[0002] With the development of electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles, motors are increasingly being used. Motors can be generators or drive motors. In some scenarios, the same motor can be used as different types of motors at different times. For example, the motor in an electric vehicle is used as a drive motor to drive the vehicle forward during normal driving, but during braking or deceleration, the inertia of the vehicle drives the motor's rotor to rotate, causing the motor to generate electricity and be used as a generator.

The main structure of a three-phase motor includes a stator part and a rotor part, wherein the stator part is provided with three stator windings, and each stator winding is connected to the outside through a terminal. [0023] The specific implementation of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In each of the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals are used to represent the same or similar components, and their repeated description is omitted for simplicity.
[0024] Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the stator terminal and the client connection terminal of a three-phase motor in the prior art. The three-phase motor includes a stator 10 and a rotor (not shown), and the stator 10 is, for example, arranged to surround the rotor. The stator 10 is provided with three stator windings, and each stator winding is provided with a terminal for connecting to the outside. Figure 1As shown, the stator 10 includes three terminals 11, 12 and 13, which are used to connect the stator of the motor to a client, such as an inverter or other input / output device, so as to provide power input and / or output for the motor. The terminals 11, 12 and 13 can correspond to the U, V, and W terminals of three-phase alternating current respectively, and the voltage can be the voltage commonly used by automobile motors, such as 336V, 384V, etc. The motor can also use other connection methods and other voltages, which are not limited by the present invention.
[0025] The connection terminals 11, 12 and 13 are usually arranged on two annular end surfaces of the stator near the outer circumference, so that they can be easily connected to the outside. Figure 1 The figure shows a connection head 20 (also called busbar) of a client to be connected to the stator 10, which includes three connection terminals 21, 22 and 23. Figure 1 As shown, the three connection terminals 21, 22 and 23 are of the same size and shape and are arranged at equal intervals in the same plane. In order to make the stator connection terminals 11, 12 and 13 easily connect to the client connector 20, the connection terminals 11, 12 and 13 can be arranged at the same height on the annular end face of the stator (that is, the connection terminals 11, 12 and 13 and the external connection parts are at the same height from the stator end face where they are located, or the three connection terminals are coplanar with the external connection parts and the plane where they are located is parallel to the annular end face of the stator), and the connection terminals 11, 12 and 13 are arranged to be roughly in a straight line.
[0026] The stator terminals 11, 12 and 13 are usually made of conductive metal (such as copper) and can be fixed to the stator in various ways, such as directly fixed to the stator by bolts, welding, mortise and tenon joints, etc., or fixed to the stator in a similar way through other intermediate parts, gaskets, etc. The terminals 11, 12 and 13 may be provided with connecting holes, and in order to improve the stability of the fixation, these connecting holes may be circular. The connecting terminals 21, 22 and 23 of the connector 20 are also made of conductive metal (such as copper), and are generally provided with connecting holes. In order to better overcome the errors of the stator terminals caused by manufacturing or to be compatible with terminals with slight differences in design and to improve the connection success rate, the connecting holes of the connecting terminals 21, 22 and 23 can be set to a runway shape (such as Figure 1 As shown) and is slightly larger in size than the connection holes on the connection terminals 11, 12 and 13.
[0027] Even with the above design, it is still difficult to directly connect the stator terminal to the client connector for existing automobile motors in many cases. This is mainly because the client connector does not match the direction of the stator terminal. Figure 1As shown, the connection terminals 21, 22 and 23 of the connector 20 are at an angle to the overall direction of the stator terminals 11, 12 and 13, so the two cannot be directly connected. In order to match the direction of the client's connector with the stator's terminal, it can be achieved by changing the overall direction of the client, but this requires setting up more space in the car or changing the overall layout of existing components, which has high design requirements or is difficult to achieve; or it can also be achieved by changing the design of the stator terminals 11, 12 and 13 or the connection terminals 21, 22 and 23 of the connector 20, but this requires changes to the existing motor structure and client, which is costly and difficult to be compatible with existing components and production lines.
[0028] Based on the above considerations, the present invention proposes a high-voltage adapter for a three-phase motor, which can conveniently connect the stator terminal and the client connector without modifying the design of the existing motor, client or vehicle.
[0029] Figure 2 is a perspective view of a high voltage adapter 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 Another angle view of the high voltage adapter 100 is shown. Figure 2 As shown, the high voltage adapter 100 for a three-phase motor includes: a support plate 110; a first external high voltage terminal 131, a second external high voltage terminal 132, and a third external high voltage terminal 133 located on a first side of the support plate 110; and a first internal high voltage terminal 121, a second internal high voltage terminal 122, and a third internal high voltage terminal 123 located on a second side of the support plate 110. The first internal high voltage terminal 121 is electrically connected to the first external high voltage terminal 131, the second internal high voltage terminal 122 is electrically connected to the second external high voltage terminal 132, and the third internal high voltage terminal 123 is electrically connected to the third external high voltage terminal 133, and the first internal high voltage terminal 121, the second internal high voltage terminal 122, and the third internal high voltage terminal 123 are electrically insulated from each other. The first internal high voltage terminal 121, the second internal high voltage terminal 122, and the third internal high voltage terminal 123 are used to connect to three connection terminals of the stator of the three-phase motor, and the first external high voltage terminal 131, the second external high voltage terminal 132, and the third external high voltage terminal 133 are used to connect to the outside of the three-phase motor, for example, to a client such as an inverter.
[0030] The support plate 110 is made of an insulating material such as plastic, for example, and is integrally formed by injection molding. The first side of the support plate 110 is, for example, a side of the support plate 110 away from the stator, and the second side is, for example, a side of the support plate 110 close to the stator. The first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122, the third internal high-voltage terminal 123, the first external high-voltage terminal 131, the second external high-voltage terminal 132, and the third external high-voltage terminal 133 are made of conductive metal (for example, copper). The first internal high-voltage terminal 121 is electrically connected to the first external high-voltage terminal 131 through a conductive connecting portion. In one embodiment, the connecting portion and the high-voltage terminals at both ends thereof can be formed by a metal plate by stamping or the like. In another embodiment, the connecting portion and the high-voltage terminals at both ends thereof can be formed separately and connected by means of clamping, welding, or the like. The electrical connection between the second internal high-voltage terminal 122 and the second external high-voltage terminal 132 and the electrical connection between the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 and the third external high-voltage terminal 133 can be formed in a similar manner.
[0031] The connection between each internal high-voltage terminal and its corresponding external high-voltage terminal (for example, the first internal high-voltage terminal 121 and the first external high-voltage terminal 131) may include multiple parts, which are wrapped by at least a portion of the support plate 110 or fit with at least a portion of the support plate 110 to obtain support from the support plate 110. Each internal high-voltage terminal, its corresponding external high-voltage terminal and the connection between the two form a conductive circuit. In the present invention, the high-voltage adapter 100 includes three internal high-voltage terminals and three external high-voltage terminals, and thus includes three conductive circuits. In order to ensure insulation between different circuits, the parts of the connection between each internal high-voltage terminal and its corresponding external high-voltage terminal are separated by at least a portion of the insulating support plate 110.
[0032] In order to more conveniently connect with the client connector, considering that the connection terminals of most client connectors are designed to be equidistant and coplanar (e.g. Figure 1In one embodiment, the first external high-voltage terminal 131, the second external high-voltage terminal 132 and the third external high-voltage terminal 133 are arranged to be coplanar, for example, located in a first plane. In the case where the surface of one side (i.e., the first side away from the stator, sometimes also referred to as the upper side) of the support plate 110 on which the three external high-voltage terminals are arranged is basically a plane, the first plane may be the plane on which most of the side surface of the support plate 110 is located. In actual situations, since the external high-voltage terminals have a certain thickness, when describing that the three external high-voltage terminals are located in the first plane, it may refer to that the lower surfaces of the three external high-voltage terminals are located in the first plane. In other embodiments, a part or the whole of the three external high-voltage terminals may also be arranged to be lower than the first plane by setting grooves. In this case, when describing that the three external high-voltage terminals are located in the first plane, it may refer to that the middle section or upper surface of the three external high-voltage terminals is located in the first plane.
[0033] In one embodiment, the first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122 and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 of the high-voltage adapter 100 may also adopt a coplanar design to make it easier to connect to the wiring terminals of the stator. In this case, the first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122 and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 may be located in the second plane. Similar to the first plane, on one side of the support plate 110 where the three internal high-voltage terminals are arranged, that is, the second side close to the stator, the second plane may be the plane where most of the side surface of the support plate 110 is located. The second plane may be parallel to the first plane or may be at a certain angle to the first surface. In one embodiment, the first plane may be parallel to the circular end face of the stator 10. In this case, when Figure 1 The insertion angle of the connector 20 shown is parallel to the annular end surface of the stator 10, that is, when the plane where the connecting terminals 21, 22 and 23 are located is parallel to the annular end surface of the stator 10, the second plane is parallel to the first plane, and when the insertion angle of the connector 20 is not parallel to the annular end surface of the stator 10, the second surface forms a certain angle with the first surface. In one embodiment, the angle formed by the second surface and the first surface is 0 to 20°.
[0034] The first internal high voltage terminal 121, the second internal high voltage terminal 122 and the third internal high voltage terminal 123 may be provided with connection holes so as to be connected with the Figure 1 The connection terminals 11, 12 and 13 of the stator 10 are shown to be connected. The connection can be achieved by bolts or other connection methods, and the present invention is not limited to this. Similarly, the first external high-voltage terminal 131, the second external high-voltage terminal 132 and the third external high-voltage terminal 133 can also be provided with connection holes so as to connect with the Figure 1 The connection terminals 21, 22 and 23 of the connection head 20 are shown to be connected.
[0035] The connection holes of the first external high-voltage terminal 131, the second external high-voltage terminal 132, and the third external high-voltage terminal 133 can be designed in a colinear manner, that is, the center line of the connection holes of the first external high-voltage terminal 131, the second external high-voltage terminal 132, and the third external high-voltage terminal 133 is located on a first straight line. In this way, the three external high-voltage terminals can be conveniently connected to, for example, Figure 1 The connector 20 shown. The center lines of the connection holes of the first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122, and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 can be designed in a collinear manner or in a non-collinear manner. In one embodiment, the center lines of the connection holes of the first internal high-voltage terminal 121 and the second internal high-voltage terminal 122 are located on the second straight line, and the center lines of the connection holes of the second internal high-voltage terminal 122 and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 are located on the third straight line. In one embodiment, the first straight line and the second straight line can be arranged so that the projection of the first straight line and the second straight line on the first plane form a first angle, and the first angle is 45° to 60°. In one embodiment, the first angle is 50° to 55°. In one embodiment, the first angle is 53.5°. In one embodiment, the third straight line can be arranged so that it forms a second angle with the second straight line, and the second angle is 0 to 15°. In one embodiment, the second angle is 12° to 15°. In one embodiment, the second angle is 10.5°.
[0036] The first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122, and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 may be designed to be coplanar or non-coplanar. For example, when the connection terminals 11, 12, and 13 of the stator 10 to which the high-voltage adapter 100 is to be connected are designed to be coplanar, the first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122, and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 may be designed to be coplanar so that the high-voltage adapter 100 can be better connected to the stator. In one embodiment, even when the connection terminals 11, 12, and 13 are not designed to be coplanar, but the height difference relative to the annular end surface of the stator is not large, the first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122, and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 may be designed to be coplanar so as to be compatible with more stators. Various different designs may also be adopted based on various other situations, and the present invention is not limited to this.
[0037] Figure 4 FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a conductive circuit in a high voltage adapter 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4As shown, in this embodiment, the high voltage adapter 100 includes three conductive lines, which are respectively formed between three internal high voltage terminals and three external high voltage terminals. Specifically, the first internal high voltage terminal 121 is connected to the first external high voltage terminal 131 through the first connection part 141, the second connection part 142 and the third connection part 143, the second internal high voltage terminal 122 is connected to the second external high voltage terminal 132 through the fourth connection part 144, the fifth connection part 145 and the sixth connection part 146, and the third internal high voltage terminal 123 is connected to the third external high voltage terminal 133 through the seventh connection part 147, the eighth connection part 148 and the ninth connection part 149. The first to ninth connection parts 141-149 are made of conductive materials (such as copper).
[0038] To simplify, combine Figure 4 In the description, the three external high-voltage terminals 131-133 are located on the upper side relative to the three internal high-voltage terminals 121-123, and the three internal high-voltage terminals 121-123 are located on the lower side, and the up and down direction becomes the vertical direction, and the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction becomes the horizontal direction. In one embodiment, the first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the first connection part 141, the second connection part 142, the third connection part 143 and the first external high-voltage terminal 131 constitute a first conductive circuit. The first connection part 141 is connected to the first internal high-voltage terminal 121 and can extend the first conductive circuit in the vertical direction, the second connection part 142 is connected to the first connection part 141 and can extend the first conductive circuit in the horizontal direction, the third connection part 143 is connected to the second connection part 142 and can extend the first conductive circuit in the vertical direction, and the first external high-voltage terminal 131 is connected to the third connection part 143. The first conductive part 141 and / or its connection part with the first internal high-voltage terminal 121 can adopt a smooth design to save materials and / or improve the mechanical properties or insulation of each part. In one embodiment, the first conductive circuit may not include the third connection part 143.
[0039] The second and third conductive lines can be arranged similarly or differently from the first conductive line. Based on the routing directions of the first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122, and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123, each connection portion can be arranged in different directions. In one embodiment, the fourth connection portion 144 is connected to the second internal high-voltage terminal 122 and can extend the second conductive line in the vertical direction, the fifth connection portion 145 is connected to the fourth connection portion 144 and can extend the second conductive line in the horizontal direction, the sixth connection portion 146 is connected to the fifth connection portion 145 and can extend the second conductive line in the vertical direction, and the second external high-voltage terminal 132 is connected to the sixth connection portion 146. In one embodiment, the seventh connection portion 147 is connected to the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 and can extend the third conductive line in the vertical direction, the eighth connection portion 148 is connected to the seventh connection portion 147 and can extend the third conductive line in the horizontal direction, the ninth connection portion 149 is connected to the eighth connection portion 148 and can extend the third conductive line in another horizontal direction, and the third external high-voltage terminal 133 is connected to the ninth connection portion 149.
[0040] In one embodiment, the width of each connection portion (the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the routing direction) can be set to be greater than or equal to the width of the corresponding internal high-voltage terminal to reduce resistance and enable each conductive circuit to withstand a larger current. For example, the width of the first connection portion 141, the second connection portion 142, and the third connection portion 143 can be greater than or equal to the width of the first internal high-voltage terminal 121 (also the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the routing direction), so that the current that the high-voltage adapter 100 can withstand will not be reduced due to the width of the intermediate connection portion being too small. The width of each internal high-voltage terminal and the external high-voltage terminal also needs to ensure that the current it withstands is greater than the preset standard. In one embodiment, the width of each external high-voltage terminal can be set to be greater than the width of each internal high-voltage terminal.
[0041] In one embodiment, the following factors may be considered to set the wiring direction of each connection part: to facilitate connection with the stator and the client, for example, to facilitate connection with the stator and the client. Figure 1 The connection terminals 11, 12, 13 of the stator 10 and the connection terminals 21, 22 and 22 of the client interface 20 are shown to be connected; the length is reduced to reduce the resistance; each connection portion is kept at a certain distance as much as possible to maintain the insulation of each conductive line and avoid breakdown; etc. In one embodiment, the first connection portion 141, the second connection portion 142, the third connection portion 143, the fourth connection portion 144, the sixth connection portion 146 and the seventh connection portion 147 are substantially perpendicular to the first plane or the second plane, and the fifth connection portion 145, the eighth connection portion 148 and the ninth connection portion 149 are substantially parallel to the first plane or the second plane. The routing direction of each internal high-voltage terminal and each external high-voltage terminal can be set based on similar considerations.
[0042] In order to better ensure the insulation of each conductive line, each internal high-voltage terminal, each external high-voltage terminal and each connection part can be separated by the insulating material of the support plate 110. In one embodiment, the first to ninth connection parts 141-149 are wrapped by at least a part of the support plate or are attached to at least a part of the support plate, and are separated by at least a part of the support plate in any straight line direction parallel to the first plane in the support plate.
[0043] In addition, by setting the distance between each internal high-voltage terminal, each external high-voltage terminal and each connection part, the insulation between each conductive line can also be ensured. In one embodiment, the minimum distance between the first internal high-voltage terminal 121, the second internal high-voltage terminal 122 and the third internal high-voltage terminal 123 and the minimum distance between the first external high-voltage terminal 131, the second external high-voltage terminal 132 and the third external high-voltage terminal 133 are all greater than or equal to 6 mm. In one embodiment, the minimum distance between the projection of one of the first to third connection parts 141-143 and one of the fourth to sixth connection parts 144-146 on the first plane is greater than or equal to 6 mm, and the minimum distance between the projection of one of the fourth to sixth connection parts 144-146 and one of the seventh to ninth connection parts 147-149 on the first plane is greater than or equal to 6 mm.
[0044] In the high voltage adapter 100 of the present invention, the support plate 110 is made of an insulating material. The insulating material is, for example, various common plastics, or other materials, as long as it meets the insulation requirements of the high voltage adapter 100. The support plate 110 is, for example, formed by injection molding. In one embodiment, in order to better meet the insulation and other performance requirements, the support plate can be integrally formed.
[0045] Figure 5 FIG. 1 is a partial installation diagram of a high voltage adapter 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 5As shown, the high-voltage adapter 100 is connected to the stator of the motor, and a vent valve 30 is usually provided on the radially outer side of the stator. In the case where the high-voltage adapter 100 is not provided, the cooling medium (e.g., oil and gas) in the motor will be directly sprayed into the vent valve 30, wetting the ventilation cotton provided therein, thereby causing the vent valve 30 to be unable to ventilate normally. In the present invention, the support plate 110 of the high-voltage adapter 100 is provided at a position corresponding to the vent valve 30, for example, at a position directly opposite to the ventilation hole of the vent valve 30, and at a certain distance from the opening of the vent valve 30, so that normal ventilation can be achieved through the gap between the support plate 110 and the vent valve 30, and the cooling medium (e.g., oil and gas) in the motor will not be directly sprayed into the vent valve 30 due to the obstruction of the support plate 110, so that the ventilation effect will not be affected by wetting the ventilation cotton in the vent valve 30. In order to achieve the above effect, at least a portion of the support plate 110 is located in the extension direction of the opening of the vent valve 30. In one embodiment, the support plate 110 and other components are located in the extension direction of the opening of the vent valve 30, and the size of the blocking portion is greater than or equal to the size of the opening of the vent valve 30. In one embodiment, the distance between the support plate 110 and the opening of the vent valve 30 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the opening of the vent valve 30.
