Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a self-clamping packaging bag. Background Art

[0002] With the gradual development of e-commerce and express delivery industries, more and more goods are transported to all parts of the world through packaging. The demand for packaging materials is increasing, and the requirements for the wrapping and protective effects of packaging materials are also getting higher and higher.

[0003] Packaging materials such as boxes, bags, and fillable cushioning materials play different roles in the packaging and transportation process. Carton packaging materials are widely used, mainly for the outer packaging of goods. This material can well protect the goods inside the packaging box, but due to its own weight and the defects of the material itself that it is easy to deform, it cannot play a good cushioning role. Plastic foam materials are also widely used. They can be made into specific sizes and structures according to the shape of the packaged objects. However, due to the non-degradability of the material and the large size, it is difficult to store and difficult to handle after use.

[0004] The packaging bag is a packaging material with good cushioning and protection effects. After being filled with gas, the packaging bag can be wrapped around the outside of the object to be packaged to play a good cushioning role. In particular, the volume of the inflatable packaging bag is very small when not inflated, but it can play a good protective role after being inflated, and it can also be deflated after use, so it is easy to carry and use.

[0005] The inflatable packaging bags of the prior art also have at least one of the following defects: First, the wrapping and clamping properties of the packaging bags need to be matched with the packaging box. In other words, the packaging bags and the articles do not fit well. In addition, the packaging bags of the prior art can only achieve the clamping effect by using a clamping structure or a packaging box. [0033] Referring to the drawings of this application specification Figures 1 to 4 As shown, a self-holding packaging bag according to the first preferred embodiment of the present application is explained in the following description. The self-holding packaging bag comprises at least two airbag arms 10, and at least one storage space 101 and at least one buffer groove 102 are formed between the at least two airbag arms 10, wherein the storage space 101 and the buffer groove 102 are opposite to each other, and the storage space 101 and the buffer groove 102 are separated by the at least two airbag arms 10, and the opening directions are opposite.

[0034] The objects to be packaged can be placed in the storage space 101 formed by the airbag arms 10, and when the objects to be packaged are placed in the storage space 101, the objects to be packaged press the buffer groove 102 downward in the storage space 101, and the airbag arms 10 on both sides press the objects to be packaged inward, that is, the objects to be packaged are clamped by the airbag arms 10.

[0035] It is worth mentioning that in the preferred embodiment of the present application, the airbag arms 10 are inflatable airbag structures, and when the objects to be packaged are clamped by the airbag arms 10, the airbag arms 10 protect and cushion the objects to be packaged inside. It is understandable that the objects to be packaged are clamped between the airbag arms 10, which can prevent the objects to be packaged from slipping out of the storage space 101.

[0036] As an example, in this preferred embodiment of the present application, the number of the airbag arms 10 of the self-clamping packaging bag is two, including a first airbag arm 11 and a second airbag arm 12, wherein the storage space 101 and the buffer groove 102 are formed between the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12, and the storage space 101 and the buffer groove 102 are arranged opposite to each other. Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the present application, the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12 are connected symmetrically.

[0037] The first airbag arm 11 includes a first airbag unit 111, a second airbag unit 112 and a third airbag unit 113 connected in sequence, and the second airbag arm 12 includes a fourth airbag unit 121, a fifth airbag unit 122 and a sixth airbag unit 123 connected in sequence, wherein the first airbag unit 111, the second airbag unit 112 and the third airbag unit 113 are connected end to end to form a triangular annular airbag support structure; the fourth airbag unit 121, the fifth airbag unit 122 and the sixth airbag unit 123 of the second airbag arm 12 are connected end to end to form another triangular annular airbag support structure. That is, outside the storage space 101 are two triangular annular airbag support structures formed by the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12. It is understandable that the triangular annular airbag structure can not only provide stable support, but also because the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12 are airbag structures, the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12 can provide better cushioning and protection.

[0038] The first airbag arm 11 is further provided with a first buffer cavity 110, wherein the first airbag unit 111, the second airbag unit 112 and the third airbag unit 113 of the first airbag arm 11 are arranged outside the first buffer cavity 110. It can be understood that the first buffer cavity 110 of the first airbag arm 11 is separated from the storage space 101 by the third airbag unit 113 of the first airbag arm 11, and the first buffer cavity 110 is located outside the storage space 101. The first buffer cavity 110 can provide buffering and protection for the objects to be packaged in the storage space 101. The second airbag arm 12 is further provided with a second buffer cavity 120, wherein the fourth airbag unit 121, the fifth airbag unit 122 and the sixth airbag unit 123 of the second airbag arm 12 are arranged outside the second buffer cavity 120. It can be understood that the second buffer cavity 120 of the second airbag arm 12 is separated from the storage space 101 by the sixth airbag unit 123 of the second airbag arm 12, and the second buffer cavity 120 is located outside the storage space 101. The second buffer cavity 120 can provide buffering and protection for the objects to be packaged in the storage space 101.

[0039] It is worth mentioning that the object to be packaged is clamped in the storage space 101 by the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12, and the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12 provide at least double protection and buffering effect for the object to be packaged. The first airbag unit 111 of the first airbag arm 11 and the fourth airbag unit 121 of the second airbag arm 12 form the storage space 101, and the first airbag unit 111 and the fourth airbag unit 121 provide the first protection and buffering effect for the object to be packaged; the second airbag unit 112 of the first airbag arm 11 and the fifth airbag unit 122 of the second airbag arm 12 located outside the storage space 101 provide the first heavy protection and buffering effect for the object to be packaged.

[0040] In detail, the first airbag arm 11 further includes a first connecting end 114, a first supporting end 115 and a first clamping end 116, wherein the first connecting end 114 is located at the connection between the first airbag unit 111 and the third airbag unit 113, the first supporting end 115 is located at the connection between the first airbag unit 111 and the second airbag unit 112, and the first clamping end 116 is located at the connection between the second airbag unit 112 and the third airbag unit 113. It is worth mentioning that the first connecting end 114 of the first airbag arm 11 is located at the inner side of the first supporting end 115 and the first clamping end 116, and the first supporting end 115 is located below the first clamping end 116.

[0041] The second airbag arm 12 further includes a second connection end 124, a second support end 125 and a second clamping end 126, wherein the second connection end 124 is located at the connection between the fourth airbag unit 121 and the sixth airbag unit 123, the second support end 125 is located at the connection between the fourth airbag unit 121 and the fifth airbag unit 122, and the second clamping end 126 is located at the connection between the fifth airbag unit 122 and the sixth airbag unit 123. It is worth mentioning that the second connection end 124 of the second airbag arm 12 is located at the inner side of the second support end 125 and the second clamping end 126, and the second support end 125 is located below the second clamping end 126.

[0042] The first connection end 114 and the second connection end 124 are connected to each other, and the first support end 115 and the second support end 125 are located below and outside the first connection end 114 and the second connection end 124, that is, the first connection end 114 extends downward and outward as a whole to the first support end 115, and the second connection end 124 extends downward and outward as a whole to the second support end 125. When the objects to be packaged are placed in the storage space 101, the first support end 115 and the second support end 125 are supported below the storage space 101.

[0043] It can be understood that in this preferred embodiment of the present application, the storage space 101 is formed between the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag unit 123, and the storage space 101 presents a "V" or "U" shaped spatial structure; the buffer groove 102 is formed between the first airbag unit 111 and the fourth airbag unit 121, and the buffer groove 102 presents a "V" or "U" shaped structure.

[0044] Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the present application, the cross-section of the plane where the first airbag unit 111, the third airbag unit 113, the fourth airbag unit 121 and the sixth airbag unit 123 are located is in an "X"-shaped cross.

[0045] When the self-clamping packaging bag is in an inflated state and no object to be packaged is placed therein, the first connecting end 114 and the second connecting end 124 are connected and are in a suspended state. When the object to be packaged is placed in the storage space 101, the self-weight of the object to be packaged presses the first connecting end 114 and the second connecting end 124 downward, so that the first connecting end 114 and the second connecting end 124 move downward, and the first clamping end 116 and the second clamping end 126 press the object to be packaged inward, so that the object to be packaged is clamped in the storage space 101.

[0046] It is understandable that when the object to be packaged is placed in the storage space 101, the object to be packaged presses the first connection end 114 and the second connection end 124 downward under the action of its own weight. Since the buffer groove 102 makes the unstable V-shaped structure, the first connection end 114 and the second connection end 124 move downward, and the first support end 115 and the second support end 125 move outward. Since the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12 are stable triangular structures, the first clamping end 116 of the first airbag arm 11 and the second clamping end 126 of the second airbag arm 12 clamp the object to be packaged inward.

[0047] It can be understood that the first airbag unit 111 of the first airbag arm 11 and the fourth airbag unit 121 of the second airbag arm 12 are located below the storage space 101, so that the first airbag unit 111 and the fourth airbag unit 121 provide cushioning and protection for the objects to be packaged; the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag unit 123 are clamped on the outside of the objects to be packaged, providing the first level of protection and cushioning for the objects to be packaged; the second airbag unit 112 and the fifth airbag unit 122 are located on the outside of the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag unit 123, providing the second level of protection and cushioning for the objects to be packaged.

[0048] The third airbag unit 113 of the first airbag arm 11 further includes a third airbag upper section 1131 and a third airbag lower section 1132, wherein the third airbag upper section 1131 is located above the third airbag lower section 1132. The sixth airbag unit 123 of the second airbag arm 11 further includes a sixth airbag upper section 1231 and a sixth airbag lower section 1232, wherein the sixth airbag upper section 1231 is located above the sixth airbag lower section 1232.

[0049] Preferably, the third airbag upper section 1131 and the third airbag lower section 1132 of the third airbag unit 113 are an integral structure, and the third airbag upper section 1131 and / or the third airbag lower section 1132 can extend inwardly or outwardly; the sixth airbag upper section 1231 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232 of the sixth airbag unit 123 are an integral structure, and the sixth airbag upper section 1231 and / or the sixth airbag lower section 1132 can extend inwardly or outwardly. Therefore, when the objects to be packaged are placed in the storage space 101, the objects to be packaged squeeze the third airbag lower section 1132 of the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232 of the sixth airbag unit 123 under the action of their own neutral force, and the third airbag lower section 1132 of the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232 of the sixth airbag unit 123 cushion the bottom of the objects to be packaged, so that the first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12 provide double protection and cushioning for the objects to be packaged below.

[0050] It can be understood that the objects to be packaged are pressed above the third airbag lower section 1132 of the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232 of the sixth airbag unit 123, and the third airbag lower section 1132 of the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232 of the sixth airbag unit 123 provide support for the objects to be packaged, and increase the ground contact area of the storage space 101, thereby increasing the stability of object storage.

[0051] It is worth mentioning that the third airbag lower section 1132 of the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232 of the sixth airbag unit 123 are squeezed by the objects to be packed to be folded toward the first buffer cavity 110 and the second buffer cavity 120, and the third airbag upper section 1131 of the third airbag unit 113 and the sixth airbag upper section 123 of the sixth airbag unit 123 further squeeze the objects to be packed toward the storage space 101, so that the objects to be packed are clamped in the storage space 101 by the third airbag upper section 1131 of the third airbag unit 113 of the first airbag arm 11 and the sixth airbag upper section 1231 of the sixth airbag unit 123 of the second airbag arm 12.

[0052] It should be noted that when the object to be packaged squeezes the third airbag lower section 1132 of the first airbag arm 11 and folds it outward, the third airbag upper section 1131, the second airbag unit 112 and the first airbag unit 111 still form a triangular support structure to provide stable support for the object to be packaged inside. Similarly, when the object to be packaged squeezes the sixth airbag lower section 1232 of the second airbag arm 12 and folds it outward, the sixth airbag upper section 1231, the fifth airbag unit 122 and the fourth airbag unit 121 still form a triangular support structure to provide stable support for the object to be packaged inside.

[0053] When the object to be packaged is placed in the storage space 101, the object to be packaged presses the third airbag lower section 1132 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232, so that the third airbag lower section 1132 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232 are cushioned under the object to be packaged, providing support and cushioning for the object to be packaged. It can be understood that when the object to be packaged presses the third airbag lower section 1132 and the sixth airbag lower section 1232 to fold outward, the third airbag upper section 1131 and the sixth airbag upper section 1231 press inward, especially the second clamping end 116 and the second clamping end 126 press the object to be packaged inward, so that the object to be packaged is tightly clamped in the storage space 101 by the first clamping arm 11 and the second clamping arm 12.

[0054] Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the present application, the length of the third airbag upper section 1131 of the third airbag unit 113 is greater than the length of the third airbag lower section 1132; the length of the sixth airbag upper section 1231 of the sixth airbag unit 123 is greater than the length of the sixth airbag lower section 1232.

[0055] The first airbag arm 11 further includes at least one first transition airbag unit 117, wherein the first transition airbag unit 117 is located between the second airbag unit 112 and the third airbag unit 113, and is used to connect the second airbag unit 112 and the third airbag unit 113, and the first transition airbag unit 117 is a short air column, which can facilitate the turning or folding of the second airbag unit 112 and the third airbag unit 113. The second airbag arm 12 further includes at least one second transition airbag unit 127, wherein the second transition airbag unit 127 is located between the fifth airbag unit 122 and the sixth airbag unit 123, and is used to connect the fifth airbag unit 122 and the sixth airbag unit 123, and the second transition airbag unit 127 is a short air column, which can facilitate the turning or folding of the fifth airbag unit 122 and the sixth airbag unit 123.

[0056] It can be understood that in other optional implementations of the present application, the first transition airbag unit 117 of the first airbag arm 11 can also be formed at other positions, such as between the first airbag unit 111 and the second airbag unit 112 .

[0057] It should be noted that, in this preferred embodiment of the present application, the lengths of the first transition airbag unit 117 and the second transition airbag unit 127 are relatively short, that is, the first transition airbag unit 117 and the second transition airbag unit 127 are airbag structures formed by short air columns. Therefore, when the storage space 101 is filled with objects to be packaged, the first transition airbag unit 117 and the second transition airbag unit 127 can move inward or outward. For example, when the weight of the objects to be packaged is relatively large, the first transition airbag unit 117 and the second transition airbag unit 127 turn inward. The first transition airbag unit 117 is located at the upper end of the third airbag unit 113, and the second transition airbag unit 127 is located at the upper end of the sixth airbag unit 123. The first transition airbag unit 113 and the second transition airbag unit 123 squeeze the objects to be packaged inward, and the objects to be packaged are clamped in the storage space 101 by the first transition airbag unit 117 and the second transition airbag unit 127.

[0058] Preferably, in this preferred embodiment of the present application, the self-holding packaging bag is an integrated inflatable packaging bag, wherein the third airbag unit 113 of the first airbag arm 11 extends integrally from the sixth airbag unit 123 of the second airbag arm 12. The first airbag arm 11 and the second airbag arm 12 of the self-holding packaging bag form each airbag unit by heat sealing.

[0059] The self-holding packaging bag comprises at least two airbag films 20 and a heat-sealing group 30 formed on the at least two airbag films 20, wherein the at least two airbag films 20 are heat-sealed to form the airbag arm 10 and each airbag unit of the airbag arm 10.
