[0029] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0030] (Structure of injection molding machine)

[0031] Figure 1 (A) is a perspective view showing an example of the external appearance structure of the injection molding machine 100 according to the present embodiment. Figure 1 (B) indicates that it is installed on Figure 1 (A) is a cross-sectional perspective view of an example of the external structure of a part of the mold device 1 in the injection molding machine 100.

[0032] Figure 1 The injection molding machine 100 shown in (A) is a molding machine for injection blow molding. Injection blow molding refers to a molding method that performs injection molding (injection molding) and blow molding in two stages. In injection blow molding, first, a preform that is a prototype of a product is molded in injection molding (injection molding). Then, in blow molding, air is introduced into the interior of the preform to expand it, thereby molding a product.

[0033] The injection molding machine 100 is equipped with Figure 1 The mold device 1 shown in (B) is a mold device capable of performing injection blow molding, and is configured to include an intermediate mold 10, a fixed side mold 30, and a movable side mold 20. The intermediate mold 10 is a rotating mold arranged between the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20. The intermediate mold 10 performs a mold closing action of closing the mold and a mold opening action of opening the mold at a position opposite to the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20, respectively. The mold device 1 performs injection molding (injection molding) by the mold closing action of the intermediate mold 10 and the fixed side mold 30, and performs blow molding by the mold closing action of the intermediate mold 10 and the movable side mold 20.

[0034] like Figure 1As shown in (B), the intermediate mold 10 has a rotating frame 11, a mold part 12, a support frame 13 and an upper part 14. The rotating frame 11 is a metal frame that rotates by the rotating shaft 200. In addition, although not shown in the figure, a shaft body that rotates by the rotating shaft 200 is installed on the rotating frame 11. The shaft body is supported by the bearing part of the support frame 13 in a state where it is respectively installed on the third side and the fourth side of the rotating axis direction of the rotating frame 11, or in a state where it penetrates the rotating frame 11. In addition, a driving part that rotates the shaft body is connected to at least one of the third side and the fourth side of the shaft body.

[0035] A guide rod 111 is fixed to the rotating frame 11 to guide the mold opening and closing operation of the mold section 12. The guide rod 111 is a rod-shaped metal member that slidably penetrates the mold section 12. A metal block member 122 is joined to the front end of the guide rod 111. Figure 1 In the state, the block member 122 slides the mold part 12 on the guide rod 111 to lock it. This state is a state in which the mold part 12 is held by the front end of the guide rod 111.

[0036] The mold part 12 is a plate of the mold, and the two mold parts 12 are detachably mounted on the rotating frame 11 via the guide rods 111. When the rotating frame 11 rotates by the rotating shaft 200, the mold part 12 also rotates, and moves while rotating between a position for performing injection molding (injection molding) by a mold closing action with the fixed side mold 30 and a position for performing blow molding by a mold closing action with the movable side mold 20.

[0037] The mold section 12 has a sliding mechanism 201 constituting a first mechanism, and the first mechanism is used to be held by the front end portion of the guide rod 111. In addition, the mold section 12 has a sliding mechanism 202 constituting a second mechanism, and the second mechanism is used to be held by a mold (hereinafter referred to as an "opposing mold") that is opposed to itself and becomes the object of the mold opening and closing operation in the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20. In addition, for details on the structures and operations of the sliding mechanisms 201 and 202, refer to Figure 2 The following figures are described later.

[0038] The support frame 13 is a component that detachably supports the first side and the second side of the mold part 12, and is fixed inside the injection molding machine 100. The support frame 13 is provided with a through hole 131 that penetrates in the opening and closing direction. The through hole 131 is a through hole for sliding a connecting rod (not shown), and the guide pin guides the mold opening and closing action between the mold part 12 and the fixed side mold 30 and the mold opening and closing action between the mold part 12 and the movable side mold 20. In addition, due to Figure 1 (B) is a cross-sectional view, and therefore only the portion of the support frame 13 that supports the second side of the mold section 12 is shown, but in reality, there is also a portion that supports the first side of the mold section 12 .

[0039] The upper member 14 is a member disposed on the upper side of the support frame 13 in the vertical direction. The upper member 14 and the support frame 13 may be detachably connected by bolts or the like, or may be joined by welding or the like. Furthermore, a lower member (not shown) for fixing the support frame 13 inside the injection molding machine 100 is disposed on the lower side of the support frame 13.

[0040] The guide rod 111 and the mold section 12 held by the front end of the guide rod 111 are respectively configured with dimensions that allow the rotation of the mold section 12 and the mold opening and closing of the mold section 12. That is, the guide rod 111 and the mold section 12 are respectively configured with dimensions and shapes that allow a part (e.g., an end) of the mold section 12 to not interfere with a part (e.g., an end) of the opposing mold when the mold section 12 held by the front end of the guide rod 111 is rotationally moved.

[0041] (Structure and operation of the cam locking mechanism)

[0042] Figures 2 to 4 It is a diagram showing the structure and operation of the cam lock mechanism.

[0043] Figures 2 to 4 The above is shown when viewed from the third side toward the fourth side in the direction of the rotation axis. Figure 1 In the present embodiment, the so-called "cam locking mechanism" refers to a mechanism that switches the state of the mold portion 12 from a state in which it rotates and moves between a position opposite to the fixed-side mold 30 and a position opposite to the movable-side mold 20 (also referred to as a "first state") to a state in which it is opposite to either the fixed-side mold 30 or the movable-side mold 20 for performing a mold opening and closing action (also referred to as a "second state") through one mold opening and closing action.

[0044] That is, the mold part 12 is temporarily held by the front end of the guide rod 111 in the first state and is not held by the opposite mold, so it can rotate stably. In addition, the mold part 12 is temporarily held by the opposite mold in the second state and is not held by the front end of the guide rod 111, so that the impact caused by the mold closing action can be suppressed when the mold is closed, and the demolding order can be followed when the mold is opened.

[0045] like Figures 2 to 4 As shown in the figure, the cam locking mechanism is composed of a block member 122 engaged with the front end of the guide rod 111, a sliding mechanism 201 and a sliding mechanism 202 provided on the mold part 12, and a fixing hook 31 fixed to the fixed side mold 30. The block member 122 is a member having a function of locking the mold part 12 when sliding in the axial direction of the guide rod 111. The block member 122 has a first locking portion 123 and a second locking portion 124.

[0046] The first stopper 123 is a convex portion that protrudes from the end of the first side in the opening and closing direction of the block member 122 to the upper side in the upward and downward direction. The first stopper 123 is used to rotate the mold part 12 toward the axial direction of the guide rod 111 (at the side of the rotation frame 11). Figures 2 to 4 The second locking portion 124 is a surface formed at the end of the block member 122 on the first side in the opening and closing direction. The second locking portion 124 is used to lock the mold portion 12 toward the front end side of the guide rod 111 in the axial direction (at the Figures 2 to 4 The second locking portion 124 is slidably locked with the second side (in the second side of the opening and closing direction). A buffer member 126 for buffering the impact during contact is arranged at the contact portion between the second locking portion 124 and the surface 121 of the second side of the mold portion 12. The buffer member 126 may be, for example, a foaming member such as polyurethane.

[0047] The sliding mechanism 201 constitutes a part of the first mechanism, and is a mechanism for holding the mold part 12 by the front end of the guide rod 111. The sliding mechanism 201 has a locked component 211, a fixed component 212, and a spring mechanism 213. The locked component 211 is a component locked by the block component 122 of the guide rod 111. The fixed component 212 is a component that fixes the sliding mechanism 201 to the surface 121 of the second side in the opening and closing direction of the mold part 12. A space for sliding the locked component 211 is formed inside the fixed component 212. The spring mechanism 213 is a mechanism for sliding the locked component 211 toward the guide rod 111 using the elastic force of the spring, and into a state of being locked by the block component 122. In addition, a shock absorber, a gas spring, a cylinder, etc. can also be used instead of the spring mechanism 213.

[0048] The sliding mechanism 202 constitutes a part of the second mechanism and is a mechanism for holding the mold part 12 by the fixed side mold 30. The sliding mechanism 202 has a movable hook 221, a fixing member 222, and a spring mechanism 223. The movable hook 221 is a member engaged with the fixing hook 31 of the fixed side mold 30. The fixing member 222 is a member that fixes the sliding mechanism 202 to the surface 121 of the second side of the mold part 12. A space for sliding the movable hook 221 is formed inside the fixing member 222. The spring mechanism 223 is a mechanism that uses the elastic force of the spring to slide the movable hook 221 toward the guide rod 111 and is in a state of being engaged with the fixing hook 31 of the fixed side mold 30. In addition, a shock absorber, a gas spring, a cylinder, etc. may be used instead of the spring mechanism 223.

[0049] Figure 2 The state of the mold part 12 shown is the first state. Figure 2As shown, when the mold part 12 is in the first state, the first locking portion 123 of the block member 122 of the guide rod 111 locks the locked member 211 of the sliding mechanism 201 of the mold part 12, and the second locking portion 124 of the block member 122 locks the second side surface 121 of the mold part 12. In addition, the pressing portion 125 forming the lower surface of the block member 122 in the vertical direction presses the pressed portion 224 forming the upper surface of the movable hook 221 in the vertical direction of the sliding mechanism 202 of the mold part 12 downward, thereby pressing the movable hook 221 downward.

[0050] In the first state of the mold part 12, the inclination angle of the surface on the second side in the opening and closing direction of the first locking portion 123 of the block member 122 is the same or substantially the same as the inclination angle of the surface on the first side in the opening and closing direction of the locked member 211 of the sliding mechanism 201. As a result, since the first locking portion 123 locks the locked member 211 on the surface, force is uniformly applied to the first locking portion 123. In contrast, if the inclination angles are different or not substantially the same, a biased force is applied to the first locking portion 123, resulting in a higher risk of poor contact, degradation, damage, etc.

[0051] Furthermore, the surface on the second side in the opening and closing direction of the first locking portion 123 and the surface on the first side in the opening and closing direction of the locked component 211 according to the present embodiment are both inclined in such a manner that the lower end is located on the second side in the opening and closing direction compared to the upper end in the up-down direction. Thus, when the block component 122 moves toward the second side in the opening and closing direction, the surface on the second side in the opening and closing direction of the first locking portion 123 and the surface on the first side in the opening and closing direction of the locked component 211 become easy to slide. As a result, the release action of the locked component 211 locked by the first locking portion 123 becomes smooth.

[0052] Furthermore, in the first state of the mold part 12, the inclination angle of the second locking part 124 of the block member 122 is the same or substantially the same as the inclination angle of the surface on the second side in the opening and closing direction of the mold part 12. Thus, since the second locking part 124 locks the mold part 12 on the surface, force is uniformly applied to the second locking part 124. In contrast, when the inclination angles are different or not substantially the same, biased force is applied to the second locking part 124, resulting in a higher risk of poor contact, degradation, breakage, etc.

[0053] Furthermore, in the first state of the mold unit 12, the inclination angle of the pressing portion 125 of the block member 122 is the same or substantially the same as the inclination angle of the pressed portion 224 of the movable hook 221 of the slide mechanism 202. Thus, since the pressing portion 125 presses the pressed portion 224 on the surface, force is uniformly applied to the pressed portion 224. On the other hand, if the inclination angles are different or not substantially the same, a biased force is applied to the pressed portion 224, resulting in a higher risk of poor contact.

[0054] Furthermore, the pressing portion 125 of the block member 122 and the pressed portion 224 of the movable hook 221 of the sliding mechanism 202 according to the present embodiment are both inclined so that the end portion on the second side is located below the end portion on the first side in the opening and closing direction. Thus, when the block member 122 moves to the first side in the opening and closing direction, the pressing portion 125 slides relative to the pressed portion 224 and presses down the movable hook 221, and the movable hook 221 engaged by the fixed hook 31 is released.

[0055] Figure 3 and Figure 4 The state of the mold part 12 shown is the second state. When the mold closing operation between the mold part 12 and the fixed mold 30 begins, that is, the state of the block member 122 locking the mold part 12 is released, and when the movable hook 221 is engaged with the fixed hook 31, the state of the mold part 12 changes from the first state to the second state. During the mold closing operation between the mold part 12 and the fixed mold 30, the guide rod 111 is inserted into the fixed mold 30. Then, as shown in FIG. Figure 3 As shown, the roller follower 32 of the fixed side mold 30 contacts the locked part 211, and in this state, the locked part 211 is pressed upward. Figure 1 The roller follower 32 of the rotating shaft in the rotating shaft direction rolls on the surface of the pressed surface 214 of the locked member 211, and the locked member 211 moves in the direction of separation from the guide rod 111 ( Figure 3 The block member 122 is pressed against the first side of the upper and lower sides of the vertical direction and the first side of the opening and closing direction to press the locked member 211 upward. As a result, the state in which the block member 122 is locked against the locked member 211 is released. As a result, the mold part 12 slides the guide rod 111 toward the rotating frame body 11.

[0056] exist Figure 3 and Figure 4In the second state of the mold part 12 shown, the pressed surface 214 of the locked member 211 of the slide mechanism 201 is inclined so that the end on the second side is located higher in the vertical direction than the end on the first side in the opening and closing direction. As a result, when the roller follower 32 of the fixed side mold 30 rolls on the surface of the pressed surface 214 of the locked member 211 while pressing the locked member 211, it becomes easy for the roller follower 32 to roll on the surface of the pressed surface 214. In addition, the roller follower 32 may be replaced with another tapered member having the same inclination angle.

[0057] When the guide rod 111 is inserted into the fixed mold 30, the state in which the block member 122 is locked in the movable hook 221 is released. Then, the movable hook 221 slides toward the guide rod 111 by the elastic force of the spring mechanism 223, and the movable hook 221 is engaged with the fixed hook 31. Then, the guide rod 111 is completely inserted into the fixed mold 30, and the rotating frame 11 contacts the mold section 12. As a result, the mold closing action of the mold section 12 and the fixed mold 30 is completed, and the mold closing action is completed. Figure 4 Status shown.

[0058] When the mold closing operation of the mold section 12 and the fixed side mold 30 is completed, the mold opening operation begins. The mold opening operation is to move the above-mentioned Figure 4 The second state shown returns to the above Figure 2 That is, when the engagement between the movable hook 221 and the fixed hook 31 is released and the block member 122 engages the mold section 12, the state of the mold section 12 changes from the second state to the first state. During the mold opening operation between the mold section 12 and the fixed mold 30, the guide rod 111 is pulled out from the fixed mold 30.

[0059] So, if Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 , the roller follower 32 of the fixed side mold 30 is separated from the locked part 211, and the spring mechanism 213 causes the locked part 211 to slide toward the guide rod 111. Specifically, when the roller follower 32 rolls on the surface of the pressed surface 214 of the locked part 211 and separates, the spring mechanism 213 moves toward the direction close to the guide rod 111 ( Figure 2 The locked component 211 is pressed by the block member 122 (the lower side in the vertical direction) and the locked component 211 is pressed downward. As a result, the block member 122 locks the locked component 211. As a result, the mold part 12 becomes a state in which the guide rod 111 is locked while sliding toward the rotating frame body 11.

[0060] When the guide rod 111 is pulled out from the fixed side mold 30, the pressing portion 125 of the block member 122 contacts the pressed portion 224 of the movable hook 221 to press the movable hook 221. Then, the movable hook 221 moves in a direction away from the guide rod 111 ( Figure 2The movable hook 221 is released from the engagement with the fixed hook 31 and the movable hook 221 is released. Thus, the mold opening action of the mold part 12 and the fixed side mold 30 is completed. Figure 2 Status shown.

[0061] Figure 5 This is a diagram showing a state in which the mold section 12 in the first state is located on the upper side in the vertical direction.

[0062] like Figure 5 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the mold part 12 is located at the upper side in the vertical direction, a force is applied to the mold part 12 to make it slide along the guide rod 111 in the direction of the rotating frame 11. Figure 5 In the state shown, it is also the same as the above Figure 2 In the same state as shown, the first locking portion 123 of the block member 122 of the guide rod 111 locks the locked member 211 of the sliding mechanism 201 of the mold unit 12. As a result, the mold unit 12 does not slide along the guide rod 111 in the direction of the rotating frame 11.

[0063] When the mold part 12 is located at the upper side, the centrifugal force generated during the rotational movement applies a force to the mold part 12 to slide toward the front end along the guide rod 111. Figure 5 In the state shown, it is also the same as the above Figure 2 The second stopper 124 of the block member 122 of the guide rod 111 stops the second side surface 121 of the mold portion 12. As a result, the mold portion 12 will not slide along the guide rod 111 toward the front end. Figure 5 In the illustrated state as well, the mold portion 12 is maintained in a state of being gripped by the front end portion of the guide rod 111 .

[0064] As described above, the intermediate mold, the mold device, and the injection molding machine to which the present invention is applied are sufficient as long as they adopt the following structures, and various embodiments can be adopted.

[0065] That is, the intermediate mold 10 involved in this embodiment is arranged between the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20 in the mold device 1 of the injection molding machine 100, and the intermediate mold 10 is characterized in that it comprises: a mold part 12, which performs mold opening and closing actions with the opposing mold (the fixed side mold 30 or the movable side mold 20) in the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20; a guide rod 111, which penetrates the mold part 12 and guides the mold opening and closing action; and a rotating frame 11, which has a rotating shaft 200, and when engaged with the guide rod 111, it rotates together with the guide rod 111 and the mold part 12, and the mold part 12 is temporarily held by the front end of the guide rod 111 and is temporarily held by the opposing mold.

[0066] Thus, the intermediate mold 10 includes: a mold section 12 that performs a mold opening and closing operation with the opposing mold; a guide rod 111 that guides the mold opening and closing operation while penetrating the mold section 12; and a rotating frame 11 that rotates together with the guide rod 111 and the mold section 12 while being engaged with the guide rod 111, wherein the mold section 12 is temporarily held by the front end of the guide rod 111 and is temporarily held by the opposing mold. As a result, the mold section 12 can be switched between the following states through the mold opening and closing operation: a state held by the front end of the guide rod 111; and a state held by the opposing mold.

[0067] Here, the mold part 12 may be held by the front end of the guide rod 111 when rotating between positions opposing the opposing mold and when opening the mold with the opposing mold, and may be held by the opposing mold when closing the mold with the opposing mold.

[0068] Thus, the mold part 12 is held by the front end of the guide rod 111 when rotating between positions facing the opposing mold and when opening the mold with the opposing mold, and is held by the opposing mold when closing the mold with the opposing mold. As a result, the mold part 12 can be switched between the following states by the mold opening and closing operation: the first state in which the mold part 12 can be rotated between positions facing the opposing mold while being held by the front end of the guide rod 111; and the second state in which the mold part 12 faces either the fixed side mold 30 or the movable side mold 20 for the mold opening and closing operation.

[0069] Furthermore, the front end portion of the guide rod 111 and the mold portion 12 may also include: a first mechanism (block component 122 and sliding mechanism 201) for enabling the guide rod 111 to hold the mold portion 12; and a second mechanism (block component 122 and sliding mechanism 202) for enabling the opposing mold to hold the mold portion 12.

[0070] Thus, at the front end of the guide rod 111, the first mechanism functions to hold the mold part 12, and the second mechanism functions to make the opposing mold hold the mold part 12. As a result, the mold part 12 can be in the following two states: the first state, in which it is held by the front end of the guide rod 111 and can be rotated and moved between positions opposing the opposing mold; and the second state, in which it is opposed to either the fixed side mold 30 or the movable side mold 20 for mold opening and closing operations.

[0071] Furthermore, the first mechanism may release the mold part 12 when the mold part 12 is gripped by the opposing mold, and may cause the guide rods 111 to grip the mold part 12 when the mold part 12 is released from the opposing mold.

[0072] Thus, the first mechanism releases the mold part 12 when the mold part 12 is gripped by the opposing mold, and causes the guide rod 111 to grip the mold part 12 when the mold part 12 is released from the opposing mold. Therefore, switching between the state in which the mold part 12 is gripped by the front end of the guide rod 111 and the state in which the mold part 12 is gripped by the opposing mold can be carried out smoothly.

[0073] Furthermore, the first mechanism may include a locking member (block member 122 ) for locking the mold portion 12 from sliding in the axial direction of the guide rod 111 .

[0074] Thus, the locking member of the first mechanism locks the axial sliding of the mold section 12 with respect to the guide rod 111 , so that the tip end portion of the guide rod 111 can grip the mold section 12 .

[0075] Furthermore, the locking component may also have: a first locking portion 123 for locking the mold portion 12 when it slides toward the front end side of the axial direction of the guide rod 111; and a second locking portion 124 for locking the mold portion 12 when it slides toward the rotating frame 11 side of the axial direction of the guide rod 111.

[0076] Thus, the first locking portion 123 of the locking member locks the mold part 12 sliding toward the front end side of the axial direction of the guide rod 111, and the second locking portion 124 of the locking member locks the mold part 12 sliding toward the rotating frame 11 side of the axial direction of the guide rod 111. As a result, the front end of the guide rod 111 can hold the mold part 12.

[0077] Furthermore, the mold part 12 may include a locked member 211 which is locked by the first locking portion 123 during rotational movement and mold opening and is pressed to move during mold opening to be released from the first locking portion 123 .

[0078] Thus, the locked member 211 of the mold unit 12 is locked by the first locking portion 123 during rotational movement and mold opening, and is pressed and moved during mold opening to be released from the first locking portion 123. As a result, the state of the mold unit 12 can be switched in conjunction with the mold opening and closing operation.

[0079] Furthermore, the locked member may be pressed and moved by a pressing member (roller follower 32 ) provided in the opposing mold, and released from the first locking portion 123 .

[0080] Thus, the locked member is pressed by the pressing member provided in the opposing mold to be movable, and is released from the first locking portion 123. As a result, the mold section 12 can be released from the guide rod 111 in conjunction with the mold closing operation.

[0081] Furthermore, the second mechanism may include a movable hook 221 that is movable by being pressed and a pressing member (block member 122) that presses the movable hook 221, so that the movable hook 221 is engaged with the fixed hook 31 fixed to the opposing mold.

[0082] Thereby, the movable hook 221 is pressed by the pressing member to be movable, and engages with the fixed hook 31. As a result, the opposing mold can hold the mold portion 12 in coordination with the mold closing operation.

[0083] Furthermore, when the movable hook 221 is pressed and moved by a pressing member (block member 122 ) provided at the front end of the guide rod 111 during mold opening, the engagement state with the fixed hook 31 may be released.

[0084] Thus, when the movable hook 221 is pressed and moved by the pressing member provided at the front end of the guide rod 111 during mold opening, the engagement with the fixed hook 31 is released. As a result, the mold section 12 held by the opposing mold can be released in conjunction with the mold opening operation.

[0085] Furthermore, the locking member of the first mechanism may be a member (block member 122) formed integrally with the pressing member of the second mechanism.

[0086] Thus, the locking member of the first mechanism and the pressing member of the second mechanism are integrally formed, so that the mechanism can be made compact.

[0087] Furthermore, the mold section 12 and the guide rod 111 may each be configured to have a size and shape that allow the mold section 12 to rotate and move and open and close the mold.

[0088] Therefore, since the mold part 12 and the guide rod 111 are respectively constructed with sizes and shapes that allow the mold part 12 to rotate and move and open and close the mold, when the mold part 12 held by the front end of the guide rod 111 rotates, interference such as collision between the mold part 12 and the opposing mold can be suppressed.

[0089] Furthermore, the mold device 1 involved in this embodiment is a mold device of an injection molding machine 100, characterized in that the intermediate mold 10 arranged between the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20 comprises: a mold part 12, which performs mold opening and closing actions with the opposing molds of the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20; a guide rod 111, which penetrates the mold part 12 and guides the mold opening and closing actions; and a rotating frame 11, which has a rotating shaft 200, which rotates together with the guide rod 111 and the mold part 12 when engaged with the guide rod 111, and the mold part 12 is temporarily held by the front end of the guide rod 111 and is temporarily held by the opposing mold.

[0090] Thus, the mold device 1 includes an intermediate mold 10, which has a mold portion 12 that performs a mold opening and closing operation with an opposing mold; a guide rod 111 that guides the mold opening and closing operation while penetrating the mold portion 12; and a rotating frame 11 that rotates together with the guide rod 111 and the mold portion 12 while being engaged with the guide rod 111. In the mold device 1, the mold portion 12 is temporarily held by the front end of the guide rod 111 and is temporarily held by the opposing mold. As a result, the mold portion 12 can be switched between the following states by the mold opening and closing operation: a first state in which the mold portion 12 can be rotated and moved between a position opposing the fixed side mold 30 and a position opposing the movable side mold 20; and a second state in which the mold portion 12 is opposed to either the fixed side mold 30 or the movable side mold 20 for the mold opening and closing operation.

[0091] Furthermore, the injection molding machine 100 involved in this embodiment is equipped with a mold device 1 composed of a fixed side mold 30, a movable side mold 20 and an intermediate mold 10 arranged between the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20. The injection molding machine 100 is characterized in that the intermediate mold 10 has: a mold part 12, which performs mold opening and closing actions with the opposing molds of the fixed side mold 30 and the movable side mold 20; a guide rod 111, which penetrates the mold part 12 and guides the mold opening and closing action; and a rotating frame 11, which has a rotating shaft 200, which rotates together with the guide rod 111 and the mold part 12 when engaged with the guide rod 111, and the mold part 12 is temporarily held by the front end of the guide rod 111 and is temporarily held by the opposing mold.

[0092] Thus, the injection molding machine 100 is provided with a mold device 1 including an intermediate mold 10, the intermediate mold 10 having: a mold portion 12 that performs a mold opening and closing operation with an opposing mold; a guide rod 111 that guides the mold opening and closing operation while penetrating the mold portion 12; and a rotating frame 11 that rotates together with the guide rod 111 and the mold portion 12 while being engaged with the guide rod 111. In the injection molding machine 100, the mold portion 12 is temporarily held by the front end of the guide rod 111 and is temporarily held by the opposing mold.
