[0029] The model toy 100 is a model toy of a humanoid robot. However, it is not intended to limit the present invention, and the present invention can be applied to various models such as humans, animals, robots, insects, dinosaurs, weapons, and ornaments. In addition, the model toy 100 of this embodiment has wings on the back, as shown in Figure 1 (a) of Figure 1 (b) of Figure 1 (c) of

[0030] Figure 1 (a) of Figure 1 (b) of Figure 1 (c) of Figure 1In the case of (b) where the wing part 130 in a different deployed state (the third form) is attached to the model toy 100. In this way, the wing part of the present embodiment is configured to be deformable between the first form, the second form, and the third form. According to the present embodiment, the wing parts 110, 120, and 130 in each form are each composed of a base part and a wing part, but some parts are reused between the forms. The details will be described later.

[0031] <Form of the wing part>

[0032] Refer to Figure 2 Describe the structure of the wing part of the model toy 100 of the present embodiment. Figure 2 (a) of shows the front view of the wing part 110 as the first form, Figure 2 (b) of shows the side view. Figure 2 (c) of shows the front view of the wing part 120 as the second form. Figure 2 (d) of shows the front view of the wing part 110 as the third form.

[0033] The wing parts 110, 120, and 130 each include a connecting part 201, which is connected to the back surface of the model toy 100. As Figure 2 shown in (a) of and Figure 2 (b) of, the wing part 110 in the first form shows a closed state and is in a state of being folded in half front and back into two layers. The wing part 110 is configured to include a connecting fitting 301, base fittings 302 to 305, and wing fittings 311 to 318, 321 to 328. The connecting fitting 301 includes a connecting part 201 that is connected to the back surface of the model toy 100.

[0034] As Figure 2 (c) of shows, the wing part 120 in the deployed state is in a state where the wing part folded in the wing part 110 in the closed state is unfolded. The wing part 120 is configured to include a connecting fitting 301, base fittings 401, 402, and wing fittings 311 to 318, 321 to 328. Therefore, compared with the structural fittings of the wing part 110, although the base fittings are different, the other fittings use the same fittings.

[0035] As Figure 2As shown in (d), in the wing part 130 in the deployed state, compared with the wing part 120 in the second form, some fittings of the wing part are changed to other fittings. The wing part 130 is configured to include connecting fittings 301, base fittings 401 and 402, and wing fittings 311 to 318, 521 to 528. Therefore, among the structural fittings of the wing part 130, compared with the structural fittings of the wing part 110, the connecting fitting 301 and the wing fittings 311 to 318 are common. In addition, among the structural fittings of the wing part 130, compared with the structural fittings of the wing part 120, the connecting fitting 301, the base fittings 401 and 402, and the wing fittings 311 to 318 are common.

[0036] <Assembly structure of the wing part (first form) in the closed state>

[0037] Refer to Figure 3 , and the assembly structure of the wing part 110 in the closed state of the present embodiment will be described. Figure 3 (a) shows the assembly structure of the base part of the wing part 110. Figure 3 (b) shows the assembly structure of the wing part of the wing part 110. Figure 3 (c) shows the assembled wing part 110.

[0038] Figure 3 (a) shows the case where the base fittings 302 to 305 are assembled to the connecting fitting 301. Two receiving parts for inserting the wing fittings are provided in each of the base fittings 302 to 305. First, the base fitting 304 is connected to the base fitting 302 by means of the fastener 306. More specifically, the base parts 302 and 304 are connected by inserting the fastener 306 into the recesses formed near the center of the base parts 302 and 304. The connected fittings are connected to the connecting fitting 301 by being inserted into the insertion part formed on one side surface of the connecting fitting 301.

[0039] Similarly, the base fitting 305 is connected to the base fitting 303 by means of the fastener 307. The connected fittings are connected to the connecting fitting 301 by being inserted into the insertion part formed on the other side surface of the connecting fitting 301.

[0040] Figure 3 (b) shows the use relative to Figure 3In the base portion where the base fittings 302 to 305 are connected to the connecting fitting 301 in the description of (a), the case where the wing fittings 312 and 322 are inserted into the receiving portion of the base fitting 302. Figure 5 The (c) of [wing part 130] shows the wing part 130 in the state where all the wing fittings are connected to the base part.

[0049] <Assembly structure 1 of the wing part>

[0050] Refer to Figure 6 , and describe the assembly structure of the wing part in the first form and the second form of the present embodiment. Figure 6 The (a) of [wing part], Figure 6 the (b) of [wing part] are perspective views showing the case where the wing fittings 318 and 328 are installed.

[0051] The wing accessories 311 to 318 are each composed of a plurality of accessories (accessory groups). In the present embodiment, the wing accessories 311 to 318 are formed by assembling two accessories in an overlapping manner. Similarly, the wing accessories 321 to 328 are also composed of a plurality of accessories (accessory groups), and in the present embodiment, they are formed by assembling two accessories in an overlapping manner.

[0052] As Figure 6 shown in (a) of, the wing accessories 318 and 328 are inserted into the base accessory 402 in the arrow direction while maintaining the state of the accessory groups in which a plurality of accessories 318a and 318b, 328a and 328b are assembled respectively, and are connected to the base accessory 402. The accessories 318 and 328 are inserted into a specified receiving portion of the base accessory 402 from different directions and are engaged with each other. Figure 6 (b) of shows the engaged state of the wing accessories 318 and 328. In this way, the wing accessories can prevent detachment from the base accessory 402 by engaging with other wing accessories. In addition, the wing accessories 311 to 317 and the wing accessories 321 to 327 are also assembled and fixed to the base accessory in the same manner.

[0053] When disassembling from the base accessory, by pulling each wing accessory in the direction opposite to the arrow direction shown in Figure 6 (a) of, the engagement with each other can be released and disassembled. That is, at the time of disassembly, each wing accessory can be disassembled as an accessory group in which a plurality of accessories are assembled, without the need to disassemble each accessory group.

[0054] <Assembly structure 2 of the wing part>

[0055] Referring to Figure 7A , Figure 7B , Figure 7C , the assembly structure of the wing part in the third form of the present embodiment will be described. Figure 7A , Figure 7B respectively show a perspective view and a side view showing the case of installing the wing accessories 318 and 528. Figure 7C A perspective view of the accessory 318b is shown.

[0056] As described above, the wing accessories 311 to 318 are each composed of a plurality of accessories (accessory groups). In the present embodiment, the wing accessories 311 to 318 are formed by assembling two accessories in an overlapping manner. In addition, the wing accessories 521 to 528 are composed of one accessory and are formed of a transparent or translucent material.

[0057] As Figure 7A , Figure 7BAs shown, first, the wing accessory 528 is attached to the base accessory 402 in such a manner that the holes formed in the wing accessory 528 are respectively inserted into the protrusions 701a and 702a formed in the base accessory 402. In this embodiment, the two protrusions 701a and 702a are respectively inserted into the corresponding holes. Thereafter, the wing accessory 318 is inserted into the base accessory 402 in the direction of the arrow while maintaining the state of the accessory group in which a plurality of accessories are assembled, and is connected to the base accessory 402.

[0058] In the wing part 130 of the third embodiment, the wing parts 311 to 318 are used as the parts common to the other wing parts 110 and 120. On the other hand, the wing parts 321 to 328 are not used. Figure 6 As described above, the wing parts 311 to 318 are respectively engaged with the corresponding wing parts 321 to 328 and are respectively fixed to the base parts.

[0059] Therefore, according to the present embodiment, a structure is realized in which the wing accessories are prevented from falling off from the base accessories 401 and 402 by using the protrusions formed on the base accessories 401 and 402 for fitting into the holes of the wing accessories 521 to 528. Specifically, the wing accessories 311 to 318 are provided with a spanning portion that spans and engages with the corresponding protrusions 701 and 702 provided on the base accessories 401 and 402. In addition, the spanning portion may be formed in the wing parts 110 and 120 in the same manner.

[0060] like Figure 7B As shown, the base accessory 402 has protrusions 701a and 702a formed on one surface, and protrusions 701b and 702b formed on the other surface at positions corresponding to the protrusions 701a and 702a, respectively. On the other hand, the wing accessory 318 has openings 711 and 712 indicated by dotted areas through which the protrusions 701 and 702 pass. The openings 711 and 712 are formed to be larger than the protrusions 701a, 701b, 702a, and 702b. Figure 7B The length 703 in the vertical direction is shorter. In addition, the elliptical area represented by the dotted line represents an enlarged view of this part. Therefore, when the wing accessory 318 is inserted into the base accessory 402, the openings 711 and 712 cannot accommodate the protrusions 701a, 701b, 702a, and 702b. However, since each accessory is formed by an elastic member, if a certain degree of force is applied and pressed in, the openings 711 and 712 expand and can accommodate the protrusions 701a, 701b, 702a, and 702b. In other words, the wing accessory 318 can be inserted across the protrusions 701 and 702 when a certain degree of force is applied.

[0061] Figure 7CDenotes the accessory 318b. The accessory 318a is formed of a structure that is symmetric left and right with the accessory 318b, so the illustration thereof is omitted. In the accessory 318b, there are formed spanning portions 711b, 712b, and these spanning portions 711b, 712b form a part of the opening portions 711, 712 formed when assembled with the accessory 318a. Similarly, in the accessory 318a, there are formed spanning portions 711a, 712a. The spanning portions 711b, 712b are formed higher in the upward direction in the figure than the regions 721, 722 indicated by shading located inside thereof. Thus, the protruding portions 701b, 702b that have passed through the spanning portions 711b, 712b are respectively received in the regions 721, 722. In addition, the wing accessories 318a and the protruding portions 701a, 702a are also assembled using a spanning shape in the same manner. The protruding portions 701, 702 received in the regions 721, 722 are restricted from moving because the spanning portions 711a, 711b, 712a, 712b serve as walls. Thus, the movement of the wing accessory 318 in the direction of coming off from the base accessory 402 is restricted. Thereby, the wing accessory 318 can be fixed to the base accessory 402. In addition, the wing accessory 528 is also inserted into the protruding portions 701a, 702b, so the coming off from the base accessory 402 is suppressed by the wing accessory 318.

[0062] As described above, the model toy of the present embodiment can be deformed between the first form and the second form, and has a part including a first part and a second part. In the first part, the accessories for the first form are different from the accessories for the second form, and in the second part, at least a part of the accessories for the first form and the accessories for the second form are common. In addition, the model toy of the present embodiment can be deformed between the first form, the second form, and the third form, and has a part including a first part and a second part. In this case, in the first part, the accessories for the first form are different from the accessories for the second form and the third form, and in the second part, at least a part of the accessories for the first form, the accessories for the second form, and the accessories for the third form are common. In this way, according to the present embodiment, in a part (component) of a model toy that can be changed into multiple forms, at least one accessory (accessory group) can be reused for other forms. Thereby, the present invention can provide a new structure for appropriately reusing accessories between multiple forms in a model toy.

[0063] <Modification Example>

[0064] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the gist of the invention. For example, the shape of the model toy is not particularly limited and includes various shapes such as humans, animals, robots, insects, dinosaurs, etc. In addition, in the above-described embodiments, a model part (wing part) that can be attached to and detached from the back surface of the model toy is taken as an example for explanation, but it is not intended to limit the parts and positions to which the model toy is attached. For example, it can also be other clothing parts, armor parts, weapon parts, etc.
