Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure is generally related to a slab component and a building structure. More specifically, the present disclosure is related to a precast slab component with a truss and a building structure constructed using the slab component. Background Art
[0002] In order to speed up the construction of buildings and simplify the construction methods, the industry has developed a variety of methods to precast multiple structural parts of buildings in factories. During construction, different precast structures are transported to the construction site and then assembled on site to build the building structure.
[0003] When there is a demand for higher structural strength, the structure of the conventional building floor must have a considerable thickness. However, the increase in thickness will lead to an increase in the weight of the floor, which will increase the difficulty and labor cost of construction. In addition, the width of the floor between two adjacent beams is also limited. The floor with a large span will be subjected to a large moment, which increases the pressure on the concrete on the upper part of the floor and the tension on the steel bars on the lower part of the floor. Furthermore, the high thickness of the floor will not only increase the amount of structural materials used, but also sacrifice the usable volume of the building, and have an adverse effect on the aesthetics and carbon emissions of the building.
[0004] Therefore, the industry is looking forward to floor structures with high structural strength, high space utilization efficiency and lower carbon emission material requirements. Summary of the invention

[0020] Reference Figure 1 The plate component 1 disclosed in the present invention includes a truss 12, concrete and steel bars. This plate component 1 is called a truss plate (Ktruss plate) or simply a KT plate. The truss plate disclosed in the present invention is structural and is a semi-finished floor plate. The truss plate forms the floor structure of the building after grouting on the construction site. In addition, the truss plate has high structural strength, so it can be used as a template in construction and can reduce most of the supports. The floor structure built using the truss plate is called a truss structure floor. The truss 12 is usually composed of metal materials (such as steel) or wood.
[0021] Truss structure floor is a floor system designed for building structure. The structural characteristics of truss structure floor are high strength and rigidity, while relatively light weight. The structural design of truss 12 is based on the principle of triangle, because triangle has superior strength and stability. The main structure of truss structure floor includes floor member 1 and concrete 63, and the mutual cooperation of these 13 pieces forms a stable structure.
[0022] The advantages of the truss plate are that it is structural, can provide strong bearing capacity and relatively light weight, so that the overall structural load of the building is reduced, and most of the supports can be reduced. At the same time, the truss plate also has good plasticity and adjustability, and can be designed and adjusted according to different building needs. The truss plate can be used for different types of building structures, including commercial buildings, industrial plants, gymnasiums, etc. The construction of the truss plate is relatively simple, and the efficiency can be improved and time can be saved during the installation process. In addition, the truss structure floor slab constructed by the truss plate also has good earthquake resistance and wind resistance, and can effectively withstand the influence of external forces. Due to the geometric shape of the truss 12, it can effectively disperse and carry a large amount of weight. In architectural design, the truss structure floor slab can realize a large span of building space, so that many columns or beams are not required inside the building, thereby providing greater spatial freedom. The truss structure floor slab is particularly suitable for places that require large areas without columns, such as sports venues or exhibition halls, because it can provide unobstructed vision and freedom.
[0023] In addition, compared to traditional floor structures, truss structure floors use less material, thereby reducing the weight of the entire building. This not only saves construction costs, but also reduces the burden on infrastructure while improving the building's earthquake resistance.
[0024] In general, the truss structure floor is a building structure with superior strength, light weight, simple construction and design flexibility. Designers can adapt to different sites and building requirements by adjusting the geometric shape and spacing of the trusses 12. Therefore, the truss structure floor is widely used in modern buildings, providing a stable structural foundation and excellent functionality for various buildings.
[0025] Reference Figure 1 , which shows a three-dimensional view of the plate component 1. In some embodiments, the plate component 1 is substantially a plate structure. The plate component 1 is generally rectangular, but can also be made into different shapes according to actual needs. In some embodiments, the plate component 1 includes a concrete body 11 and a support structure for supporting the concrete body 11. Figure 4, which shows a three-dimensional view of the support structure of the panel component 1, wherein the support structure includes a plurality of trusses 12, a plurality of steel bars 124 and at least one reinforcing steel bar 125. In some embodiments, the support structure of the panel component 1 can be in other forms, such as a steel deck or other structures that can be used to carry concrete.
[0026] Reference Figure 4 , which is a three-dimensional view of the support structure of the display board component 1. In some embodiments, the plurality of steel bars 124 extend in a first direction X; the plurality of trusses 12 extend in a second direction Y perpendicular to the first direction X. In some embodiments, each of the plurality of trusses 12 is arranged in parallel along the first direction X.
[0027] Reference Figure 2-4 Each set of trusses 12 includes two parallel serrated steel bars 122 and three straight steel bars 121. The serrated steel bars 122 form a plurality of triangles. The two serrated steel bars 122 are connected by a straight steel bar 121 at the corresponding vertex of each triangle, and the two serrated steel bars 122 are opened at an angle θ (such as Figure 3 As shown), in addition, the other two corners of each triangle of each of the two serrated steel bars 122 are connected to another straight steel bar 121. Figure 2 When viewed from the side of the panel member 1 along the first direction X, each set of trusses 12 disclosed in the present invention has a plurality of triangular areas C defined by the serrated steel bars 122 and the straight steel bars 121, and the space defined by the triangular areas C is referred to as the interior of the truss 12. Figure 3 When viewed from the side of the plate component 1 along the second direction Y, each set of trusses 12 disclosed in the present invention has a plurality of triangular areas D defined by the two serrated steel bars 122 and the steel bars 124, and the space range defined by them is also referred to as the interior of the truss 12.
[0028] Reference Figure 2-3 In some embodiments, the plurality of steel bars 124 are disposed below the plurality of trusses 12. In some embodiments, the plurality of steel bars 124 abut against the bottom of the plurality of trusses 12, that is, abut against the bottom of the linear steel bars 121 at the bottom of the trusses 12. In some embodiments, the plurality of steel bars 124 and the corresponding linear steel bars 121 of the plurality of trusses 12 are connected to each other by tying or welding.
[0029] Reference Figure 4 In some embodiments, the plate member 1 further has a plurality of additional steel bars 123 extending in the second direction Y, which are arranged above the plurality of steel bars 124 extending in the first direction X and pass through the interior of the corresponding truss 12 in the second direction Y (such as Figure 3 shown).
[0030] Reference Figure 4 In some embodiments, the plate member 1 further has at least one reinforcing steel bar 125, each of which is disposed above the additional steel bar 123 and extends in the first direction X and passes through the interior of the corresponding truss 12 (such as Figure 2 shown).
[0031] Reference Figure 1-4 The following describes the manufacturing method of the plate component 1 disclosed in the present invention. The plate component 1 disclosed in the present invention is mainly manufactured by precasting. First, a bottom template is set, and then the bottom template is set as follows Figure 4 The truss 12 and the steel structure shown in the figure are then surrounded by side templates, so that the bottom template and the side template form a grouting space. Then, concrete is poured into the grouting space. In the above steps, the concrete cannot completely cover the truss 12. After the concrete is cured, the bottom template and the side template are removed to obtain the following Figure 1 The plate component 1 is shown.
[0032] Precasting the panel component 1 can save time on site construction and allow multiple processes to be carried out simultaneously, thereby improving construction efficiency. In addition, the panel component 1 can be made in a well-controlled factory environment, which can better control the quality of concrete and structural reinforcement, thereby improving the quality and durability of the panel component 1.
[0033] like Figure 1-3 As shown, the parts of the plurality of trusses 12 of the panel member 1, the steel bars 124, and the reinforcing steel bars 125 are buried in the concrete body 11, and the parts of the plurality of trusses 12 are exposed outside the concrete body 11. Figure 2 In some embodiments, the portions of the plurality of trusses 12 exposed outside the concrete body 11 protrude a distance t in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the slab member 1, and the distance t is approximately 4 to 32 centimeters. Figure 7 In some embodiments, the portion of the truss 12 exposed outside the concrete body 11 forms a hanging portion 126 for connection with a crane's sling to lift and move the panel component 1 to a desired position. In other embodiments, the hanging portion 126 may be formed by a steel bar structure disposed in the concrete body 11 of the panel component 1. In other possible embodiments, the hanging portion 126 may also be a component fixed to the surface of the concrete body 11, such as a hook.
[0034] In some embodiments, the concrete body 11 of the plate member 1 of the present disclosure is formed by UHPC. In some embodiments, since UHPC can provide excellent structural strength, the plate member 1 made of UHPC can be omitted. Figure 4 The plurality of steel bars 124 and at least one reinforcing steel bar 125. Figure 4AAs shown, the panel component 1 made of UHPC only needs to use a plurality of trusses 12 as the support structure of the concrete body 11 of the panel component 1, and no other steel bars (such as steel bars 124 and reinforcing steel bars 125) or steel mesh are required to be arranged in the panel component 1. Therefore, the panel component 1 made of UHPC can greatly reduce the use of steel bars, so that the weight of the panel component 1 can be greatly reduced.
[0035] During the construction of the floor slab, the slab component 1 is first laid on the precast beam, and then concrete is poured on the slab component 1. As mentioned above, UHPC can provide excellent structural strength. Therefore, under the condition that the amount or thickness of the concrete poured on site remains unchanged, the thickness d of the slab component 1 made of UHPC can be greatly reduced. In addition, since the slab component 1 made of UHPC requires less concrete, it can achieve the effect of environmental protection and carbon reduction.
[0036] The slab member 1 made of ultra-high performance concrete disclosed in the present invention also has many advantages, which are described as follows.
[0037] Reference Figure 4A As shown in Table 1 below, in some embodiments, the UHPC plate component 1 disclosed herein includes approximately 1 to 7 sets of trusses 12 per meter along the first direction X. A truss plate (KT plate) made of conventional concrete requires approximately 4 to 11 sets of trusses 12 per meter. Therefore, the ratio of the number of trusses 12 required for a conventional plate to the number of trusses 12 required for a plate component 1 made of UHPC disclosed herein is approximately 25-64%. Therefore, the number of trusses 12 can be greatly reduced, thereby reducing material costs and carbon emissions.
[0038] Reference Figure 2 As shown in Table 1 below, in some embodiments, the plate component 1 made of UHPC disclosed herein has a thickness d of about 1.5 to 7 centimeters. In contrast, the thickness of a plate made of conventional concrete is about 5 to 10 centimeters. Therefore, the thickness of the plate component 1 made of UHPC disclosed herein is about 30-70% of the thickness of a conventional plate. In other embodiments, the plate component 1 made of UHPC disclosed herein has a thickness d of about 3-5 centimeters.
[0039] According to the above, the UHPC plate component 1 disclosed herein can significantly reduce the thickness of the plate component 1, thereby reducing the material cost. In addition, compared with the plate made of traditional concrete, the UHPC plate component 1 disclosed herein can reduce the weight by 30-70% (50% weight reduction on average) under the same area, so the truck transportation energy can be doubled and the freight can be reduced by half.
[0040] In some embodiments, the area of the UHPC slab component 1 disclosed herein is approximately 1 to 96 square meters. The area of a conventional truss slab is approximately 1 to 50 square meters. Therefore, the UHPC slab component 1 disclosed herein can have an area approximately twice that of a conventional truss slab. Therefore, the slab component 1 disclosed herein can realize a large-span floor structure and reduce the number of columns.
[0041] In addition, since UHPC has excellent structural strength, the slab component 1 made of UHPC disclosed in the present invention has higher structural strength than that made of traditional concrete, and is therefore applicable to a larger span.

[0043]
[0044] Reference Figure 5 , which shows a cross-sectional view of a building structure 4 disclosed herein, comprising a beam 2 and plate members 1 on both sides thereof. In some embodiments, the beam 2 may be a precast beam. In some embodiments, the width W of the beam 2 is about 250 to 350 cm, and the height H of the concrete portion is about 490 to 540 cm.
[0045] Specifically, Figure 5 The cross-sectional view of the display board component 1 in the second direction Y after being hung to the beam 2 by a crane during construction, wherein a board component 1 is disposed on each side of the beam 2. In some embodiments, the steel bar configuration of the board component 1 can refer to Figure 2-4 In some embodiments, the beam 2 has main reinforcement 21 and stirrups 22. Figure 5 In some embodiments, the main reinforcement 21 and stirrups 22 of the beam 2 are partially exposed outside the concrete. In some embodiments, the beam 2 has a plurality of steel bars 23 partially exposed outside the beam 2 and extending to both sides of the beam 2 in the second direction Y beyond the width W of the beam 2. The steel bars 23 exposed outside the beam 2 are arranged in a first direction X perpendicular to the second direction Y corresponding to the plurality of trusses 12 of the slab member 1. In addition, referring to Figure 5 A partial enlargement of part 5A Figure 5A , the plurality of steel bars 23 exposed outside the beam 2 are located at a distance S below the topmost straight steel bar 121 of the corresponding truss 12, so that each of the plurality of steel bars 23 extends into the interior of the corresponding truss 12 in the second direction Y by a distance L, and the distance L is determined according to the grip lap length left by the steel bar number. In some embodiments, the distance S is about 4 to 32 centimeters. In some embodiments, the distance L is about 25 to 50 centimeters, preferably about 30 centimeters.
[0046] Reference Figure 5 and 6The following describes the construction method of the building structure 4 disclosed in the present invention. The building structure 4 is to connect the plate member 1 with the beam 2, so that the plate member 1 becomes the floor of the building. Figure 8 , which shows a top view of four panel members 1 arranged on beams supported on columns at four corners. Figure 8 The plate member 1 between the two beams can also be a single plate member 1 formed in one piece. In other embodiments, since the plate member 1 has sufficient strength, the middle beam can be omitted as needed and the four plate members 1 can be replaced by a single plate member 1 formed in one piece.
[0047] The slab reinforcement configuration and concrete grouting of a building are very important parts of the building structure. The slab refers to the floor structure of a building, which is usually composed of steel bars and concrete. The slab reinforcement configuration refers to the way and location of steel bars used in the slab. Steel bars are usually made of high-strength metal materials and are mainly used to enhance the strength and tensile capacity of concrete. In the slab, the steel bars are arranged in a grid-like structure and placed in stress concentration areas such as beam-column connections and support points according to design requirements. The configuration of steel bars needs to be carried out according to the calculations and requirements of architectural designers and structural engineers to ensure the strength and stability of the slab. Concrete grouting refers to pouring concrete into the space where the steel bars are configured, filling and covering the steel bars to form the main structural layer of the slab. Concrete is a building material made of a mixture of materials such as water, cement, sand and stone, which has strong compression and durability. When the concrete grouting is completed, it will solidify over a period of time to form a solid slab structure. During the construction process, the slab reinforcement configuration and concrete grouting need to strictly follow the design and construction specifications. This involves the appropriate steel bar diameter, spacing and mixing ratio of concrete to ensure the bearing capacity and durability of the slab. At the same time, when grouting concrete, construction workers need to ensure that the concrete evenly fills the space where the steel bars are configured and is properly compacted to prevent the formation of bubbles and cracks. Floor steel bar configuration and concrete grouting are key construction elements in the building structure. Their correct design and construction are essential to ensure the stability and safety of the building.
[0048] In the present disclosure, the floor plate component 1 has a truss 12, so it has a high structural strength. In addition, since the concrete body 11 of the floor plate component 1 of the present disclosure is made of UHPC, it has many advantages such as high strength, light weight, and fire resistance.
[0049] Reference Figure 5In some embodiments, after the plate member 1 is hung on the beam 2 and positioned, a steel mesh (not shown) is arranged on the surface of the plate member 1 and a template is arranged around the main reinforcement 21 and stirrups 22 exposed to the outside of the plate member 1 and the beam 2 to form a concrete pouring space. Subsequently, concrete is poured into the pouring space. The concrete poured at this stage is referred to as the additional concrete part 3 in the present disclosure (refer to Figure 6 ). After the additional concrete part 3 solidifies, the formwork is removed and the concrete is cured. Figure 6 The floor structure shown.
