[0003] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0004] In Patent Document 1, since a space is required for installing the inner fan, there is a problem that the size of the motor increases.
[0005] Means for solving problems
[0006] The motor of the first viewpoint comprises a shaft, a rotor and a stator. The rotor is connected to the shaft. The rotor rotates together with the shaft around the rotation axis. The stator is arranged radially inward of the rotor. The rotor has a magnetic portion and a plurality of connecting portions. The magnetic portion is cylindrical. The magnetic portion is arranged radially outward of the stator. The connecting portion connects the shaft to the magnetic portion. When observing along the direction in which the connecting portion extends from the shaft, i.e., the first direction, the first surface of the connecting portion on the front side of the rotation direction is inclined relative to a first plane, which includes the rotation axis of the shaft and extends in the first direction.
[0007] In the motor of the first aspect, when the connecting portion is viewed along the first direction in which the shaft extends, the first surface of the connecting portion on the front side in the rotation direction is inclined relative to the first plane including the rotation axis of the shaft and extending in the first direction. As a result, the motor is provided with an inclined arrangement at the connecting portion of the rotor to blow air into the motor, thereby generating air flow in the motor without providing a space for an internal fan or the like, thereby suppressing the temperature rise of the stator.
[0008] A motor according to a second aspect is the motor according to the first aspect, wherein the first surface is inclined in a counter-rotation direction of the connection portion with respect to the first plane.

[0012] The motor of the fourth aspect is the motor of any one of the first to third aspects, further comprising a first cover. The first cover covers the upper surface of the rotor. A first flow path for air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor is formed between the stator arranged radially inside the rotor and the first cover.
[0013] In the motor according to the fourth aspect, the air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor flows through the first flow path adjacent to the stator, thereby suppressing a temperature increase of the stator.
[0014] The motor of the fifth aspect is the motor of any one of the first to fourth aspects, further comprising a second cover. The second cover covers the side surface of the rotor. A second flow path for air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor is formed between the stator arranged radially inside the rotor and the second cover.
[0015] In the motor according to the fifth aspect, the air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor flows through the second flow path adjacent to the stator, thereby suppressing the temperature increase of the stator.
[0016] The motor of the sixth aspect is the motor of any one of the first to fifth aspects, further comprising a third cover. The third cover covers the bottom surface of the stator. [0020] The motor of an eighth aspect is the motor of any one of the first to seventh aspects, wherein the stator has a second through hole radially inside a coil holding portion that holds the coil, and the second through hole allows air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor to pass through.
[0021] In the motor according to the eighth aspect, the air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor flows through the second through-holes adjacent to the coil holding portion of the stator, thereby suppressing a temperature increase of the stator.
[0022] The motor of the ninth aspect is further provided with a first cover, a second cover and a third cover in the motor of the first aspect or the second aspect. The first cover covers the upper surface of the rotor. The second cover covers the side surface of the rotor. The third cover covers the bottom surface of the stator. A first flow path for air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor is formed between the stator and the first cover arranged radially inside the rotor. A second flow path for air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor is formed between the stator and the second cover. The stator has a first through hole on the radial outside of a coil holding portion for holding the coil. The stator has a second through hole on the radial inside of the coil holding portion. The first through hole and the second through hole allow the air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor to pass through. The air flow passing through the first flow path, the second flow path, the first through hole, the third flow path and the second through hole circulates around the coil holding portion.
[0023] In the motor according to the ninth aspect, the air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor circulates around the coil holding portion of the stator, thereby further suppressing the temperature increase of the stator.

[0036] (1) Structure of Refrigeration Cycle Device
[0037] The refrigeration cycle device 200 is a device that cools or heats a temperature adjustment object using a vapor compression refrigeration cycle. In the present embodiment, the refrigeration cycle device 200 is an air conditioning device 200 that cools or heats the air of an air-conditioned space that is a temperature adjustment object. The type of the refrigeration cycle device 200 is not limited to the air conditioning device 200, and may also be a hot water supply device, a floor heating device, a refrigeration device, etc.
[0038] Figure 1 2 is an appearance diagram of the air conditioning device 200. Figure 1 As shown, the air conditioning device 200 mainly includes an indoor unit 210 installed on a wall surface of a room, etc., and an outdoor unit 220 installed outdoors. The indoor unit 210 and the outdoor unit 220 are connected to each other via a refrigerant pipe 230, thereby constituting a refrigerant circuit of the air conditioning device 200. The air conditioning device 200 performs cooling operation and heating operation in a space where the indoor unit 210 is installed.
[0039] Figure 2 2 is a cross-sectional view of the outdoor unit 220. Figure 2 As shown, the outdoor unit 220 mainly includes an air supply device 100, a housing 102, a heat exchanger 104, a compressor 106, internal piping, and a control unit. The housing 102 accommodates the air supply device 100, the partition plate 103, the heat exchanger 104, the bell mouth 105, the compressor 106, etc. The internal piping is a part of the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioning device 200, and is a pipe for the refrigerant circulating in the refrigerant circuit to flow. The control unit is a microcomputer having a CPU and a memory, etc. The control unit controls the motor 10 of the air supply device 100, etc.
[0040] The partition plate 103 partitions the internal space of the housing 102 into an air supply chamber 102a and a machine chamber 102b. The air supply device 100, the heat exchanger 104, and the bell mouth 105 are arranged in the air supply chamber 102a. The compressor 106 and the control unit are arranged in the machine chamber 102b.
[0041] The compressor 106 compresses the refrigerant circulating in the refrigerant circuit of the air-conditioning apparatus 200. The refrigerant compressed by the compressor 106 is sent to the heat exchanger 104 of the outdoor unit 220 during cooling operation, and is sent to the heat exchanger of the indoor unit 210 during heating operation.
[0042] The heat exchanger 104 performs heat exchange between the refrigerant and the air. The heat exchanger 104 is composed of, for example, a heat transfer tube that is folded multiple times at both ends in the length direction and fins mounted on the heat transfer tube. The heat transfer tube is a part of the refrigerant circuit of the air-conditioning device 200, and is a tube for the refrigerant circulating in the refrigerant circuit to flow. The heat exchanger 104 performs heat exchange between the refrigerant flowing through the inside of the heat transfer tube and the air passing through the fins. The heat exchanger 104 functions as a condenser (radiator) during cooling operation and functions as an evaporator (heat absorber) during heating operation.
[0043] The air supply device 100 mainly includes a motor 10 and a fan 90. The fan 90 is driven by the motor 10. The fan 90 is a propeller fan for sending air in a predetermined direction. The fan 90 generates an air flow for promoting heat exchange of the heat exchanger 104. With the air flow generated by the rotation of the fan 90, the air outside the housing 102 is sucked into the air supply chamber 102a inside the housing 102. In this process, the air exchanges heat with the refrigerant through the heat exchanger 104, and then is discharged to the outside of the housing 102 through the bell mouth 105.
[0044] (2) Motor structure
[0045] Figure 3 is a three-dimensional cross-sectional view of the motor 10. Figure 3 As shown, the motor 10 mainly includes a rotor 20 , a stator 30 , a motor housing 40 and a shaft 60 .
[0046] In the following description, “axial direction” refers to the direction of the rotation axis 62 of the rotor 20 ( Figure 3 The “radial direction” is the radial direction with the rotation axis 62 of the rotor 20 as the center. The “rotation direction” is the direction in which the rotor 20 rotates with the rotation axis 62 as the center. Figure 3 As shown, the rotor 20 rotates counterclockwise when viewed from above.
[0047] The motor 10 is an outer rotor type motor. In other words, the stator 30 is arranged radially inside the rotor 20 .
[0048] (2-1) Stator
[0049] like Figure 3 As shown, the stator 30 mainly includes a coil holding portion 34, a first through hole 35, and a second through hole 36. The stator 30 is integrally formed by resin molding. A bearing 37 is disposed between the inner circumference of the stator 30 and the shaft 60. The stator 30 supports the shaft 60 via the bearing 37.
[0050] The coil holding portion 34 includes a stator core 31, a coil 32, an insulator 33, and a terminal block 50. The stator core 31 is formed by stacking steel plates that are conductive soft magnetic bodies. The stator core 31 has a plurality of teeth. The coil 32 is formed by winding a copper wire or an aluminum wire or a copper-clad aluminum wire covered with an insulating material such as an enameled resin around the teeth of the stator core 31. The insulator 33 is formed of an insulating resin material. The insulator 33 is disposed between the stator core 31 and the coil 32. The insulator 33 insulates the stator core 31 from the coil 32 so that the current flowing through the coil 32 is not transmitted to the stator core 31. The terminal block 50 is connected to the lead wires of the winding start and winding end of the coil 32. The terminal block 50 is connected to an external power source or the like via lead wires.
[0051] The first through hole 35 is formed on the radially outer side of the coil holding portion 34. The first through hole 35 penetrates the stator 30 in the axial direction. Figure 4 is a top view of the stator 30. Figure 4 In Figure 3 The cross section in is denoted as cross section AA'. Figure 4 As shown, the stator 30 has six first through holes 35. The first through holes 35 allow air flows F2 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 to pass through. The air flows F2 will be described later.
[0052] The second through hole 36 is formed on the radially inner side of the coil holding portion 34. The second through hole 36 penetrates the stator 30 in the axial direction. Figure 4 As shown, the stator 30 has six second through holes 36. The second through holes 36 allow air flows F4 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 to pass through. The air flows F4 will be described later.
[0053] (2-2) Rotor
[0054] Figure 5 2 is a perspective view of the rotor 20. Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the rotor 20 mainly includes a magnetic portion 21, a plurality of connection portions 22, and a support portion 24. The rotor 20 is integrally formed by resin molding. The rotor 20 is connected to the shaft 60 via the support portion 24. Thus, the rotor 20 rotates together with the shaft 60 around the rotation axis 62.
[0055] The magnetic part 21 is cylindrical. The magnetic part 21 is arranged radially outside the stator 30. The magnetic part 21 has a plurality of magnets 21a. The plurality of magnets 21a are arranged in a row in the rotation direction of the magnetic part 21.
[0056] The connecting portion 22 connects the shaft 60 to the magnetic portion 21 via the supporting portion 24. Figure 5As shown, the number of the connection parts 22 is 10. In order to facilitate the resin molding process of the connection parts 22, the number of the connection parts 22 is preferably 3 or more and 15 or less. Figure 6 is a side view of the rotor 20. Figure 6 As shown, when the connection portion 22 is observed along the first direction (radial direction) in which the connection portion 22 extends from the shaft 60, the first surface S1 of the connection portion 22 on the front side in the rotation direction is inclined relative to the first plane P1 in the reverse rotation direction of the connection portion 22, and the first plane P1 includes the rotation axis 62 of the shaft 60 and extends in the first direction. As a result, a downward air flow F0 is generated by the rotation of the connection portion 22. The result of the verification described later is that the inclination angle θ between the first surface S1 and the first plane P1 is preferably greater than 10° and less than 30°.
[0057] (2-3) Motor cover
[0058] like Figure 3 As shown, the motor cover 40 covers the rotor 20 and the stator 30. The motor cover 40 is formed of a resin material. The motor cover 40 is fixed to the housing 102 of the outdoor unit 220 via a vibration-proof member. The vibration-proof member is formed of rubber or the like and has a function of absorbing vibration of the motor 10.
[0059] The motor cover 40 mainly includes a first cover 41 , a second cover 42 , a third cover 43 , and a fourth cover 44 .
[0060] The first cover 41 covers the upper surface of the rotor 20. A first flow path FC1 for an air flow F1 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 is formed between the stator 30 disposed radially inside the rotor 20 and the first cover 41. The first flow path FC1 will be described later.
[0061] The second cover 42 covers the side surface (radially outer surface) of the rotor 20. A second flow path FC2 for the air flow F2 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 is formed between the stator 30 disposed radially inside the rotor 20 and the second cover 42. The second flow path FC2 will be described later.
[0062] The third cover 43 covers the bottom surface (lower surface) of the stator 30. A third flow path FC3 of the air flow F3 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 is formed between the stator 30 and the third cover 43. The third flow path FC3 will be described later.
[0063] The fourth cover 44 covers the upper portion of the support portion 24 of the rotor 20 .
[0064] (2-4) Axis 60
[0065] The shaft 60 is a metal cylindrical member and is connected to the fan 90 at the end portion of the shaft 60 on the opposite side from the motor 10 in the axial direction.
[0066] The stator 30 generates a magnetic field for rotating the rotor 20 by means of power supplied from the outside to the coil 32 via the terminal block 50. The rotor 20 rotates by means of the magnetic field generated by the stator 30. The shaft 60 connected to the rotor 20 rotates around the rotation axis 62. The motor 10 supports the shaft 60 and transmits the rotational force to the fan 90 via the shaft 60. Thus, the motor 10 rotates the fan 90 around the rotation axis 62. At this time, by supplying power to the stator 30, the temperature of the stator 30 (particularly the coil holding portion 34) rises.
[0067] (3) Air flow generated by the rotation of the rotor
[0068] Figure 7 FIG. 2 is a diagram showing how air flows F1 to F4 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 circulate around the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30. Figure 6 and Figure 7 As shown, when the rotor 20 rotates around the rotation axis 62 , a downward air flow F0 is generated.
[0069] When the air flow F0 collides with the upper surface of the stator 30 , an air flow F1 is generated that flows radially outward. In other words, a first flow path FC1 of the air flow F1 is formed between the stator 30 and the first cover 41 .
[0070] When the air flow F1 collides with the lower portion of the first cover 41 or the upper portion of the second cover 42 , a downward air flow F2 is generated. In other words, a second flow path FC2 of the air flow F2 is formed between the stator 30 and the second cover 42 . Then, the air flow F2 passes through the first through hole 35 .
[0071] When the air flow F2 collides with the upper surface of the third cover 43 , an air flow F3 is generated that flows radially inward. In other words, a third flow path FC3 of the air flow F3 is formed between the stator 30 and the third cover 43 .
[0072] When the air flow F3 reaches the inner peripheral portion of the stator 30 , the air flow F3 enters the second through-hole 36 , and generates an air flow F4 that passes upward through the second through-hole 36 .
[0073] When the air flow F4 reaches the upper surface of the stator 30 , the air flow F4 merges with the air flow F1 .
[0074] As a result, air flows F1 to F4 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 through the first flow path FC1, the second flow path FC2, the first through hole 35, the third flow path FC3, and the second through hole 36 circulate around the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30. Thus, the temperature rise of the coil holding portion 34 is suppressed.
[0075] (4) Verification
[0076] Here, the relationship between the wind speed of the airflows F1 to F4 circulating around the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30 and the inclination angle θ of the connection portion 22 when the rotation speed of the rotor 20 is constant was verified using thermal fluid analysis. Figure 8 1 is a diagram showing the relationship between the wind speed of the air flows F1 to F4 circulating around the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30 and the inclination angle θ of the connection portion 22 . Figure 8 The vertical axis of the graph shown is Figure 7 The wind speed of the air flow at the observation point P is shown. The wind speed is expressed as a percentage. Figure 8 The horizontal axis of the graph shown is the angle of the inclination angle θ of the connection portion 22 .
[0077] like Figure 8 As shown in the figure, when the inclination angle θ is 0°, the wind speed of the air flow is about 90%. If the inclination angle θ is increased from 0°, the wind speed of the air flow increases, and the wind speed of the air flow becomes the maximum when the inclination angle θ is about 16°. If the inclination angle θ is further increased, the wind speed of the air flow decreases, and when the inclination angle θ exceeds about 30°, the wind speed of the air flow is maintained at about 100%.
[0078] According to the verification results, the wind speed of the air flow when the inclination angle θ is greater than 10° and less than 30° increases by about 13% compared to the wind speed when the inclination angle θ is 0°. Therefore, in order to increase the wind speed of the air flows F1 to F4 circulating around the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30 and further suppress the temperature rise of the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30, the inclination angle θ is preferably greater than 10° and less than 30° (particularly greater than 10° and less than 25°).
[0079] (5) Features
[0080] (5-1)
[0081] Conventionally, there is a technology that suppresses the temperature rise of the stator by installing a fan inside the rotor to blow air into the motor.
[0082] In the prior art, since a space is required for installing the inner fan, there is a problem that the size of the motor becomes larger.
[0083] The motor 10 of the present embodiment includes a shaft 60, a rotor 20, and a stator 30. The rotor 20 is connected to the shaft 60. The rotor 20 rotates together with the shaft 60 around the rotation axis 62. The stator 30 is arranged radially inside the rotor 20. The rotor 20 has a magnetic portion 21 and a plurality of connecting portions 22. The magnetic portion 21 is cylindrical. The magnetic portion 21 is arranged radially outside the stator 30. The connecting portion 22 connects the shaft 60 and the magnetic portion 21. When viewed along the direction in which the connecting portion 22 extends from the shaft 60, that is, the first direction, the first surface S1 of the connecting portion 22 on the front side in the rotation direction is inclined relative to the first plane P1, which includes the rotation axis 62 of the shaft 60 and extends in the first direction.
[0084] In the motor 10 of the present embodiment, when the connection portion 22 is viewed from the first direction in which the shaft 60 extends, the first surface S1 of the connection portion 22 on the front side in the rotation direction is inclined relative to the first plane P1 extending in the first direction and including the rotation axis 62 of the shaft 60. As a result, the motor 10 is provided with the connection portion 22 of the rotor 20 so that air is blown into the motor 10 in an inclined manner, thereby generating air flows F1 to F4 in the motor without providing a space for an internal fan or the like, thereby suppressing the temperature rise of the stator 30.
[0085] (5-2)
[0086] In the motor 10 of the present embodiment, the first surface S1 is inclined relative to the first plane P1 in the reverse rotation direction of the connection portion 22. As a result, the motor 10 can generate stronger air flows F1 to F4 in the motor 10.
[0087] (5-3)
[0088] In the motor 10 of the present embodiment, the inclination angle θ between the first surface S1 and the first plane P1 is 10° to 30°. As a result, the motor 10 can generate stronger air flows F1 to F4 in the motor 10 by setting the inclination angle θ to an appropriate angle.
[0089] (5-4)
[0090] The motor 10 of the present embodiment further includes a first cover 41. The first cover 41 covers the upper surface of the rotor 20. A first flow path FC1 for an air flow F1 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 is formed between the stator 30 disposed radially inside the rotor 20 and the first cover 41.
[0091] As a result, in the motor 10 , the air flow F1 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 flows through the first flow path FC1 adjacent to the stator 30 , thereby suppressing a temperature increase of the stator 30 .
[0092] (5-5)
[0093] The motor 10 of the present embodiment further includes a second cover 42. The second cover 42 covers the side surface of the rotor 20. A second flow path FC2 for an air flow F2 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 is formed between the stator 30 disposed radially inside the rotor 20 and the second cover 42.
[0094] As a result, in the motor 10 , the air flow F2 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 flows through the second flow path FC2 adjacent to the stator 30 , thereby suppressing a temperature increase of the stator 30 .
[0095] (5-6)
[0096] The motor 10 of the present embodiment further includes a third cover 43. The third cover 43 covers the bottom surface of the stator 30. A third flow path FC3 of the air flow F3 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 is formed between the stator 30 and the third cover 43.
[0097] As a result, in the motor 10 , the air flow F3 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 flows through the third flow path FC3 adjacent to the stator 30 , thereby suppressing a temperature increase of the stator 30 .
[0098] (5-7)
[0099] In the motor 10 of the present embodiment, the stator 30 has a first through hole 35 radially outside a coil holding portion 34 that holds the coil 32. The first through hole 35 allows the air flow F2 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 to pass therethrough.
[0100] As a result, in the motor 10 , the air flow F2 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 flows through the first through-holes 35 adjacent to the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30 , thereby suppressing a temperature increase of the stator 30 .
[0101] (5-8)
[0102] In the motor 10 of the present embodiment, the stator 30 has a second through hole 36 radially inside a coil holding portion 34 that holds the coil 32. The second through hole 36 allows the air flow F4 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 to pass therethrough.
[0103] As a result, in the motor 10 , the air flow F4 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 flows through the second through-holes 36 adjacent to the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30 , thereby suppressing a temperature increase of the stator 30 .
[0104] (5-9)
[0105] In the motor 10 of the present embodiment, the air flows F1 to F4 passing through the first flow path FC1, the second flow path FC2, the first through hole 35, the third flow path FC3, and the second through hole 36 circulate around the coil holding portion 34. As a result, in the motor 10, the air flows F1 to F4 generated by the rotation of the rotor 20 circulate around the coil holding portion 34 of the stator 30, thereby further suppressing the temperature rise of the stator 30.
[0106] (5-10)
[0107] In the motor 10 of the present embodiment, the number of the connection parts 22 is 3 or more and 15 or less. As a result, the motor 10 can easily perform resin molding processing of the connection parts 22 .
[0108] (5-11)
