Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of flame tube structure, in particular to a flame tube mixing device, a combustion chamber and an engine. BACKGROUND

[0002] The outlet temperature distribution of the combustion chamber of the gas turbine engine is limited, and the circumferential distribution and the radial distribution of the outlet temperature of the combustion chamber need to meet specific index requirements, and the radial temperature distribution of the outlet of the combustion chamber also needs to meet the specific curve distribution requirements of the turbine.

[0003] In the related art, in order to meet the limitation requirements of the outlet temperature distribution of the combustion chamber, a mixing inlet structure is usually designed at the rear end of the combustion chamber flame tube, so that the air with relatively low temperature in the two passages of the combustion chamber enters the flame tube, thereby adjusting the outlet temperature distribution of the combustion chamber. The mixing inlet structure mainly has three forms of flat straight hole, flanged round hole and mixing nozzle.

[0004] However, the flat straight hole structure is a direct hole on the wall surface of the flame tube, and the process is the simplest, but the flow coefficient of the flat straight hole is small, and the jet penetration depth is shallow. In order to ensure the jet penetration depth, the internal and external pressure difference of the flat straight hole of the flame tube needs to be increased. The flanged round hole is based on the flat straight hole and is flanged by a tool on the straight hole. The flanged round hole can appropriately increase the jet penetration depth and improve the flow coefficient of the hole, but is limited by the flange height, so the improvement effect is limited. The stress of the flanged round hole structure is easy to concentrate, and the stress increases in a high temperature environment, which is easy to produce fatigue cracks. The mixing nozzle is inserted through the flat straight hole on the flame tube and is positioned and welded on the flame tube by the skirt of the mixing nozzle. Because the insertion depth of the mixing nozzle in the flame tube is deep, the flow coefficient is also large, which is more conducive to strengthening the jet depth of the mixing nozzle, but the mixing nozzle has poor adjustment effect on the uniformity of the radial temperature distribution of the flame tube. [0042] In order to make the purposes, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are some but not all of the embodiments of the present application. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative effort should fall within the protection scope of the present application.

[0043] In the related art, in order to meet the limit requirement of the temperature distribution at the outlet of the combustion chamber, a mixing inlet structure is usually designed at the rear end of the flame tube of the combustion chamber, so that the air with relatively low temperature in the two passages of the combustion chamber enters the flame tube, thereby adjusting the temperature distribution at the outlet of the combustion chamber. The mixing inlet structure mainly has three forms of a planar straight hole, a flanged round hole, and a mixing nozzle.

[0044] However, as shown in Figure 1 , the planar straight hole structure is to directly open a hole on the wall surface of the flame tube, and the process is the simplest. However, the flow coefficient of the planar straight hole is small, and the jet penetration depth is shallow. In order to ensure the jet penetration depth, the internal and external pressure difference of the planar straight hole of the flame tube needs to be increased. As shown in Figure 2 , the flanged round hole is to perform flanging on the straight hole through a tool on the basis of the planar straight hole. The flanged round hole can appropriately increase the jet penetration depth and improve the flow coefficient of the hole. However, the improvement effect is limited due to the limitation of the flanging height. Moreover, the stress of the flanged round hole structure is easy to concentrate, and the stress increases in the high-temperature environment, which is easy to produce fatigue cracks. As shown in Figure 3 , the mixing nozzle is to pass through the planar straight hole on the flame tube and is positioned and welded on the flame tube through the skirt of the mixing nozzle. Because the insertion depth of the mixing nozzle in the flame tube is deep, and the flow coefficient is also large, it is more conducive to strengthening the jet depth of the mixing nozzle. However, the mixing nozzle has poor adjustment effect on the uniformity of the radial temperature distribution of the flame tube.

[0045] In order to improve the adjustment effect on the uniformity of the radial temperature distribution of the flame tube, the present application provides a flame tube mixing device, a combustion chamber, and an engine.

[0046] The embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to Figures 4 to 14 .

[0047] According to the embodiments of the present application, in a first aspect, a flame tube 21 mixing device is provided, as shown in Figure 4 and Figure 5 , which is adapted to be installed in the flame tube 21 and has a first direction X and includes a mixing cylinder 1. Specifically, the mixing cylinder 1 is a high-temperature-resistant metal cylinder, such as a high-temperature alloy, and more specifically, such as GH3536 (a kind of high-temperature nickel-based alloy with high chromium and molybdenum solid solution strengthening and high iron content). The mixing cylinder 1 extends along the first direction X. The cross section of the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X can be rectangular, circular, or other polygons, etc.Figure 4 As shown, preferably rectangular; the mixing barrel 1 includes an air inlet 11, a first air outlet 12 and a connecting portion 13, which are specifically as follows.

[0048] As shown, the air inlet 11 is located on the end face of the first end of the mixing barrel 1 along the first direction X, for communicating with cooling air to input cold air into the mixing barrel 1. Figure 4

[0049] As shown, the first air outlet 12 is arranged on the side wall of the mixing barrel 1 and extends along the first direction X, for discharging the cooling air entering the mixing barrel 1 to mix and cool the high-temperature gas in the flame barrel 21. Figure 4

[0050] As shown, the connecting portion 13 is used to connect with the flame barrel 21, specifically, the connecting portion 13 can be connected with the flame barrel 21 by welding. Figure 5

[0051] It should be noted that the first air outlet 12 extends along the first direction X, which means that the size of the first air outlet 12 along the first direction X is relatively large on the side wall of the mixing barrel 1, specifically, the length of the first air outlet 12 along the first direction X is 70% to 100% of the length of the wall of the mixing barrel 1 along the first direction X, preferably any one of 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95% and 100%, and more preferably 100%, wherein the length of the first air outlet 12 along the first direction X is 100% of the length of the wall of the mixing barrel 1 along the first direction X, that is, the part of the side wall of the mixing barrel 1 where the first air outlet 12 is arranged is completely disconnected by the first air outlet 12.

[0052] In the specific use process, as shown, the side wall of the flame barrel 21 is arranged with a plurality of mounting holes 211, and the mixing barrel 1 is inserted into the flame barrel 21 through the mounting holes 211, at least the first air outlet 12 is located in the flame barrel 21, and the orientation of the first air outlet 12 is arranged opposite or same to the flow direction of the high-temperature gas in the flame barrel 21, preferably opposite, the connecting portion 13 is connected with the barrel wall of the flame barrel 21, and the first direction X is coincided with the radial direction of the flame barrel 21, or the first direction X is arranged at an angle with the axis of the flame barrel 21, the angle is in the range of 0 to 30 degrees, specifically, any one of 0, 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 25 degrees and 30 degrees, or other angles. Figure 13 The air inlets 11 of the mixing barrels 1 are communicated with the cooling air passages, and when the high-temperature gas is output from the flame barrel 21, the cooling air is mixed into the flame barrel 21 through the mixing barrels 1 to mix and cool the high-temperature gas in the flame barrel 21.

[0053]

[0054] In this embodiment, such as Figures 4 to 5 As shown, since the first air outlet 12 extends along the first direction X, after the mixing cylinder 1 is installed inside the flame tube 21, the first air outlet 12 can extend radially along the flame tube 21. The cooling air introduced into the mixing cylinder 1 can be sprayed out at various points of the first air outlet 12, so that the cooling air can be evenly distributed radially in the flame tube 21. This enables the cooling air to be quickly and evenly mixed with the high-temperature gas in the radial direction of the flame tube 21, thereby improving the adjustment effect on the uniformity of the radial temperature distribution of the flame tube 21.

[0055] In one embodiment, such as Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the mixing cylinder 1 also includes a second air outlet 14, which is located on the end face of the second end of the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X, and the second air outlet 14 is connected to the first air outlet 12; specifically, the side wall of the mixing cylinder 1 is U-shaped.

[0056] In specific usage, such as Figure 13 As shown, during the transmission of cooling air entering the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X in the flame tube 21, part of the cooling air is directly discharged into the flame tube 21 through the first air outlet 12, and the other part of the cooling air can extend to the center of the flame tube 21 through the second air outlet 14.

[0057] In this embodiment, by providing a second air outlet 14 on the end face of the second end of the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X, and the second air outlet 14 being connected to the first air outlet 12, a portion of the cooling air entering the mixing cylinder 1 is distributed radially in the flame tube 21 through the first air outlet 12, while another portion of the cooling air continues to extend towards the center of the flame tube 21 through the second air outlet 14, thereby further improving the uniformity of the radial distribution of cooling air in the flame tube 21.

[0058] In some embodiments not shown, the mixing cylinder 1 further includes a second air outlet 14, which is located on the end face of the second end of the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X. The second air outlet 14 is not connected to the first air outlet 12, which can also enable the cooling air in the mixing cylinder 1 to extend to the center of the flame tube 21, thereby improving the uniformity of the radial distribution of the cooling air in the flame tube 21.

[0059] In one embodiment, such as Figure 6 As shown, the first air outlet 12 includes an axial section 121 and an inclined section 122. The first end of the axial section 121 is connected to the first end of the inclined section 122. The second end of the axial section 121 extends along the first direction X and is connected to the air inlet 11. The second end of the inclined section 122 is connected to the second air outlet 14. The inclined section 122 and the axial section 121 are set at an angle, and the angle β is an obtuse angle.

[0060] Specifically, the angle β between the inclined section 122 and the axial section 121 is 120°-160°, specifically any one of 120°, 125°, 130°, 135°, 140°, 145°, 150° and 160°, of course, it can also be any other angle within the range of 120°-160°, which can be selected and set according to actual needs.

[0061] It should be noted that the length of the axial section 121 can be very short, or even 0. When the length of the axial section 121 is 0, the first air outlet 12 is completely arranged on the inclined section 122.

[0062] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 6 , the first air outlet 12 includes the axial section 121 and the inclined section 122, the first end of the axial section 121 is in communication with the first end of the inclined section 122, the second end of the axial section 121 extends along the first direction X and is in communication with the air inlet 11, the second end of the inclined section 122 is in communication with the second air outlet 14, and the inclined section 122 is arranged at an angle with the axial section 121. The obtuse angle setting can reduce the weight of the mixing drum 1 without reducing the strength of the mixing drum 1, and does not affect the function of the mixing drum 1.

[0063] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 5 , Figure 7 , Figure 11 and Figure 12 , the mixing drum 1 includes an inner wall plate 15 and an outer wall plate 16, and the inner wall plate 15 is arranged at a distance from the outer wall plate 16, as shown in Figure 9 and Figure 10 , the distance between the inner wall plate 15 and the outer wall plate 16 can be 0.3mm-1.5mm, preferably any one of 0.5mm, 1mm and 1.5mm; the edge of the inner wall plate 15 at the first air outlet 12 is sealed and connected to the edge of the outer wall plate 16 at the first air outlet 12 by welding or one-piece forming to form a cooling cavity 17, and the edge of the inner wall plate 15 at the air inlet 11 is sealed and connected to the edge of the outer wall plate 16 at the air inlet 11 to form an air inlet 18 of the cooling cavity 17.

[0064] It should be noted that the inner wall plate 15 forms a mixing cavity for introducing cooling air, and the edge of the inner wall plate 15 at the air inlet 11 encloses the air inlet 11, and the edge of the inner wall plate 15 at the first air outlet 12 encloses the first air outlet 12, as shown in Figure 7 , the edge of the inner wall plate 15 at the second air outlet 14 encloses the second air outlet 14.

[0065] Specifically, the material of the inner wall plate 15 and the material of the outer wall plate 16 are both high-temperature-resistant metal plates, and the shape and size are basically the same, and the wall thickness is 0.3mm-1.0mm, preferably 0.5mm, 0.8mm and 1.0mm.

[0066] In the specific use process, as shown in Figure 13 , the cooling air is introduced into the mixing cavity and the cooling cavity 17 formed by the inner wall plate 15 respectively, the cooling air in the mixing cavity is mixed with the air in the flame tube 21 through the first air outlet 12 and the second air outlet 14; the cooling air entering the cooling cavity 17 can cool the inner wall plate 15 and the outer wall plate 16, so that the inner wall plate 15 and the outer wall plate 16 maintain a lower temperature, and the cooling air introduced into the cooling cavity 17 can continuously discharge from the cooling cavity 17 into the flame tube 21.

[0067] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 5 and Figure 7 , the mixing tube 1 is spaced and surrounded by the inner wall plate 15 and the outer wall plate 16 to form the cooling cavity 17, and the mixing tube 1 is continuously cooled by introducing cooling air into the cooling cavity 17, so as to prevent the inner wall plate 15 and the outer wall plate 16 of the mixing tube 1 from being ablated by the high-temperature gas in the flame tube 21, thereby prolonging the service life of the mixing device of the flame tube 21, reducing the maintenance frequency of the mixing tube 1, and reducing the maintenance cost.

[0068] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 4 , the edge of the inner wall plate 15 at the second air outlet 14 is sealingly connected to the edge of the outer wall plate 16 at the second air outlet 14 by welding, as shown in Figure 9 and Figure 11 , the outer wall plate 16 is provided with a plurality of air outlets 19 at the position opposite to the first air outlet 12, specifically, the diameter of the air outlet 19 is 0.5mm-2mm, preferably 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm and 2mm, of course, it can also be any other size.

[0069] In the specific use process, as shown in Figure 13 , the direction of the first air outlet 12 is opposite to the direction of the airflow in the flame tube 21, so that the mixing tube 1 forms a windbreak structure in the flame tube 21, and the airflow in the flame tube 21 mixes with the cooling gas discharged from the first air outlet 12 after passing around the mixing tube 1 and being cooled, part of the cooled gas forms a backflow area at the position of the outer wall plate 16 provided with the air outlet, and the air outlet can discharge the cooling air introduced into the cooling cavity 17 to prevent the formation of the backflow area.

[0070] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 9 and Figure 11 shown, by setting a plurality of air outlets at the part of the outer wall plate 16 opposite to the first air outlet 12, the cooling air entering the cooling cavity 17 can be discharged from the air outlets to prevent the formation of a backflow area, avoid the temperature rise of the outer wall plate 16 by the airflow after cooling (still very high temperature), and prevent ablation of the mixing drum 1.

[0071] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 4 , the connecting part 13 includes a plurality of connecting ears 131, which are arranged at intervals on the edge of the outer wall plate 16 at the first air outlet 12, and are used to be connected to the flame drum 21 by welding.

[0072] In this embodiment, the connecting part 13 is a plurality of connecting ears 131 arranged at intervals to connect to the outer wall of the flame drum 21, which is simple in structure and easy to process.

[0073] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 8 , the part of the mixing drum 1 connected to the air inlet 11 along the first direction X is tapered away from the air inlet 11, and the taper angle α is 10°-50°, specifically 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45° and 50°, or any other angle within the range of 10°-50°, which can be selected and set according to actual needs.

[0074] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 8 , by tapering the part of the mixing drum 1 connected to the air inlet 11 along the first direction X away from the air inlet 11, the flow rate of the cooling air entering the mixing drum 1 can be increased to make the cooling air evenly distributed at each part of the first air outlet; at the same time, when the second air outlet 14 is provided, the speed of the cooling air ejected from the second air outlet can be increased to increase the distance of the cooling air extending to the center part of the flame drum 21.

[0075] The following embodiment describes the mixing device of the flame drum 21 as a whole.

[0076] This embodiment provides a mixing device of the flame drum 21, as shown in Figure 4 and Figure 5 , which is adapted to be installed in the flame drum 21 and has a first direction X, and includes a mixing drum 1. Specifically, the mixing drum 1 is a high-temperature-resistant metal drum, such as a high-temperature alloy, specifically GH3536; the mixing drum 1 extends along the first direction X, and the cross section of the mixing drum 1 along the first direction X can be rectangular, circular or other polygonal, etc., as shown in Figure 4As shown, it is preferably rectangular; the mixing cylinder 1 includes an air inlet 11, a first air outlet 12 and a connecting part 13, and the specific scheme is as follows.

[0077] like Figure 4 As shown, the air inlet 11 is located on the end face of the first end of the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X, and is used to communicate with the cooling air to input cold air into the mixing cylinder 1.

[0078] like Figure 4 As shown, the first air outlet 12 is provided on the side wall of the mixing cylinder 1 and extends along the first direction X, for discharging the cooling air entering the mixing cylinder 1 and mixing it with the high-temperature gas in the flame tube 21 to cool it down.

[0079] like Figure 5 As shown, the connecting part 13 is used to connect with the flame tube 21. Specifically, the connecting part 13 can be connected to the flame tube 21 by welding.

[0080] It should be noted that the first air outlet 12 extends along the first direction X, meaning that the first air outlet 12 has a relatively large size proportion along the first direction X on the side wall of the mixing cylinder 1. Specifically, the length of the first air outlet 12 along the first direction X is 70% to 100% of the length of the wall of the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X, preferably any one of 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95% and 100%, and more preferably 100%. Wherein, the length of the first air outlet 12 along the first direction X is 100% of the length of the wall of the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X, that is, the part on the side wall of the mixing cylinder 1 where the first air outlet 12 is provided is completely interrupted by the first air outlet 12.

[0081] More specifically, such as Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the mixing cylinder 1 also includes a second air outlet 14, which is located on the end face of the second end of the mixing cylinder 1 along the first direction X, and the second air outlet 14 is connected to the first air outlet 12; specifically, the side wall of the mixing cylinder 1 is U-shaped.

[0082] More specifically, such as Figure 6 As shown, the first air outlet 12 includes an axial section 121 and an inclined section 122.
