[0008] The following describes an embodiment of the present disclosure using drawings. Note that various features shown in the following embodiments can be combined with each other.

[0009] In addition, the program for implementing the software appearing in this embodiment can be provided as a computer-readable non-transitory storage medium (Non-Transitory Computer-Readable Medium), can be provided in a downloadable manner from an external server, and can also be provided so that the program can be launched through an external computer to realize its functions on a client terminal (so-called cloud computing).

[0010] In addition, the "unit" in this embodiment may include, for example, a combination of hardware resources implemented by a generalized circuit and software information processing that can be specifically implemented by such hardware resources. In addition, although various information is processed in this embodiment, such information is a physical value representing a signal value of a voltage or current, or can be represented as a high or low signal value of a binary bit set composed of 0 or 1, or can be represented by quantum superposition (i.e., so-called quantum bit), and communication or operation can be performed on a generalized circuit.

[0011] In addition, a circuit in a broad sense is a circuit realized by at least appropriately combining circuits, circuit types, processors, and memories, etc. That is, it includes application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), programmable logic devices (e.g., simple programmable logic devices (SPLDs), complex programmable logic devices (CPLDs), and field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs)).

[0012] <Wire tensioning device> First, the thread tensioning device of the present invention will be described. Figure 1 This is a front view showing a first embodiment of the thread tensioning device of the present invention. Figure 2 as well as Figure 3 are three-dimensional diagrams showing the structure of the supporting member in the figure. Figures 1 to 3 ( Figure 4 , Figure 5 as well as Figures 7 to 15 Similarly, in the above description, the upper side is referred to as "upper" or "above", and the lower side is referred to as "lower" or "below". Figures 1 to 3 ( Figure 4 , Figure 5 as well as Figures 7 to 15 Similarly, in the figure, the right side is referred to as the “right” or “right direction”, and the left side is referred to as the “left” or “left direction”. Figure 1 The wire tensioning device (also called a "strain rod") 100 shown is used, for example, to cut the covered wire 700 in an overhead state. Figure 1 In FIG. 1 , the covered electric wire 700 is indicated by a two-dot chain line.

[0013] The wire tensioning device 100 includes a pair of tensioners 10 for clamping a coated electric wire (wire) 700 , and a long retractor 1 having both ends connected to the tensioners 10 by connectors 500 and 510 . Furthermore, the structure is such that the dimension of the retractor 1 in the longitudinal direction is extended or contracted by driving the driving unit 4 provided on the right side (the other side) in the longitudinal direction of the retractor 1 .

[0014] <Tensioner> In the base 40 of the tensioner 10, a first link piece 50 and a second link piece 52 are axially supported at the bottom so as to be able to swing. The swing ends of the first link piece 50 and the second link piece 52 are both connected to the operating arm 60 to form a parallel connection mechanism. like Figure 1 As shown, the covered electric wire 700 is clamped from the upper and lower directions by the upper tension body 20 and the lower tension body 30. The upper tension body 20 is fixed to the base 40. On the other hand, the lower tension body 30 is connected to the upper part of the first connecting piece 50 and the second connecting piece 52 so as to be able to approach and separate from the upper tension body 20.

[0015] According to such a structure, when the operating arm 60 is pulled toward the retractor 1, the first connecting piece 50 and the second connecting piece 52 are shaken. Then, the lower take-up body 30 is displaced upward, that is, close to the upper take-up body 20, so that the covered electric wire 700 can be clamped. A support ring 80 protruding upward is provided on the base 40. The support ring 80 is an annular body constituting a hanging member locking body, and can be suspended by a remote control member to lift the tensioner 10. A tightening portion 82 protruding downward is provided on the lower tensioner 30. By rotating the tightening portion 82, the covered electric wire 700 can be tightened by the upper tensioner 20 and the lower tensioner 30.

[0016] <Support> Furthermore, the wire tensioning device 100 includes a pair of supports 400A and 400B attached to the retractor 1 . like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the support members 400A and 400B include a substantially C-shaped support member body 413 having an opening 410 on one side thereof, and a closing piece 414 for closing the opening 410 of the support member body 413. According to such a structure, after the covered electric wire 700 is introduced into the inner side of the support member body 413 through the opening 410, the opening 410 of the support member body 413 is closed by the closing piece 414, so that the retractor 1 can be supported on the covered electric wire 700.

[0017] Furthermore, an engaging piece 420 is rotatably provided at an end portion of the support body 413 facing the opening 410 , and the engaging piece 420 engages with the closing piece 414 in a state where the opening 410 is closed by the closing piece 414 . like Figure 2 As shown, in the support 400A, a through hole 416 through which the retractor 1 (moving shaft portion 3 ) is inserted is formed at the lower portion of the support body 413 . On the other hand, Figure 3As shown, in the support 400B, a through hole 418 through which the retractor 1 (main body tube portion 2) is inserted is formed in the lower portion of the support body 413.

[0018] In the support 400B, a fixing portion 430 for fixing the retractor 1 at a desired longitudinal position or rotation angle around a predetermined axis is provided at the lower portion of the support body 413. Furthermore, operation portions 432 and 434 for operating the fixing portion 430 by a remote operation unit are provided on both sides. According to the support 400B, it is possible to perform an operation (distribution operation) of changing the direction of the end portion of the right covered electric wire 700 after being cut so that the end portions of the covered electric wire 700 after being cut do not contact each other.

[0019] <Retractor> The tensioner 10 is connected to both ends of the expander 1. The expander 1 is a device used when the coated electric wire (wire material) 700 is expanded. <<First Embodiment>> First, a first embodiment of the retractor 1 will be described. Figure 4 This is a longitudinal section showing the structure near the right end portion of the expandable device according to the first embodiment. Figure 5 It is a perspective view (internal perspective view) schematically showing the structure of the operating portion of the expander according to the first embodiment.

[0020] like Figure 1 and Figure 4 As shown, the retractor 1 includes a main body tube portion 2 having a cylindrical shape and a small-diameter cylindrical movable shaft portion (inner tube portion) 3 provided so as to be relatively movable in the longitudinal direction of the main body tube portion 2 . The main body tube portion 2 is composed of a cylindrical portion (outer cylindrical portion) 21 made of, for example, aluminum or FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) and an operating portion 22 fixed to the axial right end portion (the other end portion) of the cylindrical portion 21 . The moving shaft portion 3 is inserted from the end portion (one end portion) on the left side in the axial direction into the cylindrical portion 21. Note that the moving shaft portion 3 is formed of, for example, FRP or the like.

[0021] The working part 22 has, for example, a housing 221 made of aluminum alloy, a threaded shaft 222 inserted through the cylindrical part 21 and the movable shaft part 3, a nut 223 threadedly engaged with the threaded shaft 222, and a pulley (second pulley) 451 installed (connected) to the axial right end (the other end) of the threaded shaft 222. The right end of the screw shaft 222 in the axial direction protrudes from the cylindrical portion 21 into the housing 221. The pulley 451 is fixed to the portion of the screw shaft 222 protruding from the cylindrical portion 21. Therefore, the pulley 451 is accommodated in the housing 221.

[0022] like Figure 5 As shown, the nut 223 has a hexagonal outer shape, and a connecting portion 2231 with a hexagonal outer shape is formed on the left side of the axial direction. The end portion (the other end portion) of the movable shaft portion 3 on the right side of the axial direction is inserted and fixed inside the connecting portion 2231. The nut 223 is preferably made of an iron-based metal material. In addition, the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 21 is formed into a hexagonal shape corresponding to the outer shape of the connecting portion 2231. Therefore, the nut 223 can be prevented from rotating with respect to the cylindrical portion 21 around the axial direction.

[0023] The housing 221 has a support portion 2211 that protrudes downward. The driving unit 4 is provided in the middle of the supporting portion 2211 in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction). The drive unit 4 has a motor 41 whose motor body 411 is fixed to the support portion 2211. The drive unit 4 has a pulley (first pulley) 452 mounted (connected) to the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41, and a timing belt 453 wound around the pulley 452 and the pulley 451.

[0024] Therefore, in the present embodiment, the pulley 451 , the pulley 452 , and the timing belt 453 constitute the power transmission mechanism 45 connected to the screw shaft 222 . The motor 41 (driving unit 4) is configured to rotate the threaded shaft 222 as the axis center via the power transmission mechanism. That is, the power transmission mechanism 45 can transmit the power of the motor 41 to the threaded shaft 222. By rotating the threaded shaft 222 as the axis center, the nut 223 can reciprocate along the threaded shaft 222 while being guided by the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 21. In this way, the movable shaft portion 3 connected to the nut 223 is configured to freely appear and disappear relative to the cylindrical portion 21.

[0025] A sensor (position detection unit) 5 configured to detect the position of the nut 223 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the cylindrical portion 21. By detecting the position of the nut 223 by the sensor 5, the telescopic operation of the telescope 1 can be accurately performed. The sensor 5 may be composed of a magnetic sensor, an optical sensor, a contact sensor (limit sensor), etc. When the nut 223 is made of a metal material, the sensor 5 is preferably a magnetic sensor. In this case, the position of the nut 223 can be more easily and accurately detected.

[0026] Furthermore, a tension detection portion 6 configured to detect tension applied to the covered electric wire (wire material) 700 is provided at the right end portion (the other end portion) of the operating portion 22 (cylindrical portion 21 ) in the axial direction. In the present embodiment, the tension detection unit 6 is fixed to the housing 221 of the operating unit 22 (the right end portion of the main body tube 2 ) via the spacer 23 . The tension detection unit 6 includes a housing 61 , a stress applying member 62 having a T-shaped cross section, and a load cell (pressure sensor) 63 disposed between the housing 61 and the stress applying member 62 .

[0027] The stress applying member 62 is composed of a disk-shaped portion 621 and a rod-shaped portion 622 protruding from the disk-shaped portion 621 to the right in the axial direction. The rod-shaped portion 622 is provided to penetrate the housing 61, and the fixing member 520 is fixed (connected) to the right end in the axial direction. Figure 1 As shown, the fixing member 520 can lock the connecting member 500 and is configured to be connected to the tensioner 10 via the connecting member 500 . The load cell 63 is arranged to be in contact between the disk-shaped portion 621 and the housing 61. When the fixing member 520 is pulled, the stress applying member 62 fastened to the fixing member 520 is also pulled, and the load cell 63 is compressed by the disk-shaped portion 621 (that is, stress is applied to the load cell 63). Thus, the tension applied to the covered electric wire 700 can be detected.

[0028] By providing the tension detection unit 6, it is possible to prevent in advance the application of tension more than necessary to the covered electric wire 700. Therefore, the wire tensioning operation can be performed safely. In particular, by implementing it in combination with the sensor 5, the above-mentioned effect can be further enhanced. From the same point of view, a sensor capable of measuring the current value flowing through the motor 41 may be provided. In this case, by measuring the current value, the torque (Torque) when the motor 41 is driven can be grasped. Specifically, when the current value becomes larger, the torque when the motor 41 is driven becomes larger. Therefore, if the current value flowing through the motor 41 is measured, it is possible to prevent the application of unnecessary tension to the covered electric wire 700 in advance.

[0029] In addition, when the expander 1 is extended and the nut 223 abuts against the left end (one end) of the cylindrical portion 21, or when the expander 1 is shortened and the nut 223 abuts against the working portion 22 (housing 221), the rotation of the motor 1700 stops, and the current value flowing through the motor 41 increases. Therefore, if the current value flowing through the motor 41 is measured, the position of the nut 223 can also be detected. Note that a fixing member 520 capable of locking the coupling 500 is also provided at the left end (one end) of the movable shaft portion 3. The fixing member 520 is also configured to be connected to the tensioner 10 via the coupling 500 as described above.

[0030] A power supply unit 7 is provided at the lower end portion of the support portion 2211 (the end portion on the opposite side of the working portion 22 through the driving portion 4). The power supply unit 7 includes a battery 71 and a battery mounting portion 72 on which the battery 71 can be detachably mounted. The battery mounting portion 72 is fixed to the support portion 2211. The power supply unit 7 supplies power to at least the motor 41. In the present embodiment, the power supply unit 7 can supply power to the sensor (position detection unit) 5, the motor 41, the load cell 63, and the like. Note that the battery 71 may be formed of, for example, a dry cell, a primary battery such as a solar cell, a secondary battery such as a lithium ion battery, or the like.

[0031] A control board 9 is mounted on a support member (not shown) below the tension detector 6. Note that a water-resistant cover (not shown) is preferably provided to cover the control board 9. In this embodiment, the control board 9 is arranged so that its thickness direction is substantially parallel to the screw shaft 222. Figure 6 It is a block diagram showing the structure of a control substrate of the expander according to the first embodiment. The control board 9 controls at least the motor 41 . Figure 6 The control board 9 shown is a dedicated control device for, for example, the sensor (position detection unit) 5, the motor 41, the load cell 63, etc. electrically connected thereto. The control board 9 includes a communication unit 91, a storage unit 92, and a control unit 93, and these components are electrically connected via a communication bus 90.

[0032] The communication unit 91 is configured to be able to send various electrical signals from the control substrate 9 to the external components. In addition, the communication unit 91 is configured to be able to receive various electrical signals sent from the external components to the control substrate 9. It is further preferred that the communication unit 91 has a network communication function, thereby realizing various information communications with external devices via a network such as the Internet. The communication unit 91 preferably uses wired communication means such as USB (Universal Serial Bus), IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) 1394, Thunderbolt (registered trademark), wired LAN (Local Area Network) network communication, but may also include wireless LAN network communication, mobile communication such as 3G (Third Generation Mobile Communication) / LTE (Long Term Evolution) / 5G (Fifth Generation Mobile Communication), Bluetooth (registered trademark) communication, etc. as needed. That is, it is more preferably implemented by combining these multiple communication means.

[0033] The storage unit 92 stores various information defined in the above description. This can be implemented, for example, as a storage device such as a solid state drive (SSD) for storing various computer programs of the retractor 1 executed by the control unit 93, or as a memory such as a random access memory (RAM) for storing temporary necessary information (parameters, arrays, etc.) related to the operation of the computer program. The storage unit 92 stores various computer programs and variables related to the expansion and contraction device 1 executed by the control unit 93. In particular, it is preferable to store information related to a construction plan executed using the expansion and contraction device 1.

[0034] The control unit 93 performs processing and control of the overall operation related to the retractor 1 . The control unit 93 is, for example, a central processing unit (CPU, not shown). The control unit 93 implements various functions related to the retractor 1 by reading a predetermined computer program stored in the storage unit 92. That is, information processing is specifically implemented by the control unit 93 as an example of hardware via the software stored in the storage unit 92. Note that the control unit 93 is not limited to a single one, and a plurality of control units 93 may be provided for each function. Of course, a combination of these may also be used.

[0035] Next, a method of using the thread tensioning device 100 will be described. [1] First, the support members 400A and 400B are attached to the covered electric wire 700 using a remote control. [2] Then, a pair of tensioners 10 connected to both ends of the retractor 1 are mounted on the covered electric wire 700 using a remote control. Specifically, the remote control is hung on the support ring 80 to suspend the tensioner 10. Furthermore, the covered electric wire 700 is inserted between the upper tensioner 20 and the lower tensioner 30, and the upper tensioner 20 is hung on the covered electric wire 700.

[0036] [3] Next, by rotating the fastening portion 82 , the coated electric wire 700 is fastened by the upper fastening body 20 and the lower fastening body 30 . [4] Then, the motor 41 is operated using an external terminal (not shown) to rotate the rotating shaft 412 in a predetermined direction. As a result, the pulley 451 is also rotated through the pulley 452 fixed to the rotating shaft 412 and the timing belt 453 wound around the pulley 452. Then, the threaded shaft 222 connected to the pulley 451 rotates, and the nut 223 screwed with the threaded shaft 222 moves to the right along the length direction of the threaded shaft 222.

[0037] At this time, the movable shaft portion 3 fixed to the nut 223 also moves to the right and is pulled into the cylindrical portion 21. That is, the retractor 1 contracts. Thus, the pair of tensioners 10 clamping the coated electric wire 700 can be brought closer. Thus, the covered electric wire 700 is in a stretched state outside the tensioner 10, and the portion of the covered electric wire 700 between the two tensioners 10 is loosened, and the loose portion of the covered electric wire 700 is cut off by the indirect live wire cutting tool. At this time, the external terminal is operated to stop the operation of the motor 41. Thereby, the contracted state of the retractor 1 can be maintained.

[0038] [5] After the operation is completed, the external terminal is operated to activate the motor 41 and rotate the rotating shaft 412 in the opposite direction to the above. This extends the longitudinal dimension of the retractor 1 and separates the tensioners 10 from each other. Then, the fastening portion 82 is rotated by using the remote control to loosen the fastening of the coated electric wire 700 by the upper and lower tensioning bodies 20 and 30 , thereby releasing the clamping of the coated electric wire 700 . Next, the pair of tensioners 10 connected to both ends of the retractor 1 are detached from the covered electric wire 700 using the remote control. Furthermore, the support members 400A and 400B are detached from the covered electric wire 700 using the remote control. In the manner described above, the wire tensioning device 100 can be recovered.

[0039] <<Second Embodiment>> Next, a second embodiment of the retractor 1 will be described. Hereinafter, the retractor 1 according to the second embodiment will be described, but the description will be mainly focused on the differences from the retractor 1 according to the first embodiment, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. Figure 7 It is a three-dimensional view showing the structure near the right end portion of the expander according to the second embodiment. Figure 8 yes Figure 7 AA line cross-section diagram.

[0040] like Figure 7 As shown in FIG. 1 , the retractor 1 of the second embodiment is the same as the retractor 1 of the first embodiment except that the arrangement of the power supply unit 7 and the control substrate 9 is different. In the second embodiment, the power source unit 7 is arranged on the right side of the drive unit 4. Specifically, the battery mounting portion 72 is supported by the cylindrical portion 21 via two support members 73. In addition, as the control substrate 9, two control substrates 9a1 and 9a2 are arranged opposite to each other through the cylindrical portion 21. The two control substrates 9a1 and 9a2 are supported by the cylindrical portion 21 by the supporting members 9b1 and 9b2, respectively. In the present embodiment, the control substrates 9a1 and 9a2 are arranged so that their thickness directions are substantially orthogonal to the threaded shaft 222. Note that the two control substrates 9a1 and 9a2 can be used as a control substrate and a communication substrate of the motor 41, respectively.

[0041] According to the retractor 1 of the second embodiment, the same operations and effects as those of the retractor 1 of the first embodiment can be obtained. In particular, when the retractor 1 is used, since the power supply unit 7 and the control board 9 are not disposed below the drive unit 4, the power supply unit 7 and the control board 9 are unlikely to become an obstacle during the wire tensioning operation. Furthermore, since the power supply unit 7, the drive unit 4, the operating unit 22, and the control substrate 9 are arranged along the longitudinal direction (axial direction) of the cylindrical portion 21, the retractor 1 as a whole can be easily balanced.

[0042] <<Third Embodiment>> Next, a third embodiment of the retractor 1 will be described. Hereinafter, the retractor 1 according to the third embodiment will be described, but the description will be mainly focused on the differences from the retractor 1 according to the first and second embodiments, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. Fig. 9 It is a perspective view showing the structure near the right end portion of the expandable device according to the third embodiment. Fig.10 yes Fig. 9 BB line cross section.

[0043] like Fig. 9 As shown, the retractor 1 of the third embodiment is the same as the retractor 1 of the first embodiment except that the arrangement of the driving unit 4, the power supply unit 7, and the control substrate 9 and the structure of the power transmission mechanism 45 are different. In this embodiment, the support portion 2211 of the driving unit 4 that supports the motor 41 in the longitudinal direction (axial direction) is detachably fixed to the lower end of the housing 221. Specifically, the support portion 2211 and the housing 221 are spaced apart by a spacer 2212, and are fixed by a bolt 2213 that penetrates the spacer 2212. According to such a structure, the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41 and the threaded shaft 222 are arranged in a substantially orthogonal manner.

[0044] In addition, the power transmission mechanism 45 of the third embodiment has a bevel gear 454 installed (connected) to the right end (the other end) of the threaded shaft 222, a shaft portion 455, a fixing portion 456 that fixes the lower end of the shaft portion 455 and the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41, and a bevel gear 457 installed on the upper end of the shaft portion 455 (connected to the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41 through the shaft portion 455 and the fixing portion 456) and meshing with the bevel gear 454. The power transmission mechanism 45 of this structure is a gear mechanism that couples the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41 and the screw shaft 222 and transmits the power of the motor 41 to the screw shaft 222 .

[0045] The support portion 2211 includes a plate-shaped portion 2211a positioned along the length direction (axial direction) of the motor 41, and an annular holding portion 2211b holding the lower end of the motor 41. The power supply unit 7 and the control substrate 9 are fixed to the plate-shaped portion 2211a, and the control substrate 9 is further covered with a water-resistant cover 99. In the present embodiment, although not shown in the drawings, the control substrate 9 is arranged so that the thickness direction thereof is substantially orthogonal to the screw shaft 222 .

[0046] According to the retractor 1 of the third embodiment, it is also possible to obtain the same operation and effects as those of the retractor 1 of the first and second embodiments. In particular, since the support portion 2211 that supports the motor 41 is detachably fixed to the lower end portion of the housing 221 , the motor 41 having a different torque can be easily replaced according to the force required for the rotation of the screw shaft 222 .

[0047] <<Fourth Embodiment>> Next, a fourth embodiment of the retractor 1 will be described. Hereinafter, the retractor 1 according to the fourth embodiment will be described, but the description will be mainly focused on the differences from the retractor 1 according to the first to third embodiments, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. Fig.11 It is a perspective view showing the structure near the right end portion of the expander according to the fourth embodiment. Fig.12 yes Fig.11 CC line cross-section diagram.

[0048] like Fig.11 As shown, the retractor 1 of the fourth embodiment is the same as the retractor 1 of the first embodiment except that the arrangement of the driving unit 4, the power supply unit 7, and the control substrate 9 and the structure of the power transmission mechanism 45 are different. Fig.12 The driving unit 4 shown is provided in a housing 221. Specifically, the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41 and the threaded shaft 222 are coaxially arranged and connected by a fixing portion 456 (power transmission mechanism 45).

[0049] The power supply unit 7 is fixed to the lower left side of the housing 221 , and the power supply unit 7 is further covered with a water-resistant cover 79 . On the other hand, a box-shaped support portion 2211 is fixed to the lower right side of the housing 221, and the control board 9 is stored therein. In this embodiment, the control board 9 is arranged so that the thickness direction thereof is substantially perpendicular to the screw shaft 222. The cover 79 is rotatably connected to the support portion 2211 via the arm member 78. When the battery 71 is to be detached from the battery mounting portion 72, the power source portion 7 can be opened from the cover 79 to perform the operation.

[0050] According to the retractor 1 of the fourth embodiment, it is also possible to obtain the same operations and effects as those of the retractor 1 of the first to third embodiments. In particular, the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41 and the threaded shaft 222 are coaxially arranged and connected by the fixing portion 56 , so that the power of the motor 41 can be more reliably transmitted to the threaded shaft 222 .

[0051] <<Fifth Embodiment>> Next, a fifth embodiment of the retractor 1 will be described. Hereinafter, the retractor 1 according to the fifth embodiment will be described, but the description will be mainly focused on the differences from the retractor 1 according to the first to fourth embodiments, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. Fig.13 It is a perspective view showing the structure near the right end portion of the expandable device according to the fifth embodiment. Fig.14 It is a perspective view showing the structure of a power transmission mechanism of an expandable device according to a fifth embodiment.

[0052] like Fig.13As shown, the retractor 1 of the fifth embodiment is the same as the retractor 1 of the first embodiment except that the arrangement of the driving unit 4, the power supply unit 7, and the control substrate 9 and the structure of the power transmission mechanism 45 are different. In this embodiment, the power supply unit 7 and the control substrate 9 are provided on the outer peripheral side of the motor 41 (driving unit 4) along the circumferential direction thereof. Fig.13 In the figure, the battery 71 is omitted and only the battery mounting portion 72 is shown. In the present embodiment, the control substrate 9 is arranged so that the thickness direction thereof is substantially orthogonal to the screw shaft 222 .

[0053] In addition, if Fig.14 As shown, the power transmission mechanism 45 of this embodiment has: a worm 458, which is installed (connected) to the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41; and a worm wheel 459, which is engaged with the worm 458 and is installed (connected) to the axial right end (the other end) of the threaded shaft 222. The combination of the worm 458 and the worm wheel 459 is called a "worm gear", which constitutes a gear mechanism connecting the rotating shaft 412 of the motor 41 and the threaded shaft 222. The worm gear is small and can obtain a large reduction ratio. At the same time, due to "sliding contact", it has the advantage of quiet and smooth meshing.

[0054] According to the retractor 1 of the fifth embodiment, it is also possible to obtain the same operations and effects as those of the retractor 1 of the first to fourth embodiments. In particular, since the power transmission mechanism 45 is formed of a worm gear, a small size and a large reduction ratio can be achieved, and therefore the drive unit 4 and the power transmission mechanism 45 can be miniaturized. In addition, according to the power transmission mechanism 45, the worm 458 cannot be rotated by the worm gear 459 due to the self-locking effect. Therefore, the state where the retractor 1 is loosened between the two tensioners 10 of the coated electric wire 700 can be maintained for a long time. That is, the contracted state of the retractor 1 can be prevented from being released for a long time.

[0055] <<Sixth Embodiment>> Next, a sixth embodiment of the retractor 1 will be described. Hereinafter, the retractor 1 according to the sixth embodiment will be described, but the description will be mainly focused on the differences from the retractor 1 according to the first to fifth embodiments, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. Fig.15 It is a perspective view showing the structure of a fixing member in the retractor according to the sixth embodiment.

[0056] like Fig.15As shown in FIG. 1 , the retractor 1 of the sixth embodiment is the same as the retractor 1 of the first embodiment except that the structure of the fixing member 530 is different. In the present embodiment, the fixing member 530 has a cylindrical shape and is joined to or integrally formed with the stress applying member 62 . The fixing member 530 has a groove 530a formed along the axial direction and a through hole 530b formed in a direction substantially orthogonal to the axial direction. In addition, the operating arm 60 of the tensioner 10 has a through hole 60a formed in a direction substantially orthogonal to the axial direction at its left end (one end).

[0057] The left end of the operating arm 60 is inserted into the groove 530a of the fixing member 530, and the through hole 530b is aligned with the through hole 60a. Then, a bolt (not shown) is inserted through the through hole 530b and the through hole 60a, and a nut (not shown) is screwed to the protruding end. Thus, the tensioner 10 is connected to the end of the retractor 1. According to the retractor 1 of the sixth embodiment, it is also possible to obtain the same operations and effects as those of the retractor 1 of the first to fifth embodiments. Depending on the type of the clamped wire, the type of the tensioner 10 can be selected. Then, according to the structure (shape) of the operating arm 60 of the selected tensioner 10, the retractor 1 having the fixing member 530 or the fixing member 520 with a shape (structure) suitable for connection is selected. Note that, when the tension detecting unit 6 is omitted, the fixing member 530 (the fixing member 520 is also the same) is provided at the right end portion (the other end portion) of the operating portion 22 in the axial direction.

[0058] As described above, in the present invention, the extension and retraction operation of the retractor 1 is performed by the drive unit 4 having the motor 41. Therefore, since the retractor 1 itself assists the work requiring a large force, the operability is good. In addition, the situation that two operators were required to work on the aerial scaffolding in the past can now be realized by one operator, so the workability is also excellent. In addition, the remaining operator can understand the working status of the operator on the scaffolding on the ground and give correct instructions, so the safety is high.

[0059] In particular, the sensor 5 can accurately extend and retract the retractor 1. In addition, the tension detector 6 can prevent the coated electric wire 700 from being excessively stretched, thereby preventing the coated electric wire 700 from being disconnected. In this case, the data (Data) obtained from these detection units during operation can be sent to an external terminal (such as a tablet terminal) and stored through the communication unit 91 of the control board 9. In addition, based on the obtained data, it is possible to confirm the operation history and manage whether the retractor 1 needs repair, which is also preferable from the perspective of improving safety.

[0060] Note that the external terminal may be a foot switch, a voice recognition device, etc. In this case, even when working alone, the operator can operate the retractor 1 with both hands free. Furthermore, even if the wire tensioning devices 100 are used to simultaneously perform work on a plurality of covered electric wires (linear bodies) 700 , the wire tensioning work can be performed using one external terminal. In addition, in the present invention, any two or more structures in the first to sixth embodiments may be combined.

[0061] A plurality of sensors 5 may be provided along the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 21 . In this case, by detecting the position of the nut 223 using one sensor 5 , it is possible to prevent the moving shaft portion 3 from protruding too much from the cylindrical portion 21 (main body cylindrical portion 2 ) and falling off. In addition, by detecting the position of the nut 223 by another sensor 5 , it is possible to define (set) the initial position of the moving shaft portion 3 relative to the cylindrical portion 21 (main body cylindrical portion 2 ). Furthermore, by detecting the position of the nut 223 by another sensor 5, it is possible to prevent the movable shaft portion 3 from retreating too much relative to the cylindrical portion 21 (main body cylindrical portion 2). In addition, the present invention can also be provided in the following various aspects.
