Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a connecting column, in particular a spiral column or a threaded column, for fixing at least one component, in particular a component covered by casting, and / or for connecting a plurality of components. In addition, the present invention also relates to a fixing device having a plurality of such connecting columns. Background Art

[0002] Connecting pins, in particular screw pins, are generally known in the prior art, for example from battery housings, in which connecting pins (cast in the potting material of the component) are used to connect the housing wall and the housing cover at the component. Summary of the invention

[0003] The object of the present invention is to provide an improved connecting column which in particular enables a low-stress or stress-free connection to the component or components. In addition, a fixing device having at least one such improved connecting column is also provided.

[0004] According to the invention, the first object is achieved by a connecting column having the features of claim 1, in particular a fastening column, such as a screw column or a threaded column, for fixing at least one component, in particular a component to be cast and coated, and / or for connecting two components. According to the invention, the second object is achieved by a fixing device having the features of claim 12.

[0005] The connecting column according to the invention has a longitudinal axis and a hole, in which a tolerance compensation unit is arranged. In particular, the connecting column is designed as an assembly unit. The connecting column comprises a column element, in particular a cylindrical column element, which has a longitudinal axis and a hole, in which a tolerance compensation unit is arranged. The hole can be designed, for example, as a through hole or a blind hole in the column element. The column element with a through hole is designed as a hollow cylindrical column element. The column element with a blind hole is designed as a partially hollow cylindrical column element.

[0006] The connecting column can have a circumferential surface which is provided in sections with at least a profile, in particular a groove and / or a rib. For example, the profile can be a rib-shaped profile, a form-fitting profile, a force-fitting profile and / or a material-fitting profile, in particular a profiled notch, a threaded profile, a friction profile or the like. In particular, the connecting column can be provided in sections with radially inward grooves which are opened from the outside into the connecting column in a vertically overlapping row. The grooves can be separated from each other by ribs.

[0007] For example, the column element can have a fastening profile, in particular a thread profile or a helical profile, in sections at the inner circumferential surface, in particular at the hole wall. The fastening profile is particularly used for engagement with a connecting element, in particular a helical element or the like. The thread profile or the helical profile can have a single thread turn. Alternatively, the thread profile or the helical profile can be designed as a metric thread, a steep thread, a trapezoidal thread or the like. Alternatively, a nut element can be inserted and connected in a rotationally fixed manner in the hole instead of the fastening profile, in particular snapped in, cast-coated or pressed in.

[0008] Additionally or alternatively, the pillar element can be provided in sections with a contour on the outer circumferential surface, which contour forms a material-fitting, form-fitting and / or force-fitting connection when the potting material is cast around it.

[0009] By such a contour (also called profiling) at the outer circumferential surface of the connecting column, the connecting column can be adapted to form a positive and force-fitting, in particular a friction-fitting, connection when cast-coated with the potting material, so that forces can be transmitted when the connecting column is connected to another component by means of a connecting element, in particular a screw. For example, the outer circumferential surface can be provided with one or more ribs, so as to form a positive fit with the potting or potting material.

[0010] In a feasible improvement, the tolerance compensation unit comprises at least a retaining element, a compensation element and a basic element. The tolerance compensation unit can be retained in the hole by the retaining element in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner. In particular, the basic element is fixedly, in particular, anti-rotationally connected to the column element. The compensation element is arranged to be axially movable in the basic element to compensate for the axial clearance.

[0011] Furthermore, the tolerance compensating unit is arranged in the bore in an initial state such that it is flush with the column element. The initial state is in particular a delivery state or a state not yet connected. Furthermore, the tolerance compensating unit is arranged in the bore in such a way that at least a part of the tolerance compensating unit, in particular the compensating element, in the compensated state at least partially protrudes beyond the bore, in particular axially.

[0012] The fixing device for fixing a component or for connecting a plurality of components that need to be connected to each other according to the present invention comprises a plurality of the above-mentioned connecting columns. These connecting columns are cast or injected with a potting material, and are fixedly connected to the component or one of the components, especially connected in a material-matching and anti-rotation manner, wherein the tolerance compensation unit compensates for the gap with the component when it is fixed to the component or when the components are connected, especially the gap between the column element and the component that needs to be fixed, or compensates for the gap between the components.

[0013] The built-in tolerance compensation unit, in particular arranged in the hole, ensures that when the connecting column is fixed to a component or when the connecting column is connected to one of several components, axial play, in particular axial tolerance, can be compensated by the tolerance compensation unit. Thus, by means of the connecting column with the built-in tolerance compensation unit, it is possible in a simple manner to fix or connect the cast-in components in a stress-free or at least low-stress manner. [0033] Figure 1 A sectional view of a connecting column 1 is shown, which has a tolerance compensation unit 2 .

[0034] The connecting column 1 is designed as a fastening column, in particular a screw column or a threaded column. The connecting column 1 is used to fix at least one component 4 (in Figure 2 ), in particular a component partially cast and / or for connecting two components 4 and 6 (in Figure 3 , 4 and 9).

[0035] The connecting column 1 has an integrated tolerance compensation unit 2 and together with the latter forms a mounting unit, in particular a one-piece mounting unit.

[0036] The connecting column 1 comprises a column element 1.0, in particular a cylindrical column element 1.0.

[0037] The connecting column 1 has a longitudinal axis 8 and a hole 10, in particular a through hole. The connecting column 1 comprises a cylindrical column element 1.0 having a longitudinal axis 8 and a hole 10, in which a tolerance compensation unit 2 is arranged. The hole 10 can be designed, for example, as a through hole or a blind hole in the column element 1.0. The column element 1.0 with the through hole is designed as a hollow cylindrical column element 1.0. The column element 1.0 with the blind hole is designed as a partially hollow cylindrical column element 1.0.

[0038] The tolerance compensation unit 2 is arranged in the hole 10. In particular, the hole 10 has a receiving section 10.1 and a connecting section 10.2. The diameter of the receiving section 10.1 is larger than the diameter of the connecting section 10.2. The receiving section 10.1 is used to receive and fasten the tolerance compensation unit 2. The connecting section 10.2 can be provided with a screw element 14 (in Figure 4 ) shown in FIG.

[0039] Alternatively, the receiving section 10.1 and / or the connecting section 10.2 can be provided with an inner contouring and / or an inner contour 18.4 (also called a fastening contour) for the tolerance compensation unit 2, in particular with an inner thread 10.3 (at Fig.14 ).

[0040] The inner contour 18.4 can be in particular a form-fitting contour and / or a force-fitting contour, in particular a profiled recess or a threaded contour or a spiral contour. The inner contour 18.4 of the hole 10 can be designed in sections for fixing the tolerance compensation unit 2, in particular the base element 2.1 and / or the nut element 12, in the hole 10 in a rotationally fixed manner. The nut element 12 can, for example, be snapped in, pressed in, injected or arranged in a similar manner in the hole 10. The tolerance compensation unit 2, in particular its base element 2.1, can, for example, be snapped in, pressed in, injected or arranged in a similar manner in the hole 10, in particular in the receiving section 10.1.

[0041] The tolerance compensation unit 2 is arranged in the receiving section 10.1 so that it is arranged flush with the end face 1.1 of the connecting column 1. In particular, the contact flange 2.2.1 of the compensation element 2.2 of the tolerance compensation unit 2 is arranged flush with the end face 1.1 of the connecting column 1. The compensation element 2.2 is arranged relative to the basic element 2.1 in the initial position 100. The compensation element 2.2 can be designed as a single piece or as a multi-piece. In the embodiment shown, the contact flange 2.2.1 is designed as a separate piece, while the compensation element 2.2 is designed as a hollow cylindrical element.

[0042] The compensating element 2.2 and the basic element 2.1 are arranged coaxially and nested with each other. The compensating element 2.2 and the basic element 2.1 can be connected to each other in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner. For example, the compensating element 2.2 and the basic element 2.1 are connected or connectable to each other in an axially movable manner via a threaded connection 3. For this purpose, the compensating element 2.2 and the basic element 2.1 have threads 3.1, 3.2 that correspond to each other.

[0043] The connecting column 1 is composed in particular of a plastic material. The nut element 12 can be composed of metal or a hard plastic material.

[0044] The connecting rod 1 is designed as a hollow cylinder or a partial hollow cylinder. The connecting rod 1 has an outer peripheral surface 16.2, which is provided with at least a profile 18 (also called an outer profile) in sections. For example, the profile 18 can be a rough surface, a ribbed profile, a form-fitting profile, a force-fitting profile and / or a material-fitting profile, in particular a profiled recess, a threaded profile, a friction profile or a similar profile.

[0045] The tolerance compensation unit 2 arranged inside the hole 10 ensures that when the connecting column 1 is connected to the components 4, 6, the axial tolerance 22 (also called axial play or axial tolerance 22, in Figure 4 ) for compensation.

[0046] The tolerance compensation unit 2 can be fixed to the component 6 by means of a screw element 14, or the two components 4 and 6 can be connected to each other across a matching gap with tolerance to compensate for the axial gap and the axial tolerance 22 (such as Figure 3 and Figure 4 ). The tolerance compensation unit 2 comprises a base element 2.1, a compensation element 2.2, a follower element 2.3 and a holder 2.4. The follower element 2.3 is arranged in the compensation element 2.2. The follower element 2.3 is particularly designed as a follower spring.

[0047] The holder 2.4 serves to fasten the tolerance compensating unit 2 in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner at or in the connecting column 1, in particular in the receiving section 10.1 of the connecting column 1. The holder 2.4 is particularly designed to be flexible so that the tolerance compensating unit 2 can be aligned relative to the hole 10 and the nut element 12.

[0048] The holding part 2.4 has, for example, a plurality of flexible holding arms 2.5, at the free ends of which there are radially outwardly protruding hooks 2.6. The holding part 2.4 is designed, for example, as a holding ring.

[0049] The holder 2.4 can also be designed as a transport securing device 42 (in Fig.12) or include such a transport securing device. This ensures that the compensating element 2.2 is held in the connecting column 1 in a manner that prevents loss. Therefore, the compensating element 2.2 cannot be screwed out of the basic element 2.1 during transportation.

[0050] In addition, the retaining portion 2.4 comprises a rotation-proof portion, so that the tolerance compensation unit 2 is held or fastened in or on the connecting column 1 in a rotation-proof or anti-rotation manner. For this purpose, the retaining portion 2.4 comprises a form-fitting and / or force-fitting fastening portion, such as a hook 2.6, which engages in the inner wall of the hole 10 in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner.

[0051] Figure 2 Schematically shows the Figure 1 1 , which is cast in a potting material 20 of a component 4 which is partially cast around.

[0052] The connecting pin 1 with the built-in tolerance compensation unit 2 and the built-in nut element 12 is arranged on a surface of a component 4 , for example a housing, in particular a bottom surface of a battery housing, and is surrounded circumferentially by a potting material 20 .

[0053] By connecting the outer peripheral surface 16.2 of the column 1 at the contour 18 (such as Figure 1 As shown), the connecting column is adapted to form a shape fit and force fit, especially a friction fit, with the potting material 20 when it is cast and coated with the potting material 20, so that it can be connected through the spiral element 14 (in Figure 4 ) connect the connecting column 1 with another component 6 (in Figure 3 and Figure 4 Here, the compensating element 2.2 can be axially displaced relative to the basic element 2.1, which is arranged in a torsionally fixed manner in the connecting column 1 and can therefore be axially displaced relative to the connecting column 1 to compensate for the axial tolerance 22 (in Figure 4 ).

[0054] Figure 3 The schematic diagram shows a cross-section of a connection column 1 cast therein before the partially cast-coated component 4 is connected to a further component 6 via a tolerance compensation unit 2. The further component 6 has a component opening 6.1. The further component 6 is positioned on the connection column 1 and aligned so that the through hole 2.7 of the tolerance compensation unit 2 overlaps the component opening 6.1.

[0055] Figure 4 Two components 4 , 6 connected via a connecting strut 1 and a screw element 14 are shown schematically in a sectional view, with compensation of axial tolerances 22 via an integrated tolerance compensation unit 2 .

[0056] For this purpose, the connecting pin 1 with the internal tolerance compensation unit 2 is arranged between the components 4 and 6 to be connected. The connecting pin 1 is cast on the component 4 partially encapsulated by the potting material 20 and is connected to the component 4 by the potting material 20 in a materially bonded manner.

[0057] A screw element 14, such as a bolt or a stud, for tightening the components 4 and 6 is inserted through the predetermined component opening 6.1 of the component 6 (at Figure 3 ) and the tolerance compensation unit 2, which is screwed into the nut element 12 (in Figure 1 ).

[0058] When the screw element 14 is tightened, the compensating element 2.2 is twisted relative to the base element 2.1 via the follower element 2.3 connected between the screw element 14 and the compensating element 2.2, so that it is rotated from the initial position 100 (at Figure 1 ) is moved axially towards the base element 2.1, in particular is screwed out.

[0059] In other words: the compensating element 2.2 is screwed out of the base element 2.1 and the connecting column 1 until a compensating position 102 is reached in which the compensating element 2.2, in particular the contact flange 2.2.1, abuts against the component 6, thus bridging the axial tolerance 22 in the form of a fit play.

[0060] By integrating the tolerance compensation unit 2 into the connecting strut 1 , it is possible in a simple manner to connect the cast-over component 4 to the component 6 in a stress-free or at least low-stress manner.

[0061] Figure 5 The connecting column 1 and the tolerance compensating unit 2 are shown schematically in an exploded view.

[0062] The connecting column 1 comprises, for example, several circumferential ribs 18 . 1 and / or several longitudinal ribs 18 . 2 as a profile 18 , in particular an outer profile.

[0063] The tolerance compensation unit 2 comprises a hollow cylindrical basic element 2.1 having an inner thread 10.3 (in Fig.14 2.2; a compensating element 2.2 having a thread 3.1 designed as an external thread and integrally formed with a contact flange 2.2.1; a follower element 2.3 designed as a follower spring; and a retaining portion 2.4 having two oppositely disposed retaining arms 2.5 and a hook 2.6.

[0064] Figure 6The connecting column 1 is schematically shown from below in a perspective view. According to different embodiments of the connecting column 1, in addition to the outer contour 18, it can also be designed to be ribbed on the inside. In particular, starting from the outer wall 10 of the hole, several radial ribs 18.3 can be provided, in particular locally in the connecting section 10.2, for example at the hole entrance. The radial ribs 18.3 extend between the outer wall 10 of the hole and the outer wall 1 of the connecting column. For this purpose, the connecting column 1 is designed, for example, as a hollow cylindrical double-walled element. Due to the radial ribs 18.3, sufficient strength and rigidity are achieved while reducing material and weight.

[0065] Figure 7 A further perspective view schematically shows the connecting column 1 from above with an inserted tolerance compensation device 2 .

[0066] The tolerance compensation device 2 is provided by a retaining portion 2.4 (in Figure 1 1) is arranged centrally in the accommodation section 10.1 and fastened. The contact flange 2.2.1 is arranged flush with the end face 1.1 of the connecting column 1. The follower element 2.3 is substantially flush with the contact flange 2.2.1 and is arranged in the through hole 2.7.

[0067] The longitudinal ribs 18.2 are arranged symmetrically. The longitudinal ribs 18.2 extend over the entire axial length of the connecting column 1. Between every two longitudinal ribs 18.2, a plurality of circumferential ribs 18.1 extend in the circumferential direction. The longitudinal ribs 18.2 are not connected to the potting material 20 (in the Figure 2 In addition to the shape fit and / or force fit formed by the spiral element 14 (shown in FIG. Figure 4 (shown in FIG. 1 ) when components 4 and 6 are tightened, the connecting column 1 is twisted.

[0068] Figure 8 A connecting column 1 is schematically shown in a sectional view, which has a closure element 24 for the bore 10. The closure element 24 is introduced into the bore 10 at the end of the connecting column 1 that is opposite the tolerance compensation unit 2.

[0069] As a result, a closed surface is formed in the base region of the connecting stud 1 , so that when the connecting stud is cast on or in the component 4 , the potting material 20 cannot penetrate into the hole 10 .

[0070] Fig. 9 The device 30 is schematically shown in a top view, taking a housing as an example, in particular a battery housing, and having a fixing device 31 for fixing a component 4 or 6, or connecting these components 4, 6 to each other via several connecting columns 1. The device 30 comprises, for example, a bottom 4.1 as component 4, and a cover 6.2 as component 6.

[0071] In the device 30, for example, a plurality of components 32, in particular battery cells or battery modules, are arranged. For connecting the base 4.1 and the cover 6.2, at least one connecting post 1 with an integrated tolerance compensation unit 2 is arranged between several of the components 32.

[0072] Here, the component 32 and the at least one connecting pin 1 are first arranged on the bottom 4.1. The gaps 34 formed between the component 32 and the at least one connecting pin 1 are filled with the potting material 20. The potting material 20 is poured into these gaps 34 and hardens.

[0073] Subsequently, the cover 6.2 as component 6 is positioned and aligned relative to the connecting column 1. In order to connect the cover 6.2 as component 6 and the bottom 4.1 as component 4 and / or the component 32 arranged therebetween, the screw element 14 is passed through the predetermined component opening 6.1 of the component 6 and the tolerance compensation unit 2 and screwed into the nut element 12 via the follower element 2.3.

[0074] When the screw element 14 is tightened, the compensating element 2.2 is twisted relative to the base element 2.1 via the follower element 2.3 connected between the screw element 14 and the compensating element 2.2, so that it is rotated from the initial position 100 (at Figure 1 1 ) is axially moved toward the basic element 2.1, in particular unscrewed, in order to compensate for the axial tolerance 22 between the components 4, 6, in particular between the connecting column 1 and the component 6.

[0075] Fig.10 A schematic plan view shows a device 30 without a cover 6 . 2 and having several connecting pins 1 as fastening means 31 , which are located in gaps 34 between several components 32 and the potting material 20 .

[0076] The cross-sections of the component 32 and the connecting pin 1 are designed to be essentially circular, so that larger and smaller gaps 34 are formed between the component 32 and the connecting pin 1 , which gaps are filled with the potting material 20 .

[0077] The connecting stud 1 forms the fixing point of the cover 6.2 at the bottom 4.1. The cover 6.2 and the bottom 4.1 are then connected by means of a screw element 14 via the connecting stud 1 in a fixed manner and in a manner that compensates for the axial tolerance 22 (as described above).

[0078] Fig.11 An alternative device 30 is schematically shown in a side view. I , the device has no cover 6 . 2 and has several connecting posts 1 , which are located in the gaps 34 between several components 32 and the potting material 20 .

[0079] Each connecting column 1 is inserted into a part of the housing.I The device 30 differs in the cross-sectional shape of the connecting column 1 and the component 32 .

[0080] The cross-sections of the housings of the components 32 and the connecting pins 1 are rectangular, in particular square, so that gaps 34 of equal size are formed between the components 32 and the housings, which are filled with the potting material 20. In addition, the inner cavities between the respective housings and the respective connecting pins 1 are filled with the potting material 20.

[0081] The connecting stud 1 forms the fixing point of the cover 6.2 at the bottom 4.1. The cover 6.2 and the bottom 4.1 are then connected by means of a screw element 14 via the connecting stud 1 in a fixed manner and in a manner that compensates for the axial tolerance 22 (as described above).

[0082] Fig.12 An alternative connecting column 1 is shown I A cross-sectional view of a connecting column having a tolerance compensation unit 2. Alternative connecting column 1 I The grooves 38 and / or ribs 40 are included as part of the profile 18, in particular as a segmented outer profile. These grooves 38 can be provided, for example, from the outside to the connecting column 1 I The adjacent grooves 38 can be separated by ribs 40. Each groove 38 is concave. Preferably, the connecting column 1 is provided with a plurality of grooves 38 disposed on the connecting column 1. I Only one row of grooves 38 and ribs 40 are alternately provided in the connecting column 1. I A plurality of grooves 38 and / or ribs 40 are symmetrically distributed inside.

[0083] Alternative connection column 1 I With a rotation protection contour 36, instead of Figures 1 to 11 The rotation protection profile 36 is provided by the connecting column 1 I The inner radial groove 38 is formed. Figure 1 ) at the connecting column 1 I In the outer wall of the upper and lower overlapping and spaced apart from each other, several grooves 38 are provided. The grooves 38 are separated from each other by ribs 40, which play the role of anti-pull protection.

[0084] When connecting with the component 4 through the potting material 20, the potting material flows into the connecting column 1. I Therefore, the connecting column 1 I The sealing material 20 is connected to the component 4 in a form-fitting and force-fitting manner.

[0085] In addition, the tolerance compensation unit 2 and the connecting column 1 I The connection can be made via a detachable transport securing device 42 .
