A sliding coil induction heating device suitable for multi-shaped blanks

Abstract

The present application relates to the field of induction heating equipment in mechanical processing, and in particular to a sliding coil type induction heating equipment suitable for various shapes of blanks. The equipment includes an electric heating coil, a first power transmission conductive bar, a second power transmission conductive bar, an upper support plate and a lower support plate; the electric heating coil is a spirally wound structure, and a cylindrical heating cavity is formed in the middle, and a conductive sheet is moved axially by a first translation mechanism and a second translation mechanism to ensure stable power transmission. In addition, an auxiliary electric heating coil is provided to improve the heating efficiency and uniformity. The present application achieves the effect of improving heating efficiency and adapting to various shapes of blanks, while ensuring the stability and safety of equipment operation.
