Abstract

According to the welding device for the metal furniture, the outer wall of a guide strip on the outer side of a driving disc is limited and mounted through eight groups of guide wheels, and meanwhile, the driving disc is slidably arranged in a limiting rail through multiple groups of limiting blocks at the bottom, so that the driving disc can be guided during rotation, and the stability of the driving disc during rotation is ensured; the stable constant-speed circular motion of the welding gun enables the forming and solidification process of a molten pool to be more stable, discharging of gas and molten slag is facilitated, the probability of defect generation is reduced, and the reliability of welding quality is improved.
