ratchet (9) is fixedly attached, wherein the aforementioned toothed stop plate (3) is movably attached to the body (1) and embedded in the
ratchet (9), wherein the aforementioned hand lever (4) is movably attached to the
handle (2) and embedded in the
ratchet (9), wherein the center of the chain (5) lies within the body (1) and is wound on the pivot shaft (6), wherein the two ends of the chain (5) protrude from the body (1) and a second hook (8) is fixedly attached to one of the two ends of the chain (5), wherein a spring (14) is provided between the toothed stop plate (3) and the body (1), which tooth stop plate (3) shows such a tendencythat it is applied to the ratchet (9), that a positioning part (13) is also provided on the body (1), that the two ends of the spring (14) each act on the positioning part (13) and the toothed stop plate (3), characterized in that a sliding part (10) is provided on the axis of rotation (6) which allows the chain (5) to be displaced, and a cover plate (11) is also provided inside the body (1), which encloses the outside of the sliding part (10), wherein a contact (5b) of the aforementioned chain (5) lies between the cover plate (11) and the sliding part (10), and the cover plate (11) has a guide structure that guides the contact (5b) of the chain (5) during movement, wherein a sub-cover plate (15) is fixedly attached to the end of the cover plate (11), which has a number of connecting holes (15a), wherein the body (1) has a number of connecting holes (15a) corresponding connectors (1b) which align with the connecting holes (15a),exhibits and each of the connectors (1b) engages firmly in the corresponding connecting hole (15a), wherein the edge of the sub-cover plate (15) has a raised edge (15b) projecting towards the body (1), which is attached to the outside of the body (1).
