper wing plate and a lower wing plate by a guide column and a pull tab held on the slider body, and a substantially Y-shaped chain element guide passage for guiding the left and right chain element rows is formed between the upper wing plate and the lower wing plate. As such a slider for a zipper, the following type of slider (split slider) is known: a first slider member having a first wing plate (e.g., a lower wing plate) and a second slider member having a second wing plate (e.g., an upper wing plate) are formed separately, and the first slider member and the second slider member are combined with each other to form the slider (split slider).
[0003] The split type slider composed of a plurality of slider components can be easily installed on the chain element row of the zipper chain after components such as stoppers and separation inserts are provided at both ends of the chain element row of the zipper chain. For example, Patent Documents 1 to 3 disclose split type sliders composed of such a plurality of slider components.

[0046] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0047] <First embodiment>
[0048] Figure 1 It is an overall perspective view of the slide fastener slider according to the first embodiment. Figure 2 yes Figure 1 An exploded perspective view of a zipper slider is shown.
[0049] In the following description, the sliding direction of the zipper slider (hereinafter referred to as the slider) is set as the front-to-back direction, the direction in which the slider moves to engage the zipper chain teeth is set as the front (shoulder side direction), and the direction in which the slider moves to separate the chain teeth (rear side direction) is set as the rear.
[0050] In addition, the height direction of the slider is set as the up-down direction, the side exposed to the outside when the zipper is used (for example, the side where the pull tab is installed relative to the slider body) is set as the top, and the opposite side is set as the bottom. In addition, the direction orthogonal to the sliding direction and the up-down direction of the slider is set as the width direction or the left-right direction of the slider.
[0051] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 As shown, the slider 100 of the present embodiment includes a lower member 10, an upper member 20, a cover 30, and a pull tab 40. The lower member 10 and the upper member 20 are combined with each other to form a slider body 50 that is the main body of the slider 100. For the slider 100 of the present embodiment, for example, a so-called back-use type zipper in which the chain teeth of the left and right zipper chain tapes are arranged on the lower surface side relative to the zipper tape. In addition, the slider 100 is not limited to the illustrated form. In addition, the structure of the pull tab 40 is not limited to the illustrated form.
[0052] The lower member 10 constitutes the bottom surface of the slider 100 and is disposed on the opposite side (back side) to the side exposed to the outside when the zipper is used. The upper member 20 is disposed above the lower member 10 in a manner opposite to the lower member 10. The cover 30 is mounted above the upper member 20.
[0053] In this embodiment, the lower member 10, the upper member 20, the cover 30, and the pull tab 40 are each a metal or resin member formed of a single member. Each member is formed by injection molding, die casting, or the like, but the molding method is not particularly limited.
[0054] Figure 3 It is a perspective view of the lower member 10 .
[0055] The lower member 10 includes a lower wing plate 11, a guide column 12, a pair of lower flanges 13, an upper plate 14, a front mounting column 15, and a rear mounting column 16. The lower member 10 supports the upper member 20 ( Figure 2 ).
[0056] The lower wing plate 11 is a flat plate-shaped member that becomes the bottom surface of the slider 100. A guide post 12 extending upward is provided at the front end of the lower wing plate 11. At the front end of the lower wing plate 11, shoulders are formed on both sides of the guide post 12 in the left-right direction, and a rear opening is formed at the rear end of the lower wing plate 11. A pair of lower flanges 13 are erected along the left and right side edges of the lower wing plate 11 at the rear end side of the lower wing plate 11.
[0057] The upper plate portion 14 is connected to the guide column 12, and is formed to be opposite to the lower wing plate 11 at a predetermined distance from the lower wing plate 11 in the vertical direction, and extends in the front-rear direction. A front mounting column 15 is provided at the front end of the upper plate portion 14, and a rear mounting column 16 is provided at the rear end of the upper plate portion 14. Details of the front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 will be described later.
[0058] Figure 4 It is a perspective view showing the upper member 20 .
[0059] The upper member 20 has a flat plate portion 21, a pair of upper flange portions 22, an opening portion 23, a front mounting portion 24, and a rear mounting portion 25. The upper member 20 is mounted on the lower member 10 ( Figure 2 ) and covers the upper plate portion 14 of the lower member 10.
[0060] The flat plate portion 21 is a flat plate-shaped portion constituting the outline of the upper member 20, and is provided on the lower wing plate 11 ( Figure 3 ) above. A pair of upper flanges 22 are formed to protrude downward along the left and right side edges of the flat plate 21. The opening 23 is formed substantially in the center of the flat plate 21. When assembling the slider 100 described later, Figure 2The front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 of the lower member 10 shown in the figure pass through the opening 23. The opening 23 is formed to be sized and shaped so that the front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 can pass through. In this example, a substantially rectangular opening 23 is formed to extend in the front-to-rear direction of the flat plate portion 21. Therefore, when the upper member 20 is assembled to the lower member 10, it is easy to make the front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 pass through the opening 23.
[0061] The front side loading portion 24 is provided at the front end of the flat plate portion 21 and is the front side of the opening portion 23, and the rear side loading portion 25 is provided at the rear end of the flat plate portion 21 and is the rear side of the opening portion 23. The front side loading portion 24 and the rear side loading portion 25 have a shape that is recessed from the upper surface of the flat plate portion 21, and are arranged at a position that is a predetermined distance below the flat plate portion 21. That is, the thickness of the front side loading portion 24 and the rear side loading portion 25 in the vertical direction is thinner than the thickness of other positions of the flat plate portion 21. In addition, when assembling the slider 100 described later, the front side loading portion 24 and the rear side loading portion 25 are placed on the upper plate portion 14 of the lower member 10.
[0062] The upper member 20 also has a pair of central protrusions 26 that protrude from the outer edge of the opening 23 toward the inside of the opening 23. When the slider 100 is assembled, the central protrusions 26 are placed on the Figure 3 A pair of step portions 14a (only the step portion 14a near the front side is shown) is formed on the upper plate portion 14 of the lower member 10 shown in the figure. In addition, a groove portion 27 covering the upper plate portion 14 of the lower member 10 is formed along the front-to-back direction on the lower surface of the upper member 20. Details of the central protrusion 26 and the groove portion 27 will be described later. By forming the groove portion 27, the thickness of the central protrusion 26 in the vertical direction is thinner than the thickness of other positions of the flat plate portion 21. In addition, the thickness of the front side loading portion 24 and the rear side loading portion 25 in the vertical direction is formed to be the thinnest in the upper member 20 by the groove portion 27 and the depression of the upper surface.
[0063] Figure 5A is a perspective view of the cover 30, Figure 5B is a side view of the cover 30, Figure 5C It is a rear view of the cover 30.
[0064] The cover 30 has a substantially U-shape with both ends in the longitudinal direction bent to the same side, and includes a main body 31, a front engaging portion 32 provided at one end (front end) of the main body 31, and a rear engaging portion 33 provided at the other end (rear end) of the main body 31. The cover 30 also includes a front protruding portion 34 and a rear protruding portion 35 protruding to the bent side of the two end portions.
[0065] like Figure 2As shown, the cover 30 is mounted on the front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 from above the upper member 20. At this time, the shaft portion 41 provided at one end of the pull tab 40 is maintained in a state of being movable in the front-to-back direction, the up-down direction, and the left-to-right direction in the space S in the up-down direction formed between the upper plate portion 14 of the lower member 10 and the cover 30.
[0066] Figure 6 It is a perspective view of the slider body 50 to which the lower member 10 and the upper member 20 are assembled. In the following description, the same reference numerals are given to the same members or the same parts, and the description thereof is omitted or simplified.
[0067] An upper surface 14 b of a region between the front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 in the upper plate portion 14 and an upper surface of the flat plate portion 21 of the upper member 20 are flush with each other to form an upper wing plate 29 .
[0068] Figure 7 yes Figure 1 The illustrated cross-sectional view of the assembled slider 100 is taken along line VII-VII.
[0069] The front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 of the lower member 10 protrude upward from the opening 23 of the upper member 20. A front recess 38 that is recessed toward the rear is formed at the front end of the front mounting column 15, and the inner upper surface of the front recess 38 constitutes the engaged portion 15a. In addition, the rear mounting column 16 is similarly formed with a rear recess 39 that is recessed toward the front at the rear end of the rear mounting column 16, and the inner upper surface of the rear recess 39 constitutes the engaged portion 16a.
[0070] The front engaging portion 32 of the cover 30 has an opposing surface 32a opposing the engaged portion 15a, and the rear engaging portion 33 has an opposing surface 33a opposing the engaged portion 16a. When the cover 30 is mounted on the upper member 20, the opposing surface 32a of the front engaging portion 32 engages with the engaged portion 15a of the front mounting post 15, and the opposing surface 33a of the rear engaging portion 33 engages with the engaged portion 16a of the rear mounting post 16.
[0071] When the front engaging portion 32 is engaged with the engaged portion 15a, the front receiving portion 24 of the upper member 20 is clamped between the top end 32b of the front engaging portion 32 of the cover 30 and the upper plate portion 14. In addition, when the rear engaging portion 33 is engaged with the engaged portion 16a, the rear receiving portion 25 of the upper member 20 is clamped between the top end 33b of the rear engaging portion 33 of the cover 30 and the upper plate portion 14.
[0072] Thus, in the slider 100 of this structure, the engagement of the lower member 10 with the upper member 20 is achieved by the engagement of the end portions (front end and rear end) of the cover 30 disposed above the upper member 20 with the lower member 10. That is, the end portions of the cover 30 engage with the mounting posts (front mounting posts 15 and rear mounting posts 16) of the lower member 10, and the upper member 20 is fixed by the mounting portions (front mounting portions 24 and rear mounting portions 25) in cooperation with the upper plate portion 14 which is a part of the lower member 10.
[0073] In addition, the cover 30 is engaged with the engaged portions 15 a and 16 a and is restricted from vertical movement by the front mounting portion 24 and the rear mounting portion 25 , so that the cover 30 will not fall off the lower member 10 even if the shaft portion 41 at one end of the pull tab 40 is pulled upward or pressed downward.
[0074] Figure 8 This is a front view of the assembled slider 100 when viewed from behind the slider. Figure 8 The pull tab 40 is omitted in the figure.
[0075] In the slider 100, a tooth guide passage 11b is formed to connect the left and right shoulder openings with the rear opening in a manner surrounded by the upper member 20, the lower wing plate 11, and the left and right pair of lower flanges 13. The tooth guide passage 11b is substantially Y-shaped when viewed from above. In this case, the inner wall surface (tooth guide surface) of the tooth guide passage 11b is composed of the lower surface of the upper member 20, the upper surface of the lower wing plate 11, the inner wall surfaces of the left and right pair of lower flanges 13, and the inner wall surfaces of the left and right pair of upper flanges 22.
[0076] Thus, when the slider 100 moves forward along the not-shown fastener element row, the two separated fastener element rows pass through the fastener element guide passage 11b from the shoulder opening to the rear opening and mesh with each other. When the slider 100 moves backward, the two meshed fastener element rows pass through the fastener element guide passage 11b from the rear opening to the shoulder opening and separate from each other.
[0077] In the existing slider, similarly, two components forming the tooth guide path 11b, such as the lower component 10 and the upper component 20 of the present embodiment, are assembled in the vertical direction. However, when assembling the existing lower component and the upper component, the two components are usually engaged with each other using a snap-fit mechanism provided between them. That is, the snap-fit mechanism is arranged in the space through which the tooth of the zipper passes, and therefore, the two components are required to be provided with a gap including at least the thickness of the snap-fit mechanism. As a result, the thickness of the slider (the thickness of the slider body) increases, which may cause problems such as the enlargement of the size and weight of the slider, the increase in cost, and the limitation of the use scene and design.
[0078] On the other hand, in the slider 100 of the present embodiment, the engagement of the lower member 10 and the upper member 20 is not achieved in the space between the two members as in the conventional slider, but is achieved by the position of the loading portion (the front loading portion 24 or the rear loading portion 25) of the upper member 20. The position of the loading portion is substantially the same as the upper surface of the flat plate portion 21 corresponding to the upper surface of the upper member 20, and at least does not exist in the region between the two members, but exists at a position above the region between the two members. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the thickness of the slider 100 after assembly (specifically, the thickness of the slider body 50) is suppressed from increasing, and the above-mentioned problem is not likely to occur.
[0079] In addition, the loading portion (front loading portion 24 or rear loading portion 25) of the upper member 20 is formed by being recessed from the flat plate portion 21, and its upper surface is arranged at a position at a predetermined distance in the lower direction than the flat plate portion 21. Therefore, when the engaging portion (front engaging portion 32 and rear engaging portion 33) of the cover 30 is engaged with the engaged portion 15a, 16a of the mounting column (front mounting column 15, rear mounting column 16), the protrusion amount in the height direction of the cover 30 can be suppressed. Thus, it can contribute to the miniaturization of the slider 100. In addition, since the loading portion of the upper member 20 is recessed relative to the surrounding flat plate portion 21, the engaging portion (front engaging portion 32 and rear engaging portion 33) of the cover 30 is stably positioned above the loading portion.
[0080] and, Figure 4 The pair of central protrusions 26 of the upper member 20 shown in the figure are placed on a pair of stepped portions 14a ( Figure 3 The pair of step portions 14a are formed in a stepped shape at the center of the upper plate portion 14 in the front-rear direction, and have a shape corresponding to the shape of the central protrusion 26. The central protrusion 26 and the step portions 14a are engaged with each other, so that the positioning accuracy of the lower member 10 and the upper member 20 can be improved.
[0081] In addition, if Figure 8 As shown, a groove 27 covering the upper plate 14 of the lower member 10 is formed along the front-rear direction on the lower surface of the upper flange 22 of the upper member 20 opposite to the lower wing plate 11. The groove 27 is formed to a size capable of accommodating the upper plate 14 of the lower member 10, and accommodates the upper plate 14 of the lower member 10 when the slider 100 is assembled. The upper plate 14 is engaged with the groove 27, so that the posture of the upper member 20 is stabilized, and the positioning accuracy of the lower member 10 and the upper member 20 can be improved. In addition, the groove 27 can limit the height of the element guide passage 11b, so that the meshing of the element row (not shown) passing through the element guide passage 11b is good.
[0082] <Modification>
[0083] Fig. 9 It is a plan view of the upper member 20A including the central placement portion 28 .
[0084] The upper member 20A of the modified example has a central placement portion 28 in the middle of the front-to-back direction of the flat plate portion 21, a front opening portion 23A is formed in front of the central placement portion 28, and a rear opening portion 23B is formed behind the central placement portion 28. That is, by providing the central placement portion 28, the opening portion 23 ( Figure 4 ) is divided into two in the front-to-back direction.
[0085] The upper member 20A of this structure is provided with the front side mounting part 24 and the rear side mounting part 25. Figure 3 In addition to the upper plate portion 14 of the lower member 10 shown in the figure, a central placement portion 28 having a larger area than the central protrusion 26 is also disposed on the upper plate portion 14. Figure 3 The upper plate portion 14 of the lower member 10 shown in the figure increases the support area of the upper member 20A, and the posture of the upper member 20 placed on the lower member 10 is stabilized. Figure 4 Compared with the upper member 20 shown in the figure, in the upper member 20A, the total area of the openings 23 can be reduced, so the mechanical strength is improved.
[0086] <Assembly process of slider>
[0087] Next, the assembly process of the slider 100 will be described.
[0088] Figures 10A to 10E It is a process explanatory diagram which shows the assembly process of the slider 100 in stages. Each assembly operation is performed by an appropriate automatic assembly device.
[0089] like Fig. 10A As shown in FIG. 1 , the lower member 10 is prepared (the first step). Fig. 10B As shown in FIG. 1 , the upper member 20 is covered on the lower member 10 to form the slider body 50 (second process). At this time, the upper surface of the upper plate portion 14, the front mounting column 15, and the rear mounting column 16 protrude upward from the opening 23. In addition, the front mounting portion 24 and the rear mounting portion 25 are placed on the upper plate portion 14. At this stage, the upper member 20 is only placed on the lower member 10, and the upper member 20 and the lower member 10 are not engaged.
[0090] Next, if Fig. 10C As shown in FIG. 1 , the shaft portion 41 of the pull tab 40 is temporarily placed in the area between the front mounting post 15 and the rear mounting post 16 of the upper plate portion 14 (third step). Fig. 10D , Fig.10E As shown in FIG. 1 , the cover 30 is mounted on the front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 (fourth step).
[0091] Here, for the cover 30, in order to fix the pull tab 40 first, first, as shown in FIG. Fig. 10D As shown by the arrow P1 in the middle, the rear engaging portion 33 of the cover 30 is hooked on the engaged portion 16a of the rear mounting column 16. Fig.10E As shown by the middle arrow P2, the front engaging portion 32 of the cover 30 engages with the engaged portion 15a of the rear mounting column 16. Thus, the lower member 10, the upper member 20, and the cover 30 are integrally assembled while the pull tab 40 is held between the cover 30 and the lower member 10, thereby completing the assembly of the slider 100.
[0092] The assembly process of the slider 100 of this embodiment is a process of simply stacking the components upward, and the assembly sequence is not complicated, which makes it a process suitable for automation. In addition, since the cover 30 is installed after the pull tab 40 is arranged, it is easy to apply the pull tab as long as it is a pull tab that is accommodated in the space between the cover 30 and the lower member 10, and various existing pull tabs can be simply used. In addition, the pull tab 40 and the cover 30 can be installed in one action, which can simplify the assembly process.
[0093] <Second embodiment>
[0094] Next, a slide fastener slider according to a second embodiment will be described.
[0095] Fig.11 It is an overall perspective view of the slide fastener slider according to the second embodiment. Fig.12 yes Fig.11 An exploded perspective view of a zipper slider is shown.
[0096] The slider 200 of the second embodiment includes a lower member 10A, an upper member 20, a cover 30A, and a pull tab 40. Fig.12 The structure other than the illustrated locking pin 60 and the mechanism for supporting the locking pin 60 is the same as that of the slider 100 of the above-described first embodiment.
[0097] The locking pin 60, in its locked state, prevents the slider 200 from moving relative to the chain element array (not shown). Specifically, the locking pin 60 keeps the slider 200 in a locked state. Furthermore, when the user pulls the pull tab 40 upward, the locking state of the slider 200 by the locking pin 60 is released, and the slider 200 can move relative to the chain element array in the front-rear direction.
[0098] Fig.13 It is an enlarged perspective view of the locking pin 60 .
[0099] The locking pin 60 is made of a metal material such as copper alloy or stainless steel, and includes a base 61, two lower locking members 62A and 62B, and an upper elastic member 63. The lower locking members 62A and 62B are respectively branched and extended from the base 61 from both ends in the left-right direction of the base 61 toward the front, and the top ends of the lower locking members 62A and 62B are integrated with each other to form a front locking portion 65. The upper elastic member 63 extends toward the front from the center portion in the left-right direction of the base 61. The upper elastic member 63 is arranged at a position above the two lower locking members 62A and 62B.
[0100] Fig.14 It is along Fig.11 A cross-sectional view taken along line XIV-XIV is shown.
[0101] The lock pin 60 is arranged in a space S ( 100 ) formed between the upper plate portion 14 and the cover 30 so as to extend in the front-rear direction. Fig.11 ). The base 61 of the locking pin 60 is arranged at the rear side of the slider 200, and the front locking portion 65 at the top end of the long strip-shaped lower locking members 62A and 62B is locked to the front mounting column 15. A through hole 17 is formed in a part of the upper plate 14 including the rear mounting column 16, and the base 61 of the locking pin 60 is inserted into the through hole 17.
[0102] That is, the lower locking members 62A, 62B and the ends of the long upper elastic member 63, which are the other ends of the locking pin 60 in the length direction, are supported on the front mounting column 15, respectively, so that the base 61, which is one end of the locking pin 60 in the length direction, can freely emerge and retract from the through hole 17 of the upper plate 14 toward the lower member 10. The top end 66 of the upper elastic member 63 presses the cover 30 upward, thereby applying force to the base 61 downward. In addition, the middle portion between one end and the other end of the locking pin 60 is arranged in the space S, and the shaft portion 41 of the pull tab 40 is arranged between the middle portion and the upper plate 14.
[0103] When the locking pin 60 is locked, the base 61 passes through the through hole 17 and projects downward from the lower surface of the upper plate 14. The base 61 projects toward the element guide passage 11b through which the element row passes, and the tip of the base 61 enters between the elements to lock the slider 100.
[0104] In addition, by the user pulling the pull tab 40 upward, the shaft portion 41 of the pull tab 40 lifts the two lower locking members 62A and 62B upward. The base portion 61 also moves upward accordingly. As a result, the locking of the chain element row by the base portion 61 is released, and the locking of the slider 100 is released. Therefore, the user can move the slider 100 in the front-rear direction while lifting the pull tab 40.
[0105] When the user puts down the lifted pull tab 40, the entire locking pin 60 including the upper elastic member 63 and the lower locking members 62A and 62B moves downward due to the repulsive force between the cover 30A and the upper elastic member 63. As a result, the locking pin 60 is locked again.
[0106] Fig.15A is a perspective view of the cover 30A. Fig. 15B is a side view of the cover 30A, Fig. 15C This is a rear view of the cover 30A. Fig.15D yes Fig. 15C The cover 30A is shown in cross-sectional view along the line XV-XV.
[0107] like Fig.15A , Fig. 15B As shown in FIG. 1 , in the cover 30A, two protruding sheet-like protrusions 36 are formed on both sides of the left-right direction at the center of the main body 31 in the front-rear direction. Fig. 15C , Fig.15D As shown, a recessed portion 37 along the front-rear direction is formed in the central portion of the back side of the main body 31 .
[0108] The protrusion 36 and Fig.13 The sides of the two lower locking members 62A, 62B shown face or contact each other, preventing the lower locking members 62A, 62B from further deformation, specifically, deformation to the left and right sides. Thus, the protrusion 36 prevents the lower locking members 62A, 62B from excessive deformation and loss of elasticity.
[0109] The inner side surface of the recessed portion 37 formed on the back side of the cover 30A is formed of a flat surface, and when the tip 66 of the upper elastic member 63 enters, the tip 66 is stably supported to be slidable, thereby preventing the lock pin 60 from accidentally shifting.
[0110] <Assembly process of slider>
[0111] Next, the assembly process of the slider 200 will be described.
[0112] Figures 16A to 16E It is a process explanatory diagram which shows the assembly process of the slider 200 in stages. Each assembly operation is performed by an appropriate automatic assembly device.
[0113] like Fig.16A As shown in FIG. 1 , the lower member 10A is prepared (first step). Fig. 16BAs shown in FIG. 1 , the upper member 20 is covered on the lower member 10A to form the slider body 50 (second process). At this time, the upper surface of the upper plate portion 14, the front mounting column 15, and the rear mounting column 16 protrude upward from the opening 23. In addition, the front mounting portion 24 and the rear mounting portion 25 are placed on the upper plate portion 14. At this stage, the upper member 20 is only placed on the lower member 10A, and the upper member 20 and the lower member 10A are not engaged.
[0114] Next, if Fig. 16C As shown in FIG. 1 , the shaft portion 41 of the pull tab 40 is temporarily placed in the area between the front mounting post 15 and the rear mounting post 16 of the upper plate portion 14 (third step). Then, the front locking portion 65 of the locking pin 60 is locked to the front mounting post 15, and the base 61 is inserted into the through hole 17. Then, as shown in FIG. Fig.16D , Fig.16E As shown in FIG. 1 , the cover 30A is mounted to the front mounting column 15 and the rear mounting column 16 (the fourth step). Here, in order to fix the pull tab 40 to the cover 30A, first, as shown in FIG. Fig.16D As shown by the middle arrow P1 , the rear engaging portion 33 of the cover 30 is hooked on the engaged portion 16 a of the rear mounting column 16 .
[0115] Then, if Fig.16E As shown by the middle arrow P2, the front engaging portion 32 of the cover 30A engages with the engaged portion 15a of the rear mounting column 16. Thus, the lower member 10A, the upper member 20, and the cover 30A are integrally assembled while the pull tab 40 is held between the cover 30A and the lower member 10A, thereby completing the assembly of the slider 200.
[0116] The assembly process of the slider 200 of this embodiment is a process of simply stacking the components in an upward direction, and the assembly sequence is not complicated, which makes it a process suitable for automation. In addition, since the cover 30A is installed after the pull tab 40 is arranged, it is easy to apply the pull tab as long as it is a pull tab that is accommodated in the space between the cover 30A and the lower member 10A, and various existing pull tabs can be simply used. In addition, the pull tab 40 and the cover 30A can be installed in one action, which can simplify the assembly process.
