Abstract
Description
[0001] This application is a divisional application of the patent application with application number 201911132627.1 filed on November 15, 2019 and titled “Display device and inspection method of the display device”. Technical Field
[0002] Embodiments of the inventive concept relate to a display device and an inspection method of the display device, and more particularly, to a display device including a display panel having a hole formed therein and an inspection method of the display device. Background Art
[0003] A display device such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) or an organic light emitting diode display (OLED) includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels capable of displaying an image and a plurality of signal lines. Each pixel may include a pixel electrode for receiving a data signal, and the pixel electrode may be connected to at least one transistor to receive the data signal. The display panel may include a plurality of layers stacked in the display panel.
[0004] When the display panel is impacted, cracks may be formed on the substrate or on the layers stacked on the substrate. The cracks may grow or spread to other layers or other areas over time, which may cause the display panel to deteriorate. For example, signal lines such as data lines or gate lines may be disconnected by cracks or may increase resistance, and moisture may penetrate into the display panel through the cracks, thereby reducing component reliability. As a result, various problems such as non-luminescence, erroneous luminescence, etc. of the pixels of the display panel may occur.
[0005] Specifically, a recently developed flexible display may be bent or folded during manufacturing or use, and even when fine cracks exist in a substrate or stacked layers of a display panel, the fine cracks may develop into larger cracks due to the bending or folding of the display panel.

[0048] Embodiments of the inventive concept will be described more fully below with reference to the accompanying drawings in which exemplary embodiments of the inventive concept are shown. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the embodiments may be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit or scope of the inventive concept.
[0049] In order to clearly describe the inventive concept, parts irrelevant to the description are omitted, and the same reference numerals refer to the same or similar constituent elements throughout the specification.
[0050] Further, because the sizes and thicknesses of the constituent members shown in the drawings are arbitrarily given for better understanding and ease of description, the inventive concept is not limited to the sizes and thicknesses shown. In the drawings, the thicknesses of layers, films, panels, regions, etc. are exaggerated for clarity. In the drawings, the thicknesses of some layers and regions are exaggerated for better understanding and ease of description.
[0051] It should be understood that when an element such as a layer, film, zone or substrate is referred to as being "on" another element, it can be directly on the other element, or there can be intermediate elements. Conversely, when an element is referred to as being "directly" "on" another element, there are no intermediate elements. Further, the words "above" or "on" mean being located above or below a target portion, and do not necessarily mean being located on the upper side of a target portion based on the direction of gravity.
[0052] In addition, unless explicitly described to the contrary, the word “comprise” and variations such as “comprising”, should be understood to imply the inclusion of stated elements but not the exclusion of any other elements.

[0092] The pixel electrode 191 , the emission layer 370 , and the common electrode 270 of each pixel PX constitute a light emitting diode ED, and one of the pixel electrode 191 and the common electrode 270 functions as an anode and the other functions as a cathode.
[0093] The encapsulation portion 380 for protecting and encapsulating the light emitting diode ED may be disposed on the common electrode 270. The encapsulation portion 380 may include at least one of the inorganic layers 381 and 383 and at least one organic layer 382. At least one of the inorganic layers 381 and 383 and at least one organic layer 382 may be alternately stacked. The organic layer 382 may include an organic material and may have a planarization property. The inorganic layers 381 and 383 may be made of, for example, aluminum oxide (AlO x ), silicon oxide (SiO x ), silicon nitride (SiN x ) and silicon oxynitride (SiON) inorganic materials.
[0094] The planar areas of the inorganic layers 381 and 383 are wider than the planar area of the organic layer 382, allowing the two inorganic layers 381 and 383 to contact each other in the peripheral area PA. The inorganic layer 381 disposed at the lowest position of the inorganic layers 381 and 383 may contact the upper surface of the third insulating layer 160 in the peripheral area PA, but the inventive concept is not limited thereto.
[0095] An edge of the organic layer 382 included in the encapsulation portion 380 may be disposed between the dam portion 350d and the display area DA. When the organic layer 382 of the encapsulation portion 380 is formed, the dam portion 350d may serve to prevent the organic material from flowing out.
[0096] A buffer layer 389 including an inorganic insulating material and / or an organic insulating material may be disposed on the encapsulation portion 380. The buffer layer 389 may be omitted.
[0097] The fourth conductive layer may be arranged on the buffer layer 389. The fourth conductive layer may include a first touch conductor TEa. The first touch insulating layer 391 may be arranged on the fourth conductive layer, and the fifth conductive layer may be arranged on the first touch insulating layer 391. The fifth conductive layer may include a second touch conductor TEb. The second touch insulating layer 392 may be arranged on the fifth conductive layer. The first touch conductor TEa and the second touch conductor TEb constitute a capacitive touch sensor, and touch information such as a touch presence or a touch position may be detected when an external object is touched.
[0098] In the following, reference will be made to Figure 3 as well as Figure 1 Describe the inspection method of the display device.
[0099] Figure 3 A flowchart illustrating an inspection method of a display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the inventive concept is illustrated.
[0100] Reference Figure 3 The circuit part 750 outputs a first detection signal to the first detection transmission line DT1 (S101). The first detection signal is transmitted to the first end N1 of the hole crack detection line HCD through the first detection transmission line DT1, and is transmitted to the first detection receiving line DR1 through the hole crack detection line HCD.
[0101] The circuit part 750 receives the first detection signal transmitted through the first detection receiving line DR1 as a first closed circuit signal (S102). That is, the circuit part 750 receives the first closed circuit signal transmitted through the first closed circuit formed by the first detection transmission line DT1, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the first detection receiving line DR1. The first closed circuit signal can be received as a voltage lower than the first detection signal by a level corresponding to the resistance of the first detection transmission line DT1, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the first detection receiving line DR1.
[0102] The circuit portion 750 determines whether the first closed circuit is normal (S103). When the voltage of the first closed circuit signal is included in a predetermined reference voltage range, the circuit portion 750 may determine that the first closed circuit is normal. The reference voltage range may be predetermined and stored in the circuit portion 750 by reflecting the result of measuring the voltage of the first closed circuit signal in a state where no crack occurs in the display panel 100A. Alternatively, when the resistances of the first detection transmission line DT1, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the first detection receiving line DR1 are included in the reference resistance range, the circuit portion 750 may determine that the first closed circuit is normal based on the first closed circuit signal. The reference resistance range may be predetermined and stored in the circuit portion 750 by reflecting the result of measuring the resistances of the first detection transmission line DT1, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the first detection receiving line DR1 in a state where no crack occurs in the display panel 100A.
[0103] When the first closed circuit is normal, the circuit part 750 outputs a second detection signal to the second detection transmission line DT2 (S104). The second detection signal is transmitted to the first end N1 of the hole crack detection line HCD through the second detection transmission line DT2, and is transmitted to the second detection receiving line DR2 through the hole crack detection line HCD.
[0104] The circuit part 750 receives the second detection signal transmitted through the second detection receiving line DR2 as a second closed circuit signal (S105). That is, the circuit part 750 receives the second closed circuit signal transmitted through the second closed circuit formed by the second detection transmission line DT2, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the second detection receiving line DR2. The second closed circuit signal can be received as a voltage lower than the second detection signal by a level corresponding to the resistance of the second detection transmission line DT2, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the second detection receiving line DR2.
[0105] The circuit part 750 determines whether the second closed circuit is normal (S106). When the voltage of the second closed circuit signal is included in the predetermined reference voltage range, the circuit part 750 can determine that the second closed circuit is normal. Alternatively, when the resistances of the second detection transmission line DT2, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the second detection reception line DR2 are included in the reference resistance range, the circuit part 750 can determine that the second closed circuit is normal based on the second closed circuit signal.
[0106] When the second closed circuit is normal, the circuit portion 750 determines that the display panel 100A is good (S107). That is, the circuit portion 750 can determine that no cracks have occurred near the edge and the hole of the display panel 100A.
[0107] When the voltage of the second closed circuit signal is not included in the predetermined reference voltage range or the resistances of the second detection transmission line DT2, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the second detection reception line DR2 are not included in the reference resistance range, the circuit part 750 determines that there is a defect of the second detection line M2. That is, the circuit part 750 can determine that a crack has appeared at the right edge or the upper edge of the display panel 100A. The circuit part 750 can generate and output a signal corresponding to the crack defect of the second detection line M2.
[0108] At the same time, even when the first closed circuit is abnormal (defective), the circuit part 750 outputs the second detection signal to the second detection transmission line DT2 (S104'). The circuit part 750 receives the second detection signal transmitted through the second detection receiving line DR2 as the second closed circuit signal (S105'), and determines whether the second closed circuit is normal (S106').
[0109] When the second closed circuit is normal, the circuit part 750 determines a defect of the first inspection line M1 (S109). That is, the circuit part 750 may determine that a crack has occurred at the left edge or the upper edge of the display panel 100A. The circuit part 750 may generate and output a signal corresponding to the crack defect of the first inspection line M1.
[0110] When the second closed circuit is abnormal (defective), the circuit part 750 determines that there is a hole crack defect (S110). That is, when both the first closed circuit and the second closed circuit are defective, the circuit part 750 can determine that there is a hole crack defect in the hole crack detection line HCD. Cracks can appear in both the first detection line M1 and the second detection line M2, but cracks rarely appear in both the first detection line M1 and the second detection line M2 during the manufacturing process of the display panel 100A. Therefore, when it is determined (measured) that both the first closed circuit and the second closed circuit are defective, the circuit part 750 can determine that there is a hole crack defect. The circuit part 750 can generate and output a signal corresponding to the hole crack defect.
[0111] In the following, reference will be made to Figure 4 A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described. Figures 1 to 3 The differences between the aforementioned exemplary embodiments.
[0112] Figure 4 A top plan view of a display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the inventive concept is illustrated.
[0113] Reference Figure 4According to the present exemplary embodiment, the display panel 100B included in the display device may include a first inspection line M1 and a second inspection line M2, and a first inspection transmission line DT1 included in the first inspection line M1 and a second inspection transmission line DT2 included in the second inspection line M2 may be connected to different ends of the hole crack detection line HCD. A first inspection receiving line DR1 included in the first inspection line M1 and a second inspection receiving line DR2 included in the second inspection line M2 may be connected to different ends of the hole crack detection line HCD.
[0114] For example, Figure 4 As shown in the figure, when the first detection transmission line DT1 is connected to the first end N1 of the hole crack detection line HCD and the first detection receiving line DR1 is connected to the second end N2 of the hole crack detection line HCD, the second detection transmission line DT2 can be connected to the second end N2 of the hole crack detection line HCD and the second detection receiving line DR2 can be connected to the first end N1 of the hole crack detection line HCD.
[0115] Apart from these differences, the above reference Figures 1 to 3 The features of the described exemplary embodiments may be applied with reference to Figure 4 All exemplary embodiments are described, and therefore redundant descriptions are omitted among the exemplary embodiments.
[0116] In the following, reference will be made to Figure 5 and Figure 6 A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described. Figures 1 to 3 The differences between the aforementioned exemplary embodiments.
[0117] Figure 5 A top plan view of a display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the inventive concept is illustrated. Figure 6 The diagram follows Figure 5 A cross-sectional view of the display device taken along line VI-VI'.
[0118] Reference Figure 5 and Figure 6 , in the display panel 100C according to the present exemplary embodiment, the peripheral area PA may further include a third inspection line M3 and a fourth inspection line M4 which are not connected to the hole crack inspection line HCD.
[0119] The opposite ends of the third detection line M3 may be connected to the circuit portion 750 to form a third closed circuit. The third detection line M3 may be arranged at the lower side, the left side, and the upper side of the display area DA in the peripheral area PA. That is, the third detection line M3 may have two substantially parallel lines, each end of the two substantially parallel lines is connected to each other at the upper side of the display area DA in the peripheral area PA, and is arranged in the peripheral area PA to have a closed circuit shape extending from the circuit portion 750 toward the display area DA. For example, the third detection line M3 may include a first portion extending along the lower edge of the display area DA in a direction opposite to the first direction D1, a second portion extending along the left edge of the display area DA in the second direction D2, and a third portion extending along the upper edge of the display area DA in the first direction D1.
[0120] The opposite ends of the fourth detection line M4 may be connected to the circuit portion 750 to form a fourth closed circuit. The fourth detection line M4 may be arranged at the lower side, the right side, and the upper side of the display area DA in the peripheral area PA. That is, the fourth detection line M4 may have two substantially parallel lines, each end of the two substantially parallel lines is connected to each other at the upper side of the display area DA in the peripheral area PA, and is arranged in the peripheral area PA to have a closed circuit shape extending from the circuit portion 750 toward the display area DA. For example, the fourth detection line M4 may include a first portion extending along the lower edge of the display area DA in the first direction D1, a second portion extending along the right edge of the display area DA in the second direction D2, and a third portion extending along the upper edge of the display area DA in a direction opposite to the first direction D1.
[0121] The third inspection line M3 may be disposed outside the first inspection line M1. That is, the first inspection line M1 may be disposed between the third inspection line M3 and the display area DA, and the third inspection line M3 may be disposed closer to the edge of the substrate 110 than the first inspection line M1.
[0122] The fourth inspection line M4 may be disposed outside the second inspection line M2. That is, the second inspection line M2 may be disposed between the fourth inspection line M4 and the display area DA, and the fourth inspection line M4 may be disposed closer to the edge of the substrate 110 than the second inspection line M2.
[0123] The first and second sense lines M1 and M2 may be disposed in a different conductive layer from the third and fourth sense lines M3 and M4 .
[0124] like Figure 6, the third sense line M3 may be arranged in the second conductive layer. Similarly, the fourth sense line M4 may also be arranged in the second conductive layer. In this case, the first sense line M1 may be arranged in the fourth conductive layer, and the second sense line M2 may also be arranged in the fourth conductive layer. The first sense line M1 and the second sense line M2 may be arranged inwardly (between the display area DA and the dam portion 350d) relative to the dam portion 350d.
[0125] Alternatively, the first and second sense lines M1 and M2 may be arranged in the same second conductive layer as the third and fourth sense lines M3 and M4. In this case, the first and second sense lines M1 and M2 may be arranged to be parallel to the third and fourth sense lines M3 and M4 inside or outside the dam portion 350d.
[0126] The circuit portion 750 may output a third detection signal to the third detection line M3, and receive the third detection signal (or third closed circuit signal) fed back to check for crack defects at the lower edge, left edge, and upper edge of the display panel 100C. The circuit portion 750 may output a fourth detection signal to the fourth detection line M4, and receive the fourth detection signal (or fourth closed circuit signal) fed back to check for crack defects at the lower edge, right edge, and upper edge of the display panel 100C.
[0127] Apart from these differences, the above reference Figures 1 to 3 The features of the described exemplary embodiments may be applied with reference to Figure 5 and Figure 6 The exemplary embodiments are described, and thus redundant descriptions are omitted among the exemplary embodiments.
[0128] In the following, reference will be made to Figure 7 A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present inventive concept will be described, and reference will be made to Figure 8 describe Figure 7 The inspection method of the display device will be mainly described. Figures 1 to 3 The differences between the aforementioned exemplary embodiments.
[0129] Figure 7 A top plan view of a display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the inventive concept is illustrated. Figure 8 A flowchart illustrating an inspection method of a display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the inventive concept is illustrated.
[0130] Reference Figure 7According to the present exemplary embodiment, the display panel 100D may include a first detection line M1 and a second detection line M2 connected to different ends of the hole crack detection line HCD, a first detection transmission line DT1 and a first detection receiving line DR1 included in the first detection line M1 may be connected to the same end of the hole crack detection line HCD, and a second detection transmission line DT2 and a second detection receiving line DR2 included in the second detection line M2 may be connected to the same end of the hole crack detection line HCD.
[0131] For example, Figure 7 As illustrated in FIG. 1 , the first detection transmission line DT1 and the first detection receiving line DR1 may be connected to the second end N2 of the hole crack detection line HCD, and the second detection transmission line DT2 and the second detection receiving line DR2 may be connected to the first end N1 of the hole crack detection line HCD. The first detection transmission line DT1 and the first detection receiving line DR1 may be connected to each other at the second end N2 of the hole crack detection line HCD to form a first closed circuit. The second detection transmission line DT2 and the second detection receiving line DR2 may be connected to each other at the first end N1 of the hole crack detection line HCD to form a second closed circuit. In addition, the first detection transmission line DT1, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the second detection receiving line DR2 may form a third closed circuit. The second detection transmission line DT2, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the first detection receiving line DR1 may form a fourth closed circuit.
[0132] In this case, you can Figure 8 Check the display device as shown in the figure.
[0133] Reference Figure 8 The circuit part 750 outputs the first detection signal to the first detection transmission line DT1 (S201). The first detection signal is transmitted to the second end N2 of the hole crack detection line HCD through the first detection transmission line DT1, and is transmitted to the first detection receiving line DR1 at the second end N2.
[0134] The circuit part 750 receives the first detection signal transmitted through the first detection receiving line DR1 as a first closed circuit signal (S202). That is, the circuit part 750 receives the first closed circuit signal transmitted through the first closed circuit formed by the first detection transmission line DT1, the second end N2 of the hole crack detection line HCD and the first detection receiving line DR1.
[0135] The circuit part 750 determines whether the first closed circuit is normal (S203).
[0136] When the voltage of the first closed circuit signal is not included in the predetermined reference voltage range or the resistance of the first closed circuit is not included in the reference resistance range, the circuit part 750 determines that there is a defect of the first inspection line M1 (S204). That is, the circuit part 750 can determine that a crack has occurred at the lower edge, left edge, or upper edge of the display panel 100D.
[0137] When the first closed circuit is normal, the circuit part 750 outputs a second detection signal to the second detection transmission line DT2 (S205). The second detection signal is transmitted to the first end N1 of the hole crack detection line HCD through the second detection transmission line DT2, and is transmitted to the second detection receiving line DR2 at the first end N1.
[0138] The circuit part 750 receives the second detection signal transmitted through the second detection receiving line DR2 as a second closed circuit signal (S206). That is, the circuit part 750 receives the second closed circuit signal transmitted through the second closed circuit formed by the second detection transmission line DT2, the first end N1 of the hole crack detection line HCD, and the second detection receiving line DR2.
[0139] The circuit part 750 determines whether the second closed circuit is normal (S207).
[0140] When the voltage of the second closed circuit signal is not included in the predetermined reference voltage range or the resistance of the second closed circuit is not included in the reference resistance range, the circuit part 750 determines that there is a defect in the second detection line M2 (S208). That is, the circuit part 750 can determine that the crack has appeared at the lower edge, the right edge, or the upper edge of the display panel 100D. At the same time, even when the first closed circuit is abnormal, the output of the second detection signal (S205), the reception of the second closed circuit signal (S206), the determination of whether the second closed circuit is normal (S207), and the determination of whether the defect of the second detection line M2 exists (S208) can be further performed as needed.
[0141] When the second closed circuit is normal, the circuit part 750 outputs the first detection signal to the first detection transmission line DT1 or outputs the second detection signal to the second detection transmission line DT2 (S209). Hereinafter, an example in which the circuit part 750 outputs the first detection signal to the first detection transmission line DT1 will be described. The first detection signal is transmitted to the second end N2 of the hole crack detection line HCD through the first detection transmission line DT1, and is transmitted to the second detection receiving line DR2 through the hole crack detection line HCD.
[0142] The circuit part 750 receives the first detection signal transmitted through the second detection receiving line DR2 as the third closed circuit signal (S210). That is, the circuit part 750 receives the third closed circuit signal transmitted through the third closed circuit formed by the first detection transmission line DT1, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the second detection receiving line DR2. When the circuit part 750 outputs the second detection signal to the second detection transmission line DT2, the circuit part 750 can receive the fourth closed circuit signal transmitted through the fourth closed circuit formed by the second detection transmission line DT2, the hole crack detection line HCD, and the first detection receiving line DR1.
[0143] The circuit part 750 determines whether the third closed circuit is normal (S211). When the voltage of the third closed circuit signal is included in a predetermined reference voltage range or the resistance of the third closed circuit is included in a reference resistance range, the circuit part 750 may determine that the third closed circuit is normal.
[0144] When the third closed circuit is normal, the circuit portion 750 determines that the display panel 100D is good (S212). That is, the circuit portion 750 can determine that no crack has occurred in the display panel 100D.
[0145] When the third closed circuit is not normal, the circuit portion 750 determines that there is a hole crack defect (S213). That is, when it is determined (measured) that the third closed circuit is defective, the circuit portion 750 may determine that a hole crack defect has occurred in the hole crack detection line HCD. Alternatively, when the circuit portion 750 receives the fourth closed circuit signal, it may determine whether the display panel 100D is good or determine a hole crack defect depending on whether the fourth closed circuit signal is normal.
[0146] Apart from these differences, the above reference Figures 1 to 3 The features of the described exemplary embodiments may be applied with reference to Figure 7 and Figure 8 The exemplary embodiments are described, and thus redundant descriptions are omitted among the exemplary embodiments.
[0147] In the following, reference will be made to Fig. 9 A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described. Figure 1 and Figure 2 The differences between the aforementioned exemplary embodiments.

[0150] The opposite ends of the first detection line M1' may be connected to the circuit portion 750 to form a first closed circuit, and the opposite ends of the second detection line M2' may be connected to the circuit portion 750 to form a second closed circuit. The first detection line M1' may be arranged in a closed circuit shape extending from the circuit portion 750 toward the display area DA and then extending along the lower edge, left edge, and upper edge of the display area DA, and then extending from the upper edge of the display area DA adjacent to the hole area HA toward the display area DA, and extending to surround the left edge of the hole area HA to return in the reverse direction. The second detection line M2' may be arranged in a closed circuit shape extending from the circuit portion 750 toward the display area DA and then extending along the lower edge, right edge, and upper edge of the display area DA, and then extending from the upper edge of the display area DA adjacent to the hole area HA toward the display area DA, and extending to surround the right edge of the hole area HA to return in the reverse direction.
[0151] The first and second inspection lines M1' and M2' may be physically separated from each other and may face each other with the hole area HA between the first and second inspection lines M1' and M2'.
[0152] The circuit portion 750 may output a first detection signal to the first detection line M1', and may receive the first detection signal fed back as a first closed circuit signal to check for crack defects around the lower edge, left edge, and upper edge of the display panel 100E and the left side of the hole area HA. The circuit portion 750 may output a second detection signal to the second detection line M2', and may receive the second detection signal fed back as a second closed circuit signal to check for crack defects around the lower edge, right edge, and upper edge of the display panel 100E and the right side of the hole area HA.
[0153] Apart from these differences, the above reference Figure 1 and Figure 2 The features of the described exemplary embodiments may be applied with reference to Fig. 9 The exemplary embodiments are described, and thus redundant descriptions are omitted among the exemplary embodiments.
[0154] In the following, reference will be made to Fig.10 A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described. Figure 5 and Figure 6 The differences between the aforementioned exemplary embodiments.

[0156] Reference Fig.10 In the display panel 100F according to the present exemplary embodiment, Figure 5 The second detection line M2 in the display panel 100C.
[0157] In this case, the circuit portion 750 may inspect a crack defect at the edge of the display panel 100F by using the third inspection line M3 and the fourth inspection line M4, and may perform a hole crack defect inspection by using the first inspection line M1 and the hole crack inspection line HCD. That is, the circuit portion 750 may output a first inspection signal to the first inspection transmission line DT1, and may inspect a hole crack defect by receiving a first closed circuit signal transmitted through the hole crack inspection line HCD and the first inspection reception line DR1.
[0158] Apart from these differences, the above reference Figure 5 and Figure 6 The features of the described exemplary embodiments may be applied with reference to Fig.10 The exemplary embodiments are described, and thus redundant descriptions are omitted among the exemplary embodiments.

[0162] In this case, the circuit portion 750 may inspect a crack defect at the edge of the display panel 100G by using the third inspection line M3 and the fourth inspection line M4, and may perform a hole crack defect inspection by using the second inspection transmission line DT2 and the first inspection receiving line DR1. That is, the circuit portion 750 may output a first inspection signal to the second inspection transmission line DT2, and may inspect a hole crack defect by receiving a first closed circuit signal transmitted through the hole crack inspection line HCD and the first inspection receiving line DR1.
