Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a material recycling system and recycling method, and in particular to a recycling system and recycling method for recycling a layered structure bonded by a cured adhesive. Background Art
[0002] In the global wave of renewable energy, solar power generation has become one of the main renewable energy sources used in various countries. However, solar modules have a certain service life. When the solar cell module loses its power generation function, its self-generation system must be dismantled, resulting in an increasing number of discarded solar cell modules. How to recycle these discarded solar cell modules has become an important industry issue.
[0003] Solar modules are generally composed of key components such as the outer frame, glass cover, photovoltaic panels, adhesive materials, backplane, and junction box. Since the warranty period of solar modules is required to be as long as 25 years, the photovoltaic panels will be firmly fixed between the glass cover and the backplane by adhesive materials. Therefore, in the process of recycling solar cell modules, how to completely separate the glass cover, photovoltaic panels and the backplane becomes the biggest challenge. Since the backplane is usually made of fluorine-containing materials, direct incineration is very environmentally unfriendly and is not an acceptable treatment method at this stage.
[0004] At present, the mainstream method for disassembling the glass cover and the back plate of the solar cell module is mechanical peeling or scraping. However, this method is prone to cause the glass cover to break, and in order to deal with the breakage of the glass cover, different improvement methods must be derived. In addition, the aforementioned recycling methods can usually only disassemble and recycle single solar modules one by one, and cannot simultaneously recycle a large number of solar cell modules. Similarly, the recycling of other types of layered structures bonded with cured adhesives will also have the same problem.

The plate-like material is still attached to a lot of molten salt, which directly solidifies on the surface of the plate-like material after cooling, resulting in difficulty in handling, thereby reducing the efficiency and yield of recovering complete plate-like materials, and there is room for further improvement. The liquid level sensors 72 are optical liquid level sensors, but other types of liquid level sensors may be used in practice, such as but not limited to float type liquid level sensors, electrical liquid level sensors that sense impedance changes, acoustic wave type liquid level sensors, and radar wave type liquid level sensors.
[0053] The controller 74 also signals the covers 32 , the heating device 61 , the heat-insulating devices 62 , the delivery pipes 52 and the pump equipment 53 , and can be used to control the operation of the covers 32 , the transfer device 42 , the heating device 61 , the heat-insulating devices 62 , the delivery pipes 52 and the pump equipment 53 .
[0054] The controller 74 has a built-in recycling program. When the recycling program is activated, the controller 74 controls the transfer devices 42 to transfer the holders 41 containing the plurality of layered structures 900 and place them in the recycling spaces 310, and controls the heating device 61 to heat the molten salt 910 in the molten salt container 51 to the predetermined melting temperature. When the transfer device 42 places the holder 41 in the recycling space 310, the recycling space 310 is still empty and has not yet been filled with molten salt 910, or only a small amount of molten salt 910 that has not been completely discharged remains in the recycling space 310, and the liquid level is not high enough to soak the bottom of the layered structure 900. When the controller 74 determines that the temperature of the molten salt 910 measured by the first temperature sensor 71 has reached the predetermined melting temperature, the controller 74 controls the delivery pipes 52 of the pump device 53 to connect the molten salt container 51 and the tanks 31, and starts to inject the molten salt 910 into the recycling processing space 310 where the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 have been placed. The controller 74 analyzes the liquid level measured by each liquid level sensor 72, and when it is determined that the liquid level has reached a predetermined high water level, controls the delivery pipe 52 of the corresponding pump device 53 to close, and controls the cover 32 of the corresponding tank device 3 to close to cover the recycling processing space 310, so as to reduce heat dissipation, and starts to count a predetermined processing time. The predetermined processing time is, for example, but not limited to, 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 1 hour.
[0055] When the controller 74 starts timing the predetermined processing time, the temperature sensors 73 respectively sense the temperatures of the molten salt 910 in the tanks 31, and respectively control the operation of the insulation devices 62, so that the insulation devices 62 respectively heat the molten salt 910 in the tanks 31 to maintain the molten salt 910 at the predetermined insulation temperature.
[0056] After the predetermined processing time of each tank body 31 is over, the controller 74 controls the activation of the pump devices 53 to pump the molten salt 910 in the recycling processing space 310 back to the molten salt container 51; at this time, the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 are still located in the tank body 31. When it is determined that the liquid level measured by the liquid level sensors 72 drops to a predetermined low water level, the controller 74 controls the closure of the pump devices 53, the opening of the covers 32, and the transfer devices 42 to move the mounting devices 41 together with the layered structure 900 out of the recycling processing space 310, thereby completing the recycling processing procedure.
[0057] In this embodiment, two tank devices 3 and two transfer devices 4 are used as an example for explanation, but the implementation is not limited to this number. The number of the tank devices 3 and the transfer devices 4 can be increased or decreased according to demand, and the minimum number is one.
[0058] In the other embodiments described below, since the structures, connection relationships and functions of the components included in the recycling system 200 are mostly the same or similar to those of the first embodiment, in the following description and drawings, the components with the same structures and functions will be directly given the same component names and numbers and their details will not be repeated.
[0059] Please refer to 4. Figure 6 , Figure 7 The second embodiment of the recovery system 200 for the layered structure 900 bonded with solidified adhesive is suitable for utilizing the fluid molten salt 910 to heat and crack the solidified adhesive in the layered structure 900 so that each bonded layered object 901 (such as Fig.15 shown) separation.
[0060] The second embodiment of the recovery system 200 includes a chamber device 2, a barrel tank device including at least one tank body 31, a molten salt supply device 5 connected to the barrel tank devices 3 and containing salts that are heated to become molten salt 910, a heating device 61 arranged on the molten salt supply device 5, at least one heat preservation device 62 installed on the chamber device 2 and in contact with the tank body 31, a cooling device 69, at least one transfer device 4, and a control device 7. The control device 7 is signal-connected to the chamber device 2, the barrel tank device, the molten salt supply device 5, the heating device 61, the heat preservation device 62, the cooling device 69 and the transfer device 4. The molten salt supply device 5 includes: a molten salt container 51 and a pump body device 53 (including a delivery pipe 52). The control device 7 includes a first temperature sensor 71, a liquid level sensor 72, a second temperature sensor 73, and a controller 74. Since the structures, connection relationships and functions of the above-mentioned elements of the second embodiment of the recycling system 200 are the same as those of the first embodiment, the details thereof will not be repeated.
[0061] The chamber device 2 includes a chamber 21 and a door unit 22 installed in the chamber 21. The chamber 21 defines a temperature adjustment space 211 connected up and down, and a recovery and processing space 310 for the molten salt supply device 5 to inject the molten salt 910. The temperature adjustment space 211 has a first temperature adjustment interval 212, a second temperature adjustment interval 213 and a third temperature adjustment interval 214 arranged horizontally and connected in sequence, and the recovery and processing space 310 is connected below the second temperature adjustment interval 213.
[0062] See also Figure 6 , Figure 7 , Fig.14 The door unit 22 includes a first door 221 and a second door 222 which are arranged at intervals in the cavity 21, and two drivers 223 which are installed in the cavity 21 and are respectively connected to the first door 221 and the second door 222. Each of the drivers 223 can be controlled to change the state of the first door 221 corresponding to the transmission between blocking the first temperature adjustment zone 212 from the outside and blocking the second temperature adjustment zone 213 from the recycling processing space 310, or to change the state of the second door 222 corresponding to the transmission between blocking the third temperature adjustment zone 214 from the outside and blocking the second temperature adjustment zone 213 from the recycling processing space 310, so that the entire door unit 22 can change between a first position, a second position and a third position relative to the cavity 21.
[0063] In the second embodiment, the drivers 223 are telescopic cylinders that can telescopically drive the first door body 221 and the second door body 222 to move relative to the cavity 21. However, in another embodiment of the present invention, the drivers 223 can also be motor transmission devices. Since there are many types of drivers that can be used to control the opening / closing of the door body, the drivers 223 are not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments in implementation.
[0064] When the door unit 22 is in the first position (eg Figure 8 ), the first temperature adjustment zone 212 is connected to the outside, the first door 221 seals and separates the second temperature adjustment zone 213 from the recycling processing space 310, and the second door 222 seals and separates the third temperature adjustment zone 214 from the outside. When the door unit 22 is in the second position (as shown in FIG. Figure 7 ), the first door 221 seals and separates the first temperature adjustment zone 212 from the outside, the second temperature adjustment zone 213 is connected to the recycling processing space 310, and the second door 222 seals and separates the third temperature adjustment zone 214 from the outside. When the door unit 22 is in the third position (as shown in FIG. Fig.14As shown), the first door body 221 seals and separates the first temperature adjustment interval 212 from the outside, the second door body 222 seals and separates the second temperature adjustment interval 213 from the recycling and processing space 310, and the third temperature adjustment interval 214 is connected to the outside. When the door body unit 22 is located in the second position, the heat energy generated by the heat preservation device 62 or / and the heat energy of the molten salt 910 in the recycling and processing space 310 will diffuse upward into the temperature adjustment space 211, so that the ambient temperature of the second temperature adjustment interval 213 will be relatively higher than the ambient temperature of the first temperature adjustment interval 212 and the third temperature adjustment interval 214. In this embodiment, the temperature of the first temperature adjustment interval 212 is maintained between 100 and 200°C, the temperature of the second temperature adjustment interval 213 is maintained between 200 and 350°C, the temperature of the third temperature adjustment interval 214 is lower than 200°C, and the temperature of the molten salt in the tank body 31 is maintained at a high temperature of 300 to 550°C by the heat preservation device 62.
[0065] The heat preservation device 62 can be controlled by the control device 7, and can not only heat and insulate the molten salt 910 contained in the recycling and processing space 310, but also heat the empty tank body 31 (or the tank body 31 only has a little molten salt 910 that has not been completely discharged and the liquid level is not high enough to soak the bottom of the layered structure 900) to achieve the function of increasing and maintaining the temperature of the second temperature adjustment zone 213.
[0066] The cooling device 69 can be controlled by the control device 7 to generate a heat dissipation airflow 690 in the third temperature adjustment zone 214, which can be used to dissipate heat and cool down the items in the third temperature adjustment zone 214. In this embodiment, the cooling device 69 is a fan device, but in another embodiment of the present invention, it can also be an air conditioning device using a refrigerant.
[0067] The transfer device 4 includes a track unit 40 extending transversely in the cavity 21, a transfer device 42 mounted on the track unit 40 and controllably displaced along the track unit 40, and a holder 41 detachably mounted on the transfer device 42 and used to accommodate a plurality of the layered structures 900 to be recycled.
[0068] In this embodiment, the track unit 40 extends transversely across the first temperature adjustment zone 212, the second temperature adjustment zone 213, and the third temperature adjustment zone 214. The transfer device 42 is a hanging device, which can be used to transfer the mounting device 41 up and down, and can be controlled to transfer the mounting device 41 between the zones along the track unit 40. Figure 3 shown.
[0069] In other embodiments of the present invention, the track unit 40 may be designed to extend between the outside and the first temperature adjustment zone 212, between the second temperature adjustment zone 213 and the recycling processing space 310, and between the third temperature adjustment zone 214 and the outside, and the transfer device 42 may be changed into a track-type transfer device, so that the mounting device 41 may be transferred between these zones and spaces along the track unit 40.
[0070] See also Figure 6 , Figure 7 The control device 7 includes a plurality of temperature sensors 71 and 73 for measuring the temperature of the molten salt 910 in the recycling processing space 310, a liquid level sensor 72, and a controller 74 connected to the sensors 71, 72, and 73. The controller 74 has a built-in recycling function. When the recycling function is activated, a medium heating process, a preheating process, a recycling process, and a cooling process are successively executed to recycle the layered structure 900. The processes of the recycling function will be described later.
[0071] See also Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 When the recycling system 200 of the present invention is used to recycle the layered structure 900, the mounting device 41 is first placed below the first temperature adjustment zone 212, and the layered structure 900 to be recycled is placed in the mounting device 41, and then the recycling operation can be started. The recycling method of the recycling system 200 for recycling the layered structure 900 includes the following steps:
[0072] Heat treatment medium preparation step 81. First, the formula of the heat treatment medium needs to be modulated (step 811). In the present invention, the heat treatment medium includes a molten salt 910 with potassium nitrate as the main component. In a preferred embodiment, the modulation formula step 811 of the heat treatment medium preparation step 81 is to add additional pure potassium elements to the potassium nitrate molten salt so that the weight percentage content of potassium in the modulated molten salt 910 formula is higher than the potassium content in the pure potassium nitrate molten salt. Because the potassium ions in the potassium element will enhance the replacement reaction of potassium ions and sodium ions with the glass layer in the layered structure 900, the potassium ion concentration in the glass becomes higher, which promotes the hardness of the glass surface layer to become higher. By adding potassium elements to the molten salt with potassium nitrate as the main component, the potassium ion concentration of the modulated molten salt is increased, the glass becomes harder, and it is easier to produce cracks due to temperature differences to facilitate glass shattering or bursting, which can accelerate the timeliness of the cracking process when the recycling process is carried out. In this embodiment, the weight percentage of the additional potassium element added to the molten salt with potassium nitrate as the main component is in the range of 0.1% to 20% of the weight percentage of the potassium nitrate molten salt. However, the best implementation range is to make the weight percentage of the additional potassium element added to the potassium nitrate molten salt reach a range of 5% to 15%. Specifically, the relative molecular mass of potassium nitrate (KNO3) is 101.087, and its component ratio is 38.67% potassium, 13.86% nitrogen, and 47.47% oxygen. By adding 5% to 15% weight percentage of pure potassium element to the potassium nitrate molten salt, the potassium component ratio in the molten salt can be increased to 41.6% to 46.68%, and the aging of the cracking process can be maximized under this best implementation range. In another embodiment, the modulation formula step 811 of the heat treatment medium preparation step 81 is to increase the sodium ion content in the modulated molten salt 910 formula by adding additional sodium nitrate to the molten salt with potassium nitrate as the main component. Since the sodium ions in the sodium nitrate and the sodium ions generated by the glass layer in the layered structure 900 will not produce a replacement reaction, during the cracking process of the recycling process, the glass layer in the layered structure 900 maintains the surface hardness or gently reduces the glass strength in the process of losing the viscosity of the adhesive layer colloid, which is conducive to the peeling of the layers of the recyclable material and maintaining the integrity of the glass layer, backplane and photovoltaic panel after peeling as much as possible. In this embodiment, the weight percentage of the additional sodium nitrate added to the molten salt is 0.1% to 20% of the weight percentage of the molten salt with potassium nitrate as the main component. However, the best implementation range is to make the weight percentage of the additional sodium nitrate added to the molten salt with potassium nitrate as the main component reach the range of 5% to 15%. Under this best implementation range, the integrity of the layered objects such as the glass layer, backplane and photovoltaic panel obtained after peeling can be maximized.
[0073] In other words, when the goal of the recycling method of the present invention is to increase the cracking time of the recycling process as much as possible, the formula modulation step 811 is to add additional pure potassium elements to the potassium nitrate molten salt, so that the weight percentage content of the additional potassium elements in the potassium nitrate molten salt reaches 5% to 15%, thereby increasing the cracking time. Conversely, when the goal of the recycling method is to maintain the integrity of the layered objects such as the glass layer, backplane and photovoltaic panel obtained after peeling as much as possible, the formula modulation step 811 is to add additional sodium nitrate to the potassium nitrate molten salt, so that the weight percentage content of the additional sodium nitrate in the potassium nitrate molten salt reaches 5% to 15%, thereby maintaining the integrity of the layered objects such as the glass layer, backplane and photovoltaic panel obtained after cracking.
[0074] After the molten salt 910 is prepared, the molten salt is placed in a molten salt container, and the controller 74 starts the recovery function, and the medium heating step is started (step 812). The controller 74 controls the door unit 22 to change to the second position, so that the temperature adjustment space 211 and the recovery processing space 310 are completely isolated from the outside, and the recovery processing space 310 is connected to the temperature adjustment space 211. Next, in the heating step 812, the controller 74 controls the operation of the heating device 61 and the heat preservation device 62 according to the temperature of the molten salt 910 measured by the temperature sensors 71 and 73, so that the heating device 61 heats the molten salt 910 in the molten salt container 51 to a predetermined fluid heat treatment temperature, and the heat preservation device 62 heats the tank body 31 (at this time, the tank body 31 is still empty and has not yet been injected with the molten salt 910, or only a little molten salt 910 that has not been completely discharged remains in the tank body 31 and the liquid level is not high enough to soak the bottom of the layered structure 900) to maintain it at the predetermined heat treatment temperature.
[0075] At this time, the heat energy generated by the heat preservation device 62 for heating the tank body 31 and / or the heat energy of the molten salt 910 in the recycling processing space 310 will diffuse upward to the connected temperature adjustment space 211. The ambient temperature of the second temperature adjustment zone 213 connected to the recycling processing space 310 will be the highest, while the ambient temperatures of the first temperature adjustment zone 212 and the third temperature adjustment zone 214 connected to both sides of the second temperature adjustment zone 213 will be relatively lower than the ambient temperature in the second temperature adjustment zone 213.
[0076] See also Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Figure 8 , Fig. 9, preheating step 82. The controller 74 executes the preheating procedure. The controller 74 controls the door unit 22 to change from the second position to the first position, so that the first temperature adjustment zone 212 is connected to the outside. Then, the controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to suspend the mounting device 41 upward into the first temperature adjustment zone 212, and controls the door unit 22 to change to the second position, thereby closing the first temperature adjustment zone 212 and the outside, and starting to preheat the layered structure 900 carried by the mounting device 41.
[0077] When performing the preheating treatment, the controller 74 first controls the transfer device 42 to drive the mounting device 41 to stay in the first temperature adjustment zone 212 for a preliminary preheating time. During the preliminary preheating time, the thermal energy diffused to the first temperature adjustment zone 212 can be used to perform preliminary preheating treatment on the layered structure 900 in the mounting device 41 to increase the temperature of the layered structure 900. Then, the controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to transfer the mounting device 41 to the second temperature adjustment zone 213 and keep it for a high-temperature preheating time. During the high-temperature preheating time, the thermal energy in the second temperature adjustment zone 213 with a relatively higher ambient temperature can be used to further increase the temperature of the layered structure 900 and reduce the temperature difference between the layered structure 900 and the molten salt 910.
[0078] See also Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Fig.11 , recycling step 83. After the above-mentioned preheating step 822 is completed, the controller 74 continues to execute the recycling process. The controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to transfer the mounting device 41 downward into the empty recycling space 310, and then injects the molten salt 910 from the molten salt container 51 into the recycling space 310 located in the tank body 31, so that the layered structure 900 in the mounting device 41 is completely immersed in the molten salt 910, and the mounting device 41 stays in the recycling space 310 for a processing time. Of course, after the molten salt 910 is injected into the recycling space 310, the heat preservation device 62 will continue to heat the fluid molten salt 910 contained in the recycling space 310 to maintain it at the predetermined heat treatment temperature. In this embodiment, the recycling step 83 further includes steps 831 to 834.
[0079] Step 831 of placing the layered structure. The control device 7 controls each of the transfer devices 42 to transfer the corresponding mounting device 41 into the corresponding recycling processing space 310 of the tank body 31. In each of the partitions 410 of the mounting device 41, a layered structure 900 to be recycled is placed. At this time, the tank body 31 is empty and has not yet been filled with molten salt 910, or only a little molten salt 910 that has not been completely drained is left in the tank body 31, and the liquid level is not high enough to soak the bottom of the layered structure 900.
[0080] Filling molten salt step 832. When the controller 74 controls the heating device 61 to heat the molten salt 910 in the molten salt container 51 to the predetermined melting temperature, the conveying pipes 52 of the pump device 53 are controlled to open, and the molten salt 910 is injected into the recycling processing space 310. When the controller 74 determines that the sensing results of the liquid level sensors 72 represent that the molten salt 910 has reached the predetermined high water level, that is, the liquid level of the molten salt 910 has completely submerged the top of the layered structure 900, the conveying pipes 52 of the pump device 53 are controlled to close. The predetermined melting temperature is between 200 and 550°C.
[0081] The reason why the recycling system of the present invention first places the layered structure 900 to be recycled into the empty tank 31 before injecting the molten salt 910 is mainly because, if the tank 31 is filled with liquid molten salt before the layered structure 900 is placed, the holder 41 with the layered structure 900 is very heavy as a whole, and there will be buoyancy tension on the surface of the molten salt when entering the liquid molten salt. When the holder 41 and the bottom of the layered structure 900 just touch the surface of the molten salt and are about to break through the resistance of the buoyancy tension on the surface of the molten salt and enter the liquid molten salt, the gravity of the holder 41 and the layered structure 900 itself and the surface tension and buoyancy of the molten salt disturb each other, causing the holder 41 and the layered structure 900 therein to move up and down or left and right in an undirected manner, which poses a risk in the process, and the holder 41 and the layered structure 900 can only be restored to stability when they are almost completely submerged by the molten salt. Therefore, in order to avoid the aforementioned risk of disturbance and non-directional shaking of the layered structure 900 caused by the surface tension and buoyancy of the molten salt, the recovery system of the present invention is specially equipped with a molten salt container 51, a delivery pipe 52, and a heating device 61 that are independent of the heat preservation device 62 and the tank body 31. In the recovery process step 83, the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 are first placed in the empty tank body 31, and then the liquid molten salt heated to a predetermined temperature by the heating device 61 is injected into the tank body 31 through the molten salt container 51 and the delivery pipe 52 of the pump body device 53, thereby eliminating the risk of disturbance and shaking.
[0082] Molten salt heating cracking treatment step 833. After the controller 74 controls the closing of the conveying pipes 52 of the pump body device 53, the controller 74 controls the closing of the door bodies 221 to seal the recycling processing space 310, and starts timing the predetermined processing time. At the same time, the controller 74 controls the activation of the insulation devices 62, so that the insulation devices 62 heat the molten salt 910 in the tank bodies 31 to maintain the predetermined insulation temperature. The practicable range of the predetermined insulation temperature is between 200 and 550°C, and the preferred range is between 300 and 550°C.
[0083] During the predetermined processing time of the molten salt heating and cracking treatment step 833, the layered structure is completely immersed in the molten salt in the recycling processing space, and the solidified adhesive in the layered structure 900 will contact the molten salt 910. The molten salt 910 heats and cracks the solidified adhesive in each layered structure 900, thereby separating the layered objects 901 originally bonded by the adhesive 902, and generating the recycling product to be recycled. The structure of the layered structure 900 can be seen in FIG. Figure 2 .
[0084] Step 834 of taking out the recovered product. After the predetermined processing time is over, the control device 7 controls the pump device 53 to pump the molten salt 910 in the recovery processing space 310 back into the molten salt container 51. When the controller 74 determines that the sensing results of the liquid level sensors 72 represent that the molten salt 910 has reached the predetermined low water level, that is, when the liquid level of the molten salt 910 in the recovery processing space 310 (in the tank 31) is lower than the bottom of the layered structure 900, the door bodies 221 are opened and the transfer devices 42 are controlled to move the holders 41 upward out of the recovery processing space 310 to perform the cooling step 84. At this time, the layered object 901 produced by the recovery processing of the layered structure 900 and peeled off can be obtained. Taking the recovery processing of the layered structure 900 such as the solar cell module as an example, the independently separated glass cover plate, back plate and photovoltaic panel will be obtained.
[0085] After the present invention uses molten salt to crack the adhesive in the layered structure, the molten salt in the barrel device is first discharged to a predetermined low water level, and then the cover of the barrel device is opened, and then the holder carrying the separated layered objects is moved upward out of the barrel device. With this design, in addition to reducing the hot air that escaping from the molten salt, it can also reduce the resistance when the holder and the layered objects are moved upward out of the barrel device, and greatly reduce the molten salt attached to the holder and the layered objects. In the process of moving the holder out of the barrel device, it can reduce the situation where the molten salt still attached to the surface of the layered object encounters relatively low temperature air outside and is cooled and solidified and attached to the holder or the layered objects, which can improve the yield and efficiency of subsequent recycling of the separated layered objects.
[0086] See also Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Fig.12 , cooling step 84. After the recovery step 83 is completed, the controller 74 starts to execute the cooling program. The controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting device 41 upward into the second temperature adjustment zone 213, that is, to move the recovery product upward out of the recovery processing space 310, and stay in the second temperature adjustment zone 213 for a first cooling time. During the first cooling time, the residual liquid molten salt 910 still attached to the recovery product (layered object 901) can drip down the recovery processing space 310, so that the layered objects 901 are gradually cooled to a temperature close to the ambient temperature of the second temperature adjustment zone 213.
[0087] See also Figure 6 , Fig.13 , Fig.14 Then, the controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting device 41 horizontally to the third temperature adjustment zone 214 and keep it there for a second cooling time. At the same time, the controller 74 also controls the cooling device 69 to start, so that the cooling device 69 generates the heat dissipation airflow 690 in the third temperature adjustment zone 214. At this time, the heat dissipation airflow 690 can be used to increase the cooling speed of the recovered product in the mounting device 41.
[0088] Then, the controller 74 controls the door unit 22 to switch to the third position, and the second door 222 closes the recycling processing space 310 and the second temperature adjustment zone 213 to prevent the heat energy in the recycling processing space 310 from further diffusing to the temperature adjustment space 211, and the third temperature adjustment zone 214 is connected to the outside. The controller 74 continues to control the transfer device 42 to keep the mounting device 41 in the third temperature adjustment zone 214 for a third cooling time, and continues to control the start-up of the cooling device 69 to further increase the cooling speed of the recycled product in the mounting device 41 and make the temperature of the recycled product closer to the external environment temperature.
[0089] See also Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Fig.15 , discharging step 85. After the cooling step 84 is completed, the controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting device 41 downward out of the third temperature adjustment zone 214, thus completing the recycling process. At this time, the layered object 901 produced by the recycling can be taken out from the mounting device 41.
[0090] The recycling system and recycling method of the present invention, by controlling the transfer device 42, can allow the layered structure 900 to stay in the first temperature adjustment zone 212, the second temperature adjustment zone 213, and the third temperature adjustment zone 214 of the present invention for a predetermined period of time before being moved from the outside into the recycling processing space 310 and injected with molten salt, and before the layered structure 900 is moved from the recycling processing space 310 to the outside after cracking is completed, so that the temperature difference between the temperature of the layered structure 900 and the working temperature required for each recycling process is reduced, which can not only improve the efficiency of the recycling process, but also avoid the layered object 901 in the layered structure 900 being broken due to the drastic temperature difference, thereby reducing the recycling and reuse results.
[0091] In this embodiment, the transfer device 42 can be controlled to lift the mounting device 41 up and down between the first temperature adjustment zone 212 and the outside world, and lift the mounting device 41 up and down between the third temperature adjustment zone 214 and the outside world. However, in another embodiment of the present invention, the first temperature adjustment zone 212 and the third temperature adjustment zone 214 can be designed to be laterally connected to the outside world, and the transfer device 42 can be correspondingly designed to laterally transfer the mounting device 41 between the first temperature adjustment zone 212 and the outside world, and between the third temperature adjustment zone 214 and the outside world.
[0092] See also Fig.16 The third embodiment of the recycling system 200 for cured adhesive-bonded layered structures 900 of the present invention differs from the second embodiment in the structural design of the cavity device 2, the cooling device 69 and the transfer device 4, and the step design of the corresponding recycling method. For the convenience of description, only the differences between the embodiments will be described below.
[0093] In the third embodiment, the temperature adjustment space 211 only has the first temperature adjustment zone 212 and the second temperature adjustment zone 213 connected to each other. The transfer device 42 can be controlled to transfer the mounting device 41 between the outside, the first temperature adjustment zone 212, the second temperature adjustment zone 213 and the recycling processing space 310. The cooling device 69 is disposed in the first temperature adjustment zone 212.
[0094] The door unit 22 only has the first door 221, and the door unit 22 can be controlled to change between the first position and the second position. When the door unit 22 is in the first position, the first temperature adjustment zone 212 is connected to the outside, and the first door 221 seals and separates the second temperature adjustment zone 213 from the recycling processing space 310. When the door unit 22 is in the second position, the first door 221 seals the first temperature adjustment zone 212 from the outside, and the second temperature adjustment zone 213 is connected to the recycling processing space 310.
[0095] See also Figure 4 , Figure 6 , Fig.16 The differences between the recycling method of the layered structure 900 performed by the recycling system 200 and the second embodiment are described as follows.
[0096] In the heating step 812 of the heat treatment medium preparation step 81 , the controller 74 executes the medium heating program, controls the door unit 22 to be located at the second position, and controls the insulation devices 61 , 62 to heat and insulate the molten salt container 51 and the molten salt 910 in the recovery processing space 310 .
[0097] In the preheating step 82, the controller 74 executes the preheating procedure and controls the door unit 22 to change to the first position, and controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting tool 41 into the first temperature adjustment zone 212, and then controls the door unit 22 to change to the second position again. The controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to keep the mounting tool 41 in the first temperature adjustment zone 212 for the initial preheating time. Then, the controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting tool 41 into the second temperature adjustment zone 213, and keeps the mounting tool 41 in the second temperature adjustment zone 213 for the high temperature preheating time.
[0098] In the recycling step 83, the controller 74 executes the recycling procedure and controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting device 41 into the empty recycling space 310 and start injecting molten salt until the molten salt liquid level completely covers the top of the layered structure 900, so that the mounting device 41 stays in the recycling space 310 for the processing time. At this time, the molten salt 910 contacts and gradually decomposes the solidified adhesive of the layered structure 900 in the mounting device 41.
[0099] In the cooling step 84, the controller 74 executes the cooling procedure. The controller 74 pumps the molten salt 910 in the recycling space 310 back to the molten salt container 51 until the remaining molten salt 910 in the recycling space 310 does not soak into the bottom of the layered structure 900. Then, the controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting device 41 from the recycling space 310 from which the molten salt has been emptied to the second temperature adjustment zone 213, and after the mounting device 41 stays in the second temperature adjustment zone 213 for the first cooling time, the layered object (not shown) in the mounting device 41 is initially cooled down. Then, the controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting device 41 to the first temperature adjustment zone 212, so that the mounting device 41 stays in the first temperature adjustment zone 212 for the second cooling time, and the controller 74 controls the activation of the cooling device 69 to accelerate the cooling down of the layered object in the mounting device 41 by using the heat dissipation airflow 690. Next, the controller 74 controls the door unit 22 to change to the first position, so that the first temperature adjustment zone 212 is connected to the outside, and the mounting device 41 continues to stay in the first temperature adjustment zone 212 for the third cooling time, and the controller 74 controls the cooling device 69 to continue to operate, so as to accelerate the cooling of the layered object.
[0100] In the unloading step 85 , the controller 74 controls the transfer device 42 to move the mounting device 41 out of the first temperature adjustment zone 212 , thereby completing the recycling process.
[0101] Through the structural design of the chamber device 2, the cooling device 69 and the transfer device 4, and the control function design of the control device 7, the third embodiment can also use the molten salt 910 to perform the recycling operation of the layered structure 900, but the volume of the recycling system can be reduced.
[0102] Fig.17: is a structural schematic diagram of the fourth embodiment of the recycling system for the layered structure bonded by the cured adhesive of the present invention. In the fourth embodiment, the machine structure of the recycling system is designed to be horizontal, and its transfer equipment only needs to move horizontally without lifting and lowering. The recycling system also includes a barrel tank device of a tank body 31, a molten salt supply device 5 connected to the tank body 31 and containing molten salt 910, a heating device 61 arranged on the molten salt supply device 5, a heat preservation device 62 in contact with the tank body 31, a cooling device 69, a transfer device 4, and a control device 7. The control device 7 is signal-connected to the cavity device 2, the barrel tank device, the molten salt supply device 5, the heating device 61, the heat preservation device 62, the cooling device 69 and the transfer device 4. The molten salt supply device 5 includes: a molten salt container 51, and a pump body device 53 (including a delivery pipe 52). The control device 7 includes a first temperature sensor 71, a liquid level sensor 72, a second temperature sensor 73, and a controller 74. Since the structures, connection relationships and functions of the above-mentioned elements of the fourth embodiment of the recycling system are the same as those of the first embodiment, the details thereof will not be repeated.
[0103] At Fig.17 In the fourth embodiment shown, the cavity equipment 2 of the recovery system has five spaces arranged horizontally, which are, in sequence, a feed area 241, a preheating area 242, a recovery tank area 243, a cooling area 244, and a discharge area 245. Switchable gates 225, 226, 227, and 228 are provided between each area, and in particular, the two gates 226 and 227 provided in the recovery tank area 243 are sealed gates that can prevent liquid leakage.
[0104] The feeding zone 241 is connected to the outside, and the temperature of the feeding zone 241 is generally close to the outside temperature, generally between 10 and 50°C. The mounting device 41 on which the layered structure 900 is placed is horizontally moved to the feeding zone 241 by the transfer device 42 on the track unit 40 at the outside temperature. Afterwards, the first gate 225 located between the feeding zone 241 and the preheating zone 242 is opened, and the transfer device 42 horizontally moves the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 into the preheating zone 242, and then the first gate 225 is closed. Because the preheating zone 242 is adjacent to the recovery tank zone 245, the temperature of the preheating zone 242 will be heated to between 100 and 200°C due to the high temperature of the tank body 31 in the recovery tank zone 245. The mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 stay in the preheating zone 242 for ten minutes to one hour, so that the temperature of the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 is also preheated to 100-200° C. At this time, the tank body 31 in the recovery tank area 243 is empty, and the molten salt has not yet been injected, and the high temperature of 200-550° C. is maintained by the heat preservation device 62. Next, the second gate 226 located between the preheating zone 242 and the recovery tank area 243 is opened, and the transfer device 42 moves the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 horizontally into the empty tank body 31 in the recovery tank area 243, and then closes the second gate 226. At this time, the third gate 227 located between the recovery tank area 243 and the cooling zone 244 is also closed. Next, the high-temperature liquid molten salt 910 of 200-550° C. in the molten salt container 51 is injected into the tank body 31 in the recovery tank area 243 until the molten salt 910 completely submerges the top of the layered structure 900. The mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 are immersed in the molten salt 910 in the tank body 31 of the recovery tank area 243 for ten minutes to one hour, and the heat preservation device 62 maintains the temperature of the molten salt 910 in the tank body 31 at a high temperature of 300-550° C., so that the adhesive of the layered structure 900 is cracked and the layered objects are separated. Then, the molten salt 910 in the tank body 31 is pumped back to the molten salt container 51 until the tank body 31 is emptied, and then the third gate 227 is opened, and the transfer device 42 moves the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 into the cooling area 244. After that, the third gate 227 is closed, and the cooling device 69 is started to cool the temperature of the mounting tool 41 and the layered structure 900 in the cooling zone 244 for ten minutes to one hour until the temperature of the mounting tool 41 and the layered structure 900 is reduced to below 200° C., and then the fourth gate 228 between the cooling zone 244 and the outside world 245 is opened, and the transport device 42 transports the mounting tool 41 and the layered structure 900 to the outside world.
[0105] In the fourth embodiment, the track unit 40 may be a circulating track on which a plurality of transfer devices 42 are disposed, and each transfer device 42 is respectively connected to a group of the mounting apparatus 41 and the layered structure 900 for translation. The recycling process adopts a continuous batch operation. For example, when a group of the mounting apparatus 41 and the layered structure 900 is located in the recycling tank area 243 for cracking operation, the previous group of the mounting apparatus 41 and the layered structure 900 that have completed the cracking operation is located in the cooling area 244 for cooling operation, and at the same time, the next group of the mounting apparatus 41 and the layered structure 900 is located in the preheating area 242 for preheating operation. In this way, not only the recycling efficiency of the recycling method of the present invention can be greatly improved, but also the transfer device 42 does not need to lift the mounting apparatus 41 up and down, so the mechanism is simpler and easier to maintain.
[0106] In another embodiment not shown in the figure, the tank body 31 is a double-layer design. The inner layer of the tank body 31 is a recycling and processing space for accommodating the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900, and an interlayer space is provided in the tank wall for molten salt injection. When the temperature of the inner recycling and processing space reaches about 150-200°C, the liquid molten salt is injected into the interlayer space. At this time, the mounting device 41 and the layered structure 900 are not in direct contact with the molten salt. The high temperature of the molten salt raises the temperature of the interlayer space of the tank body 31 and the tank wall to between 200-550°C, thereby performing high-temperature cracking of the layered structure 900 located in the inner recycling and processing space.
[0107] In another embodiment not shown in the figure, the device is of closed design. The layered structure 900 is completely covered by the device and then immersed in the high-temperature molten salt, so that the layered structure has no direct contact with the molten salt, and the layered structure 900 located in the inner layer recovery and processing space is only subjected to high-temperature cracking by the high temperature of 200-550°C.
[0108] In summary, the present invention can utilize the molten salt 910 to heat and crack the solidified adhesive 902 in the layered structure 900 through the structural design of the barrel tank device 3 and the molten salt supply device 5, the structural design of the recycling and processing space 310 and the temperature adjustment space 211 of the cavity 21, the structural design of the door unit 22, and the structural design of the transfer device 4 and the control device 7, so as to separate the layered objects 901 bonded by the adhesive 902, and then obtain the layered objects 901 with a complete structure. When used for the recycling of solar cell modules, the glass cover plate, the back plate and the photovoltaic panels with a complete structure can be obtained, so the shortcomings of the existing recycling methods such as direct heating and cracking, mechanical stripping or scraping can be improved. Therefore, the recycling system 200 and recycling method for the layered structure 900 bonded with a cured adhesive of the present invention are indeed quite innovative, convenient and practical creations, and can indeed achieve the purpose of the present invention.
[0109] What is described above is only an embodiment of the present invention, and should not be used to limit the scope of implementation of the present invention. All simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and description of the present invention are still within the scope of the patent of the present invention.
