Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a sewage treatment system using electrolysis, and to a sewage treatment system having an electrode module installation cavity, wherein the electrode module installation cavity continuously passes sewage by installing a plurality of electrode modules in a vertical cavity. Background Art
[0002] The purpose of the present invention proposed to solve the above problems is, firstly, to minimize the electrode corrosion of the lowest electrode module while using the vertical cavity type sewage treatment system with the best electrolytic treatment efficiency in the sewage treatment system, thereby further improving the decomposition efficiency; secondly, to be able to treat various seawater and freshwater sewage and have versatility; thirdly, to provide a sewage treatment system with an electrode module mounting cavity, which can be automatically cleaned without disassembling the electrode module, thereby being easy to maintain.
[0003] Generally speaking, sewage treatment methods can be divided into physical, chemical and biological treatment methods, among which chemical treatment methods are in the form of redox reactions or neutralization reactions or ion exchange.
[0004] In particular, electrolysis, one of the most effective and environmentally friendly chemical treatment methods, is to immerse the positive and negative electrodes in an aqueous electrolyte (a substance whose aqueous solution conducts electricity when dissolved in water), and if they flow a direct current, the surface of the positive electrode will decompose the pollutants through direct positive oxidation and indirect oxidation.
[0005] That is, through direct oxidation, organic matter or ammonia reacts with the anode to decompose into carbon dioxide, water or hydrogen ions. Indirect oxidation is that the hydroxide ions (OH-) produced in electrolysis exchange electrons with the cathode and are converted into hydroxide free radicals (HO), which decompose pollutants. The chloride ions (Cl-) in the aqueous solution are converted from the anode into chlorine molecules, and then the hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and hypochlorous acid (OCl-) generated by electrolysis decompose the pollutants.
[0006] The sewage treatment system using this electrolysis can be roughly divided into two types, the tank type and the chamber type. First, the tank type is an intermittent oxidation treatment method that holds a large amount of wastewater in a large-area electrolytic cell, and the chamber type is a continuous oxidation treatment method that installs the electrode module in a chamber of a specific specification and allows the sewage to pass continuously.
[0007] Of course, the tank type is different from treating a large amount of sewage at one time. It is difficult for a large amount of sewage to contact the electrode, so it is difficult to expect direct oxidation efficiency. On the contrary, the chamber type has the advantage of installing electrode modules in a chamber of specific specifications, so the direct oxidation efficiency is high. For example, as a tank type sewage treatment system, in addition to the "wastewater treatment device using microbubbles and electrolysis" published in Patent Gazette No. 10-2023-0111852, there is also a "wastewater treatment device by electrolysis and coagulation" registered in Patent No. 10-0602058 as a chamber type sewage treatment system.
[0008] At the same time, there are methods of installing the positive and negative electrodes as a single power source, whether it is a water tank type or a chamber type, and methods of installing them in multiple modules for detachable installation. For example, the "Electrolytic Wastewater Treatment Device and Method" of registered patent publication No. 10-1784299 is a method of installing a single power source, and the "Electrolytic Device and System for Water Treatment" of registered patent No. 10-2051994 is a water tank type, but it also has a detachable electrode module structure.
[0009] In addition, in the case of a chamber type, if it is installed horizontally, it is difficult to discharge the foam generated during electrolysis in a floating state on the water surface. Therefore, like the "rectifier integrated electrolysis device" of registered patent publication No. 10-1087571, by installing the chamber vertically, it has a structure in which sewage flows into the lower part of the chamber, is electrolyzed in the electrode modules arranged in an upper and lower row, and then discharged to the upper part of the chamber.
[0010] However, even in the case of the vertical chamber type, when the electrode modules are arranged in one row up and down, direct oxidation is active in the electrode module at the bottom, and direct oxidation is weakened due to the generation of bubbles, so there is a problem that the electrodes of the electrode module at the bottom are quickly corroded and the discharge current decreases sharply, the replacement cycle is shortened, and the equipment is often stopped.
[0011] For the electrode modules installed in the vertical cavity, the effective cooling of the busbar can be improved, and the decomposition efficiency and stability can be improved through the "Electrode Module for Electrolysis Device" in the registered patent gazette No. 10-2131344 invented, applied for and registered by the applicant. However, in the vertical arrangement of the electrode modules, it is difficult to overcome the rapid corrosion and short replacement cycle in the above-mentioned lowermost electrode module. Summary of the invention
[0012] In order to achieve the above object, according to the sewage treatment system having an electrode module installation cavity of the present invention, the sewage to be treated is stored, and the raw water storage tank for supplying the above sewage through the raw water supply line receives the above sewage from the raw water supply line.

It includes an upper cover, each electrode module, and a pair of electrode modules facing each other on the left and right sides of the frame, which are characterized by being horizontally detachably connected together.
[0014] In addition, each electrode module is characterized in that a pair of electrode modules coupled horizontally are set as 1 group, and are set as 2 groups or 3 groups so that the frames are spaced apart from each other up and down.
[0015] In addition, the electrolysis chamber is characterized in that it also includes a grid-shaped plate-shaped laminar flow forming member, which is installed above the lower cover to guide the sewage flowing in from the lower inlet to flow normally. In addition, the electrolyte aqueous solution is stored, and the electrolyte storage tank that selectively supplies the electrolyte aqueous solution through the electrolyte supply line is arranged on the raw water supply line, receives the electrolyte aqueous solution through the electrolyte supply line, and also includes a mixer that mixes with the raw water.
[0016] In addition, a cleaning liquid storage tank for storing electrode cleaning liquid is connected to the cleaning liquid storage tank at one end and connected to the raw water supply line and the first three-way valve at the other end, and also includes a cleaning liquid pipeline with a second three-way valve installed between the first three-way valve and the cleaning liquid storage tank. The first three-way valve changes the direction to a raw water electrolysis position connecting the raw water storage tank and the electrolysis chamber and a second position connecting the cleaning liquid storage tank and the cleaning electrolysis position of the electrolysis chamber. The second three-way valve is characterized in that the direction of the cleaning liquid storage tank and the cleaning liquid supply position connected to the first three-way valve, as well as the cleaning liquid discharge position connected to the drain electrode, is switched to the second position.
[0017] In addition, when the first three-way valve is in the raw water electrolysis position, sewage flows from the raw water storage tank through the raw water supply line into the electrolysis chamber; when the first three-way valve is in the clean electrolysis position and the second three-way valve is in the clean liquid supply position, electrode cleaning liquid flows from the clean liquid storage tank through the clean liquid line through the raw water supply line into the electrolysis chamber to clean the electrode module; when the first three-way valve is in the clean electrolysis position and the second three-way valve is in the clean liquid discharge position, the electrode cleaning liquid flows into the electrolysis chamber to discharge the clean electrode module.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0029] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a sewage treatment system having an electrode module mounting cavity according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0030] According to the present invention, a sewage treatment system having an electrode module installation cavity is provided. Figure 1 As shown, it comprises a raw water storage tank (100), an electrolysis chamber (200) and a treated water tank (300), wherein the electrolysis chamber (200) comprises a plurality of electrode modules (210), a frame (220), a lower cover (230) and an upper cover (240).
[0031] In addition, the invention may further include an electrolyte storage tank (400) and a mixer (500), may further include a cleaning liquid storage tank (600) and a cleaning liquid line (700), and may further include a micro bubbler (800), such as Figures 10 to 12 shown.
[0032] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the raw water storage tank (100) stores the sewage to be treated and supplies the sewage through the raw water supply line (110).
[0033] The sewage stored in the raw water storage tank (100) may be subjected to physical treatment in advance, or may be subjected to a physical treatment process such as sedimentation or filtration in the raw water storage tank (100).
[0034] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, the electrolysis chamber (200) receives the sewage from the raw water supply line (110), inserts and installs a plurality of electrode modules (210), receives direct current from the rectifier (210), and performs electrolysis treatment on the sewage.
[0035] The rectifier (210) is a well-known electrical device for converting alternating current into direct current, and applies a direct current voltage to each externally protruding positive bus and negative bus of the electrode module (210) inserted and installed in the electrolysis chamber (200).
[0036] By applying the DC voltage in this manner, a DC current flows through the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate inserted into the electrolysis chamber (200), and the pollutants are decomposed by indirect oxidation through direct anodic oxidation. The electrolysis of such an electrode module (210) is well known, and therefore a detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0037] The treated water tank (300) electrolyzes the waste water from the electrolysis chamber (200) through a discharge line (310), and stores and discharges the treated water.
[0038] Various toxic gases discharged from the electrolysis chamber (200) through the discharge line (310) into the treatment pool (300) are discharged together with the electrolyzed treated water, so these gases must be treated above the treatment pool (300) by a scrubber or the like before being discharged into the atmosphere.
[0039] In addition, the treated water stored in the treatment tank (300) must also be discharged after confirming whether the toxicity is purified through sensors.
[0040] At this time, if Figure 1 As shown, although no drawing symbols are shown, through the integrated control unit or remote control room, together with the above-mentioned raw water storage tank (100), electrolysis chamber (200) and treatment tank (300), it is responsible for turning on and off the various components described later or sensing and driving and controlling various information through sensors.
[0041] Based on this general chamber-type sewage treatment system, the present invention provides the electrolysis chamber (200) with a vertical chamber type having the best electrolysis treatment efficiency, and at the same time, in order to minimize the problem of the traditional vertical chamber type - electrode corrosion of the lowest electrode module, and further improve the decomposition efficiency, the following new structure is proposed.
[0042] That is, Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the electrolysis chamber (200) comprises a frame (220) installed vertically upright from the ground, a lower cover (230) coupled to the lower part of the frame (220) and connected to a raw water supply line (110) to form a downflow inlet (231) for introducing wastewater into the frame (220), and a lower inlet (330) formed therein for introducing wastewater into the interior of the frame (220) and the electrolysis chamber.
[0043] It comprises an upper cover (240) which is combined with the upper part of the frame (220) and forms an upper discharge outlet (241) for discharging treated water through electrolysis by the electrode module (210).
[0044] For this vertical cavity type, each of the electrode modules (210) is horizontally detachably connected to the left and right sides of the frame (220) so as to face each other.
[0045] Therefore, since the sewage flowing in from the lower inlet (231) is respectively diffused into the left and right pairs of electrode modules (210) installed horizontally and contacted together, electrode corrosion of the electrode modules does not concentrate on any one but is formed uniformly, thereby improving durability and decomposition efficiency.
[0046] In addition, each electrode module (210) can be arranged in 2 or 3 groups, so that a pair of electrode modules (210) coupled horizontally are arranged in one group, and the upper and lower parts of the frame (220) are spaced apart from each other. The drawing shows that the upper and lower groups are arranged, but it can be arranged in 3 groups, and it can also be arranged in 4 or more groups, but the decomposition efficiency is greatly different from the first group at the bottom, so it is best to arrange it in the third group.
[0047] At this time, the electrolysis chamber (200) is as follows Figure 5 As shown, it is arranged inside the frame (220), above the lower cover (230) of the frame (220), and may also include a lattice-shaped laminar flow forming member (250), wherein the lattice-shaped laminar flow forming member (250) guides the sewage flowing in from the lower inlet (231) to flow normally.
[0048] The wastewater flowing from the raw water supply line (110) into the lower water inlet (231) basically forms a turbulent flow, that is, the flow of other fluids may be generated, and the flow of these fluids has a speed in a vertical direction relative to the flow of the fluid.
[0049] Therefore, before the sewage flowing into the lower inlet (231) contacts the electrode module (210), the laminar flow is guided by the laminar flow forming member (250), so that the sewage flows smoothly between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate of the electrode module (210), thereby further improving the direct oxidation efficiency.
[0050] In addition, since the laminar flow forming member (250) has a lattice-shaped plate structure, when pollutants in the raw water storage tank (100) that have not been fully filtered flow into the lower inlet (231) together with wastewater, it can also have a filtering effect to prevent contact with the electrode module (210) and damage or short circuit.
[0051] On the other hand, the location or place where the sewage treatment system is installed, depending on whether it is on the coast or inland, can determine whether the sewage is fresh water or seawater. Even if it is fresh water, the concentration of electrolyte (NaCl) will vary depending on how the sewage you want to treat is used.
[0052] It is necessary to add an electrolyte aqueous solution to fully electrolyze the electrolyte concentration of the wastewater, and this can be achieved by an electrolyte storage tank (400) and a mixer (500), such as Figure 1 and Figure 6 shown.
[0053] That is, the electrolyte storage tank (400) stores the electrolyte aqueous solution, and selectively supplies the electrolyte aqueous solution through the electrolyte supply line (410).
[0054] In addition, the mixer (500) is installed on the raw water supply line (110), and receives the electrolyte aqueous solution through the electrolyte supply line (410) and mixes it with the raw water.
[0055] Therefore, the electrolyte concentration of wastewater stored in the raw water storage tank (100) or the raw water supply line (110) or supplied can be measured, thereby selectively supplying an electrolyte aqueous solution from the electrolyte storage tank (400).
[0056] On the other hand, through the above process, sewage is supplied to the electrolysis chamber (200) and electrolyzed through the electrode module (210). As time goes by, the electrodes of the electrode module (210) will inevitably be corroded (oxidized).
[0057] The electrode of this electrode module (210) can be reused after being cleaned with a cleaning solution (HCl). Of course, the advantage of the cavity type is that the electrode module (210) is easy to disassemble, and the cleaning work of the electrode module (210) is very easy.
[0058] However, on the drawing, the electrolysis chamber (200) consists of only one city, but the electrolysis chamber (200) can be composed of multiple structures, and a large amount of sewage can be treated by various structures connected in series or in parallel.
[0059] However, in this case, in order to clean the electrode module (210), it is not an easy task to peel it off from the electrolysis chamber (200) each time. Therefore, if it is possible to automatically clean the electrode module (210) without peeling it off, it will be very easy to maintain.
[0060] For this reason, in the present invention, Figure 1 , Figure 7 and Figure 8As shown, a cleaning liquid storage tank (600) and a cleaning liquid pipeline (700) are formed, and a first three-way valve (720) and a second three-way valve (720) are installed in the cleaning liquid pipeline (700), characterized in that the cleaning liquid is automatically supplied to the interior of the electrolysis chamber (200) and discharged after cleaning.
[0061] Specifically, the cleaning liquid storage tank (600) stores the electrode cleaning liquid, one end of the cleaning liquid line (700) is connected to the cleaning liquid storage tank (600), and the other end is connected to the raw water supply line (110) and the first three-way valve (710), and a second three-way valve (720) is installed between the first three-way valve (720) and the cleaning liquid storage tank (600). A three-way valve is a conversion valve that connects three directions, two of which are connected.
[0062] Therefore, the first three-way valve (710) is as follows: Figure 7 As shown, it is arranged on the raw water supply line (110), so that the raw water storage tank (100) and the raw water electrolysis position connected to the electrolysis chamber (200) and Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, the direction is converted into two positions of the cleaning electrolysis position connecting the cleaning liquid storage tank (600) and the electrolysis chamber (200).
[0063] In addition, since the second three-way valve (720) is installed on the cleaning liquid line (700), Figure 8 As shown, the direction is changed to a second position of a cleaning liquid supply position connecting the cleaning liquid storage tank (600) and the first three-way valve (710) and a cleaning liquid discharge position connecting the first three-way valve (710) and a drain.
[0064] Here, the drain refers to a drain on the circuit, and the contaminated cleaning liquid after cleaning can be discharged to a separate drain, or it can be rotated to the raw water storage tank (100).
[0065] According to the direction conversion of the first three-way valve (720) and the second three-way valve (720), the specific operation process is observed. First, Figure 7 As shown, when the first three-way valve (720) is in the raw water electrolysis position, the raw water flows from the raw water storage tank (100) through the raw water supply line (110) into the electrolysis chamber (200), and the electrolysis treatment of the waste water is performed. When the waste water is electrolyzed in this way, if it is necessary to clean the electrode module (210) inserted and installed in the electrolysis chamber (200), a cleaning liquid must be injected into the electrolysis chamber (200).
[0066] That is, Figure 8 and Fig.11As shown, when the first three-way valve (710) is in the cleaning electrolysis position and the second three-way valve (720) is in the cleaning liquid supply position, the electrode cleaning liquid flows from the cleaning liquid storage tank (600) via the cleaning liquid line (700) and through the raw water supply line (110) into the electrolysis chamber (200) to clean the electrode module (210).
[0067] After the electrode module (210) is cleaned by the cleaning liquid, the contaminated cleaning liquid needs to be leaked out. Because the treatment water tank (300) through the discharge pipeline (310) is the pipeline for discharging the treated water. Therefore, Fig. 9 and Fig.12 As shown, when the first three-way valve (710) is in the cleaning electrolysis position and the second three-way valve (720) is in the cleaning liquid discharge position, the electrode cleaning liquid flows into the electrolysis chamber (200) to discharge the cleaning electrode module (210).
[0068] At this time, in order to clean the electrode module (210), the cleaning liquid can be simply flowed into the electrolysis chamber (200), and the electrodes of the electrode module (210) can be cleaned while being immersed in the cleaning liquid. However, for more effective cleaning, micro bubbles can be generated.
[0069] That is, Fig.10 and Fig.11 As shown, the microbubble (800) is installed to be detachably passed through the entire surface of the frame (100) and inserted into the electrode module.
[0070] (210), and when the electrode cleaning liquid flows into the electrolysis chamber (200) to clean the electrode module (210), micro bubbles are generated.
[0071] Here, in the conventional technology described in the technical column of the invention background, such micro foam is used for electrolysis, which will hinder the direct oxidation caused by the direct contact between the electrodes of the electrode module (210) and the sewage, thereby reducing the decomposition efficiency.
[0072] However, in the present invention, when the electrode of the electrode module (210) is cleaned, microbubbles are generated in the cleaning liquid, which has the effect of effectively separating the oxides that corrode the electrode.
[0073] As described above, according to the sewage treatment system with an electrode module installation cavity of the present invention, while using a vertical cavity type sewage treatment system with the best electrolysis treatment efficiency in the sewage treatment system, a pair of electrode modules (210) are horizontally arranged on the left and right sides of the electrolysis cavity (200), so that electrode corrosion of the electrode module (210) is not concentrated on any one, but is formed evenly, thereby improving durability and decomposition efficiency.
[0074] In addition, according to the high concentration and high toxicity of sewage, a pair of electrode modules (210) installed horizontally are used as a group, and 2 or 3 groups are arranged up and down, so that the decomposition efficiency can be further improved. The sewage flowing into the electrolysis chamber (200) is guided to flow normally through the grid-shaped plate-shaped laminar flow forming component (250), so that the contact of the electrode modules (210) is smoother, thereby greatly improving the direct oxidation efficiency.
[0075] In addition, when treating sewage, the electrolyte aqueous solution can be selectively supplied through the electrolyte storage tank (400) and the mixer (500) according to the seawater or fresh water, so as to treat various sewage and can be widely used.
[0076] In addition, without removing the electrode module (210) from the electrolysis chamber (200), the electrode module (210) can be automatically cleaned in a state where the electrolysis chamber (200) is installed, through the cleaning liquid storage tank (600) and the cleaning liquid line (700) provided with the first three-way valve (710) and the second three-way valve (720), thereby facilitating maintenance; when cleaning the electrode module 210, microbubbles are generated together with the cleaning liquid through microbubbles, further improving the cleaning effect.
[0077] The embodiments of the present invention described above and shown in the accompanying drawings should not be interpreted as limiting the technical concept of the present invention.
[0078] The protection scope of the present invention is limited to the matters recorded in the claims, and the technical idea of the present invention can be improved and changed into various forms by a person with ordinary knowledge in the technical field of the present invention. Therefore, such improvements and changes are self-evident to a person with ordinary knowledge and will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
