[0101] Figure 1 A perspective view of a conveying device 22 in the form of a carriage having six pulley assemblies 1 according to the invention is shown.

[0102] As shown here by way of example, the conveyor system 22 can have three container areas, wherein each of the container areas can be provided with a pulley assembly 1 on both sides.

[0103] The conveying device 22 can be moved, preferably rolled, in at least one direction on the running rail 23 by means of the pulley assembly 1 .

[0104] Figure 2 A perspective exploded view of an embodiment of a pulley assembly 1 according to the invention is shown.

[0105] As in Figure 2 As can be seen in the figure, the pulley assembly (1) comprises a pulley (2) and a pulley suspension part (3), wherein the pulley (2) has a pulley shaft body (4) and a pulley body (5), the pulley body (5) has a pulley shaft receiving opening (6), and the pulley body (5) is rotatably supported on the pulley shaft body (4) guided through the pulley shaft receiving opening (6), wherein the pulley shaft body (4) is supported in the push-in channel (9, 10) of the pulley suspension part (3) with at least two elastic damping bodies (7, 8) connected in the middle, wherein the pulley shaft body (4) is fastened in the push-in channel (9, 10) of the pulley suspension part (3) in a clamping manner by means of the damping bodies (7, 8) in the fastened position.

[0106] exist Figure 2 In the embodiment, the pulley suspension part 3 is implemented as a single piece, which is a fork-shaped part and has a first fork arm 19, a second fork arm 20 and a fork frame (or fork ship, Gabelschiff) 25 connecting the fork arms 19 and 20 accordingly.

[0107] The first insertion channel 9 and the second insertion channel 10 are located on the inner sides of the first fork arm 19 and the second fork arm 20, wherein Figure 2Only the first push channel 9 can be seen.

[0108] like Figure 2 As shown in FIG, the insertion channels 9, 10 can have an insertion opening 15 arranged at the lower edge of the respective fork arm 19, 20, through which the pulley 2 can be introduced by means of the damping bodies 7, 8, preferably from bottom to top parallel to the pivot axis 21.

[0109] like Figure 2 As shown in , the fork 25 can have a swivel axis 21 (preferably extending orthogonally to the pulley shaft 4), about which the pulley suspension 3 can be supported or supported swivelably. Therefore, the fork 25 has a swivel sliding bearing for the swivel axis 21, wherein, as shown in Figure 2 In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 8 , the pivot plain bearing is an integrated component of the pulley suspension 3 .

[0110] like Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 , the pulley 2 may include a pulley body 5 , a pulley shaft body 4 , a cover 26 for each of the two end sides of the pulley body 5 , and a first damping body 7 and a second damping body 8 for each of the end sides of the pulley shaft body 4 .

[0111] The pulley body 5 has a pulley shaft receiving opening 6 which forms a continuous hole in the center of the pulley body 5 and through which the pulley shaft body 4 can be guided.

[0112] The pulley shaft body 4 may be a cylindrical component having a first end 11 and a second end 12 , wherein preferably one of the damping bodies 7 , 8 is arranged at one of the ends 11 , 12 , respectively.

[0113] Figures 3 to 7 Shows Figure 2 Various views and illustrations of the pulley assembly 1 in FIG.

[0114] Figure 3 A perspective view of the pulley assembly 1 is shown in a fastened position.

[0115] Figure 4 Display in Figure 3 sectional view of the pulley assembly 1 in the fastened position in FIG. 1 , wherein the section plane extends through the center point of the pulley 2 parallel to the pivot axis 21 and parallel to the wheel rotation axis 24 .

[0116] Figure 5 Shows the Figure 3 sectional view of the pulley assembly 1 in the fastened position in FIG. 2 , wherein the section plane extends orthogonally to the pivot axis 21 and parallel to the wheel rotation axis 24 through the center point of the pulley 2 .

[0117] exist Figures 3 to 5It can be clearly seen that the pulley 2 is connected to the pulley suspension 3 with the first damping body 7 and the second damping body 8 connected in between. In the position shown, the pulley 2 is located between the fork arms 19 and 20 of the pulley suspension 3, wherein the damping bodies 7 and 8 are introduced along the insertion channels 9 and 10 starting from the introduction opening 15 of the first insertion channel 9 and the second insertion channel 10 to the stop 16 of the insertion channels 9, 10, preferably to a plurality of stops 16. The position shown corresponds to the fastening position of the pulley assembly 1.

[0118] If, in addition to the fastening position in the exemplary embodiment shown, the insertion channels 9, 10 point downward, for example if the pulley assembly 1 is arranged below the conveying device 22, the pulley assembly 1 is also in the operating position in this exemplary embodiment. Figure 1 The running position can also be seen in the figure.

[0119] The stop 16 of the insertion channel 9 , 10 can be embodied in the form of a semicircular closure of the insertion channel 9 , 10 .

[0120] As in Figure 6 and Figure 7 As can be seen particularly clearly in FIG. 1 , the first insertion channel 9 and the second insertion channel 10 each have an insertion opening 15 .

[0121] The first insertion channel 9 and / or the second insertion channel 10 can be provided with at least one shaft collar receiving channel 18, preferably combined with at least one shaft collar receiving channel 18, so that at least one shaft collar 17 of the first shock-absorbing body 7 and / or the second shock-absorbing body 8 can be guided along the first insertion channel 9 and / or the second insertion channel 10 to the fastening position and can be retained there by means of form fit.

[0122] As in Figures 3 to 7 As can be seen in FIG. 1 , it can be provided that the collar receiving channel 18 of one of the two insertion channels 9 , 10 respectively forms a stop 16 by a semicircular course at the end of the respective insertion channel 9 , 10 .

[0123] The pulley shaft 4 and thus the pulley 2 are fastened in a clamping manner on the pulley suspension 3 in the fastened position (preferably exclusively) by means of the damping bodies 7 and 8. For this purpose, the damping bodies 7 and 8 are expediently elastically deformed when introduced into the corresponding insertion channels 9 and 10. In a simple embodiment, this type of clamping fastening can even be based purely on friction fit.

[0124] However, in the embodiment shown here, in addition to the friction fit, it is also provided that in the fastening position of the pulley assembly 1, at least one latching connection projection 13 of the first damping body 7 and / or the second damping body 8 is latched into at least one latching connection receptacle 14 of the first fork arm 19 and / or the second fork arm 20. In this way, the retention of the pulley assembly 1 in the fastening position can be ensured in a form-fitting manner (preferably in addition to the fastening in a clamping manner) and / or slipping of the damping bodies can be avoided. In this embodiment, the engagement of the damping bodies 7 and 8 in the corresponding insertion channels 9, 10 and also the stop 16 ensures an additional form-fitting fastening of the pulley shaft body 4 and therefore the pulley 2 in the fastening position of the pulley suspension 3.

[0135] exist Fig.13 and Fig.14 As can be seen in FIG. 1 , the pulley shaft body 4 can be a hollow cylindrical member having a closed end and an open end, wherein the open end is Fig.13 It can be seen in.

[0136] exist Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 7 , Fig.12 and Fig.14 In the figure, the bearing of the pulley 2 can be particularly clearly seen. The bearing can be a sliding bearing which is designed as a separate component or an integrated component of the pulley 2, or, as shown in the exemplary embodiment, a rolling bearing 27, in particular a ball bearing.

[0137] The rolling bearing 27 shown as part of the pulley 2 connects the pulley body 5 and the pulley shaft body 4 and transmits forces, preferably compression forces, between these two components, while at the same time reducing rolling friction during a rotation of the pulley body 5 about the wheel rotation axis 24 .

[0138] In order to protect the rolling bearing 27 from external influences such as contaminants or mechanical influences, covers 26 are provided on both end sides of the pulley 2 so that the rolling bearing 27 is shielded from the outside, preferably completely shielded.

[0139] Figures 15 to 20 A non-cut side view and a cut side view are shown for each of three embodiments of the attachment of the pulley assembly 1 to the fitting 28 of the conveying device 22 .

[0140] Fig.15 and Fig.16 A first embodiment is shown in which the pulley assembly 1 is connected to the fitting 28 by means of a pin 29. In this case, washers 30 are arranged between the fork 25 of the pulley assembly 1 and the fitting 28, respectively at the upper side and at the lower side of the pulley suspension 3.

[0141] Forces can be transmitted between the fitting 28 and the pivoting plain bearing of the pulley assembly 1 via the pin 29 and the washer 30. In this way, a pivotable support of the pulley assembly 1 is provided.

[0142] Therefore, in this first embodiment, sliding occurs between the washer 30 and the pin 29 and the pulley suspension 3 .

[0143] and Fig.15 and Fig.16 In contrast to the first embodiment, Fig.17 and Fig.18 The pulley assembly 1 is shown attached to the fitting 28 without a spacer 30 between the pulley assembly and the fitting. Fig.15 and Fig.16 In the second embodiment, the fork 25 of the pulley suspension part 3 has lower protrusions at the upper side and the lower side of the pulley suspension part 3, respectively.

[0144] In this second embodiment, sliding therefore occurs between the fitting 28 and the pin 29 and the projection of the pulley suspension 3 .

[0145] and Figures 15 to 18 In contrast to the first and second embodiments, Fig.19 and Fig. 20 The pulley assembly 1 is shown attached at the fitting 28 with a washer 30 arranged at the underside of the pulley suspension 3 . Fig.15 and Fig.16 The gasket arranged at the upper side of the pulley suspension part 3 and Fig.17 and Fig.18 The projection arranged on the upper side of the pulley suspension 3 is replaced by a correspondingly designed pin head of a pin 29. The pin head of the pin 29 and the mounting part 28 are designed here so that the pin 29 not only enables the pulley assembly 1 to be connected to the mounting part, but also provides a placement surface for the upper side of the pulley suspension 3.

[0146] In this third embodiment, sliding therefore occurs between the pin 29 , in particular the pin head, and between the washer 30 and the pulley suspension 3 .

[0147] The embodiments shown are not to be understood as limiting, but can be combined with one another as required. Thus, for example, it is conceivable that in one embodiment the spacer 30 is combined with a projection of the pulley suspension 3, or in other words, that the spacer 30 is placed on the projection of the pulley suspension 3. It can also be provided that the pin 29 is connected by means of a wide pin head (e.g. Fig. 20 ) either by means of a collar spaced apart from the pin head or directly on the pulley suspension 3 .

[0148] As already explained, in the illustrated embodiment it can be provided that one of the sliding surfaces (preferably the sliding surface of the pin 29 and / or the fitting 38) has metal, preferably steel or aluminum, or consists of metal, preferably steel, while the other sliding surface (preferably the sliding surface of the pulley suspension 3) has plastic or consists of plastic.

[0149] In a preferred embodiment variant, at least one of the sliding surfaces can be part of a fitting 28 of the conveying device 22 and / or part of a pin 29 and the other sliding surface can be part of the pulley assembly 1 , preferably the pulley suspension 3 .

[0150] As already explained, in the illustrated embodiment it can be provided that the sliding surface of the pulley suspension 3 and / or the swivel bearing, preferably the swivel sliding bearing, and / or a part of the pulley assembly, preferably the pulley suspension 3, and / or the entire pulley assembly 1 have an internal lubricant.

[0151] For a particularly favorable friction coefficient, it can be provided that during the oscillation of the pulley assembly 1, sliding occurs between at least one sliding surface made of metal and at least one sliding surface made of plastic, preferably plastic with a built-in lubricant, by means of a oscillating plain bearing.

[0152] The pivot bearing, preferably the pivot plain bearing, of the pulley assembly 1 and / or the pulley assembly 1 as a whole can have a load capacity of 1,000 N, preferably 4,000 N. Preferably, as is also provided in the example here, a part of the pivot plain bearing is formed directly in the pulley suspension 3 .
