Insect cave-shaped photo-thermal super-hydrophobic sponge as well as preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of functional materials and surface engineering, and particularly relates to ant-cave-shaped photo-thermal super-hydrophobic sponge and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that melamine sponge is soaked in an absolute ethyl alcohol solution to be repeatedly soaked and then dried; adding dopamine hydrochloride into the tris buffer solution, stirring to obtain a mixed solution, immersing the surface of the dried melamine sponge into the mixed solution, and drying to obtain PDA (at) MS; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly adding PDMS and a curing agent thereof into a cyclohexane solution, stirring, then adding MWCNTs, MnO2 and CuO, stirring to form a mixed solution, then spraying the mixed solution on the surface of PDA (at) MS, and drying to obtain a PMOS (P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor); and immersing the PMOS surface into a mixed solution of ethanol containing PFOTES and deionized water, and then taking out and drying. Through the fine cross-scale multi-layer gap structure design, high mechanical durability and excellent light absorption capacity are achieved, and efficient anti-icing, deicing, interface evaporation and fresh water production in an extreme environment are achieved.
