The invention discloses an active
sludge aerobic
respiration measuring device capable of being self-examined and corrected and an application method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of
sewage treatment. The measuring device comprises an
aeration chamber, a
respiration chamber, a measuring chamber, a constant-temperature
system, a
pH control system and a pipeline flow-direction
control system. An outlet of the
aeration chamber bypasses a
peristaltic pump and is sequentially connected with the measuring chamber, an inlet of the
respiration chamber, an outlet of the
respiration chamber, the other measuring chamber and an inlet of the
aeration chamber through the pipeline flow-direction
control system to form a circulating loop. The pipeline flow-direction
control system consists of four normally open electromagnetic valves, four normally closed electromagnetic valves, a time
relay and a connecting
pipe and is a key part for the
system to achieve the dynamic
self examination and correction function of a soluble
oxygen sensor. The dissolved
oxygen measuring effect can be detected in real time in the running process of a reactor through the pipeline flow-direction control system, the dissolved
oxygen measuring valve is verified, the problem that the dissolved
oxygen sensor is drifted can be overcome, and the OUR (oxygen utility rate) calculation precision can be improved.
