[0007] Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0008] However, when the core-bar wound body is heavy, the operation of storing the core-bar wound body in the packing box and the operation of taking it out of the packing box become difficult.
[0009] The present invention has been made in view of the above technical background, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packing box and a packed article in which the operation of storing and taking out the core-bar wound body can be easily performed.
[0010] Means for Solving the Problems
[0011] The present invention provides the following means.
[0012] 1) A packing box for storing a core-bar wound body, the core-bar wound body being formed by winding a sheet around a hollow core bar, the core bar extending in the left-right direction and having an opening hole provided at an end face, wherein,
[0013] On at least one of the left and right side walls, at least a part of the side wall is formed as a bending piece that can be bent outward,
[0014] The packing box is configured such that by bending the bending piece outward with respect to the side wall, an opening window is formed in a portion of the side wall before bending of the bending piece, through which the opening hole of the core bar of the core-bar wound body is exposed outward and opened upward.
[0015] 2) The packing box described in item 1 above, an upper inner cover plate is integrally connected and provided at the upper edge of the bending piece.
[0016] 3) The packing box described in item 1 or 2 above, a support plate for supporting the end of the mandrel from below is provided inside the side wall, and a receiving recess that opens upward for receiving the end of the mandrel from below is formed on the support plate.
[0017] 4) The packing box described in item 3 above, includes a pressing plate for pressing the end of the mandrel received in the receiving recess of the support plate from above.
[0018] An insertion gap for inserting when the pressing plate presses the end of the mandrel from above is formed at the middle part in the thickness direction of the support plate.
[0019] 5) The packing box described in any one of items 1 to 4 above, a part of the side wall is the bending piece.
[0020] 6) The packing box described in any one of items 1 to 5 above, the bending piece is provided only on one of the left and right side walls.
[0021] 7) A packed object, which is a packed object formed by storing a mandrel - with - strip roll in a packing box. The mandrel - with - strip roll is formed by winding a sheet in a roll shape on a hollow mandrel. The mandrel extends in the left - right direction and has an opening hole provided at the end face. Among them,
[0022] On at least one of the left and right side walls of the packing box, at least a part of the side wall is a bending piece that can be bent outward.
[0023] The packing box is configured such that: by bending the bending piece outward, an opening window that opens upward is formed in the part of the side wall before the bending of the bending piece.
[0024] The mandrel - with - strip roll is stored in the packing box in such a way that when the bending piece is bent outward, the opening hole of the mandrel is exposed to the outside from the opening window.
[0025] Effects of the invention
[0026] The present invention achieves the following effects.
[0027] In the previous item 1, by bending the bending piece on the side wall of the packing box outward relative to the side wall, the opening hole of the mandrel is exposed from the upward-opening opening window. Therefore, when taking out the mandrel-equipped coil from inside the packing box, by horizontally inserting a rod member (e.g., a robot arm) that can be driven in the vertical direction from the side into the opening hole of the mandrel exposed from the opening window and raising it, the mandrel-equipped coil can be taken out from inside the packing box. Thus, the operation of taking out the mandrel-equipped coil from inside the packing box can be easily performed.
[0028] In addition, when storing the mandrel-equipped coil in the packing box, by horizontally inserting the rod member from the side into the opening hole of the mandrel and raising it, the mandrel-equipped coil is lifted. And by bending the bending piece outward relative to the side wall, an upward-opening opening window is formed in advance on the side wall. In this state, by lowering the rod member in such a way that the rod member moves downward inside the opening window from the upper side of the opening window, the mandrel-equipped coil is moved from the upper side of the packing box to the inside of the packing box, and the mandrel-equipped coil is stored in the packing box. Thus, the operation of storing the mandrel-equipped coil in the packing box can also be easily performed.
[0029] In the previous item 2, since the upper inner cover plate is integrally connected and provided at the upper edge of the bending part, in the state where the bending piece is bent outward relative to the side wall, the upper inner cover plate also moves outward relative to the side wall integrally with the bending piece. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the rod member and the mandrel-equipped coil inserted into the opening hole of the mandrel from interfering with the upper inner cover plate during the storage operation and the take-out operation of the mandrel-equipped coil. Therefore, the storage operation and the take-out operation of the mandrel-equipped coil can be reliably and easily performed.
[0030] In the previous item 3, since the support plate that supports the end part of the mandrel from the lower side is provided inside the side wall, the end part of the mandrel in the mandrel-equipped coil stored in the packing box can be supported from the lower side by the support plate. And since the receiving recess is formed on the support plate, the end part of the mandrel can be received from the lower side with good stability.
[0031] In the previous item 4, by pressing the end part of the mandrel received by the receiving recess of the support plate from the upper side with the pressing plate, the state of receiving the end part of the mandrel by the receiving recess can be maintained. And by inserting the pressing plate into the insertion gap of the support plate when the pressing plate presses the end part of the mandrel from the upper side, the state of receiving the end part of the mandrel by the receiving recess can be firmly maintained. And since the insertion gap is formed in the middle part in the thickness direction of the support plate, it is easy to insert the pressing plate.
[0032] In the previous item 5, since a part of the side wall is the bending piece, the strength of the side wall is higher than that in the case where substantially the whole side wall is the bending piece.
[0033] In the previous item 6, since the bending piece is provided only on one of the left and right side walls, the strength of the packing box is higher than that in the case where the bending pieces are provided on both the left and right side walls respectively.
[0034] In the previous item 7, the core rod roll is stored in the packing box in such a manner that when the bending piece is bent outward with respect to the side wall, the opening hole of the core rod is exposed to the outside from the opening window that opens upward. Therefore, for the same reason as in the previous item 1, the operation of taking out the core rod roll from the packing box can be easily performed. Brief Description of the Drawings

[0051] Hereinafter, an implementation mode of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0052] As Figure 1 shown, the packing box 1 of an implementation mode of the present invention is a square box-shaped member made of corrugated paper that houses the mandrel roll body 20 as an object to be housed. The mandrel roll body 20 is transported (including conveyed) to a specified position such as a customer in a state where it is entirely housed (packed) in the packing box 1.
[0053] The mandrel roll body 20 is a member in which a long strip of sheet is wound in a roll shape around the middle portion in the left-right direction of a hollow mandrel 21 that extends straight in the left-right direction. The end portions 21a of the mandrel 21 protrude from the center portions of the left and right end faces 20b in the roll body main body 20a formed by winding the sheet in a roll shape.
[0054] The mandrel 21 is a circular tube, and opening holes 21b formed by the end openings of the hollow portion of the mandrel 21 are provided at the left and right end faces of the mandrel 21. The sheet is made of a metal foil material (e.g., aluminum foil material), a packaging material (e.g., resin film material, metal laminated film material), etc. As the packaging material, specifically, an outer packaging material for a battery (e.g., a lithium ion secondary battery) can be cited. The weight of the mandrel roll body 20 is, for example, in the range of about 30 kg to 50 kg.
[0055] As Figure 7 shown in the development view, the packing box 1 includes a rectangular bottom wall 2, a peripheral wall 4 that is erected on the outer peripheral edge of the bottom wall 2 and surrounds the periphery of the mandrel roll body 20, and a rectangular top wall 8. It should be noted that the dotted lines in Figure 7 represent folding lines.
[0056] The bottom wall 2 is composed of a pair of front and rear lower outer cover plates 2C, 2D and a pair of left and right lower inner cover plates 2A, 2B. The lower surface of the packing box 1 is closed at the lower surface position of the packing box 1 by these lower cover plates 2A to 2D, so that the lower surface of the packing box 1 is closed by these lower cover plates 2A to 2D to form the bottom wall 2. Moreover, in order not to accidentally open these lower cover plates 2A to 2D, these lower cover plates 2A to 2D are held in a closed state by a holding mechanism (not shown) such as a packing adhesive tape or a stapler. Similarly, the top wall 8 is composed of a pair of front and rear upper outer cover plates 8C, 8D and a pair of left and right upper inner cover plates 8A, 8B. The upper surface of the packing box 1 is closed at the upper surface position of the packing box 1 by these upper cover plates 8A to 8D, so that the upper surface of the packing box 1 is closed by these upper cover plates 8A to 8D to form the top wall 8.
[0057] The peripheral wall 4 includes: a pair of front and rear side walls 4C and a rear wall 4D which are erected on the front edge and the rear edge of the bottom wall 2 via the broken lines 4c and 4d and are arranged in parallel and separated from each other; and a pair of left and right side walls 4A and a right side wall 4B which are erected on the left edge and the right edge of the bottom wall 2 via the broken lines 4a and 4b and are arranged in parallel and separated from each other. In addition, an adhesive piece 9 continuously arranged on the side edge of the rear wall 4D via the broken line 4e is adhered to the side edge part of the inner surface of the right side wall 4B.
[0058] As Figure 1 shown, a part of one of the left and right side walls 4A and 4B is provided with a bending piece 5 that can be bent outward, and such a bending piece is not provided on the other side wall. In the present embodiment, a part of the left side wall 4A among the two side walls 4A and 4B is provided with the bending piece 5, and such a bending piece is not provided on the right side wall 4B.
[0059] The bending piece 5 is composed of a substantially rectangular part with a specified width in the left side wall 4A that extends from the substantially middle part in the front-rear direction of its upper edge to the vicinity of the substantially middle part in the up-down direction or the lower edge.
[0060] The lower edge of the bending piece 5 is continuously arranged integrally with the left side wall 4A via the broken line 5a, and a pair of longitudinal cut lines 5b, 5b extending downward from the upper edge of the left side wall 4A are arranged along both side edges in the width direction of the bending piece 5. Moreover, on the upper edge of the left side wall 4A, a pair of transverse cut lines 5c, 5c extending from the front and rear ends of the upper edge along the upper edge to the corresponding longitudinal cut lines 5b, 5b are arranged. In addition, on the upper edge of the bending piece 5 formed by the part between the two transverse cut lines 5c, 5c in the upper edge of the left side wall 4A, an upper left inner cover plate 8A for the top wall 8 is integrally connected and arranged via the broken line 5d.
[0061] In addition, the packing box 1 is configured such that the bending piece 5 is bent outward with respect to the left side wall 4A at the broken line 5a, so that an opening window 6 opening upward is formed in the part of the left side wall 4A before the bending piece 5 is bent. As Figure 3 shown, the opening hole 21b at the left end portion 21a of the core bar 21 in the core bar reel 20 stored in the packing box 1 is exposed to the outside from the opening window 6. In other words, the core bar reel 20 is stored in the packing box 1 in such a manner that the opening hole 21b at the left end portion 21a of the core bar 21 is exposed to the outside from the opening window 6 when the bending piece 5 is bent outward with respect to the left side wall 4A.
[0062] Moreover, the structure of the packing box 1 will be described in detail below.
[0063] As Figures 2 to 4As shown, on the inner sides of the left and right side walls 4A and 4B in the bundling box 1, a pair of left and right corrugated cardboard support plates 10, 10 are respectively arranged on the bottom wall 2 in a standing state with respect to the bottom wall 2 while overlapping with the inner surfaces of the corresponding side walls 4A, 4B. Each support plate 10 supports the corresponding end 21a of the core rod 21 in the core rod coil body 20 from below. These support plates 10, 10 have the same shape and the same structure as each other.
[0064] The upper edge of the support plate 10 is located at a height substantially the same as the height of the upper edge of the corresponding side walls 4A, 4B (refer to Figure 4 ). In addition, as Figure 1 shown, in the middle part of the support plate 10 in the front-rear direction, there is provided a receiving recess 10b that is open upward and has a substantially U-shaped cross-section for receiving the end 21a of the core rod 21 from below. The receiving bottom of the receiving recess 10b is formed to have a substantially arc-shaped cross-section (specifically, a substantially semi-circular arc-shaped cross-section), and is located at a height substantially the same as or slightly above the height of the lower edge (folding line 5a) of the folding piece 5. Moreover, as Figure 2 shown, the folding piece 5 and the receiving recess 10b of the left support plate 10 are formed such that the entire receiving recess 10b of the left support plate 10 is exposed to the outside from the opening window 6 in a state where the folding piece 5 is bent outward with respect to the left side wall 4A.
[0065] As Figure 8 shown, the support plate 10 is a component formed by bending a single corrugated cardboard sheet 10a in such a way that an insertion gap 10c for inserting a pressing plate 12 described later is formed in the middle part in the thickness direction of the support plate 10.
[0066] As Figure 4 shown, in a state where the end 21a of the core rod 21 of the core rod coil body 20 is received by the receiving recess 10b of the support plate 10 from below, that is, in a state where the end 21a of the core rod 21 is supported by the support plate 10 from below, the coil body 20 (coil body main body 20a) is arranged to be slightly separated upward with respect to the bottom wall 2 and slightly separated downward with respect to the top wall 8 (refer to Figure 6 ), and the core rod 21 becomes substantially horizontal.
[0067] Moreover, as Figure 5 shown, the end 21a of the core rod 21 received by the receiving recess 10b of each support plate 10 is pressed from above by the pressing plate 12, thereby maintaining the state of receiving the end 21a of the core rod 21 by the receiving recess 10b. The pressing plate 12 is made of corrugated cardboard having a thickness substantially the same as the thickness of the corrugated cardboard that is the raw material of the above-mentioned cardboard sheet 10a of the support plate 10. These pressing plates 12, 12 have the same shape and the same structure as each other.
[0068] As Figure 3As shown, a pressing recess 12a formed by a notch with an arc-shaped cross-section (specifically, a semi-circular cross-section) is provided at the middle part in the front-back direction of the lower edge of the pressing plate 12. In a state where the end 21a of the mandrel 21 is pressed from above by the pressing plate 12, substantially the upper half of the end 21a of the mandrel 21 is disposed inside the pressing recess 12a.
[0069] In addition, as Figure 4 shown, at the middle part in the thickness direction of the support plate 10, the above-mentioned insertion gap 10c into which the pressing plate 12 inserts when pressing the end 21a of the mandrel 21 from above is formed to open upward. In a state where the pressing plate 12 presses the end 21a of the mandrel 21 from above, the pressing plate 12 (specifically, the two side edge portions 12b, 12b of the pressing plate 12) is inserted into the insertion gap 10c from above. Moreover, in this state, as Figure 5 shown, the upper edge of the pressing plate 12 is located at substantially the same height as the upper edge of the support plate 10.
[0070] Next, the storage steps of storing the tape mandrel roll 20 in the bundling box 1 of the present embodiment will be described below.
[0071] As Figure 2 shown, the upper cover plates 8A to 8D for the top wall 8 of the bundling box 1 are opened, the top surface of the bundling box 1 is opened upward, and the folding piece 5 is bent outward with respect to the left side wall 4A at the fold line 5a. As a result, the upper left inner cover plate 8A also moves outward integrally with the folding piece 5, an opening window 6 that opens upward is formed on the left side wall 4A, and the entire receiving recess 10b of the left support plate 10 is exposed outward from the opening window 6. In addition, by horizontally inserting a rod member 30 that can be driven in the up-down direction at least in a horizontal state by a driving force of a driving device such as an actuator into the opening hole 21b of the mandrel 21 of the tape mandrel roll 20 from the side and causing it to perform a rising operation, the tape mandrel roll 20 is lifted by the rod member 30 so that the left-right direction of the tape mandrel roll 20 is substantially horizontal, and then the tape mandrel roll 20 is arranged above the bundling box 1 so that the front-back, left-right directions of the tape mandrel roll 20 coincide with the front-back, left-right directions of the bundling box 1. The rod member 30 is constituted by, for example, an industrial robot arm.
[0072] Next, by causing the rod member 30 to perform a descending operation in such a manner that the rod member 30 moves downward from above the opening window 6 inside the opening window 6, the tape mandrel roll 20 is moved from above the bundling box 1 to the inside of the bundling box 1. Then, when the tape mandrel roll 20 enters the bundling box 1 and the respective ends 21a of the mandrel 21 are received by the receiving recesses 10b of the corresponding support plates 10 from below (that is, when the respective ends 21a of the mandrel 21 are supported by the corresponding support plates 10 from below), the rod member 30 is pulled out from the opening hole 21b of the mandrel 21. As a result, asFigure 3 and 4 As shown, the core rod winding body 20 is stored in the packing box 1.
[0073] Then, by inserting the corresponding pressing plate 12 downward from the upper side of each end portion 21a of the core rod 21 into the insertion gap 10c of the support plate 10, the end portion 21a of the core rod 21 is pressed from the upper side by the pressing plate 12. Thus, as Figure 5 shown, the end portion 21a of the core rod 21 is clamped between the receiving concave portion 10b of the support plate 10 and the pressing concave portion 12a of the pressing plate 12, and the state of receiving the end portion 21a of the core rod 21 by the receiving concave portion 10b is firmly maintained.
[0074] Next, by returning the bending piece 5 from the outside of the left side wall 4A to the position before bending the bending piece 5 with respect to the left side wall 4A, the opening window 6 is closed with the bending piece 5, and by horizontally bending the upper left inner cover plate 8A inward with respect to the left side wall 4A at the folding line 5d, the upper left inner cover plate 8A is closed at the upper surface position of the packing box 1. In addition, the upper right inner cover plate 8B is closed at the upper surface position of the packing box 1, and then the front and rear upper outer cover plates 8C, 8D are closed at the upper surface position of the packing box 1. Thus, as Figure 6 shown, the upper surface of the packing box 1 is closed with these upper cover plates 8A to 8D to form the top wall 8.
[0075] Next, in order not to accidentally open these upper cover plates 8A to 8D, a holding mechanism (not shown) such as a packing adhesive tape or a stapler is used to hold these upper cover plates 8A to 8D in the closed state. That is, for example, when using an adhesive tape (not shown) as the holding mechanism, by pasting the adhesive tape along the closing portion 8a on the outer surface of the closing portion 8a of the front and rear upper outer cover plates 8C, 8D, these upper cover plates 8A to 8D are held in the closed state.
[0076] The package 1A formed by storing the core rod winding body 20 in the packing box 1 through the above storage steps is transported to a specified position such as a customer.
[0077] The operation of taking out the core rod winding body 20 stored in the packing box 1 from the inside of the packing box 1 is performed in a step opposite to the above storage steps of the core rod winding body 20. The following briefly describes the taking-out steps of the core rod winding body 20.
[0078] That is, open the front and rear upper outer covers 8C and 8D of the packing box 1, and open the left and right upper inner covers 8A and 8B. Then, move the upper left inner cover 8A integrally with the bending piece 5 to the outside of the left side wall 4A in such a way that the bending piece 5 bends outward relative to the left side wall 4A at the fold line 5a. Thereby, an opening window 6 is formed on the left side wall 4A, and the opening hole 21b of the mandrel 21 received by the receiving recess 10b of the left support plate 10 is exposed to the outside through the opening window 6 (see Figure 3 ).
[0079] Next, pull out the two pressing plates 12 and 12 upward from the insertion gaps 10c of the corresponding support plates 10 respectively, and horizontally insert the rod member 30 into the opening hole 21b of the mandrel 21 from the side and cause it to rise. Thereby, the mandrel - wound body 20 is lifted horizontally by the rod member 30 and taken out from the packing box 1.
[0080] The packing box 1 of this embodiment has the following advantages.
[0081] By previously opening the upper covers 8A to 8D of the packing box 1 to open the upper surface of the packing box 1, and bending the bending piece 5 of the left side wall 4A outward relative to the left side wall 4A, the opening hole 21b of the mandrel 21 is exposed through the upward - opening opening window 6. Therefore, when taking out the mandrel - wound body 20 from the packing box 1, by horizontally inserting the rod member 30 into the opening hole 21b of the mandrel 21 exposed through the opening window 6 from the side and causing it to rise, the mandrel - wound body 20 is taken out from the packing box 1. Thus, the operation of taking out the mandrel - wound body 20 from the packing box 1 can be easily performed.
[0082] In addition, when storing the mandrel - wound body 20 in the packing box 1, by horizontally inserting the rod member 30 into the opening hole 21b of the mandrel 21 from the side and causing it to rise, the mandrel - wound body 20 is lifted. And by bending the bending piece 5 outward relative to the left side wall 4A, an upward - opening opening window 6 is previously formed on the left side wall 4A. In this state, by causing the rod member 30 to descend in such a way that the rod member 30 moves downward from the upper side of the opening window 6 inside the opening window 6 (inside the receiving recess 10b of the support plate 10), the mandrel - wound body 20 moves from the upper side of the packing box 1 to the inside of the packing box 1 and the mandrel - wound body 20 is stored in the packing box 1. Thereby, the operation of storing the mandrel - wound body 20 in the packing box 1 can also be easily performed.
[0083] Moreover, since the upper left inner cover plate 8A is integrally connected and provided at the upper edge of the bent piece 5, in the state where the bent piece 5 is bent outward with respect to the left side wall 4A, the upper left inner cover plate 8A also moves outward with respect to the side wall 4A integrally with the bent piece 5. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the rod member 30 inserted into the opening hole 21b of the mandrel 21 and the core rod body 20 from interfering with the upper left inner cover plate 8A during the storage operation and the removal operation of the core rod body 20. Therefore, the storage operation and the removal operation of the core rod body 20 can be performed reliably and easily.
[0084] Moreover, since the support plates 10 for supporting the corresponding end portions 21a of the mandrel 21 from below are provided inside the left and right side walls 4A and 4B, the end portions 21a of the mandrel 21 in the core rod body 20 stored in the packing box 1 can be supported from below by the support plates 10. Moreover, since the receiving recess 10b is formed in the support plate 10, the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 can be received from below with good stability. Moreover, since the receiving recess 10b is open upward, the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 can be received by the receiving recess 10b by the lowering operation of the rod member 30, and the core rod body 20 can be removed from the packing box 1 in a state where the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 is received by the receiving recess 10b.
[0085] Moreover, by pressing the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 received by the receiving recess 10b of the support plate 10 from above with the pressing plate 12, the state where the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 is received by the receiving recess 10b can be maintained. Moreover, by inserting the pressing plate 12 into the insertion gap 10c of the support plate 10 when the pressing plate 12 presses the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 from above, the state where the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 is received by the receiving recess 10b can be firmly maintained.
[0086] Here, as Figure 4 shown, when pressing the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 from above with the pressing plate 12, it may be considered to insert the pressing plate 12 into the gap 14 between the support plate 10 and the end face 20b of the body 20a instead of the insertion gap 10c of the support plate 10. However, in this case, since the end portion 21a of the mandrel 21 may be received by the receiving recess 10b in a state where the position of the end face 20b of the body 20a is slightly shifted in the left-right direction with respect to the specified position, the width of the gap 14 is not constant and will change slightly. Therefore, when the width of the gap 14 is narrow, it is difficult to insert the pressing plate 12 into the gap 14. In contrast, in the present embodiment, since the width of the insertion gap 10c of the support plate 10 does not change even when the position of the end face 20b of the body 20a is slightly shifted in the left-right direction with respect to the specified position, it is easy to insert the pressing plate 12 into the insertion gap 10c.
[0087] In addition, in the package 1A obtained by housing the core-bar roll 20 in the packing box 1, the core-bar roll 20 is housed in the packing box 1 in such a manner that when the bending piece 5 is bent outward with respect to the left side wall 4A, the opening hole 21b of the core bar 21 is exposed outward from the opening window 6 that opens upward. Therefore, for the above reasons, the operation of taking out the core-bar roll 20 from the packing box 1 can be easily performed.
[0088] Here, in the present invention, substantially the entire left side wall 4A can be made into the bending piece 5. However, it is preferable to make a part of the left side wall 4A into the bending piece 5 as in the present embodiment. In this case, there is an advantage that the strength of the left side wall 4A is higher than that of the packing box in which substantially the entire left side wall 4A is made into the bending piece 5.
[0089] In addition, in the present invention, the bending piece 5 can be provided on each of the left and right side walls 4A and 4B. However, it is preferable to provide the bending piece 5 only on one of the two side walls (that is, the left side wall 4A or the right side wall 4B) of the side walls 4A and 4B as in the present embodiment. In this case, there is an advantage that the strength of the packing box 1 is higher than that of the packing box in which the bending pieces are respectively provided on the left and right side walls 4A and 4B.
[0090] The above has described one embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0091] This application claims the priority of Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-220528 filed on December 27, 2023, the disclosure of which is directly incorporated herein by reference.
[0092] It must be recognized that the terms and expressions used herein are for illustrative purposes and are not to be construed as limiting, and do not exclude any equivalents of the features shown and described herein, and various modifications within the scope of the present invention claimed are also permitted.
