[0038] The needle cap 6-3 is provided with a first step 6-3-1.

[0039] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure: as Figure 3 and Figure 6As shown, the specific structure of the upper housing 2 of the housing is shown. It includes: a pressing member 2-1, a supporting portion 2-2 located below the pressing surface of the pressing member 2-1, a third limiting step 2-3, a first limiting step 2-4, a first guiding groove 2-5, a first end limiting step 2-6, and a first slot 2-7;

[0040] Among them, the supporting portion 2-2 includes: a pressing portion 2-2-1, a side blocking portion 2-2-2, and a clamping structure located at the end of the side blocking portion 2-2-2;

[0041] Optionally, the clamping structure is a first hook-shaped structure 2-2-3.

[0042] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure: As Figure 3 and Figure 7 shown, the specific structure of the lower housing 3 of the housing is shown. It includes: a fourth limiting step 3-1, a second limiting step 3-2, a second guiding groove 3-3, a second end limiting step 3-4, a second slot 3-5, and a clamping and mating structure;

[0043] Optionally, the clamping and mating structure is a second hook-shaped structure 3-6.

[0044] Next, in conjunction with the attached Figures 1-11 description is made of the mating relationship between the components:

[0045] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure: As Figure 3 shown, a pressing member 2-1 is provided on the housing, and a pressing portion 2-2-1 extends in the direction towards the inside of the housing on the pressing member 2-1.

[0046] In an optional embodiment, a side blocking portion 2-2-2 also extends in the direction towards the inside of the housing on the pressing member 2-1.

[0047] The pressing portion 2-2-1 and the side blocking portion 2-2-2 together constitute the supporting portion 2-2 of the pressing member 2-1.

[0048] In an optional embodiment, the housing includes an upper housing 2 and a lower housing 3. Among them, the pressing member 2-1 is located on the upper housing 2 of the housing.

[0049] When the needle cap 6-3 is not removed, the pressing member 2-1 is in the standby position, and the pressing portion 2-2-1 abuts against the first protrusion 6-4-1 to prevent the pressing of the pressing member 2-1; at this time, the pressing portion 2-2-1 is located above the first protrusion 6-4-1, that is, the first protrusion 6-4-1 abuts against the pressing portion 2-2-1.

[0050] In the initial state, there is no contact between the side blocking portion 2-2-2 and the second protrusion 6-4-2, and there is a certain distance therebetween; after removing the needle cap 6-3, the needle core 6 moves forward in the firing direction until the side blocking portion 2-2-2 abuts against the second protrusion 6-4-2, causing the needle core 6 to stop moving. That is, after removing the needle cap 6-3, the needle core 6 moves forward. At this time, due to the existence of the side blocking portion 2-2-2, the side blocking portion 2-2-2 can block the second protrusion 6-4-2 from continuing to move forward. At this time, the pressing member 2-1 is still in the standby position, and the first protrusion 6-4-1 is separated from the contact with the pressing portion 2-2-1 due to the movement of the needle core 6 in the firing direction.

[0051] When the pressing member 2-1 is pressed, the side blocking portion 2-2-2 moves downward. At this time, the side blocking portion 2-2-2 releases the block on the second protrusion 6-4-2, that is, the side blocking portion 2-2-2 is separated from the contact with the second protrusion 6-4-2 due to the downward movement of the pressing member 2-1, enabling the needle core 6 to continue to move along the firing direction.

[0052] In one embodiment, the pressing portion 2-2-1 and the side blocking portion 2-2-2 are integrally formed, and the pressing portion 2-2-1 and the side blocking portion 2-2-2 are spaced apart in the firing direction of the blood collection needle.

[0053] In an alternative embodiment, there is a groove between the pressing portion 2-2-1 and the side blocking portion 2-2-2, and the pressing portion 2-2-1 and the side blocking portion 2-2-2 form a "U" shaped structure.

[0054] In one embodiment, the extending length of the side blocking portion 2-2-2 is greater than the extending length of the pressing portion 2-2-1.

[0055] As Figure 4 and Figure 5 shown, the needle core 6 is composed of a needle shell 6-1 and a blood collection needle body 6-2. The needle shell 6-1 includes a needle cap 6-3 and a needle body portion 6-4. The needle cap 6-3 and the needle body portion 6-4 are connected by a connecting portion 6-5, and the diameter of the connecting portion 6-5 is smaller than the diameter of the needle cap 6-3 near the connecting portion 6-5.

[0056] In one embodiment, at least one third protrusion 6-4-4 arranged circumferentially around the needle body portion 6-4 is provided at the rear end of the needle body portion 6-4. One end of the elastic member 4 is fixed to the rear end of the needle body portion 6-4 through the third protrusion 6-4-4 and is limited and fixed by the third protrusion 6-4-4.

[0057] In one embodiment, the third protrusions 6-4-4 can be multiple and can be evenly arranged around the needle body portion 6-4. The elastic member 4 can be a spring or other elastic and stretchable biasing components.

[0058] The blood collection needle body 6-2 is composed of a needle tip part 6-2-1 and a cylindrical part 6-2-2. Most of the needle tip part 6-2-1 is buried in the needle cap 6-3, and most of the cylindrical part 6-2-2 is buried in the needle body part 6-4.

[0059] The needle body part 6-4 is provided with a first protrusion 6-4-1 extending radially outward, a second protrusion 6-4-2 extending radially outward, and a guide block 6-4-3. In the radial direction, the radial outer edge of the first protrusion 6-4-1 is farther from the axis of the blood collection needle body than the radial outer edge of the second protrusion 6-4-2.

[0060] In one embodiment, in the radial direction, the radial outer edge of the second protrusion 6-4-2 is closer to the axis of the blood collection needle body 6-2 than the inner wall surface of the side blocking part 2-2-2 to the axis of the blood collection needle body 6-2, and the radial outer edge of the second protrusion 6-4-2 is farther from the axis of the blood collection needle body 6-2 than the inner edge of the clamping structure 2-2-3 to the axis of the blood collection needle body 6-2.

[0061] So that after removing the needle cap 6-3 and before the pressing member 2-1 is pressed, the needle core 6 moves in the firing direction until the clamping structure of the side blocking part 2-2-2 abuts against the second protrusion 6-4-2. At this time, based on the abutment of the clamping structure and the second protrusion 6-4-2, the needle core 6 stops moving.

[0062] After the pressing member 2-1 is pressed, the side blocking part 2-2-2 moves downward with the pressing member 2-1, and the clamping structure 2-2-3 of the side blocking part 2-2-2 releases the contact blockage of the second protrusion 6-4-2, so that the second protrusion 6-4-2 can pass through the side blocking part 2-2-2, and thus the needle core 6 can continue to be fired forward.

[0063] In one embodiment, a third limiting step 2-3 and a fourth limiting step 3-1 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the front ends of the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 3; a first limiting step 2-4 and a second limiting step 3-2 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the rear ends of the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 3.

[0064] The first step 6-3-1 at the front end of the needle core 6 is limited by the third limiting step 2-3 and the fourth limiting step 3-1 on the inner sides of the front ends of the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 3, that is, the third limiting step 2-3 and the fourth limiting step 3-1 prevent the first step 6-3-1 from moving forward, so that the needle core 6 cannot be pulled out forward in the natural state.

[0065] The second step 6-4-5 at the rear end of the needle core 6 is limited by the first limiting step 2-4 and the second limiting step 3-2 on the inner sides of the rear ends of the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 3.

[0066] In one embodiment, the needle body portion 6-4 includes two oppositely arranged guiding blocks 6-4-3. A second step 6-4-5 is formed between the guiding blocks 6-4-3 and the main body of the needle body portion 6-4. The end faces of the second step 6-4-5 are respectively in contact with the end faces of the first limiting step 2-4 and the second limiting step 3-2.

[0067] The first limiting step 2-4 and the second limiting step 3-2 can prevent the guiding blocks 6-4-3 from moving backward, so that the needle core 6 cannot be pressed backward even in the natural state.

[0068] As Figure 6 and Figure 7 As shown, a first guiding groove 2-5 and a second guiding groove 3-3 are respectively arranged in the upper housing 2 and the lower housing 3. The two oppositely arranged guiding blocks 6-4-3 of the needle body portion 6-4 are respectively located in the first guiding groove 2-5 and the second guiding groove 3-3 in the upper and lower housings, and can move back and forth in the first guiding groove 2-5 and the second guiding groove 3-3 under the action of a spring.

[0069] The first limiting step 2-4 is located at the rear end of the first guiding groove 2-5, and the second limiting step 3-2 is located at the rear end of the second guiding groove 3-3.

[0070] In one embodiment, first end limiting steps 2-6 and second end limiting steps 3-4 are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the front ends of the upper housing 2 and the lower housing 3. The first end limiting step 2-6 is located at the front end of the first guiding groove 2-5, and the second end limiting step 3-4 is located at the front end of the second guiding groove 3-3. The first end limiting steps 2-6 and the second end limiting steps 3-4 are used to prevent the guiding blocks 6-4-3 from moving forward. That is, when the needle core 6 is fired forward, the first end limiting steps 2-6 and the second end limiting steps 3-4 can resist the guiding blocks 6-4-3, so that the needle body portion cannot continue to move forward.

[0071] In one embodiment, the end of the side blocking portion 2-2-2 has a first hook-shaped structure 2-2-3 facing the inside of the housing, and the lower housing 3 is provided with a second hook-shaped structure 3-6.

[0072] After the needle core 6 is fired and returns, at this time, the pressing member 2-1 has been released. Then, the first hook-shaped structure 2-2-3 hooks the second hook-shaped structure 3-6 to prevent the pressing member 2-1 from being pressed again. That is, after blood collection is completed and the needle core 6 returns to the housing, due to the engagement and clamping of the first hook-shaped structure 2-2-3 and the second hook-shaped structure 3-6, the blood collection needle cannot be pressed for blood collection a second time after being fired for blood collection.

[0073] In one embodiment, a sunken groove 3-7 is provided in the lower housing 3 of the housing, so that the side blocking portion 2-2-2 can move downward after the pressing member 2-1 is pressed until it enters the sunken groove 3-7.

[0074] Wherein, the second hook-shaped structure 3-6 is disposed adjacent to the sunken groove 3-7, and the hook of the second hook-shaped structure 3-6 is bent toward the direction of the sunken groove 3-7.

[0075] In one embodiment, the hook of the first hook-shaped structure 2-2-3 faces the inside of the housing, and the hook of the second hook-shaped structure 3-6 faces the firing direction of the needle core 6.

[0076] In one embodiment, the bottom cover 5 has two first engaging hooks 5-1 arranged oppositely, and the rear ends of the upper housing 2 and the lower housing 3 are respectively provided with a first slot 2-7 and a second slot 3-5, and the two first engaging hooks 5-1 are respectively fixed in the first slot 2-7 and the second slot 3-5.

[0077] In one embodiment, the bottom cover 5 is further provided with a second engaging hook 5-2, and the other end of the elastic member 4 is fixedly connected to the second engaging hook 5-2 of the bottom cover 5. In the initial state, the elastic member 4 is in a compressed state.

[0078] In one embodiment, the first engaging hook 5-1 is an outer engaging hook on the bottom cover 5, and the second engaging hook 5-2 is an inner engaging hook 5-2 on the bottom cover 5.

[0079] In one embodiment, the upper housing 2 and the lower housing 3 are connected and fixed together by a hole-column matching structure.

[0080] Combined Figures 1-11 Describe the working principle of the side-pressing type safety blood collection needle of the present disclosure:

[0081] In the initial state, when the needle cap 6-3 is not removed, the touch pressing portion 2-2-1 of the side-pressing type safety blood collection needle of the present disclosure is located above the first protrusion 6-4-1 of the needle core 6, and the first protrusion 6-4-1 abuts against the touch pressing portion 2-2-1, so that the pressing member 2-1 cannot be pressed downward.

[0082] Such as Figure 8As shown, after rotating the needle cap 6-3, the needle shell 6-1 breaks at the connecting part 6-5, the needle cap 6-3 detaches from the needle body part 6-4, and the tip part 6-2-1 of the blood collection needle body 6-2 is exposed; at this time, the first step 6-3-1 at the front end of the needle core 6 is released from the restriction of the third limit step 2-3 of the upper shell 2 and the fourth limit step 3-1 of the lower shell 3. Under the compressive elastic force of the elastic member 4, the needle body part 6-4 pops forward by a certain distance. At this time, the first protrusion 6-4-1 of the needle body part 6-4 disengages from the abutment of the touch part 2-2-1 of the upper shell 2 and is no longer located below the touch part 2-2-1. The needle body part 6-4 moves forward until the second protrusion 6-4-2 of the needle body part 6-4 contacts the side blocking part 2-2-2, and then the needle body part 6-4 stops ejecting outward.

[0083] After that, as Figure 9 and Figure 10 shown, press the front end of the shell tightly against the blood collection site, and press down the pressing member 2-1 of the upper shell 2. At this time, the pressing member 2-1 drives the side blocking part 2-2-2 to move downward together. When it moves downward until the side blocking part 2-2-2 no longer contacts the second protrusion 6-4-2 of the needle body part 6-4, then under the compressive elastic force of the elastic member 4, the needle body part 6-4 continues to eject forward.

[0084] When the upper and lower guiding blocks 6-4-3 of the needle body part 6-4 touch the first end limit step 2-6 of the upper shell 2 and the second end limit step 3-4 of the lower shell 3, the needle body part 6-4 stops popping out. During this popping process, the exposed needle tip 6-2-1 will pierce the blood collection site. At this time, the elastic member 4 is in a stretched state.

[0085] As Figure 11 shown, under the pulling force of the elastic member 4, the needle body part 6-4 retracts into the shell along the reverse direction of the ejection direction. Since the needle tip 6-2-1 is lower than the hole surface formed by the front end of the shell, that is, after the needle body part 6-4 returns to the shell, the needle tip 6-2-1 is inside the shell and does not expose the needle outlet at the front end of the shell, which can prevent the needle tip 6-2-1 from injuring medical staff.

[0086] After the pressing member 2-1 is pressed and the needle body part 6-4 pops out, release the pressing member 2-1. At this time, the first hook-shaped structure 2-2-3 of the upper shell 2 will hook on the second hook-shaped structure 3-6 of the lower shell 3 to ensure that the pressing member 2-1 cannot be pressed again.

[0087] Due to the side-pressing type safety blood collection needle of the present disclosure, it is realized that blood collection cannot be performed without unlocking, that is, when the needle cap is not removed, and secondary pressing for blood collection cannot be performed after triggering blood collection, which is safer in use.

[0088] Based on the above, the present disclosure proposes the following technical solutions:
