[0021] Fig.14 Shown with Fig.13 A perspective view of a support frame different from the support frame shown in FIG. 1 , which support frame is equipped with a single first upper support device.

[0022] With reference to the above drawings, in particular Figure 1 , a motorcycle is shown which is equipped with two tilting and supporting kits 10 for luggage cases 100, 101, which are mounted on the sides of the motorcycle. Each of the two kits 10 is in a tilting configuration. Each kit 10 includes a side support frame 20, each of which is mounted with a side luggage case 101. The motorcycle is also equipped with an upper support frame 20, which is mounted with another upper luggage case 100, 102.

[0023] The tilting and supporting kit 10 for at least one luggage case 100, 101 of a motorcycle is mounted on the side in the figure.

[0024] The supporting frame 20 is adapted to be associated with a frame 200 of the motorcycle.

[0025] like Figure 1 , 13As shown in FIG. 14 , the support frame 20 includes at least two tubular elements 21 - 24 , namely a first tubular element 21 and a second tubular element 22 .

[0026] The first tubular element 21 is the upper part of the support frame 20 , and the second tubular element 22 is the lower part of the support frame 20 .

[0027] The support frame 20 shown in the figures comprises four tubular elements 21-24.

[0028] The first tubular element 21 is spaced apart from the second tubular element 22. The first tubular element 21 is arranged along a first upper geometric axis U and the second tubular element 22 is arranged along a second lower geometric axis L, wherein the first geometric axis U is parallel to the geometric axis L.

[0029] The tilt and support kit 10 comprises a support device 40 , 50 mounted with the support frame 20 and adapted to detachably engage with the at least one luggage case 100 , 101 .

[0030] like Fig.13 As shown, the support devices 40 , 50 include two first upper support devices 50 installed together with the first upper tubular element 21 and two second lower support devices 40 installed together with the second lower tubular element 22 .

[0031] The kit 10 comprises an engagement device 150 , 140 mounted with the at least one luggage case 100 , 101 .

[0032] Figure 2-4 The engagement means 140 , 150 shown in comprise two first upper engagement means 150 adapted to engage with the two first upper support means 50 and two second lower engagement means 140 , each second lower engagement means 140 being adapted to engage with the at least one second support means 40 .

[0033] like Figure 2-4 As specifically shown in FIG. 1 , the first engaging device 150 is installed at the upper portion of the at least one luggage case 100 , 101 , and the second engaging device 140 is installed at the lower portion of the at least one luggage case 100 , 101 .

[0034] like Fig.13 and 14 As shown in detail in the figure, the at least one second support device 40 mounted together with the second lower tubular element 22 includes a rod extending from the second tubular element 22 along the longitudinal axis W. The rod includes a head. The transverse dimension of the head is greater than the transverse dimension of the rod. The transverse dimension is measured in a transverse geometric plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis W along which the rod extends.

[0035] As shown, the head has a mushroom shape adapted to be quickly connected to a complementary opening of the second lower engagement means 140 .

[0036] The second supporting device 40 is adapted to be transformed from an engaged configuration with the second engaging device 140 to a disengaged position with the second engaging device 140 .

[0037] Advantageously, the second supporting means 40 allows the luggage case 100 , 101 to be tilted while maintaining the second supporting means 40 engaged with the second engaging means 140 .

[0038] like Figure 2-12 As shown, the kit 10 comprises a tilting device 30 comprising a support base 31 on which the at least one luggage case 100 , 101 is mounted and at least one hook element 32 .

[0039] The hook-shaped element 32 includes two spacer arms 321. Each spacer arm 321 includes a first end 323 hinged to the support base 31. The second ends of the two spacer arms 321 include hook portions 322 adapted to hook the first tubular element 21.

[0040] The hook-shaped element 32 is adapted to be articulated and rotated from an unhooking position to a hooking position.

[0041] The unhooked position of the hook-shaped element 32 causes the hook portion 322 to be unhooked from the first tubular element 21. Figure 5-8 shown.

[0042] The hooking position of the at least one hook-shaped element 32 enables the hook portion 322 to hook onto the first tubular element 21. Figure 1 , 2 -4, 9-11.

[0043] The tilt and support kit 10 is adapted to be converted from a travel configuration to a tilt configuration.

[0044] As shown, the advanced configuration of the tilt and support kit 10 has the at least one first support device 50 and the at least one second support device 40 engaged with the at least one luggage case 100 , 101 , and the hook element 32 of the tilt device 30 in the unhooked position.

[0045] As shown, the tilted configuration of the tilt and support kit 10 causes the first support device 50 to be unhooked from the luggage case 100, 101, the second support device 40 to be engaged with the luggage case 100, 101, the luggage case 100, 101 to be tilted at an angle θ relative to the third geometric axis V, and the hook element 32 to be in the hooking position.

[0046] The third geometric axis V is coplanar with a geometric plane passing through the first geometric axis U and the second geometric axis L, wherein the third geometric axis V is perpendicular to the first geometric axis U and the second geometric axis L.

[0047] like Figure 1 As shown, if the tilt and support kit 10 is mounted on both sides of the motorcycle frame 200, the third geometric axis V is a vertical axis perpendicular to the ground.

[0048] The angle θ is between 0 and 60 sexagesimal degrees.

[0049] The limit to the extension of the angle θ depends on the length of the spacer arms 321 of the hook-shaped element 32 of the tilting device 30 .

[0050] Another limit to the extension of the angle θ depends on the length of the rod and the transverse dimension of the head of the second support means 40, because the dimensions of the rod and the head limit the maximum engagement angle between the second support means 40 and the second engagement means 140. Beyond this maximum engagement angle, the luggage case 100, 101 is disengaged from the support frame 20 at least at the bottom.

[0051] like Figure 5-12 As particularly shown in the figure, the first end 323 of the spacer arm 321 of the tilting device 30 is hinged to the support base 31 via a pin 34 on which a torsion spring 33 is installed.

[0052] The pin 34 is arranged along a fourth geometric axis H, wherein the fourth geometric axis H is parallel to the first geometric axis U and thus to the second geometric axis L.

[0053] The torsion spring 33 is turned from a higher torsion position to a lower torsion position to rotate the hook element 32 around the pin 34 .

[0054] The higher torsion position of the torsion spring 33 corresponds to the unhooked position of the at least one hook element 32 .

[0055] The lower torsion position of the torsion spring 33 corresponds to the hooking position of the at least one hook element 32 .

[0056] like Figure 5-12 As shown, the at least one tilting device 30 comprises a lever 35 rotatably mounted with the support base 31 via a second pin 354 , the second pin 354 defining a rotation axis perpendicular to the first pin 34 .

[0057] The lever 35 comprises an operable first end 351 and a second cam-shaped end 353 .

[0058] The second cam-shaped end 353 is eccentrically hinged to the second pin 354, such as Figure 8 , 11and 12 in particular.

[0059] The first end 323 of the at least one spacer arm 321 of the at least one tilting device 30 includes a contact portion 325 that contacts the second cam-shaped end 353 of the lever 35 .

[0060] Advantageously, the contact portion 325 always maintains contact with the second cam-shaped end 353 in any position of the lever 35 .

[0061] The lever 35 is moved from the first position (wherein the distance between the second pin 354 and the contact portion 325 is the largest), as shown in FIG. Figure 8 ) to the second position (wherein the distance between the second pin 354 and the contact portion 325 is the smallest, as shown in particular Fig.11 (as specifically shown in the ).

[0062] The first position of the lever 35 corresponds to the unhooked position of the at least one hook element 32 .

[0063] The second position of the lever 35 corresponds to the hooking position of the at least one hook-shaped element 32 .

[0064] More advantageously, the cam-shaped portion 353 of the lever 35 comprises an arcuate form, wherein the arcuate form comprises a first arcuate end on which the second pin 354 is mounted and a second arcuate end away from the first arcuate end, such as Figure 5-12 shown.

[0065] More advantageously, the second arc-shaped end of the cam-shaped portion 353 of the lever 35 includes a flat portion 355, which keeps the first position of the lever 35 blocked, thereby allowing the flat portion 355 to remain in contact with the contact portion 325 of the first end 323 of the at least one spacer arm 321 of the at least one tilting device 30.

[0066] More advantageously, the contact portion 325 of the first end 323 of the at least one spacing arm 321 of the at least one tilting device 30 is in a curved shape.

[0067] The curved shape of the contact portion 325 complements the arcuate shape of the cam-shaped end 353 of the lever 35 to advantageously allow a greater distance between the second pin 354 and the surface of the contact portion 325 .

[0068] It should be noted that the larger torsion position of the torsion spring 33 corresponds to the unhooked position of the at least one hook-shaped element 32 and the first position of the lever 35, while the smaller torsion position of the torsion spring 33 corresponds to the hooked position of the at least one hook-shaped element 32 and the second position of the lever 35.

[0069] By rotating the lever 35 from the second position to the first position, the at least one hook element 32 gradually returns to the unhooking position, and the luggage case can be unhooked normally.

[0070] like Figure 5-12 As particularly shown in FIG. 3 , the hook portion 322 of the spacer arm 321 includes a wall having a shape complementary to that of the first tubular element 21 of the support frame 20. When the hook portion 322 is hooked with the first tubular element 21, at least a portion of the wall of the complementary shape adheres to the outer surface of the first tubular element 21.

[0071] The first end 323 of the hook-shaped element 32 hinged to the support base 31 is configured to be arranged on the upper part of the luggage case 100, 101, so that once the lever 35 is turned from the first position to the second position, the hook-shaped element 32 can be hinged and rotated under the urging of the torsion spring 33, from the unhooking position where the hook-shaped element 32 adheres to the rear surface 120 of the luggage case 100, 101 to the hooking position where the hook-shaped element 32 is hooked with the first tubular element 21. The hook portion 322 of the hook-shaped element 32 engages the first tubular element 21 from below. The complementary wall of the hook portion 322 surrounds the first tubular element 21 over at least a portion of the diameter of the first tubular element 21.

[0072] In the tilted configuration of the kit 10, as Figure 5-12 As shown, since the tilting device 30 is blocked by the lever 35 in the first position and the second position, the second angle φ between the third geometric axis V and the spacer arm 321 is less than 90 sexagesimal degrees.

[0073] The support base 31 of the tilting device 30 is installed so that the rear surface 120 of the luggage case 100, 101 faces the support frame 20. The engaging devices 140 and 150 are installed so that the rear surface 120 of the luggage case 100, 101 faces the support frame 20.

[0074] Advantageously, the tilting and supporting kit 10 for the luggage case 100 allows the lid of the luggage case 100 to be fully opened even if the luggage case is mounted to prevent the lid from opening when the kit 10 is in the travel configuration.

[0075] Advantageously, the kit 10 ensures that the luggage case 100 is securely supported even if the luggage case 100 is tilted.

[0076] Advantageously, the kit 10 allows the luggage case 100 to remain engaged with the support frame 20 even in a tilted position.

[0077] Advantageously, kit 10 allows for simultaneous blocking of the engaged and disengaged positions.

[0078] Advantageously, the kit 10 allows for easy changing of the two hooking and unhooking positions from an easily accessible and visible location.

[0079] Alternatively, it may be provided that the supporting frame 20 comprises only the first tubular element 21 and the second tubular element 22 .

[0080] Alternatively, it may be provided that the luggage case 100 may also be equipped with two or more tilting devices 30 .

[0081] Alternatively, the tilting and supporting kit 10 for at least one luggage case 100, 101 for a motorcycle can be mounted above the motorcycle in place of the upper support frame 20 so as to be able to tilt the upper luggage case 102 relative to the geometric plane defined by the support frame 20. In this alternative, the first tubular element 21 is located at the front and the second tubular element 22 is located at the rear, and the upper luggage case 100, 102 is tilted upwards by an angle θ. Again, alternatively, depending on how we wish to tilt the luggage case, the first tubular element 21 is located at the rear and the second tubular element 22 is located at the front.

[0082] Alternatively, provision may be made that the side luggage box 101 can be tilted forwards or backwards, in which case the first tubular element 21 and the second tubular element 22 are side tubular elements of the support frame 20 .

[0083] Alternatively, it may be provided that the luggage cases 100, 101, 102 are replaced by a similar volume, such as a fuel tank or a saddle bag or other accessories of the same volume as the luggage cases.

[0084] Alternatively, it is possible to provide that the support means 40 , 50 engage directly with the luggage case 100 without the engagement means 150 , 140 .

[0085] Alternatively, if Fig.14 As shown, only one supporting means 50 is provided, which is a lug, and an alternative first engaging means 150 is provided, which is an opening through the lug.

[0086] like Figure 1 As particularly shown in the figure, in the inclined configuration of the kit 10, the second angle φ between the third geometric axis V and the spacer arm 321 is preferably greater than 90 sexagesimal degrees, so that the spacer arm 90 is suspended from top to bottom, wherein the first end 323 hinged to the support base 31 is arranged at a higher height than the second end of the hook 322 engaged with the first tubular element 21. The height is measured from the second geometric axis L and towards the first geometric axis U relative to the third geometric axis V.

[0087] Alternatively, the second angle φ between the third geometric axis V and the spacer arm 321 is between 10 and 170 sexagesimal degrees.

[0088] Alternatively, the support frame 20 may be provided as a metal sheet or plate adapted to be associated with the frame 200 of the motorcycle, wherein the alternative support frame 20 comprises at least two parts 21-24, a first part 21 and a second part 22, wherein the first part 21 is spaced apart from the second part 22. The first part 21 is an upper part of the support frame 20, and the second part 22 is a lower part of the support frame 20. The first part 21 is arranged along a first geometric axis U, and the second part 22 is arranged along a second geometric axis L, wherein the first geometric axis U is parallel to the second geometric axis L.

[0089] Likewise, alternatively, the support frame 20 may be integrated with the frame 200 of the motorcycle, such that the support devices 40 , 50 are mounted together with the frame 200 of the motorcycle.

[0090] Alternatively, the torsion spring 33 may be replaced by another equivalent elastic element, or the pin 34 and spring 33 system may be replaced by a weight without a spring.

[0091] Alternatively, the supporting devices 40, 50 are installed together with the at least one luggage case 100, 101, 102, wherein the at least first supporting device 50 is installed together with the first part of the at least one luggage case 100, 101, 102, and the at least second supporting device 40 is installed together with the second part of the at least one luggage case 100, 101, 102.

[0092] Alternatively, the support base 31 of the at least one tilting device 30 is mounted together with the support frame 20 , wherein the hook portion 322 is adapted to hook the first portion of the at least one luggage case 100 , 101 , 102 .

[0093] The invention thus conceived is susceptible to numerous modifications and variations, all of which belong to the same inventive concept; in addition, all details can be replaced by equivalent technical elements. In fact, the materials used and their dimensions can be of any type according to technical requirements.
