The embodiment of the invention provides a method for measuring a reference signal between UE (user equipment) and a base station and the base station. The method is applied to the base station and comprises the following steps: receiving a first measurement report reported by a first measurement configuration issued by the UE on the basis of the base station; when a distance between the position of the UE and an adjacent cell is determined to be smaller than a first distance threshold value according to the first measurement report, sending a second measurement configuration to the UE to indicate the UE to measure a reference signal of the adjacent cell according to an appointed second measurement period in the second measurement configuration, wherein the second measurement period is shorter than a corresponding first measurement period in the first measurement configuration; and receiving a measurement result which is acquired and encapsulated in a second measurement report by the UE after the adjacent cell is measured according to the second measurement period. In a moving process of the UE, after the second measurement configuration from the base station is received, the adjacent cell is measured in the second measurement period, and a more precise result is reported to the base station, so that the base station can be used for carrying out accurate switching between cells for the UE.

The invention discloses a heat resistance measurement method for a pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (PHEMT); by adopting the heat resistance measurement method, the temperature measurement is accurate, and damage to the PHEMT and measurement errors are not easy to cause. The method is implemented by the following technical scheme: a semiconductor heat resistance measurement instrument T3ster provides a current source to load current between a drain electrode and a source electrode of the PHEMT; a channel of the PHEMT is heated by the internal resistance of the transistor, then a T3ster peripheral control circuit performs instantaneous circuit switching, and the heating is stopped instantaneously; in the process, a voltage output end Ucb of the T3ster enables a fast recovery diode to be positively biased, under the effect of partial voltage of a divider resistor R1 connected with the Ucb on the Ucb, pinch-off voltage between a grid electrode G and the source electrode S of the PHEMT to be measured is generated, and reversal of biasing between the grid electrode G and the source electrode S of the PHEMT is realized; after the circuit switching, positive biasing between the grid electrode G and the source electrode S is realized, and the voltage drop reflects a temperature. Heat resistance is obtained according to a temperature change value measured by the T3ster by using data processing software Master of the T3ster in a computer.

Voltage limiter

The voltage limiter is used to effectively limit short-term and long-term overvoltages. Said voltage limiter has a varistor (1) and a discharge path which can be connected in parallel with the varistor. The discharge path contains a switching point (4), which is preferably in the form of a semiconductor switch and can be loaded with an uninterrupted current, and which can be closed above a limit value of a signal which is dependent on an operating variable of the varistor (1). The varistor (1) is arranged in a first area (24) and the switching point (4) is arranged in a second area (26) of two areas (24, 26, 28) which are at an axial distance from one another in the direction of an axis of symmetry (20). Means (5) for operating the switching point (4) are accommodated in a third area (28), which is at a defined potential. The arrangement of the components (1, 4, 5) of the voltage limiter in separate areas (24, 26, 28) results in a compact, modular construction, and those components of the voltage limiter which are subject to power loading, namely the varistor (1) and the switching point (5), are physically separated from one another, so that they can be cooled independently of one another. Since the operating means (5), which generally operate electronically, are accommodated in an electromagnetically shielded area (28), the operational reliability of the voltage limiter is at the same time improved, and, in particular, undesirable high-energy electromagnetic interference is kept away from this area (28).
