Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of design of a ship lock water delivery system, and in particular to an analysis method and system for the hydraulic performance of a double-line ship lock water delivery system. Background Art
[0002] The ship lock controls the water level in the lock chamber to rise and fall between the upstream and downstream water levels through the water delivery system buried on both sides or at the bottom of the lock chamber, completing the process of filling or draining the lock chamber. In this process, the ships in the lock chamber rise or fall with the water level, achieving the purpose of overcoming the water level difference. The ship lock water delivery system is divided into a centralized water delivery system or a decentralized water delivery system. The more commonly used is the decentralized water delivery system, which is to disperse the water delivery system at the gate head and the lock chamber. When filling or draining water, the water flows through a series of outlet branches or outlet holes on the longitudinal water delivery corridor at the bottom of the lock chamber or in the lock chamber wall, and the water flows into (out) the lock chamber in a decentralized manner. In some projects, double-line ship locks are used. The double-line ship locks are composed of an upper lock head, a lower lock head, a lock chamber, an upstream pilot channel, a downstream pilot channel and upstream and downstream anchorages. The double-line ship locks are arranged in parallel and share the upstream and downstream pilot channels. According to the conditions of the double-line ship locks, the water supply system adopts a decentralized water supply system. The water outlet corridors at the bottom of the two-line ship locks are connected by two connecting corridors, and valves are set to control the water supply between the two-line ship locks to achieve the purpose of saving water.
[0003] The quality of the water conveyance system structure layout directly affects the capacity of the ship lock, as well as the safety of ships passing through the lock, the ship lock and its ancillary structures. Therefore, the design of the water conveyance system is of vital importance. In general, the hydraulic performance design of the ship lock water conveyance system should meet the following requirements during the design of the water conveyance structure: (1) The ship lock water conveyance system should ensure that water filling or water discharge is completed within the designed water transfer time, so as to meet the ship lock capacity requirements; (2) When filling and discharging water within the specified time, good water flow conditions in the lock chamber and the pilot channel should be obtained to meet the berthing and navigation safety of ships passing through the lock; (3) When the lock chamber is filled and discharged, the various components of the ship lock shall not be damaged by the water flow, such as scouring of the lock chamber bottom and the pilot channel bottom, cavitation, erosion and vibration of the water conveyance valve and the corridor. Therefore, in the design of the water conveyance structure, the hydraulic performance should be fully considered to meet the design specification requirements. However, the existing technology only analyzes part of the hydraulic performance and cannot comprehensively and accurately analyze whether the hydraulic performance of the water conveyance system meets the specification requirements. Summary of the invention
[0004] The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned deficiency in the prior art that it is impossible to comprehensively and accurately analyze whether the hydraulic performance of a water delivery system meets the specification requirements, and to provide a method and system for analyzing the hydraulic performance of a double-line ship lock water delivery system.
[0005] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object of the invention, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
[0006] A method for analyzing the hydraulic performance of a double-line ship lock water delivery system comprises the following steps:
[0007] According to the structural parameters of the double-line ship lock water delivery system, a hydraulic physical model of the water delivery system is established;
[0008] Determine the operation mode of the lock water delivery system and the valve opening method;
[0009] Based on the hydraulic physical model of the water transfer system, the filling and discharging process of the double-line ship lock chamber under the operation mode and valve opening mode is simulated, and the ship mooring force, water transfer time, water transfer hydraulic characteristics, pressure characteristics, resistance coefficient, flow coefficient and water flow conditions of the water inlet and outlet under different operation modes and valve opening modes are tested;
[0010] Analyze the simulation results to determine whether the hydraulic performance of the water delivery system meets the design requirements. If not, adjust the water delivery system structure until it meets the design requirements.
[0011] In the technical solution of the present invention, a hydraulic physical model of a water conveyance system is established and the operation mode and valve opening mode of the ship lock water conveyance system are determined. Then, the filling and discharging processes of a double-line ship lock under different operation modes and valve opening modes are simulated to obtain the ship mooring force, water conveyance time, water conveyance hydraulic characteristics, pressure characteristics, resistance coefficient, flow coefficient and water flow conditions at the water inlet and outlet. The above hydraulic performance is analyzed to determine whether the design requirements are met. The structure of the water conveyance system is adjusted according to the results so that the water conveyance system meets the hydraulic performance requirements. Determining whether the hydraulic performance meets the design requirements is the key to the design of the ship lock water delivery system. The present invention tests the hydraulic performance under different operating modes and valve opening modes during the filling and discharge processes, and comprehensively and accurately analyzes whether the hydraulic performance of the water delivery system meets the specification requirements until the hydraulic performance of the water delivery system meets the design requirements, thereby ensuring the safety of ships passing through the lock, reducing the risk of accidents caused by improper hydraulic conditions, and avoiding damage to the lock structure and ships passing through the lock. By preventing water scouring, cavitation and vibration damage, the wear of the lock structure is reduced, the service life of the facility is extended, the maintenance and repair costs are reduced, the operation efficiency of the lock is improved, and the rationality and effectiveness of the lock water delivery system in terms of technology, safety and economy are ensured.
[0012] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the scope of the hydraulic physical model of the water conveyance system includes an upstream pilot channel, a double-line ship lock, a water conveyance system and a downstream pilot channel. The water conveyance system includes a water inlet, an upper lock head, a lock chamber and a lower lock head. The hydraulic physical model of the water conveyance system is designed according to gravity similarity, with a geometric scale of 30. The conversion relationship between the physical quantities of the model and the prototype is that the weight and force scale is 27000, the velocity and time scale is 5.48, and the flow scale is 4929.5.
[0013] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the operation modes of the lock water supply system include single-line lock operation and double-line mutual water supply operation. [0014] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, for filling or draining of the lock chamber, when the single-line ship lock is in operation, the opening and closing time of the main gallery valve of the water supply system includes 4 minutes, 5 minutes, and 6 minutes; when the double-line water supply is in operation, the opening time of the water supply valve at the head of the water supply system includes 2 minutes and 3 minutes, and the opening and closing time of the connecting gallery valve includes 1.5 minutes and 2 minutes.
[0015] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the water head includes the design water head, the minimum navigation water head and the normal water head, and the design water head is 9 to 15 m. Furthermore, the design water head is 10.32 m, wherein the normal water storage level is 8.7 m to the downstream minimum navigation water level -1.62 m.
[0016] As a preferred solution of the present invention, based on the hydraulic physical model of the water transfer system, the filling or draining of the lock chamber of a ship under different water heads is simulated and the ship mooring force test is performed.
[0017] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, during the simulation process, the ship type is a 3000-ton to 6000-ton inland river vessel, and further, the ship type is a 5000-ton bulk carrier with a total length of 88.0-90.0 m, a total width of 15.5-15.8 m, a full load draft of 4.8-5.2 m, a height above the waterline of 15.8 m, and a height above the waterline of 12.8 m when the mast is inverted.
[0018] The requirements for safe berthing of ships are as follows: the maximum longitudinal mooring force of a 5000t ship shall not exceed 58kN, and the maximum transverse mooring force shall not exceed 29.0kN.
[0019] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, based on the hydraulic physical model of the water transfer system, under different water heads, when a single-line ship lock is in operation or when two lines are transferring water to each other, the relationship between the opening and closing time of valves of different water transfer systems and the water transfer time is tested to obtain the water transfer time of the water transfer system under different operating modes and valve opening modes.
[0020] As a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, when a single-line ship lock of a double-line ship lock is in operation, the water delivery time is no more than 10 minutes; when the double-line ship locks are in operation of mutually delivering water, the water delivery time is no more than 12 minutes.
[0021] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, based on the hydraulic physical model of the water conveyance system, under different water heads, when the single-line ship lock is in operation, the hydraulic characteristics of the single-line water conveyance under different valve opening and closing times of the water conveyance system are tested, and the hydraulic characteristics of the single-line water conveyance include the maximum filling / discharging flow, the maximum flow rate of the filling / discharging valve section, and the super filling / discharging height; when the double-line water conveyance is in operation, the hydraulic characteristics of the double-line water conveyance under different valve opening and closing times of the water conveyance system are tested, and the hydraulic characteristics of the double-line water conveyance include the maximum filling flow, the maximum discharge flow, and the maximum cross-section velocity at the filling / discharging valve. When the double-line water conveyance is in operation, the valve opening and closing time of the water conveyance system includes the opening time of the main corridor valve and the opening and closing time of the connecting corridor valve.
[0022] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a method for testing pressure characteristics is as follows: a plurality of time-averaged pressure measuring points are arranged in the water delivery corridor of the water delivery system; based on the hydraulic physical model of the water delivery system, when a single-line ship lock is in operation, under different water heads, the non-constant flow pressure at different positions of the corridor during ship lock filling / discharging is tested at different water delivery valve opening and closing times; when a double-line mutual water delivery is in operation, under different water heads, the non-constant flow pressure at different positions of the corridor during ship lock filling / discharging is tested at different connecting corridor valve opening and closing times and main corridor valve opening times.
[0023] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the test method of the resistance coefficient and the flow coefficient is as follows: based on the hydraulic physical model of the water conveyance system, a plurality of time-averaged pressure measuring points are arranged in the water conveyance corridor of the water conveyance system, the pressure of each part of the corridor under constant flow conditions and the water levels of the upper and lower pilot channels and the lock chamber are measured by a pressure measuring tube, and the resistance coefficient of each section of the water conveyance corridor, the total resistance coefficient of the corridor and the flow coefficient are calculated; when the single-line ship lock is in operation, the resistance coefficient, the total resistance coefficient of the corridor and the flow coefficient of the flow corridor are obtained under filling and discharge, and the corridor parts detected during filling are the upstream inlet section, gooseneck section, valve section, turning section and water outlet branch hole section; when discharge, the corridor parts detected are the turning section and water outlet branch hole section, valve section, corridor section behind the valve, turning section and water outlet grille section, and the total resistance coefficient and flow coefficient of the filling corridor or the discharge corridor under different valve openings are calculated; when the double-line mutual water conveyance is in operation, the resistance coefficient and flow coefficient of the two-line ship lock when the two-line ship locks are discharged from each other are calculated.
[0024] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the test of water flow conditions at the water inlet and outlet, since the double-line ship locks are arranged in parallel and share the upstream pilot channel and the downstream pilot channel, in addition to meeting the water flow conditions at the water inlet and outlet of the ship lock of this line when the single-line ship lock is filled and discharged, it is necessary to test the effect of water delivery from the first-line ship lock on the water flow conditions in the pilot channel on the other-line ship lock side, so as to ensure the navigation safety of ships passing through the other-line ship lock when the first-line ship lock is delivering water.
[0025] Another aspect of the present invention provides a system for analyzing the hydraulic performance of a double-line ship lock water delivery system, the system comprising:

[0029] The analysis module is used to analyze the simulation results and determine whether the hydraulic performance of the water delivery system meets the design requirements. If not, the water delivery system structure is adjusted until it meets the design requirements.

[0050] Example 1
[0051] This embodiment provides a method for analyzing the hydraulic performance of a double-line ship lock water delivery system. Figure 1 , including the following steps:
[0052] According to the structural parameters of the double-line ship lock water delivery system, a hydraulic physical model of the water delivery system is established;
[0053] Determine the operation mode of the lock water delivery system and the valve opening method;
[0054] Based on the hydraulic physical model of the water transfer system, the filling and discharging process of the double-line ship lock under the operation mode and valve opening mode is simulated, and the ship mooring force, water transfer time, water transfer hydraulic characteristics, pressure characteristics, resistance coefficient, flow coefficient and water flow conditions of the water inlet and outlet under different operation modes and valve opening modes are tested;
[0055] Analyze the simulation results to determine whether the hydraulic performance of the water delivery system meets the design requirements. If not, adjust the water delivery system structure until it meets the design requirements.
[0056] The water delivery system of this embodiment adopts the side branch hole water delivery system of the long corridor at the bottom of the gate. Figure 2 The upstream pilot channel 1, the lock chamber 2, the water transfer system 3 (including the water inlet, the upper lock head, the lock chamber, the lower lock head) and the downstream pilot channel 4 of the double-line ship lock are displayed. Since the ship lock has high requirements for saving water resources and improving water transfer efficiency, and the ship lock adopts a double-line ship lock arranged in parallel and shares the upstream and downstream pilot channels, the two-line ship lock bottom outlet corridors are connected through two connecting corridors, and valves are set to control the water transfer between the two-line ship locks to achieve the purpose of water saving. The cross-sectional dimensions of the corridor at the water transfer valve are 4.5m×6.0m (width×height), and the total cross-sectional area of the valve section corridor is 54m 2 The cross-sectional area of the main gallery at the bottom of the gate is 2×6.7m×5.0m (width×height)=67.0m2 (a partition wall with a thickness of 1.0m is set in the middle of the main gallery, and about 50% of the area is interconnected to ensure uniform outflow during unilateral water transfer). The energy dissipation structure of the water transfer system adopts the side branch hole water discharge and open ditch energy dissipation arrangement. The water discharge section of the main gallery at the bottom of the gate is equipped with 64 water discharge holes, which are divided into 2 groups. The size of the orifice from upstream to downstream (width×height) is 0.75m×1.4m (32 holes) and 0.7m×1.4m (32 holes), with a total area of 64.96m 2 . The arrangement of the outlet branch holes in groups and at equal intervals is determined according to the specific conditions of the ship lock chamber. The spacing between the outlet branch holes is 5.6m, accounting for 59.80% of the effective length of the lock chamber. The energy dissipation ditch at the outlet of the branch hole has a significant effect on the energy dissipation and secondary adjustment of the water flow. In order to achieve a better energy dissipation effect, the width B of the energy dissipation ditch should meet the distance required for the outflow of the branch hole to be reduced to disappear. According to the requirements of the specification, B should be greater than 5 times the width of the branch hole. In the design plan, the width of the branch hole is 0.75m, then the width of the energy dissipation ditch should be greater than 3.75m. The width of the open ditch in the design plan is 6.5m, which meets the width requirements. The height D of the open ditch sill should be greater than the height of the outflow of the outlet branch hole after diffusion, so the plan D=5m is appropriate. In order to ensure smooth water flow in the outlet branch hole and reduce the shape resistance of the outlet branch hole, the length of the outlet branch hole along the water flow direction should not be less than 2 to 4 times its cross-sectional width. The length of the branch hole in the scheme is L = 1.5m. Here, the length L is considered to be about 2 times the maximum width of the branch hole. The upper part of the open ditch is inclined toward the center of the gate chamber at a slope of 1:1. The branch hole is arranged at the bottom of the main gallery at the bottom of the gate.
[0057] In order to save water consumption of the ship lock, the two-line ship lock bottom outlet corridors are connected through two connecting corridors, and valves are set to control the water transfer between the two lines of ship locks. The water inlet of the upper lock head corridor adopts a vertical multi-branch hole arrangement on the lock wall. According to the requirements of the specification, the inlet flow rate of the decentralized water transfer system should not be greater than 2.5m / s. The water inlet is connected to the lock chamber outlet corridor through a vertical turn with a height of 6.0m, and the working valve is arranged below the vertical turn. The lower lock head discharge valve section corridor is connected to the lock bottom outlet corridor through a slope and a horizontal turn. After the discharge valve, it is connected to the lower lock head outlet energy dissipation chamber through another horizontal turn. The middle partition pier is set at the horizontal turn after the discharge valve. The outlet grille is arranged on the top of the lower lock head outlet energy dissipation chamber, and the area of the grille outlet hole decreases in 9 levels.
[0058] The scope of the hydraulic physical model of the water transfer system includes the upstream navigation channel, the lock chamber, the water transfer system (including the water inlet, the upper lock head, the lock chamber, the lower lock head) and the downstream navigation channel. Therefore, there are two operating modes. One is the single-line lock operation, that is, the first line of the lock completes the filling and discharge process alone; the second is the water-saving operation mode of double-line mutual water transfer, that is, the double-line locks first transfer water to each other through the connecting corridor, and when the head difference between the two-line locks is reduced to a certain extent, the connecting corridor water transfer valve is closed to stop the water transfer between the two-line locks, and the main corridor valve is opened at the same time to complete the subsequent water transfer process.
[0059] The physical model of the side branch hole water delivery system of the long corridor at the bottom of the gate is designed according to gravity similarity, and the geometric scale L=30 is selected. The conversion relationship between the physical quantities of the model and the prototype is as follows:
[0060] Weight and force ratio: (L r ) 3 =27000,
[0061] The flow rate and time scale is (L r ) 1 / 2 =5.48,
[0062] Flow rate scale (L r ) 5 / 2 =4929.5.
[0063] The side walls of the lock chamber are made of steel plates, and the water delivery corridor and the upstream and downstream pilot channels are made of polyethylene plastic plates. For easy observation, the water delivery valve section and part of the lock chamber section are made of plexiglass. The scope of the hydraulic model includes the upstream pilot channel, the ship lock chamber, the water delivery system (including the water inlet, the upper gate head, the lock chamber, the lower gate head) and the downstream pilot channel. The upstream and downstream water levels are controlled by overflow flat water tanks, and the water delivery valve is controlled by a stepper motor driven hoist with stepless speed regulation. The lock chamber filling and discharge curves and the non-constant flow pressure of the corridor behind the valve are measured by resistive point pressure sensors. The ship mooring tension is measured by a dynamometer. A rectangular water measuring weir is connected to the outlet of the downstream reservoir of the model to measure the constant flow of the lock chamber filling and discharge.
[0064] According to the characteristic water levels upstream and downstream of the double-line ship lock and combined with comprehensive engineering analysis, three water level combinations are determined: 1. Design head 10.32m (normal water storage level 8.7m ~ downstream minimum navigable water level -1.62m); 2. Minimum navigable head 9.62m (upstream minimum navigable water level 8.0m ~ downstream minimum navigable water level -1.62m); 3. Common head 8.04m (normal water storage level 8.7m ~ downstream average tide level 0.66m).
[0065] 1. Test conditions
[0066] 1.1 Test conditions for ship berthing conditions
[0067] In the process of simulating the completion of water filling or water discharge in the ship lock, the ship berthing condition test condition is determined to be a 5,000-ton ship type, and the ship berthing position is: the upper half of the lock chamber, the middle of the lock chamber, and the lower half of the lock chamber. Considering that the main factors affecting the ship berthing conditions in the lock chamber are the working head of the lock, the ship berthing position, and the valve operation mode, the test is mainly carried out with the above three factors as control conditions. The test will focus on the ship berthing conditions at the maximum design head of the single-line water delivery operation mode, and only a small number of verification tests will be carried out under other conditions. According to the above analysis, the ship berthing condition test conditions are determined as shown in Tables 1 and 2.
[0068] Table 1 Test study conditions for ship berthing conditions during single-line ship lock operation
[0069]
[0070] Table 2 Test conditions for ship berthing conditions when double-line water transfer is in progress
[0071]
[0072] 1.2 Water delivery hydraulic characteristics test conditions
[0073] When the single-line ship lock is in operation, the opening and closing time of the main corridor valve is considered to be 4 minutes, 5 minutes, and 6 minutes. When the double-line water transfer is in operation, the water transfer process of each line of the ship lock is divided into two stages. The water transfer flow in each stage will decrease to a certain extent compared with the single-line ship lock operation mode, and various hydraulic indicators will also be reduced accordingly. The water flow conditions in the lock chamber and the pilot channel will be better than the single-line ship lock operation mode, so the water transfer time becomes a control factor. Therefore, the opening and closing time of the connecting corridor valve is considered to be 1.5 minutes and 2 minutes, and the water transfer valve at the gate head adopts a faster opening time (2 minutes, 3 minutes) than the single-line ship lock operation to reduce the water transfer time. It is worth noting that if the second stage of water transfer is carried out after the first stage of the water transfer process is completed (that is, the water levels of the two-line ship lock chambers are flush), the overall water transfer time will exceed the design time by a lot. Therefore, it is necessary to close the connecting corridor valve at the end of the first stage of the water transfer process when there is still a certain water level difference between the two lines of ship locks, and then open the filling (discharge) valve. The determined water delivery hydraulic characteristics test conditions are shown in Tables 3 and 4.

[0078] 2 Results of water delivery system model test
[0079] 2.1.1 Lock chamber ship berthing conditions
[0080] A double open ditch energy dissipation structure is set at the outlet of each side branch hole in the ship lock chamber. The energy dissipation open ditch has a very significant effect on water flow energy dissipation and secondary adjustment. In order to achieve better energy dissipation effect and improve the stability of the gate wall structure, the width of each open ditch is adjusted to 3.5m, the thickness of the energy dissipation sill between the two open ditches is 0.5m, and water holes are set on the energy dissipation sill. The spacing between each hole is 0.9m, the size of the water hole is 0.35m×4.7m (height×length), and the elevation of the bottom edge of the water hole is -13.60m. In order to improve the stability of the gate wall structure, a 5.0m high and 0.9m wide vertical wall is designed to connect the gate wall of the lock chamber and the open ditch bottom plate. [0104] When the two lines of the ship lock are in operation of mutual water transfer, the water transfer time of the operating conditions obtained by the test is shown in Table 12 and Figure 5 , Figure 6 , when the water head is designed, there are many combinations of valve opening time for the water transfer between the two-line ship locks. The optimal water saving rate (as close to 50% as possible) is taken as the experimental control condition, and one of the operation modes is selected for explanation: in the first stage of the water transfer process, the connecting valve is opened at a uniform speed of 1.5 minutes, and the water flows from one side to the other side of the lock chamber. When the water level difference between the two sides of the lock chamber is 1.24m, the connecting corridor valve is closed at a uniform speed of 1.5 minutes. At this time, the water levels of the two-line ship lock chambers are basically the same; in the second stage of the water transfer process, the upper lock head water filling valve is opened at a uniform speed of 2 minutes until the lock chamber water level reaches the upstream navigation water level. The lock chamber water filling time under this valve opening and closing mode is 11.18 minutes. When the two-line mutual water transfer operation is in progress, the connecting corridor valve is opened and closed at a uniform speed of 1.5 minutes under the design water head, and the main corridor is opened at a uniform speed of 2 minutes. In order to make the water saving rate of the ship lock as close to 50% as possible, it is recommended to start closing the connecting corridor valve when the head difference between the two-line ship lock is 1.25m.

When the water level difference between the two sides of the lock chamber is 1.39m, the connecting gallery valve is closed at a uniform speed of 1.5 minutes. At this time, the water levels of the two-line ship locks are basically the same; in the second stage of the water transfer process, the water filling valve of the upper lock is opened at a uniform speed of 2 minutes until the water level in the lock chamber reaches the upstream navigation water level. [0133] 2.4 Pressure characteristics of water delivery system
[0134] 24 time-averaged pressure measuring points were arranged in the water transfer corridor to measure the pressure at various parts of the corridor under non-steady flow conditions and analyze the pressure distribution of the water transfer corridor. Among them, 10 pressure measuring points were set in the irrigation corridor section, 12 pressure measuring points were set in the discharge corridor section, and 2 pressure measuring points were set in the connecting corridor section.
[0135] Fig. 9 and Fig.10 The non-steady flow pressure at the typical measuring point of the corridor under the design head condition (upstream water level 8.7m ~ downstream water level -1.62m, head 10.32m) of the recommended valve opening mode for the single-line ship lock operation. When the ship lock is filled with water, the valve opens at a uniform speed (t v =4min) the lowest pressure measured is about 6m water column (5# measuring point); when the ship lock releases water, the valve opens at a uniform speed (t v =4min) the lowest pressure measured is about -3m water column (16# measuring point).
[0136] The non-steady flow pressure at the typical measuring point of the corridor is measured under the recommended valve opening mode for the single-line ship lock operation with a head condition of 9.62 m (upstream water level 8.0 m ~ downstream water level -1.62 m). When the ship lock is filled with water, the valve opens at a uniform speed (t v =4min) the lowest pressure measured is about 5m water column (5# measuring point); when the lock releases water, the valve opens at a uniform speed (t v =4min) the lowest pressure measured is about -3m water column (16# measuring point).
[0137] The non-steady flow pressure at the typical measuring point of the corridor is measured under the recommended valve opening mode under the common head condition (upstream water level 8.7m ~ downstream water level 0.66m, head 8.04m) when the single-line ship lock is in operation. When the ship lock is filled with water, the valve opens at a uniform speed (t v =3min) the lowest pressure measured is about 8m water column (5# measuring point); when the ship lock releases water, the valve opens at a uniform speed (t v =3min) the lowest pressure measured is about -1m water column (16# measuring point).
[0138] When the double-line water transfer is in operation, the water transfer process of each line of ship lock is divided into two stages due to the double-line water transfer operation condition. The first stage is the mutual water transfer of the two-line ship lock. At this time, the corridor of the connecting valve section is the control section, and its pressure is the lowest. However, since the buried depth of the connecting valve is 4.5m lower than the water transfer valve at the head of the gate, and the water transfer flow rate at this stage is also lower than that of the single-line water transfer, the pressure of the corridor of the connecting valve section can meet the requirements of the specification; the second stage is consistent with the single-line water transfer operation condition, but at this time, the head of each line of ship lock has been greatly reduced, and the water transfer flow rate has also been greatly reduced. At the same time, the submerged water depth of the water filling valve in the water filling chamber has also increased due to the rise of the water level in its gate chamber. Therefore, in the second stage, the working conditions of the gate head filling and water discharge valves of each line of ship lock have been greatly improved, and no negative pressure will occur. Therefore, only the pressure of the typical measuring point of the connecting valve section was tested in the test.
[0139] Fig.11 and Fig.12 t v1 =1.5min, t v2 = Pressure characteristic curve of filling or draining water under 2min, under the design head condition (upstream water level 8.7m ~ downstream water level -1.62m, head 10.32m), the connecting valve opens at a uniform speed during filling (t v1 =1.5min) the lowest pressure measured is about 8.0m water column (23# measuring point); the drain valve is opened at a uniform speed (t v1 =1.5min) the lowest pressure measured is about 3m water column (23# measuring point).
[0140] Under the water head of 9.62m (upstream water level 8.0m ~ downstream water level -1.62m), the water connection valve is opened at a uniform speed (tv1 =1.5min) the lowest pressure measured is about 8.5m water column (23# measuring point); the drain valve is opened at a uniform speed (t v1 =1.5min) the lowest pressure measured is about 3.5m water column (23# measuring point).
[0141] Under the common head condition (upstream water level 8.7m ~ downstream water level 0.66m, head 8.04m), the water connection valve is opened at a uniform speed (t v1 =1.5min) the lowest pressure measured is about 10.0m water column (23# measuring point); the drain valve is opened at a uniform speed (t v1 =1.5min) the lowest pressure measured is about 6.0m water column (23# measuring point).
[0142] 2.5 Water supply system resistance coefficient and flow coefficient
[0143] Average pressure measuring points are arranged in the water transfer corridor, and the pressure at various parts of the corridor and the water levels of the upper and lower pilot channels and lock chambers under constant flow conditions are measured by pressure measuring tubes. The resistance coefficient of each section of the water transfer corridor under single-line water transfer operation conditions, the total resistance coefficient of the corridor and the flow coefficient are calculated.
[0144] When the single-line ship lock is in operation, the calculation results are shown in Tables 21 to 24. The resistance coefficient and flow coefficient during filling are 1.768 and 0.752 respectively, and the resistance coefficient and flow coefficient during discharge are 2.324 and 0.656 respectively. It can be seen that the water delivery efficiency is better during filling, while the efficiency is slightly lower during discharge, because the import and export losses are larger during discharge.

[0154] When the two lines are in mutual water transfer operation, the resistance coefficients when the two lines of ship locks are releasing water from each other are calculated through the time-averaged pressure measuring points arranged in the corridor, and the flow coefficients are calculated to be 2.942 and 2.932 respectively, and the flow coefficients are 0.583 and 0.584 respectively. The specific results are shown in Table 25.
[0155] Table 25 Water corridor resistance and flow coefficient under double-line mutual water transfer operation conditions
[0156]
[0157] 2.6 Inlet and outlet flow conditions
[0158] The flow condition at the water inlet or outlet is one of the important factors affecting the normal operation of the lock and the safety of ships passing through the lock. Different from the common single-line lock or multi-line lock arranged in parallel, this double-line lock adopts a double-line or multi-line lock arranged in parallel with shared upstream and downstream pilot channels. In addition to meeting the flow conditions at the water inlet and outlet of the lock when the single-line lock is filled and discharged, special attention should be paid to the impact of water delivery from the first line lock on the flow conditions in the pilot channel on the other line lock side, so as to ensure the navigation safety of ships passing through the other line lock when the first line lock delivers water.
[0159] Regarding the flow conditions at the water inlet, the water inlet of the decentralized water supply system with high head and large flow generally adopts two layout types: multiple holes on the guide wall or the transverse corridor inlet at the bottom of the pilot channel. The water flow is relatively dispersed when the multiple holes in the guide wall are taken in, which can adapt to the decentralized water supply system with large water intake. It is also the most widely used water inlet type in the decentralized water supply system at present, but it requires a large submerged water depth and a relatively complex structure. The transverse corridor inlet type at the bottom of the pilot channel is suitable for ship locks with wide pilot channels, high heads and large water intake flows, but it must ensure that it has sufficient submerged water depth, and at the same time, attention must be paid to the sedimentation problem at the water inlet.
[0160] For the double-line parallel locks, the water inlets located on the intermediate piers or secondary guide walls can be shared by two lines or arranged independently. The arrangement of connecting the water inlets of the two lines of locks, that is, sharing the water inlet, can improve the water flow conditions in the pilot channel when the first line of locks is delivering water alone, but there are also certain hidden dangers: First, when the two lines of locks are operating at the same time, since the actual operating characteristics of the two lines of locks cannot be completely consistent, the shared water inlet will bring some unforeseen hydraulic problems; second, when the two lines of locks are staggered, if the first line of locks is being filled with water and the other line of locks is in the state of ships entering the lock, the shared water inlet will also bring certain safety hazards to the navigation safety of ships entering the other line of locks.
[0161] The bottom elevation of the navigation channel of this double-line ship lock is relatively high, and the flooding depth is relatively small. The water supply system adopts the side branch hole water supply system of the long corridor at the bottom of the lock. If the water inlet adopts the horizontal branch corridor at the bottom of the navigation channel, it may cause siltation or blockage at the water inlet, and it is inconvenient to repair. At the same time, in order to ensure the safe operation of the double-line ship lock, it is not recommended to adopt the layout of the shared water inlet of the double-line ship lock. Therefore, the water inlet layout initially considers the vertical multi-branch hole layout on the guide wall (the top elevation of the water inlet is -7.5m, the flooding depth is 16.2m at the maximum design head, and the flooding depth is 15.5m at the lowest navigable water level upstream).
[0162] After adopting the above arrangement, the single-line water delivery operation mode was tested. The test found that the single-line water delivery operation mode still had the following problems under normal operating conditions: there was a long-lasting backflow zone near the water diversion wall pier of the water-filling first-line ship lock when the valve was fully opened. Therefore, it was necessary to further optimize and adjust the water diversion wall form of the water inlet.
[0163] Therefore, the original design of the water divider wall was optimized, and a bottom-opening layout was adopted to make the water flow in the navigation section more dispersed and uniform. Fig.13 ,After the adjustment, it was found that the flow pattern in the nearby area was significantly improved.
[0164] The layout of the outlet of the decentralized water supply system is basically similar to that of the inlet, mainly including the multiple holes on the gate head side pier and the sill, the multiple holes on the guide wall, and the outlet of the horizontal branch gallery at the bottom of the pilot channel. In order to simplify the structure, reduce the cost and difficulty of the project, the outlet of this double-line ship lock adopts the "top water outlet + front water outlet" grid-type energy dissipation chamber layout type (a type of outlet layout type with multiple holes on the sill) with a relatively simple structure and good water flow energy dissipation effect, and an energy dissipation pool is set outside the outlet, and its outlet holes are symmetrically arranged. At the same time, in order to ensure that the two-line ship locks do not interfere with each other when discharging water, the layout type of setting a separate outlet for each line ship lock is still adopted.
[0165] Since the ship locks are arranged in parallel with double-line ship locks and share the upstream and downstream navigation channels, the peak discharge flow of the single-line ship lock is close to 400m 3 / s, the lateral velocity of the water flow near the water diversion wall pier is relatively large, and there must be backflow in the navigation channel. In order to reduce the impact of backflow on navigation, a bottom open layout is adopted, such as Fig.14 According to the experimental observation, after the downstream water diversion wall was optimized, the return flow at the other ship lock outlet was significantly reduced, and the flow pattern in the navigation channel could meet the requirements of the specification.
