The invention discloses a power transmission line disaster real-time assessment method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining first historical parameter information of a target power transmission line, and carrying out the first preprocessing of the first historical parameter information, and obtaining second historical parameter information; establishing a first twinborn model according to the second historical parameter information, and designing an early warning strategy based on the first twinborn model; and acquiring first real-time parameter information of the target power transmission line, and performing power transmission line disaster real-time assessment based on the first twinborn model and the early warning strategy. According to the method provided by the invention, the accuracy and timeliness of disaster early warning can be effectively improved, so that the safe and stable operation of a power grid is ensured.
