silicon coated aluminized hot-formed steel
pipe is selected to form a welded
pipe, and the substrate of the
structural component is obtained by
hydroforming; Second, a pretreatment
system is established for the substrate before heating, and the substrate from step one is transferred into the solution in the pretreatment
system and immersed; Third, the pretreated substrate is placed in a
heating furnace at - degrees Celsius, so that the solution forms carbides under high temperature, and the substrate is removed after being heated to the set temperature; Fourth, the substrate from step three is placed in a mold with a
water flow cooling function, and the upper and lower molds are pressed together to quickly cool and quench the
