[0025] When a vehicle passes through a traditional speed bump, the severe bumps will make the driver and passengers feel very uncomfortable. Especially when driving at high speed, the bumps are more severe due to the lack of timely reaction and failure to slow down in advance. At the same time, the severe bumps will cause the entire body of the vehicle to tremble, especially the chassis of the vehicle. Under such severe shaking, many parts will loosen, which may lead to accidents.
[0026] Furthermore, the traditional speed bump composed of ridges is used to slow down the vehicle, which requires the driver and passengers to distract their attention to slow down, and is an active deceleration method. If the driver and passengers fail to find the speed bump in time and fail to slow down, not only will the violent bumps make the driver and passengers feel strongly uncomfortable, but road accidents are also likely to occur.
[0027] The embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electromagnetic deceleration device and an electric energy recovery system, which can be applied to the fields of road deceleration technology and energy recovery technology.
[0028] An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electromagnetic deceleration device, comprising: a plurality of magnets, which are configured to be arranged along a first direction of a road based on a fixed position relationship relative to the road; a coil, which is configured to be arranged in a mobile device, and the angle between the winding of the coil and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the plurality of magnets is configured to be within a preset angle range; wherein, when the mobile device moves along the first direction of the road, the coil is configured to generate a force along a second direction of the road to decelerate the mobile device, wherein the angle between the first direction and the second direction is 180 degrees.
[0029] Figure 1 A schematic structural diagram of an electromagnetic deceleration device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0030] like Figure 1 As shown, the electromagnetic deceleration device may include a plurality of magnets 110 and coils 120 .
[0031] The plurality of magnets 110 may be configured to be disposed along a first direction of the road 101 based on a fixed positional relationship with respect to the road 101 .
[0032] For example, the magnet 110 may be a permanent magnet or an electromagnet, etc. The specific form of the magnet 110 may be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited here.
[0033] The coil 120 may be configured to be disposed in the mobile device 102. The angle between the winding of the coil 120 and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the plurality of magnets 110 may be configured to be within a preset angle range.
[0034] For example, the preset angle range may be greater than 0 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees.
[0035] For example, the angle between the winding of the coil 120 and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the multiple magnets 110 can be 45 degrees, 60 degrees, or 90 degrees, etc. The angle between the winding of the coil 120 and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the multiple magnets 110 can be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited here.
[0036] For example, the mobile equipment may include a passenger vehicle or a car, etc.
[0037] When the mobile device 102 moves along the first direction of the road 101, the coil 120 may be configured to generate a force along the second direction of the road 101 to decelerate the mobile device 102. The angle between the first direction and the second direction is 180 degrees.
[0038] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the coil 120 generates a force along the second direction of the road 101 , the coil 120 may transmit the force to the mobile device 102 , so that the mobile device 102 decelerates based on the force.
[0039] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of magnets are arranged along a first direction of the road based on a fixed position relationship relative to the road, a coil is arranged in a mobile device, and at the same time, the angle between the winding of the coil and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the plurality of magnets is within a preset angle range. When the mobile device moves along the first direction of the road, the coil can generate a force along the second direction of the road to decelerate the mobile device. Compared with the traditional method of setting a bump in the road to decelerate the mobile device, it has the advantages of being smooth and bump-free. Moreover, the entire deceleration process is passive deceleration. Compared with the active deceleration method, there is no need to distract the driver's attention to perform deceleration operations, the deceleration is more timely, and the probability of road accidents is reduced.
[0040] Figure 2 A schematic structural diagram of a plurality of magnets included in an electromagnetic deceleration device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0041] like Figure 2 As shown, the plurality of magnets 110 may include a plurality of first magnets 111 and a plurality of second magnets 112. The first magnets 111 and the second magnets 112 may be configured to be alternately arranged, and the first magnets 111 and the second magnets 112 have opposite polarities.
[0042] For example, the width of the magnet 110 along the first direction may be configured to be greater than or equal to the width of the coil 120 along the first direction.
[0043] For example, the plurality of magnets 110 may be configured to be buried at a preset depth below the road surface, wherein the preset depth may be between 10 cm and 20 cm.
[0044] For example, the preset depth may be 10 cm, 15 cm or 20 cm, etc. The preset depth may be selected according to actual conditions and is not limited here.
[0045] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, since the depth of the magnet buried under the road surface is too shallow, the magnet is easily damaged by the impact of the mobile device, and the depth of the magnet buried under the road surface is too deep, which may reduce the sensitivity of the magnet and affect the sensing effect. Therefore, multiple magnets can be buried between 10cm and 20cm below the road surface, while protecting the magnet from damage and ensuring its sensing accuracy.
[0046] Figure 3A A schematic diagram showing a coil moving along a first direction of a road along with a mobile device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0047] like Figure 3A As shown, a plurality of magnets 110 may be buried under the road surface, and the plurality of magnets 110 may include a plurality of first-type magnets 111 and a plurality of second-type magnets 112. The first-type magnets 111 and the second-type magnets 112 may be alternately arranged along the first direction of the road 101. The widths of the first-type magnets 111 and the second-type magnets 112 along the first direction are the same. And the widths of the first-type magnets 111 and the second-type magnets 112 along the first direction are both equal to the width of the coil 120 along the first direction.
[0048] The polarities of the first type of magnet 111 and the second type of magnet 112 are opposite. The directions of the magnetic field generated by the first type of magnet 111 and the directions of the magnetic field generated by the second type of magnet 112 may both be perpendicular to the road surface. The direction of the magnetic field generated by the first type of magnet 111 may be from below the road surface to the road surface, and the direction of the magnetic field generated by the second type of magnet 112 may be from above the road surface to the road surface. The strength of the magnetic field generated by the first type of magnet 111 and the strength of the magnetic field generated by the second type of magnet 112 may be the same.
[0049] The angle between the winding of the coil 120 and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the plurality of magnets 110 may be 90 degrees. The winding of the coil 120 may be parallel to the road surface.
[0050] The coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102, and passes through the 1st magnet, the 2nd magnet, the 3rd magnet, the 4th magnet, the 5th magnet ... the nth magnet in sequence. Where n is an integer greater than 5. The 1st magnet, the 3rd magnet, the 5th magnet ... the 2m+1th magnet can all be first-type magnets 111. The 2nd magnet, the 4th magnet ... the 2mth magnet can all be second-type magnets 112. Where m is an integer greater than 2.
[0051] Can be set Figure 3A The width of each magnet 110 along the first direction is L, and the strength of the magnetic field generated is B. At the initial moment when the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the multiple magnets 110 from right to left along the first direction with the mobile device 102, the speed of the mobile device 102 can be v0, and the speed after t is v t The length of the coil 120 in a direction perpendicular to the speed is H, the width in a direction parallel to the speed is L, that is, the width along the first direction is L, and the load of the induction circuit where the coil 120 is located is R.
[0052] When the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102, the coil 120 cuts the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the plurality of magnets 110 and generates a force along the second direction of the road 101, that is, the coil 120 is subjected to a force opposite to the direction of movement, causing the mobile device 102 to decelerate.
[0053] like Figure 3A As shown, when the coil 120 moves from right to left along the first direction in the magnetic field generated by the first magnet along with the mobile device 102, when the coil 120 just enters the magnetic field generated by the first magnet, the left frame of the coil 120 coincides with the right boundary of the magnetic field generated by the first magnet, and the left frame of the coil 120 begins to cut the magnetic flux lines. The force F generated by the coil 120 is as shown in formula (1), and the direction of the force F is horizontal to the right. In this case, the left frame of the coil 120 cuts the magnetic flux lines and is subjected to the force, and the coil 120 and the mobile device 102 decelerate under the action of this force F.
[0054] F=iBH==B 2 H 2 v0 / R (1)
[0055] Here, i represents the induced current.
[0056] After the coil 120 moves from right to left along the first direction for a time period t along with the mobile device 102, the force F generated by the coil 120 is as shown in formula (2), wherein the direction of F is horizontally to the right.
[0057] F=i tBH=B 2 H 2 v t / R (2)
[0058] Among them, i t Characterizes the induced current at time t.
[0059] like Figure 3A As shown, when the coil 120 moves from right to left along the first direction in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet with the mobile device 102, when the left frame of the coil 120 leaves the magnetic field generated by the first magnet and enters the magnetic field generated by the second magnet, the right frame of the coil 120 also enters the magnetic field generated by the first magnet, and the left and right frames of the coil 120 simultaneously start to cut the magnetic flux lines.
[0060] When the left frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet, the force F generated by the left frame of the coil 120 左2 As shown in formula (3). When the right frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the first magnet, the force F generated by the right frame of the coil 120 右1 As shown in formula (4). Where, F 左2 The direction is horizontal to the right, F 右1 The direction is horizontal to the right.
[0061] F 左2 =i t左2 BH=2B 2 H 2 v t / R (3)
[0062] F 右1 =i t右1 BH=2B 2 H 2 v t / R (4)
[0063] Among them, i t左2 It represents the induced current generated by the left side frame of the coil at time t when the left side frame of the coil moves in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet. t右1 It represents the induced current generated by the right frame of the coil at time t when the right frame of the coil moves in the magnetic field generated by the first magnet.
[0064] The force F generated by the entire coil 120 is F 左2 With F 右1 The force F generated by the entire coil 120 is shown in formula (5). The direction of F is horizontal to the right. Under the action of this force F, the coil 120 and the mobile device 102 continue to decelerate.
[0065] F=F 左2 +F 右1 =4 B 2 H 2 v t / R (5)
[0066] like Figure 3A As shown, when the coil 120 moves from right to left along the first direction in the magnetic field generated by the third magnet with the mobile device 102, when the left frame of the coil 120 leaves the magnetic field generated by the second magnet and enters the magnetic field generated by the third magnet, the right frame of the coil 120 also enters the magnetic field generated by the second magnet, and the left and right frames of the coil 120 simultaneously start to move to cut the magnetic flux lines.
[0067] When the left frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the third magnet, the force F generated by the left frame of the coil 120 左3 As shown in formula (6). When the right frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet, the force F generated by the right frame of the coil 120 右2 As shown in formula (7). Where, F 左3 The direction is horizontal to the right, F 右2 The direction is horizontal to the right.
[0068] F 左3 =i t左3 BH=2B 2 H 2 v t / R (6)
[0069] F 右2 =i t右2 BH=2B 2 H 2 v t / R (7)
[0070] Among them, i t左3 It represents the induced current generated by the left frame of the coil at time t when the left frame of the coil moves in the magnetic field generated by the third magnet. t右2 It represents the induced current generated by the right frame of the coil at time t when the right frame of the coil moves in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet.
[0071] The force F generated by the entire coil 120 is shown in formula (8), where the direction of F is horizontal to the right. Under the action of this force F, the coil 120 and the mobile device 102 continue to decelerate.
[0072] F=F 左3 +F 右2 =4B2 H 2 v t / R (8)
[0073] By analogy, the coil 120 can generate a force F when the mobile device 102 moves from right to left along the first direction in the magnetic field generated by the nth magnet. For simplicity, it is not described here. Since vt is always decreasing, the direction of the force F is always opposite to the movement direction of the mobile device and gradually decreases.
[0074] It can be seen from formulas (1)-(8) that the force generated by the coil is proportional to the speed of the mobile device. Therefore, the magnitude of the force generated by the coil is positively correlated with the speed of the mobile device. The force generated by the coil can adapt to the speed of the mobile device. The greater the speed of the mobile device, the greater the force generated, and vice versa.
[0075] Figure 3A When the coil 120 in the mobile device 102 moves along the first direction of the road 101, the coil 120 generates a force along the second direction of the road 101 as shown in FIG. Figure 3B shown.
[0076] Figure 3B A schematic diagram showing a force generated by a coil along a second direction of a road when a mobile device moves along a first direction of the road according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0077] like Figure 3B As shown, the abscissa is the moving distance s of the coil 120 along the first direction of the road 101 along with the mobile device 102 , and the ordinate is the force F generated by the coil 120 .
[0078] When the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 for a distance between 0 and s1, the left frame of the coil 120 is Figure 3A The first magnet in the magnetic field is used to cut the magnetic flux lines. At this time, the force generated by the coil 120 can be calculated according to formulas (1)-(2). Since vt is always decreasing, the direction of the force F is always opposite to the direction of movement of the mobile device and gradually decreases.
[0079] When the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 for a distance between s1 and s2, the left frame of the coil 120 is Figure 3A The second magnet in the magnetic field generates a magnetic flux line cutting motion. At the same time, the right frame of the coil 120 is Figure 3A The coil 120 cuts the magnetic flux lines in the magnetic field generated by the first magnet. At this time, the force generated by the coil 120 can be calculated according to formulas (3)-(5).
[0080] Since the left and right frames of the coil 120 cut the magnetic flux lines at the same time, and the left and right frames of the coil 120 are in the magnetic field generated by magnets with different polarities, the force generated by the coil 120 is the sum of the force generated by the left frame of the coil 120 and the force generated by the right frame. At the moment when the left frame of the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the second magnet, the force generated by the coil 120 will increase by nearly two times compared to before the left frame of the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the second magnet. Since vt is always decreasing, the direction of the force F is always opposite to the direction of movement of the mobile device and gradually decreases.
[0081] When the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 for a distance between s2 and s3, the left frame of the coil 120 is Figure 3A The coil 120 cuts the magnetic flux lines in the magnetic field generated by the third magnet in the coil 120. Figure 3A The coil 120 cuts the magnetic flux lines in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet. At this time, the force generated by the coil 120 can be calculated according to formulas (6)-(8).
[0082] According to formulas (3)-(5) and (6)-(8), when the distance that the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 is between s2 and s3, the calculation method of the force generated by the coil 120 is the same as when the distance that the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 is between s1 and s2. At the same time, because vt is always decreasing, at the moment when the left frame of the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the third magnet, compared with before the left frame of the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the third magnet, the force F generated by the coil 120 will continue to gradually decrease, and the direction of the force F is always opposite to the movement direction of the mobile device.
[0083] By analogy, at the moment when the left frame of the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the nth magnet, the force F generated by the coil 120 will continue to gradually decrease compared to before the left frame of the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the n-1th magnet, and the direction of the force F is always opposite to the movement direction of the mobile device.
[0084] Depend on Figure 3BIt can be seen that when the plurality of magnets 110 include a plurality of first-type magnets 111 and a plurality of second-type magnets 112, the first-type magnets 111 and the second-type magnets 112 are alternately arranged along the first direction of the road 101, the polarities of the first-type magnets 111 and the second-type magnets 112 are opposite, the strength of the magnetic field generated by the first-type magnets 111 and the second-type magnets 112 is the same, and the width of the magnet 110 along the first direction is equal to the width of the coil 120 along the first direction, the coil 120 generates a smaller force when passing through the magnetic field generated by the first magnet, so that the mobile device 102 slows down, and the driver and passengers can experience a comfortable and smooth driving experience without a strong sense of impact. Compared with the force generated by the coil 120 when passing through the magnetic field generated by the subsequent magnets, the force generated by the coil 120 when passing through the magnetic field generated by the first magnet will first increase to a predetermined value, and then gradually decrease as the speed of the mobile device 102 decreases, so that the mobile device 102 can be quickly and smoothly decelerated when the driver and passengers are ready to decelerate.
[0085] Figure 3A The widths of the first type magnet 111 and the second type magnet 112 along the first direction may be equal to the width of the coil 120 along the first direction, or may be greater than the width of the coil 120 along the first direction. Figure 3A In the case where the widths of the first type of magnet 111 and the second type of magnet 112 along the first direction are both greater than the width of the coil 120 along the first direction, the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 as shown in FIG. Figure 4A As shown. Figure 3A When the widths of the first type magnet 111 and the second type magnet 112 along the first direction are both greater than the width of the coil 120 along the first direction, the force generated by the coil 120 is as follows: Figure 4B shown.
[0086] Figure 4A A schematic diagram showing a coil moving along a first direction of a road along with a mobile device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. Figure 4B A schematic diagram showing a force generated by a coil along a second direction of a road when a mobile device moves along a first direction of the road according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0087] like Figure 4A As shown, since the widths of the first type of magnet 111 and the second type of magnet 112 along the first direction are both greater than the width of the coil 120 along the first direction, when the coil 120 passes through the magnetic field generated by each magnet, there will be a situation where the entire coil 120 is in the magnetic field generated by the same magnet. At this time, since no induced current is generated in the entire coil 120, no force is generated.
[0088] like Figure 4BAs shown, the abscissa is the moving distance s of the coil 120 along the first direction of the road 101 along with the mobile device 102 , and the ordinate is the force F generated by the coil 120 .
[0089] Figure 4B The forces in Figure 3B The law of change of the forces in is similar. The difference is that in Figure 4B In the embodiment, when the entire coil 120 is in the magnetic field generated by the same magnet, the entire coil 120 will not generate any force before the left frame of the coil 120 reaches the magnetic field generated by the next adjacent magnet.
[0090] Depend on Figure 4B It can be seen that when the width of the magnet 110 along the first direction is greater than the width of the coil 120 along the first direction, when the entire coil 120 is in the magnetic field generated by the same magnet 110, no induced current is generated in the coil 120, and no force is generated at this time. Only when the coil 120 crosses the magnetic fields generated by different magnets 110, an induced current is generated, and only then will a force be generated. This allows the driver and passengers to feel an intermittent push back without actively decelerating the mobile device. It can simulate the impact of a mobile device driving over an existing mechanical speed bump, and play a role in properly reminding the driver to concentrate and pay attention to deceleration.
[0091] For example, the plurality of magnets 110 may be configured to be disposed at at least one side of the road 101 .
[0092] For example, the plurality of magnets 110 may all be disposed at the same side of the road 101. The plurality of magnets 110 may be disposed at both sides of the road 101.
[0093] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when multiple magnets 110 are arranged on both sides of the road 101, the force generated on both sides of the coil 120 is more uniform, and when the mobile device is decelerated based on the force, the deceleration of the mobile device will be smoother.
[0094] Figure 5 A schematic structural diagram of an electromagnetic deceleration device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0095] like Figure 5 As shown, the electromagnetic deceleration device may include a plurality of magnets and a coil 520. The plurality of magnets may include a plurality of first type magnets 511 and a plurality of second type magnets 512.
[0096] A plurality of magnets may be disposed at both sides of the road 501. For example, the first type of magnets 511 and the second type of magnets 512 may be alternately disposed along a first direction of the road 501. Meanwhile, in the case where the first type of magnets 511 are disposed on a first side of the road 501, the second type of magnets 512 may be disposed on a second side of the road 501.
[0097] The widths of the first type magnet 511 and the second type magnet 512 along the first direction are the same, and the widths of the first type magnet 511 and the second type magnet 512 along the first direction are both equal to the width of the coil 520 along the first direction.
[0098] The polarities of the first type of magnet 511 and the second type of magnet 512 are opposite. The direction of the magnetic field generated by the first type of magnet 511 and the direction of the magnetic field generated by the second type of magnet 512 can both be parallel to the road surface. The direction of the magnetic field generated by the first type of magnet 511 located on the first side of the road 501 can be from the second side of the road 501 to the first side of the road. The direction of the magnetic field generated by the second type of magnet 512 located on the first side of the road 501 can be from the first side of the road 501 to the second side of the road. The strength of the magnetic field generated by the first type of magnet 511 and the strength of the magnetic field generated by the second type of magnet 512 can be the same.
[0099] The angle between the winding of the coil 520 and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the plurality of magnets may be 90 degrees. The winding of the coil 520 may be perpendicular to the road surface.
[0100] When the coil 520 moves along the first direction of the road 501 with the mobile device, the law of the force generated by the coil 520 is the same as Figure 3A The law of the force generated by the coil 120 in is similar, and for the sake of simplicity, it will not be repeated here.
[0101] Figure 5 The widths of the first type magnet 511 and the second type magnet 512 along the first direction may be equal to the width of the coil 520 along the first direction, or may be greater than the width of the coil 520 along the first direction. Figure 5 When the widths of the first type magnet 511 and the second type magnet 512 along the first direction are both greater than the width of the coil 520 along the first direction, the law of the force generated by the coil 520 as the mobile device moves along the first direction of the road 501 is similar to Figure 4A The law of the force generated by the coil 120 in is similar, and for the sake of simplicity, it will not be repeated here.
[0102] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, adjacent magnets among the plurality of magnets may be configured to be spaced apart based on a preset spacing, wherein the polarities of the plurality of magnets may be the same or different.
[0103] For example, the preset interval may be equal to the width of the magnet along the first direction.
[0104] For example, you can Figure 3AThe plurality of second magnets 112 are removed, so that the plurality of first magnets 111 are arranged at intervals based on a preset spacing, and the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first magnet 111 along the first direction. Figure 3A The plurality of first magnets 111 are removed, so that the plurality of second magnets 112 are arranged at intervals based on a preset spacing, and the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the second magnet 112 along the first direction. Figure 3A The first magnets 111 and the second magnets 112 are alternately arranged along the first direction of the road 101 based on a preset spacing interval. At the same time, the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first magnet 111 or the second magnet 112 along the first direction.
[0105] For example, you can Figure 4A The plurality of second magnets 112 are removed, so that the plurality of first magnets 111 are arranged at intervals based on a preset spacing, and the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first magnet 111 along the first direction. Figure 4A The plurality of first magnets 111 are removed, so that the plurality of second magnets 112 are arranged at intervals based on a preset spacing, and the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the second magnet 112 along the first direction. Figure 4A The first magnets 111 and the second magnets 112 are alternately arranged along the first direction of the road 101 based on a preset spacing interval. At the same time, the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first magnet 111 or the second magnet 112 along the first direction.
[0106] For example, you can Figure 5 The plurality of second magnets 512 are removed, so that the plurality of first magnets 511 are arranged at intervals based on a preset spacing, and the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first magnet 511 along the first direction. Figure 5 The plurality of first magnets 511 are removed, so that the plurality of second magnets 512 are arranged at intervals based on a preset spacing, and the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the second magnet 512 along the first direction. Figure 5 The first magnets 511 and the second magnets 512 are alternately arranged along the first direction of the road 501 based on a preset spacing interval. At the same time, the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first magnet 511 or the second magnet 512 along the first direction.
[0107] For example, you can Figure 5 The plurality of second magnets 512 in the coil 520 are removed, so that the plurality of first magnets 511 are arranged at intervals based on a preset spacing. At the same time, the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first magnet 511 along the first direction, and the width of the first magnet 511 along the first direction can be greater than the width of the coil 520 along the first direction. Figure 5The first magnets 511 are removed, so that the second magnets 512 are arranged at a preset interval. At the same time, the preset interval can be equal to the width of the second magnets 512 along the first direction, and the width of the second magnets 512 along the first direction can be greater than the width of the coil 520 along the first direction. Figure 5 The first type of magnet 511 and the second type of magnet 512 are alternately arranged along the first direction of the road 501 based on a preset spacing interval. At the same time, the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first type of magnet 511 or the second type of magnet 512 along the first direction. The width of the first type of magnet 511 along the first direction and the width of the second type of magnet 512 along the first direction can both be greater than the width of the coil 520 along the first direction.
[0108] In the Figure 3A The plurality of second type magnets 112 are removed, so that the plurality of first type magnets 111 are arranged based on the preset spacing interval, and the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first type magnet 111 along the first direction. The schematic diagram of the coil 120 moving along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 is as shown in Fig. 6A As shown, the force generated by the coil 120 is as follows Figure 6B shown.
[0109] Fig. 6A A schematic diagram showing a coil moving along a first direction of a road along with a mobile device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. Figure 6B A schematic diagram showing a force generated by a coil along a second direction of a road when a mobile device moves along a first direction of the road according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0110] like Fig. 6A As shown, the width of the first first-type magnet 1111 along the first direction is the same as the width of the second first-type magnet 1112 along the first direction. The spacing between the first first-type magnet 1111 and the second first-type magnet 1112 may be equal to the width of the first first-type magnet 1111 along the first direction.
[0111] Since adjacent magnets among the plurality of first-class magnets are arranged based on a preset spacing interval, and the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first-class magnet along the first direction, during the entire process of the coil 120 moving along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102, the left frame of the coil 120 cuts the magnetic flux lines and is subjected to a force, or the right frame of the coil 120 cuts the magnetic flux lines and is subjected to a force. The force generated by the coil 120 can be calculated according to formulas (1)-(2). Since vt is always decreasing, the direction of the force F is always opposite to the movement direction of the mobile device and gradually decreases.
[0112] like Figure 6B As shown, in Figure 3A Multiple second-type magnets 112 are removed, so that multiple first-type magnets 111 are arranged based on preset spacing intervals. At the same time, the preset spacing can be equal to the width of the first-type magnets 111 along the first direction. As the mobile device 102 moves along the first direction of the road 101, the force F generated by the coil 120 gradually decreases.
[0113] Depend on Figure 6B As shown, by arranging adjacent magnets among the plurality of magnets based on a preset spacing interval, the preset spacing is equal to the width of the magnet along the first direction, the number of arranged magnets can be reduced and the structure can be simplified. At the same time, the force F generated by the coil can be gradually reduced throughout the whole process, and the force applied to the mobile device changes more evenly, so that the mobile device can be decelerated smoothly. At the same time, the driver and passengers can experience a comfortable and smooth driving experience without a strong sense of impact.
[0114] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the magnetic field generated by each of the plurality of magnets is configured to continuously change along the first direction.
[0115] For example, the magnetic field generated by each of the plurality of magnets may vary continuously and linearly along the first direction. The magnetic field generated by each of the plurality of magnets may vary continuously and nonlinearly along the first direction.
[0116] For example, when the directions of the magnetic fields generated by the multiple magnets are the same, the strength of the magnetic fields generated by the multiple magnets can be continuously changed along the first direction. Alternatively, when the directions of the magnetic fields generated by the multiple magnets are not completely the same, the strength of the magnetic fields generated by the multiple magnets can be continuously changed along the first direction.
[0117] For example, Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3A , Figure 4A , Figure 5 , Fig. 6A The magnetic fields generated by each of the multiple magnets can change continuously along the first direction.
[0118] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the magnetic fields generated by each of the multiple magnets continuously change along the first direction, the magnitude of the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic fields generated by each of the multiple magnets can change smoothly. As a result, the forces acting on the coil and the mobile device also transition smoothly, and will not cause discomfort to the driver and passengers due to a strong impact caused by a sudden large force.
[0119] Figure 7 A schematic structural diagram of an electric energy recovery system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0120] like Figure 7As shown, the electric energy recovery system 700 may include a plurality of magnets, a coil 720 , and an electric energy storage unit 730 .
[0121] The plurality of magnets may be configured to be disposed along a first direction of the road based on a fixed positional relationship relative to the road.
[0122] The plurality of magnets may include a plurality of first type magnets 711 and a plurality of second type magnets 712. The first type magnets 711 and the second type magnets 712 may be configured to be alternately disposed, and the first type magnets 711 and the second type magnets 712 have opposite polarities.
[0123] Figure 7 Multiple magnets in Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3A , Figure 4A , Figure 5 or Fig. 6A Multiple magnets have similar structures and functions. Figure 7 The specific arrangement of multiple magnets in can be referred to Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3A , Figure 4A , Figure 5 or Fig. 6A For the sake of simplicity, the arrangement of multiple magnets will not be repeated here.
[0124] The coil 720 may be configured to be disposed in a mobile device. The angle between the winding of the coil 720 and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the plurality of magnets is configured to be within a preset angle range. When the mobile device moves along a first direction of the road, the coil 720 generates an induced current.
[0125] Figure 7 The multi-coil 720 can also be used with Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3A , Figure 4A , Figure 5 or Fig. 6A The coil has a similar structure to Figure 7 The specific configuration of the coil 720 can be referred to Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3A , Figure 4A , Figure 5 or Fig. 6A For the sake of simplicity, the arrangement of the coils will not be described here.
[0126] The power storage unit 730 may be electrically connected to the coil 720. The power storage unit 730 may be configured to store the induced current.
[0127] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of magnets are arranged along a first direction of a road based on a fixed position relationship relative to the road, a coil is arranged in a mobile device, and the angle between the winding of the coil and the magnetic induction lines of the equivalent magnetic field of the plurality of magnets is configured to be within a preset angle range, so that when the mobile device moves along the first direction of the road, the coil can generate an induced current, that is, convert part of the kinetic energy of the mobile device into electrical energy, and the electrical energy storage unit can store the induced current. So that when a plurality of magnets are laid on a road section that needs to be decelerated, energy can be recovered while the mobile device is decelerated.
[0128] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, Figure 7 The electric energy recovery system is set in the section where deceleration is required. It can decelerate the mobile device. The deceleration process does not have strong mechanical bumps, and can simultaneously convert part of the vehicle's kinetic energy that needs to be decelerated into electrical energy for reuse by other electronic products in the vehicle.
[0129] For example, the induced current stored in the power storage unit 730 may be used to power other electronic products in the mobile device.
[0130] For example, Figure 7 The multiple magnets and coils 720 can be based on Figure 3A Set it according to the setting method in .
[0131] In the Figure 7 The plurality of magnets and coils 720 in Figure 3A When the setting method in is used, at the initial moment when the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the first magnet, the induced current i generated by the coil 120 is as shown in formula (9). Wherein, i is in the clockwise direction.
[0132] i=E / R=BHv0 / R (9)
[0133] Among them, E represents the induced electromotive force.
[0134] After the coil 120 moves from right to left along the first direction with the mobile device 102 for t time, the induced current i generated by the coil 120 at the tth moment is t As shown in formula (10). t In clockwise direction.
[0135] i t =E t / R=BHv t / R (10)
[0136] Among them, E t Characterizes the induced electromotive force at moment t.
[0137] like Figure 3A As shown, when the coil 120 moves from right to left along the first direction in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet as the mobile device 102 moves, the induced current i generated by the left frame of the coil 120 at time t t左2 As shown in formula (11), when the right frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the first magnet, the induced current i generated by the right frame of the coil 120 at time t is t右1 As shown in formula (12). t左2 is counterclockwise, i t右1 It is counterclockwise.
[0138] i t左2 =E t左2 / R=BHv t / R (11)
[0139] i t右1 =E t右1 / R=BHv t / R (12)
[0140] Among them, E t左2 The induced electromotive force E generated by the left frame of the coil 120 at time t when the left frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet. t右1 The induced electromotive force generated by the right frame of the coil 120 at time t when the right frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the first magnet.
[0141] The entire coil 120 generates an induced current i at time t t for i t左2 with i t右1 The induced current i generated by the entire coil 120 at time t t As shown in formula (13). t It is counterclockwise.
[0142] i t =2BHv t / R (13)
[0143] like Figure 3A As shown, when the coil 120 moves from right to left along the first direction in the magnetic field generated by the third magnet as the mobile device 102 moves, the induced current i generated by the left frame of the coil 120 at time t t左3 As shown in formula (14). When the right frame of the coil moves in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet, the induced current i generated by the right frame of the coil at time t is t右2 As shown in formula (14). t左3In clockwise direction, i t右2 In clockwise direction.
[0144] i t左3 =E 左3 / R=BHv t / R (14)
[0145] i t右2 =E 右2 / R=BHv t / R (15)
[0146] Among them, E t左3 The induced electromotive force E generated by the left frame of the coil 120 at time t when the left frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the third magnet. t右2 The induced electromotive force generated by the right frame of the coil 120 at time t when the right frame of the coil 120 moves in the magnetic field generated by the second magnet.
[0147] The entire coil 120 generates an induced current i at time t t for i t左3 with i t右2 The induced current i generated by the entire coil 120 at time t t As shown in formula (16). t In clockwise direction.
[0148] i t =2BHv t / R (16)
[0149] Figure 3A When the mobile device 102 moves along the first direction of the road 101, the coil 120 generates an induced current as shown in FIG. Figure 8 shown.
[0150] Figure 8 A schematic diagram showing an induced current generated by a coil when a mobile device moves along a first direction of a road according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0151] like Figure 8 As shown, the horizontal axis is the moving distance s of the coil 120 along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102, and the vertical axis is the induced current i generated by the coil 120 t .
[0152] When the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 for a distance between 0 and s1, the left frame of the coil 120 is Figure 3AThe induced current i generated by the coil 120 can be calculated according to formulas (9)-(10): t Since vt is always decreasing, the induced current i t Gradually decreases. At this time, i t In clockwise direction.
[0153] When the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 for a distance between s1 and s2, the left frame of the coil 120 is Figure 3A The second magnet in the magnetic field generates a magnetic flux line cutting motion. At the same time, the right frame of the coil 120 is Figure 3A The induced current i generated by the coil 120 can be calculated according to formulas (11)-(13): t Since vt is always decreasing, the induced current i t Gradually decreases. At this time, i t It is counterclockwise.
[0154] When the coil 120 moves along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102 for a distance between s2 and s3, the left frame of the coil 120 is Figure 3A The coil 120 cuts the magnetic flux lines in the magnetic field generated by the third magnet in the coil 120. Figure 3A The induced current i generated by the coil 120 can be calculated using formulas (14)-(16): t Since vt is always decreasing, the induced current i t Gradually decreases. At this time, i t In clockwise direction.
[0155] By analogy, at the moment when the left frame of the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the nth magnet, the induced current i generated by the coil 120 is greater than that before the left frame of the coil 120 enters the magnetic field generated by the n-1th magnet. t will continue to decrease gradually. Every time the left side frame of the coil 120 crosses a magnet, the induced current i t Reverse direction once.
[0156] For example, Figure 7 The plurality of magnets and coils 720 in Figure 4A The induced current generated by the coil 120 is as follows: Fig. 9 shown.
[0157] Fig. 9A schematic diagram showing an induced current generated by a coil when a mobile device moves along a first direction of a road according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0158] like Fig. 9 As shown, the horizontal axis is the moving distance s of the coil 120 along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102, and the vertical axis is the induced current i generated by the coil 120 t .
[0159] Fig. 9 The induced current in Figure 8 The variation law of the induced current in is similar to that in Fig. 9 In the embodiment, when the entire coil 120 is in the magnetic field generated by the same magnet, the entire coil 120 will not generate an induced current before the left frame of the coil 120 reaches the magnetic field generated by the next adjacent magnet.
[0160] For example, Figure 7 The plurality of magnets and coils 720 in Fig. 6A The induced current generated by the coil 120 is as follows: Fig.10 shown.
[0161] Fig.10 A schematic diagram showing an induced current generated by a coil when a mobile device moves along a first direction of a road according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0162] like Fig.10 As shown, the horizontal axis is the moving distance s of the coil 120 along the first direction of the road 101 with the mobile device 102, and the vertical axis is the induced current i generated by the coil 120 t .
[0163] exist Fig.10 In the example, as the mobile device 102 moves along the first direction of the road 101, the induced current F generated by the coil 120 gradually decreases, and the induced current i increases with each time the left frame of the coil 120 crosses a magnet. t Reverse direction once.
[0164] Fig.11 A schematic structural diagram of an electric energy recovery system according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is shown.
[0165] like Fig.11 As shown, the electric energy recovery system 1100 may include a plurality of magnets, a coil 1120 , an electric energy storage unit 1130 , a control circuit 1140 , and a deceleration reminder unit 1150 .
[0166] The control circuit 1140 may be electrically connected to the coil 1120. The control circuit 1140 may be configured to generate a control signal based on the induced current.
[0167] The deceleration reminder unit 1150 may be electrically connected to the output terminal of the control circuit 1140. The deceleration reminder unit 1150 may be configured to generate reminder information according to the control signal, wherein the reminder information is used to indicate that the mobile device is passing through an electromagnetic deceleration section.
[0168] The deceleration reminder unit 1150 may also be configured to voice broadcast reminder information.
[0169] For example, the deceleration reminder unit 1150 may be a dashboard or a central control display unit of the mobile device itself.
[0170] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the deceleration reminder unit of the mobile device itself is used to remind the driver and passengers that they are currently passing through an electromagnetic deceleration section and need to slow down. Based on the reminder, the driver can take active deceleration measures to achieve a double deceleration effect.
[0171] The control circuit 1140 may be connected in series between the energy storage unit 1130 and the coil 1120. The control circuit 1140 may also be configured to rectify the induced current to obtain a target induced current and transmit the target induced current to the energy storage unit 1130 so that the energy storage unit 1130 stores the target induced current.
[0172] According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, by using the control circuit 1140 to rectify the induced current to obtain the target induced current, a relatively stable target induced current can be obtained to avoid the damage of the energy storage unit 1130 due to storing the induced current with large fluctuations, thereby ensuring that the energy storage unit 1130 can safely store the target induced current.
[0173] It should be noted that in Figure 3A , Figure 4A , Fig. 6A In the example, since the mobile device performs a deceleration motion with a gradually decreasing acceleration, the force generated by the coil decreases smoothly as the mobile device moves along the first direction of the road. In practical applications, the decreasing trend is a gradual curve. Similarly, the induced current generated by the coil decreases smoothly as the mobile device moves along the first direction of the road. In practical applications, the decreasing trend is a gradual curve. For simplicity, Figure 3B , Figure 4B , Figure 6B In the figure, the straight line schematically shows the trend of the force decreasing smoothly. Figure 8 , Fig. 9 and Fig.10 In FIG. 1 , a straight line is used to schematically illustrate the trend of a smooth decrease in the induced current.
