Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to an actuating device for a switchgear of a switch panel for electrical energy technology, in particular for medium voltage technology. Background Art

[0002] Switchgear panels in electrical energy technology often include various devices whose voltages are monitored for safe operation. For this purpose, transformers are used, which are connected, for example, to the busbars or cable sockets of the switchgear. In this case, it may be necessary to temporarily disconnect (isolate) such a transformer from the monitored device and to ground it - for example, to prevent damage when performing high-voltage tests on the switchgear or for maintenance purposes. In this respect, the relevant circuit is usually first interrupted by a circuit breaker and the transformer is then disconnected from the monitored device and grounded by actuating the switchgear.

[0003] Furthermore, switchgear panels in electrical energy technology often also include switchgear, by means of which, for example, a busbar of the switchgear panel can be grounded for maintenance purposes. Here, too, the relevant circuit is usually first disconnected by means of a circuit breaker and then the busbar is grounded by activating the switchgear. Once the maintenance has been completed, the busbar can be disconnected from ground potential by activating the switchgear and the circuit can be closed again by means of the circuit breaker.

[0004] Such switchgear is usually started by manually operating a drive unit disposed on the front side of the switch panel, for example, for grounding a busbar or for disconnecting and grounding a transformer. In this regard, the drive unit is mechanically coupled to the switchgear by a connecting rod so that the switchgear is actuated by operating the drive unit.

[0005] However, actuating devices comprising such a connecting rod require a lot of installation space and are also complicated to install (ie in particular to the switch panel) because they allow for only small tolerances for the suspension point of the connecting rod, for example.

[0006] It is therefore a basic object of the invention to enable an actuating device which is easy to install and requires little installation space. Summary of the invention

[0007] This object is achieved by an actuation device having the features of claim 1 .

[0008] In this respect, the invention is based on the idea of coupling a drive unit to a switching device via a traction cable. For this purpose, the actuating device according to the invention has an operable drive unit, in particular a manually operable drive unit, which is mechanically coupled to a pivotable pivot unit via a traction cable having a traction cable start point and a traction cable end point. In this respect, the pivot unit is configured such that the pivot unit pivots by operating the drive unit via the traction cable. If the pivot unit is mechanically coupled to the switching device, the switching device can be actuated by pivoting the pivot unit. For example, the pivot unit can be rotationally fixedly connected to an axis of the switching device, wherein the switch contacts of the switching device can be arranged on the axis. By pivoting the pivot unit, the axis can also be pivoted, and the switch contacts can be transformed into another switching position when doing so, in which the switch contacts, for example, establish or disconnect a ground connection.

[0009] The actuating device can be mounted particularly easily by using a traction cable: When the actuating device is mounted on the switch panel, the pivot unit is mechanically coupled to the switch device of the switch panel. For example, the drive unit can be fixed to the front side of the switch panel. Since the traction cable can be flexibly guided (for example via guide wheels) in contrast to the connecting rod, tolerances, such as the relative position between the pivot unit and the drive unit, can be easily compensated. In addition, however, the pivot unit and the drive unit can also be mounted in different relative positions to each other, whereby the drive unit can in particular be fastened in almost any position suitable for operation. Due to the traction cable, not only can tolerances be easily compensated when mounting the actuating device, but the actuating device can also be mounted in a variety of suitable positions. In addition, the actuating device itself can also be easily installed or manufactured by using a traction cable.

[0010] Another advantage is that the actuating device can be installed even with a small available installation space, since the drive unit is mechanically coupled to the pivot unit via the traction cable. On the other hand, with a connecting rod, due to, for example, the suspension point, rod deflection and / or rod displacement, a minimum distance is required, which generally does not allow installation with a small available installation space.

[0011] Advantageous embodiments of the invention emerge from the dependent claims, the description and the drawings.

[0012] According to an advantageous embodiment, the pivot unit may comprise a connection element which is configured to be pivotable about a pivot axis. This enables a simple mechanical coupling of the pivot unit to the switchgear, wherein the pivot axis of the connection element should advantageously correspond to the pivot axis of the switchgear. Furthermore, a traction cable may be connected to the connection element, with its traction cable end being spaced apart from the pivot axis. In this respect, the traction cable does not have to be directly connected to the connection element. Since the traction cable is connected to the connection element spaced apart from the pivot axis, a pulling movement of the traction cable can easily generate a torque acting on the connection element about the pivot axis, so that the connection element can pivot.

[0013] According to another advantageous embodiment, the pivot unit may include a return spring having a first return spring end and a second return spring end and may be configured in particular as a tension spring or a torsion spring. In addition, the return spring may be fastened to the connection piece in a manner that its first return spring end is spaced apart from the pivot axis, in particular connected to the connection piece in an articulated manner. The return spring may be fastened to the switch panel with its second return spring end, in particular connected to the switch panel in an articulated manner, for example during the installation of the actuating device. If the return spring is fastened, in particular connected in an articulated manner to the connection piece spaced apart from the pivot axis, the return spring may easily generate a torque acting on the connection piece around the pivot axis, whereby the connection piece may pivot. The return spring may generally have a screw lug at one or both ends, to which the return spring may be fastened, in particular connected in an articulated manner. The return spring may advantageously be preloaded so that the traction cable can always be kept under a defined tension, whereby, for example, a play-free operation of the actuating device may be achieved. Using the return spring, the connection piece may easily pivot back again after pivoting. For example, when a pulling force acts on the traction cable and the connecting member pivots during this time, the return spring can be tensioned and acted upon by the spring force. If the pulling force decreases again, the connecting member can pivot back again by the spring force of the tensioned return spring.

[0014] According to another advantageous embodiment, the pivot unit may comprise a first base on which the components of the pivot unit may be arranged, whereby the actuating device may be easily manufactured. The pivot unit may in particular be easily fastened to the switch panel via the first base. The traction cable is preferably supported on the first base. However, the traction cable may generally also be supported in another way, for example by rollers fixed to the switch panel. Alternatively or additionally, the connecting element may be pivotably supported at the first base about a pivot axis. If the pivot unit is mounted on the switch panel, the bending moment on the axis of the switching device of the switch panel may be reduced by the pivotable support. Also alternatively or additionally, the return spring may be fastened to the first base with its second return spring end, in particular connected to the first base in an articulated manner.

[0015] According to another advantageous embodiment, the connecting member may include a guide pin spaced parallel to the pivot axis. The first base may have a first guide profile in which the guide pin is guided. Advantageously, the first guide profile has the shape of a circular ring segment. The ends of the circular ring segment may each form an abutment for the guide pin, whereby the connecting member can only pivot within a predetermined angular range. Advantageously, the predetermined angular range by means of the abutment can be matched with the movement of the switch contact of the switching device, which movement is performed by the switch contact when the switch contact is changed to another switch position. The predetermined angular range is advantageously matched with the movement of the switch contact of the switching device, so that when the switch contact is in the corresponding end position or switch position, the guide pin abuts the corresponding end of the first guide profile. Therefore, the end position of the switching device can be easily defined by means of the first guide profile. The angular range can be matched in particular with the movement of the switch contact, so that the force pressing the switch contact to the ground contact can be limited, for example, due to a reset spring (if provided). For this purpose, the first guide profile can be configured, for example, so that the guide pin abuts one end of the first guide profile in the switch position of the switch contact of the switching device. In particular, a defined contact pressure can thereby be set and damage can be reduced. Furthermore, the guide pin can indicate the switching position of the switching device in a visually perceptible manner.

[0016] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the pivot unit can comprise a clamping spring having a first clamping spring end and a second clamping spring end and can in particular be configured as a tension spring or a torsion spring. The clamping spring can be fastened, in particular connected in an articulated manner to the connecting piece, with its first clamping spring end at the end of the traction cable and its second clamping spring end spaced apart from the pivot axis. The clamping spring can also have a screw lug at one or both ends, with which the clamping spring can be fastened, in particular connected in an articulated manner. The clamping spring is preferably preloaded so that the traction cable is always kept under a defined tension, whereby, for example, a play-free operation of the actuating device can be achieved. Furthermore, changes in the length of the traction cable caused by temperature can, for example, be compensated by the clamping spring and / or the return spring, and whereby a play-free operation of the actuating device can be achieved.

[0017] According to another advantageous embodiment, the traction cable can be guided in a Bowden cable sheath having a first Bowden cablesheath end and a second Bowden cable sheath end. For example, the first Bowden cable sheath end can be supported at the first base, if provided. For this purpose, the first base can include a cable counter-holder for receiving the first Bowden cable sheath end. However, such a cable counter-holder can also be attached directly to the switch panel in general. Due to the guidance in the Bowden cable sheath, the traction cable can be guided in a protected manner and, for example, without the use of deflection rollers. In particular, by guiding the traction cable in the Bowden cable sheath, the installation of the actuating device can be simplified and can even be achieved with a small available installation space.

[0018] According to another advantageous embodiment, the drive unit can be configured to apply a pulling force to the traction cable in order to pivot the pivot unit. For this purpose, the drive unit can, for example, include a traction member, which is configured to be rotatable around the axis of rotation and can in particular have an insertion portion, which is configured to be connectable to a manual crank. The traction cable can be connected to the traction member, and its traction cable starting point is spaced apart from the axis of rotation. The insertion portion can be formed coaxially with the axis of rotation. By driving the traction member by the manual crank, the traction cable can be easily subjected to the effect of the pulling force. For example, the drive unit can also include an operable drive motor, which can be configured to drive the traction member by motor control to apply a pulling force to the traction cable.

[0019] According to another advantageous embodiment, the drive unit may include a releasable blocking device, which may be configured to block the traction member, thereby blocking the pivoting unit from pivoting by the traction cable. Therefore, the pivoting unit can be easily blocked in the pivoted state and cannot be pivoted back, so that the pivoting unit can only pivot back after releasing the blocking device. If the actuating device is installed on the switch panel, the switch contacts of the switch device of the switch panel can therefore be, for example, converted to a switching position or a switch position, and can be blocked in the switch position by the blocking device. For example, in the blocked state, the return spring (if any) cannot convert the switch contact to another switch position. However, after releasing the blocking device, this is also possible. Since the drive unit includes a releasable blocking device, the safety of the switch panel equipped with the actuating device can also be increased: since the blocking device only directly blocks the drive unit, but indirectly blocks the pivoting unit by the traction cable, for example, if the traction cable breaks, the pivoting unit can be pivoted back due to the return spring (if provided). In this regard, the switch contacts of the switch device can be reliably converted to a switch position in which the switch contacts, for example, contact the ground contact. In the blocked state, the blocking device can also be secured, for example, by a padlock, which has to be removed again before the blocking device can be released.

[0020] According to another advantageous embodiment, the blocking device can include a locking bolt with a spring-loaded locking pin. The traction member can have a recess, which is configured to receive the locking pin, in particular in a form-fitting manner. The recess is advantageously spaced from the axis of rotation. For example, the locking device can be released manually, in particular by pulling the locking pin. However, the blocking device can generally also be released electrically, for example by controlling an electromagnet that cooperates with the blocking device. Here, the blocking device advantageously has a latching mechanism that cooperates with the electromagnet and is configured to block the traction member, wherein the latching mechanism can be released by controlling the electromagnet and the traction member can be rotated again.

[0021] According to another advantageous embodiment, the drive unit may include a second base, on which the components of the drive unit may be arranged, whereby the actuating device may be easily manufactured. In particular, the drive unit may be easily fixed to the front side of the switch panel, for example by means of the second base. The traction cable is preferably supported on the second base, wherein the traction cable may also be supported in another way, for example by means of rollers fixed to the switch panel. If the traction cable is guided in a Bowden cable sheath, the second Bowden cable sheath end may be supported at the second base. For this purpose, the second base may include a cable reversal holder for receiving the second Bowden cable sheath end. However, such a cable reversal holder may also be generally attached directly to the switch panel. Alternatively or additionally, the traction member may be rotatably supported on the second base around the axis of rotation. Further alternatively or additionally, the blocking device may be arranged at the second base.

[0022] According to another advantageous embodiment, the traction member can include a guide spindle spaced parallel to the axis of rotation. The second base can have a second guide profile in which the guide spindle is guided. Advantageously, the second guide profile has the shape of a circular ring segment. The ends of the circular ring segment can each form a support for the guide spindle, whereby the traction member can only rotate within a predetermined angular range. Advantageously, the angular range predetermined by means of the support can be matched to the movement of the switch contact of the switching device, which movement is performed by the switch contact when the switch contact changes to another switching position. The predetermined angular range is advantageously matched to the movement of the switch contact of the switching device, so that when the switch contact is in the corresponding end position or switching position, the guide spindle abuts the corresponding end of the second guide profile. Therefore, the end position of the switching device can be easily defined by means of the second guide profile. In particular, the angular range can be matched to the movement of the switch contact, so that the force of the switch contact pressing against the busbar contact, for example due to the tension acting on the traction cable, can be limited. For this purpose, the second guide profile can be designed, for example, in such a way that the guide spindle abuts against one end of the second guide profile in the switching position of the switching contact of the switching device. In particular, a defined contact pressure can be set thereby and damage can be reduced. The operation of the drive unit can also be simplified by the support, since the operator can recognize with reference to the support that the pulling element has been rotated sufficiently to change the switching position. In addition, the guide spindle can indicate the switching position of the switching device in a visually perceptible manner.

[0023] The invention also relates to a switch panel for electrical energy technology, in particular for medium voltage technology, comprising a switchgear and an actuating device mechanically coupled to the switchgear, as disclosed herein.

[0024] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for actuating a switchgear of a switch panel of electric energy technology, in particular medium voltage technology, by means of an actuating device mechanically coupled to the switchgear. In this respect, the actuating device can be designed as disclosed herein. The method comprises: operating a drive unit of the actuating device, whereby a pulling force is applied to a traction cable, so that a pivoting unit mechanically coupled to the switchgear pivots, whereby the switchgear is actuated.

[0025] In general, the statements about the actuating device according to the invention apply accordingly to the switch panel according to the invention and to the method according to the invention. This applies in particular to the embodiments and advantages. Furthermore, it should be understood that all features mentioned here can be combined with one another, unless explicitly stated otherwise. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0026] The present invention will be described below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Schematically shown:

[0027] Figure 1 shows a switch panel with an actuating device in side view; and

[0028] Figure 2 yes Figure 1 Front view of the actuator. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0029] Figure 1 In a side view a switch panel 11 of medium voltage technology is shown, comprising a switchgear 15 and an actuating device 13 mechanically coupled to the switchgear 15. Elements arranged within the switch panel 11 are shown by dashed lines, wherein for the sake of clarity only elements for illustrating the mode of operation of the actuating device 13 are shown.

[0030] Like conventional switch panels for medium voltage technology, the switch panel 11 comprises a cable connection compartment K, a circuit breaker compartment L and a busbar compartment S, which can be filled with an insulating gas, such as sulfur hexafluoride, to increase the electrical strength. The switch panel 11 also comprises three busbars 29, each of which is fed into the interior of the switch panel 11 via a bushing 37 and extends perpendicularly to the plane of the drawing. In this respect, each busbar 29 is assigned to one phase of a three-phase system, so that the switch panel 11 is three-phase. Purely for the sake of clarity, only the three busbars 29 will be discussed in more detail. Figure 1 However, for reasons of symmetry, it is known that the phases are essentially the same. It should also be understood that the invention disclosed herein is also applicable to switch panels having a different number of phases, such as single-phase or two-phase systems.

[0031] In order to monitor the voltage at the busbar 29, the switch panel 11 includes a transformer 35, which is connected via Figure 1 The sliding contact 33 and the switch contact 27 in the switch panel 11 are connected to the busbar 29. The switch panel 11 also includes a switch device 15, by which the transformer 35 can be disconnected from the busbar 29 and connected to the ground potential. To this end, the switch device 15 has a shaft 25, which is rotatably supported on the switch panel 11 (indicated by the double arrow) and the switch contact 27 is rotatably fixedly arranged on the shaft. The switch panel 11 also includes a ground contact 31 that can be contacted by the switch contact 27. To this end, the switch contact 27 can be moved by rotating the shaft 25 so that the switch contact 27 contacts the ground contact 31. The transformer 35 is then connected to the ground contact 31 via the sliding contact 33 and the switch contact 27. Therefore, by rotating the shaft 25, the switch contact 27 can be switched to a switch position in which the transformer 35 is connected to the busbar 29, and to a switch position in which the transformer 35 is disconnected from the busbar 29 and connected to the ground contact 31. It will be appreciated that the shaft 25 is configured so that it does not cause any short circuits, especially between the phases.

[0032] The switch device 15 of the switch panel 11 can be actuated by the actuating device 13 according to the present invention, that is, the switch contact 27 can be switched from one switch position to another switch position. To this end, the actuating device 13 includes a pivotable pivot unit 19, which is mechanically connected to the shaft 25. The actuating device 13 also includes a manually operable drive unit 17, which is mechanically connected to the pivot unit 19 via a traction cable 21. The traction cable 21 is guided in a Bowden cable sheath 23, and the end of the Bowden cable sheath 23 is supported at the drive unit 17 or the pivot unit 19. The actuating device 13 is configured so that the operation of the drive unit 17 applies a pulling force to the traction cable 21 in the direction of the drive unit 17, whereby the pivot unit 19 is pivoted. The shaft 25 mechanically connected to the pivot unit 19 pivots at the same time, so that the switch contact 27 is changed from the switch position in which the transformer 35 is connected to the grounding contact 31 to the grounding contact 31. Figure 1 A transformer 35 is shown connected to the busbar 29 in a switched position.

[0033] Figure 2 Shows Figure 1 A front view of the actuator 13 in FIG. Figure 1 The pivot unit 19 comprises a connection 39 which is rotatable about a pivot axis 79 in two directions (indicated by a double arrow) and is rotatably or pivotably supported on a first base 61. By means of the first base 61, the pivot unit 19 is fastened to Figure 1 The switch panel 11 is designed so that the pivot axis of the shaft 25 and the pivot axis 79 of the connecting element 39 are identical within the scope of manufacturing possibilities. The connecting element 39 is screwed to the shaft 25 rotationally fixedly by a threaded connection (not shown in detail).

[0034] The pivot unit 19 further comprises a return spring 41 which is configured as a tension spring and has a first return spring end 43 and a second return spring end 45. The return spring 41 is connected in an articulated manner with its first return spring end 43 via a screw lug 47 spaced apart from the pivot axis 79 to the connecting piece 39. The return spring 41 is connected in an articulated manner with its second return spring end 45 via a screw lug to the first base 61.

[0035] Furthermore, the pivot unit 19 comprises a clamping spring 49 configured as a tension spring. The clamping spring 49 has a first clamping spring end 51 which is connected in an articulated manner to a traction cable end 55 via a screw lug. A second clamping spring end 53 is connected in an articulated manner to the connecting piece 39 via a screw lug spaced apart from the pivot axis 79.

[0036] The connecting element 39 further comprises a guide pin 57 which is arranged parallel and spaced apart from the pivot axis 79. Furthermore, the first base 61 has a first guide contour 59 in the form of a circular ring segment, in which the guide pin 57 is guided.

[0037] The drive unit 17 comprises a second base 77 and a traction member 65, which is rotatably supported on the second base 77 in two directions (indicated by the double arrow) around a rotation axis 81. The traction member 65 has an insertion portion (not shown) which is configured to be connectable to a manual crank which can be inserted on the insertion portion to operate the drive unit 17.

[0038] The traction element 65 further comprises a guide spindle 73 which is spaced parallel to the rotation axis 81 and to which the traction cable 21 is fastened with its traction cable start 67. The second base 77 has a second guide contour 71 in the form of a circular ring segment, in which the guide spindle 73 is guided.

[0039] The drive unit 17 further comprises a releasable blocking device 75 which is arranged at the second base 77 and is configured to block the pivoting unit 19 from moving in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the pivoting unit 19. Figure 2 For this purpose, the blocking device 75 comprises a locking bolt with a spring-loaded locking pin which is received in a positively locking manner in a recess (not shown) formed in the traction element 65 .

[0040] The pivot unit 19 is mechanically connected to the drive unit 17 via the traction cable 21. In this respect, the Bowden cable sheath 23 provided for guiding the traction cable 21 comprises a first Bowden cable sheath end 63 supported at the first base 61 via a cable reversal holder (not shown) and a second Bowden cable sheath end 69 supported at the second base 77 via a cable reversal holder (not shown).

[0041] As already mentioned, Figure 2 The state of the actuating device 13 shown in corresponds to the switching position of the switching contact 27, wherein the transformer 35 is connected to the busbar 29. In this state, the guide pin 57 and the guide spindle 73 abut against the seat of the first guide profile 59 or the second guide profile 71, thereby limiting the force with which the switching contact 27 is pressed against the contact (not shown) at the busbar 29. The connecting piece 39 is also prevented from pivoting because the blocking device 75 blocks the traction piece 65.

[0042] In addition, Figure 2 In the state of the actuating device 13 shown, the return spring 41 is tensioned so that when the blocking device 75 is released, the connecting piece 39 pivots and the return spring 41 relaxes until the guide pin 57 abuts against the guide pin 57. Figure 2The right support of the middle guide contour 59. Because the return spring 41 is preloaded, the return spring is not completely relaxed in this respect, but is in contact with the Figure 2 The clamping spring 49 is also preloaded, so it is not completely relaxed in this respect, but is Figure 2 At the same time, with this pivoting movement of the connecting member 39, the traction member 63 rotates together through the traction cable 21 until the guide spindle 73 abuts against the Figure 2 With this pivoting of the connecting piece 39, the shaft 25 is also pivoted, wherein the switch contact 27 is moved from Figure 1 The switch position shown changes to a switch position in which the switch contact 27 contacts the busbar 29, in which the switch contact 27 contacts the grounding contact 31. In this switch position, the transformer 35 is disconnected from the busbar 29 and connected to ground potential. In this respect, the force with which the switch contact 27 presses on the grounding contact 31 can be determined in particular by the adjacent Figure 2 The guide pin 57 at the right end of the first guide profile 59 is limited.

[0043] In order to reconnect the transformer 35 to the busbar 29, the traction member 65 can be rotated using a manual crank and can be blocked by the blocking device 75. In this regard, the connecting member 39 is pivoted to the busbar 29 by the traction cable 21. Figure 2 The state shown, while the return spring 41 is tensioned again. The shaft 25 mechanically coupled to the connecting piece 39 pivots simultaneously, wherein the transformer 35 is disconnected from the grounding contact 31, and the switch contact 27 is transferred to the switching position, in which the transformer 35 is connected to the busbar 29 via the sliding contact 33 and the switch contact 27.
