[0042] The water tank unit S and the washing unit W according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described. First, a kitchen K having a cooking device 12 including the water tank unit S will be described. Figure 1 The directions described are used as a reference for the up-down direction, the long side direction, and the short side direction.
[0043] like Figure 1 As shown, the kitchen K includes a table 11, a cooking device 12 placed on the table 11, and a space for workers to work formed around the table 11. The kitchen K is an area of a building (eg, a house).
[0044] like Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, the mounting platform 11 is a platform comprising a top plate 13 and a plurality of legs 14 extending downward from the top plate 13. The mounting platform 11 of this embodiment is independent of the building and can be freely moved within the building. Furthermore, all positions around the mounting platform 11 in the horizontal direction of this embodiment are work positions where an operator can use the mounted cooking device 12.
[0045] The top plate 13 has an upper surface as a setting surface 11a that is expanded along the long side direction and the short side direction. It is a plate-like body that is set to have a uniform thickness in the up-down direction. In the present embodiment, the top plate 13 is a quadrilateral plate. The top plate 13 is a plate that is not formed with a hole that passes through the up-down direction. In addition, the setting surface 11a is flatly constructed. The length of the long side direction of the top plate 13 is longer than the length of the long side direction of the functional unit 2 described later. Specifically, the length of the top plate 13 is more than twice the length of the long side direction of the functional unit 2, and in the present embodiment, it is more than 2.5 times the length. Due to such a structure, a plurality of functional units 2 can be arranged side by side on the top plate 13. In addition, the length of the short side direction of the top plate 13 is longer than the length of the short side direction of the functional unit 2, and in the present embodiment, it is longer than the length of the long side direction of the functional unit 2.
[0046] The legs 14 are rod-shaped members extending downward from the top plate 13, supporting the top plate 13 while separating it from the building floor. In this embodiment, the legs 14 are disposed at the four corners of the top plate 13. These legs 14 are independent of the building.
[0047] The cooking device 12 is a device for cooking. In this description, cooking refers to all processes for preparing food, including, for example, food processing, dishwashing, etc. The cooking device 12 has a plurality of functional units 2 with cooking functions. The cooking device 12 of this embodiment has four functional units 2, each functional unit 2 having a different function for cooking. That is, the cooking device 12 of this embodiment has two or more functional units 2. Figure 1 As shown, the cooking device 12 includes: a workbench unit 5, which functions as a workbench for cooking; a sink unit S, which functions as a sink for cooking; and a heating unit 8, which has a heating function for cooking. Figure 11 and Figure 12The storage unit 9 shown is capable of storing items used for cooking (cooking utensils such as kitchen knives) and items used for eating (such as tableware). In order to cook, the cooking device 12 preferably includes at least one of a water tank unit S and a heating unit 8. Furthermore, the cooking device 12 is configured to be able to be lifted and carried. Specifically, the weight of each functional unit 2 is less than 20 kg, and the size of each functional unit 2 is such that a person can lift and carry it (the total length of the three sides (the sum of the length in the vertical direction, the length in the short side direction, and the length in the long side direction) is less than 180 cm).
[0048] like Figures 3 to 5 As shown, each functional unit 2 includes an outer frame 3 and a functional unit 4. The functional unit 4 is used to perform the cooking function, and the outer frame 3 is a housing that houses the functional unit 4. The outer frame 3 has the same shape in each functional unit 2, while the functional unit 4 has a different configuration depending on the function performed by each functional unit 2.
[0049] In addition, each functional unit 2 includes a first side portion A1 and a second side portion B1 different from the first side portion A1. In this embodiment, the second side portion B1 includes a side opposite to the first side portion A1 in the short direction and a side intersecting the first side portion A1. An operator facing the first side portion A1 or an operator facing the second side portion B1 can use the functional unit 2 to perform operations.
[0050] like Figures 3 to 5 As shown, the outer frame portion 3 is a box-shaped portion with an open top. Specifically, the outer frame portion 3 includes: a bottom portion 31 for forming a bottom; a side wall portion 32 for forming a side; and a frame connecting portion 33 for connecting the outer edge of the bottom portion 31 and the lower end of the side wall portion 32. In addition, the outer frame portion 3 includes a decorative portion 34 arranged on the outer surface of the side wall portion 32 and the frame connecting portion 33. In the outer frame portion 3 of this embodiment, the bottom portion 31, the side wall portion 32 and the frame connecting portion 33 are integrally formed, and the decorative portion 34 is affixed to the outer surface. Such an outer frame portion 3 is configured so that the functional portion 4 can be fitted from the top. The outer frame portion 3 is configured to be of a size that can be lifted and carried by a person. Specifically, the total length of its three sides (the sum of the length in the vertical direction, the length in the short side direction, and the length in the long side direction) is less than 180 cm.
[0051] The bottom portion 31 is a plate-shaped structure with a substantially constant thickness along its longitudinal and transverse directions. Its lower surface serves as the mounting surface 2a. The mounting surface 2a faces the installation surface 11a when the functional unit 2 is placed on the mounting platform 11, and at least a portion of the mounting surface 2a abuts the installation surface 11a. In this embodiment, the mounting surface 2a is formed flat, with substantially its entire surface abutting the installation surface 11a.
[0052] The frame connection portion 33 is a portion that rises upward from the outer edge of the base 31. Specifically, the frame connection portion 33 extends outward and upward from the outer edge of the base 31. In this embodiment, it is curved convexly outward from the base 31. In other words, the frame connection portion 33 extends outward from the base 31 in a horizontal direction intersecting the vertical direction at a position separated upward from the base 31. This frame connection portion 33 forms a gap between the installation surface 11a and the outer frame 3 for holding a finger. Therefore, the frame connection portion 33 functions as a finger rest 33a for the operator to hold the finger when lifting the outer frame 3.
[0053] The side wall portion 32 is a wall extending in the vertical direction and arranged so as to horizontally surround the bottom portion 31. Specifically, the side wall portion 32 is a wall portion connected to the upper end of the frame connecting portion 33 and extending upward from the frame connecting portion 33. The side wall portion 32 also includes a detachment portion 32a. The detachment portion 32a is a portion on which a finger can be hooked to remove the functional portion 4 mounted on the outer frame portion 3 from the outer frame portion 3. In this embodiment, the detachment portion 32a is a downwardly recessed notch formed in the upper end of the side wall portion 32. In other words, in the functional unit 2 of this embodiment, the functional portion 4 embedded in the outer frame portion 3 can be removed by hooking a finger in the detachment portion 32a.
[0054] The decorative portion 34 is disposed on the outer surface of the outer frame 3 excluding the placement surface 2a. The decorative portion 34 of this embodiment is a sheet having a pattern printed on its surface and is attached to the side wall 32 and the frame connection portion 33 with its surface facing outward.
[0055] like Figure 3 and Figure 5 As shown, the functional unit 4 performs the cooking function when housed in the outer frame 3. Specifically, the functional unit 4 includes a functional fitting portion 41 that fits within the outer frame 3, and a functional main body 42 that performs the cooking function. The functional main body 42 is a structure corresponding to the functions of each functional unit 2.
[0056] The functional fitting portion 41 is configured to fit into the outer frame 3 from above. Specifically, the functional fitting portion 41 includes a receiving portion 411 that is inserted into and accommodated within the outer frame 3, and a locking portion 412 that extends horizontally outward from the upper end of the receiving portion 411. The receiving portion 411 has a horizontal box-like shape that corresponds to the shape of the inner surface of the side wall 32. Furthermore, the receiving portion 411 accommodates at least a portion of the functional main body 42.
[0057] The locking portion 412 is mounted on the upper end of the side wall portion 32 and locked, thereby restricting the functional fitting portion 41 from moving downward relative to the outer frame portion 3. Specifically, the locking portion 412 is configured to extend horizontally outward and obliquely upward from the upper end of the accommodated portion 411, with the horizontal extension distance being approximately the same as the thickness of the side wall portion 32. Specifically, the locking portion 412 is configured to extend outward from both ends of the upper end of the accommodated portion 411 in the short direction and the end of the upper end of the long direction. In this embodiment, it is configured to extend horizontally around. In addition, the locking portion 412 is configured to accommodate the loading surface 2a within the area horizontally surrounded by the locking portion 412.
[0058] The locking portion 412 includes a lower abutting surface 412a and an upper abutting surface 412b. The lower abutting surface 412a is the lower surface of the locking portion 412 and abuts against the upper end of the side wall portion 32. The lower abutting surface 412a extends horizontally outward and obliquely upward. The upper abutting surface 412b is the upper surface of the locking portion 412 and has a shape corresponding to the lower abutting surface 412a.
[0059] like Figures 3 to 5 As shown, the work table unit 5 includes an outer frame portion 3 and a table function portion 5A serving as a functional portion 4 , and has a box shape as a whole.
[0060] The stage functional portion 5A includes a functional fitting portion 41, a stage support portion 51 as a functional main body portion 42, and a stage main body portion 52. The stage support portion 51 and the functional fitting portion 41 of the present embodiment are integrally formed.
[0061] The table support portion 51 is configured to support the table body portion 52 from below. Specifically, the table support portion 51 has a supporting upper surface as the upper surface of the table support portion 51 (the upper surface of the functional fitting portion 41), and is configured to abut against the lower surface of the table body portion 52 for support.
[0062] The table body 52 is located at the upper end of the workbench unit 5, and its upper surface forms a substantially flat work surface 52a. In this embodiment, the table body 52 is a plate-shaped body, comprising a table portion 521, whose upper surface forms the work surface 52a, and a table stopper 522 horizontally disposed around the table portion 521. The table stopper 522 has a shape corresponding to the stopper 412 and is configured to extend horizontally outward and obliquely upward.
[0063] The table main body 52 is placed above the table support portion 51, so that the working surface 52a is supported by the table support portion 51 from below. Here, the table main body 52 has a table stop portion 522 having a shape corresponding to the stop portion 412, so that the lower surface of the table stop portion 522 abuts against the upper abutting surface 412b of the stop portion 412 and is locked. Therefore, since the movement of the table main body 52 in the horizontal direction is restricted, even if a force in the horizontal direction is applied to the table main body 52 during operation, the misalignment of the table main body 52 can be suppressed. In addition, as Figure 3 As shown, a small table 523 that can be placed on the table main body 52 and is smaller than the table main body 52 can also be provided. Since the small table 523 is configured to have a table stopper 522 on the outer edge portion in the horizontal direction similarly to the table main body 52, it can be locked to the table stopper 522 of the table main body 52 to restrict its horizontal movement.
[0064] like Figures 6 to 8 As shown, the water tank unit S includes: a water tank portion 6 as an outer frame portion 3 and a functional portion 4; a circulation mechanism 7 as the functional portion 4; and a filter F as the functional portion 4. The water tank unit S is box-shaped as a whole. The circulation mechanism 7 and the filter F constitute the functional main body 42.
[0065] The water tank 6 comprises an outer frame 3 that forms the outer circumference and lower surface of the water tank 6, and a water tank body 61 housed within the outer frame 3. The water tank 6 is configured to receive and store water within the water tank body 61. In other words, the water tank body 61 serves as both the functional fitting portion 41 and the functional main body 42.
[0066] like Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown, the water tank body 61 is a box-shaped body that can be fitted into the upper opening of the outer frame 3. Specifically, the water tank body 61 includes: a water tank lower portion 611, and a water tank side portion 612 extending upward from the outer edge of the water tank lower portion 611, and forming a receiving space surrounded by the water tank lower portion 611 and the water tank side portion 612. In addition, the water tank body 61 is configured to receive water and store the received water. Furthermore, the water tank body 61 includes: a water storage portion 63 located at one end side in the longitudinal direction (the right side in the figure); and a water receiving portion 62 located at the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the water storage portion 63 (the left side in the figure). That is, the water storage portion 63 and the water receiving portion 62 are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction.
[0067] The water tank lower portion 611 is a plate-shaped body extending in a direction intersecting the vertical direction, with its upper surface forming the bottom of the storage space. The water tank lower portion 611 includes a water storage bottom 613 forming the bottom surface of the water storage portion 63; a water receiving bottom 614 forming the bottom surface of the water receiving portion 62; and a bottom step 615 located between the water storage bottom 613 and the water receiving bottom 614. The water storage bottom 613 is located below the water receiving bottom 614. In other words, the water storage bottom 613 is recessed downward relative to the water receiving bottom 614 via the bottom step 615. The water receiving bottom 614 is tilted as a whole, with the bottom step 615 side facing downward. One end of the water receiving bottom 614 is connected to the upper end of the bottom step 615. Furthermore, the other end of the water storage bottom 613 is connected to the lower end of the bottom step 615. In this embodiment, the water storage bottom 613 extends from the connection portion, with one end of the water receiving bottom 614 facing downward.
[0068] Due to this structure, water received by the water receiving portion 62 flows along the water receiving bottom 614 toward the water storage portion 63 and is stored there. This structure allows the water storage portion 63 to store sufficient water for circulation. Specifically, the water storage portion 63 is configured so that, as water circulation continues, the amount of water flowing through the water storage portion 63 decreases, while the amount of water discharged per unit time by the circulation mechanism 7 does not decrease. For example, the water storage portion 63 can store 1.5 to 3 times the total amount of water drawn in by the circulation mechanism 7 during the average time it takes for the water to pass through the water circulation path and return to the water storage portion 63. This ability to store a sufficient amount of water allows the water tank unit S to be used comfortably and continuously while the water is being circulated. Furthermore, the bottom step 615, located between the water receiving bottom 614 and the water storage bottom 613, prevents water accumulated in the water storage portion 63 from flowing back into the water receiving portion 62.
[0069] The water tank side portion 612 is a wall extending upward from the outer periphery of the water receiving bottom portion 614 and the water storage bottom portion 613, excluding the portion connected to the bottom step portion 615. In other words, the water tank side portion 612 is a wall surrounding the outer periphery of the water tank lower portion. The upper end of the water tank side portion 612 is configured so that its vertical height is approximately constant throughout its entire circumference. Furthermore, the water tank side portion 612 has a locking portion 412 at its upper end.
[0070] like Figure 6As shown, the circulation mechanism 7 includes a circulation housing 71, a pump 72 disposed within the housing, and a power supply 73. The circulation mechanism 7 is configured to be disposed within the water tank body 61, sucking water stored in the water receiving portion 62 and draining it back to the water receiving portion 62. Furthermore, the circulation mechanism 7 is separate from the water tank body 61, allowing for attachment and detachment from the water tank body 61. Specifically, the circulation mechanism 7 can be attached to the water tank body 61 by disposing it within the water tank body 61, and can be removed from the water tank body 61 by removing the circulation mechanism 7 from the water tank body 61.
[0071] The circulation housing 71 is box-shaped and can be placed within the water reservoir 63. Its longitudinal and transverse dimensions are approximately equal to those of the water reservoir 63. The circulation housing 71 also has a water intake port (not shown) formed at its lower end and a water outlet 74 formed at its upper end. A water channel 75 is formed from the intake port to the water outlet 74. The water channel 75 of the circulation housing 71 in this embodiment is configured so that substantially all of the water sucked up by the pump 72 (excluding water droplets adhering to the water channel 75) is discharged through the water outlet 74. In other words, as will be described later, the filtered water is not temporarily stored and then supplied after being filtered by the filter F, but rather is supplied directly. The circulation housing 71 in this embodiment is configured so that at least its lower end can be accommodated within the water reservoir 63. Furthermore, the upper surface of the circulation housing 71 is flat. The upper surface of the circulation basket 71 provided on the water tank body 61 is at the same height as the upper end of the water tank body 61 (the locking portion 412 of the water tank side portion 612) or is located below the upper end of the water tank body 61. Furthermore, the upper surface of the circulation basket 71 can abut against the lower surface of the cover 21 provided on the water tank body 61, which will be described later.
[0072] like Figure 7 As shown, drain port 74 is a hole formed in the side of circulation basket 71, configured to allow water to drain outward and downward from the side of circulation basket 71. Specifically, drain port 74 is located below the top surface of circulation basket 71 and below the top end of the water tank. Specifically, drain port 74 is formed on the side of circulation basket 71 facing the water receiving portion 62 in the longitudinal direction of the other end. Furthermore, drain port 74 is located in the center of the lateral direction of circulation basket 71.
[0073] like Figure 6As shown, pump 72 is configured to be positioned midway along waterway 75, draw water from the water inlet, and deliver the drawn-in water to drain outlet 74. Pump 72 is configured to continuously deliver a certain amount of water to drain outlet 74 when in operation. In this embodiment, pump 72 is positioned toward one side in the short-side direction (the lower side in the figure). Pump 72 can be switched between an operating state and a non-operating state by a switch (not shown) provided on circulation mechanism 7.
[0074] The power supply 73 is a power source that supplies power as a driving source to the pump 72. In this embodiment, the power supply 73 is a battery. The power supply 73 is located away from the water channel 75 in the circulation housing 71 and is housed in a position that does not come into contact with the water flowing inside the circulation housing 71.
[0075] like Figure 7 As shown, in the circulation mechanism 7 of this embodiment, the water discharged from the drain port 74 is splashed outward from the side surface of the circulation housing 71 and is configured so that the discharged water does not follow the wall surface and the like to reach the water receiving bottom 614 .
[0076] like Figure 6 As shown, the filter F is configured to filter the water circulating in the water tank body 61 through the circulation mechanism 7. Specifically, the filter F is configured to filter out dust, microorganisms, etc. from the water passing through. The filter F is arranged at a position halfway along the water circulation path. In the present embodiment, the filter F is arranged inside the circulation basket 71. Specifically, the filter F is arranged between the water suction port in the water path 75 of the circulation basket 71 and the pump 72. In the present embodiment, the filter F is arranged below the pump 72. That is, the filter F is configured to filter the water before it is sucked up by the pump 72, and to allow the filtered water to be sucked into the pump 72. In addition, the filter F is configured to be able to be installed and removed from the water path 75. For example, the filter F after filtering a specified amount of water can be removed from the water path 75 and replaced with a new filter F.
[0077] The water tank 6, circulation mechanism 7, and filter F filter and circulate the water stored in the water tank 6, allowing the water to be reused in the water tank unit S. Specifically, by driving the pump 72, the water stored in the water reservoir 63 is sucked up from the water intake port and drained from the drain port 74 to the water receiving portion 62 through the filter F and pump 72. The drained water then flows from the water receiving portion 62 to the water reservoir 63 and is again stored in the water reservoir 63. This allows the water tank to function independently of water supply and drainage piping. Furthermore, since the pump 72 is driven by a battery serving as the power supply 73, a power cord is not required to drive the pump 72. Therefore, the water tank can function independently of a power cord.
[0078] like Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, the heating unit 8 includes an outer frame portion 3 and a heating device 81 serving as the functional portion 4. In the heating unit 8, the heating device 81 corresponds to both the functional main portion 42 and the functional fitting portion 41. In other words, in the heating unit 8, the functional main portion 42 and the functional fitting portion 41 are integrally formed.
[0079] The heating device 81 is a device of a size that can be accommodated in the outer frame portion 3, and can heat a pot or the like placed on the upper surface. The heating device 81 of this embodiment is an electric stove and has a power cord (not shown) that can be electrically connected to a socket provided in a building. The power cord extends outward from a hole formed in the outer frame portion 3, for example. Specifically, the heating device 81 is box-shaped and has a heating frame 82 having a heating area 83 on the upper surface for placing a heating object device (for example, a pot); and a circuit (not shown) that is housed inside the heating frame 82 and is used to heat the heating object device. Such a heating frame 82 corresponds to the accommodated portion 411, and a locking portion 412 is provided at the upper end portion of the heating frame 82.
[0080] like Figure 11 and Figure 12 As shown, the storage unit 9 includes an outer frame portion 3, and a storage frame portion 91 and a storage body portion 92 as the functional portion 4. The storage frame portion 91 is a functional fitting portion 41 that can be fitted into the outer frame portion 3, and is also a functional body portion 42 that performs the function of movably supporting the storage body portion 92. The storage body portion 92 is a functional body portion 42 that has the function of storing items for cooking and eating.
[0081] The storage frame 91 includes: a frame body 911 that forms a wall extending along the inner periphery of the outer frame 3 when fitted into the outer frame 3; guide rails 912 extending in the longitudinal or transverse directions; and a retaining portion 412 provided on the outer side of the frame body 911. In this embodiment, the guide rails 912 are provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction, and a pair of guide rails 912 are provided, separated from each other in the transverse direction. Furthermore, the lower surface of the storage frame 91 is separated upward from the bottom 31 of the outer frame 3. In other words, a space is formed between the storage frame 91 and the bottom 31 of the outer frame 3. This space can accommodate items such as tableware.
[0082] The storage body 92 is a container with a space for storing items. It includes a guide rail engaging portion 921 that engages with the guide rail 912, and a box-shaped item storage portion 922 that creates a space for storing items. The entire storage body 92 is supported from below by the guide rail 912, and is movable along the guide rail 912 in the longitudinal direction. In this embodiment, two storage bodies 92 are provided, separated in the longitudinal direction.
[0083] In addition, if Figure 8 and Figure 12 As shown, a cover 21 is provided on the upper portion of the functional unit 2. The cover 21 is a plate-shaped body having a cover body 22 with a flat upper surface and a cover stopper 23 arranged around the cover body 22 in the horizontal direction. The cover stopper 23 has a shape corresponding to the stopper 412 and is configured to extend obliquely outward and upward in the horizontal direction. For example, when the functional unit 2 is not in use, the cover 21 is arranged so as to cover the upper portion of the functional unit 2. In this case, the cover stopper 23 is locked to the stopper 412 of the functional interlocking portion 41, thereby limiting the horizontal movement of the cover 21. By providing the cover 21 in this way, when the functional unit 2 is not in use, it is possible to prevent the functional unit 4 and the items stored therein from being contaminated. In addition, the cover 21 is not limited to being arranged in the storage unit 9 and can also be arranged to cover the upper portion of other functional units 2.
[0084] In addition, if Figure 8 As shown, the cover 21 disposed on the upper portion of the water tank unit S is latched in the latching portion 412, and the lower surface of the cover 21 can abut against the upper surface of the circulation basket 71. Therefore, the cover 21 can be supported from below by the circulation basket 71. Therefore, when an object is placed on the upper portion of the cover 21, the cover 21 can be prevented from bending downward. Furthermore, in the water tank unit S, since the circulation mechanism 7 and the filter F can be accommodated below the upper end (the latching portion 412) of the water tank portion 6, the cover can be installed in a state where the circulation mechanism 7 and the filter F are accommodated.
[0085] The method of using the above cooking device 12 will be described.
[0086] When using the cooking device 12, as a preparation stage, the required functional units 2 are arranged on the mounting table 11. For example, Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, when heating and cooking food, a heating unit 8, a workbench unit 5, and a water tank unit S are arranged in order to wash and heat the food after cutting or other processing. In addition, before or after the water tank unit S is moved, the amount of water required for circulation is injected into the water tank body 61, so that the water storage portion 63 is filled with water. In addition, for example, when the workbench unit 5 is no longer needed, the workbench unit 5 can be removed from the mounting table 11 and replaced with the storage unit 9. In this way, the cooking device 12 is constructed so that each functional unit 2 is independent of each other, so that each functional unit 2 can be moved freely without interfering with other functional units 2. After the functional units 2 are arranged, the cover 21 is removed as needed.
[0087] Next, cooking is performed using each functional unit 2. Here, for example, the position of the functional unit 2 can be changed to facilitate cooking. Specifically, Figure 1 As shown, the heating unit 8 located at the first installation position P1, which is one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the mounting table 11, can be moved to the first installation position P1. Figure 13 The first other setting position P11 of the other positions shown. Here, Figure 13 The first other setting position P11 shown is Figure 1 The second setting position P2 of the water tank unit S is set. Figure 1 The water tank unit S shown in the second setting position P2 moves to Figure 13 A second alternative arrangement position P21 is shown. Figure 13 The second other setting position P21 shown is Figure 1 The first installation position P1 of the heating unit 8 is set in the middle. That is, the installation positions of the functional units 2 can be freely changed, and the positions can be changed by exchanging them. Regarding the movement of the water tank unit S, by moving the water tank unit S while it is filled with water in the water tank 6, water can be used at both the front and back positions. When moving the functional unit 2 set on the installation surface 11a, the user can lift the unit from the installation surface 11a by inserting their hand into the finger rest 33a.
[0088] In addition, if Figure 14 As shown, among the work positions around the mounting table 11, a first worker A at a first work position PA, which is located opposite one side of the longitudinally extending edge of the top plate 13, can manually lift the functional unit 2 and hand it over to a second worker B at a second work position PB, which is located opposite the mounting table 11. Here, the functional unit 2 includes a first side surface A1 and a second side surface B1, which are opposite each other in the transverse direction. Both workers facing the first side surface A1 and the second side surface B1 can use the functional unit 2 to perform work. Therefore, even if the functional unit 2 is handed over to workers at different work positions, it can be used without changing the orientation of the functional unit 2.
[0089] Moreover, if Figure 15 As shown, after cooking is finished, the functional unit 2 can be cleaned. When cleaning the functional unit 2, other functional units 2 can be stacked on top of one functional unit 2 directly or through the cover 21. This can prevent the cleaned functional unit 2 from occupying a large area and becoming an obstruction.
[0090] In addition, if Figure 8As shown, in the water tank unit S, since the circulation mechanism 7 and the filter F are housed below the upper end portion (the locking portion 412) of the water tank portion 6, it is possible to prevent the circulation mechanism 7 or the filter F from becoming an obstruction when other functional units 2 are placed on the upper end portion of the water tank portion 6. In this embodiment, since the upper surface of the circulation mechanism 7 is flat, the upper surface of the circulation mechanism 7 can also support other functional units 2 placed on the upper end portion of the water tank portion 6, thereby reliably supporting the placed devices. Moreover, since the circulation mechanism 7 and the filter F are housed below the upper end portion of the water tank portion 6, a cover portion 21 can be provided to cover the entire upper surface of the water tank unit S. Therefore, for example, when the water tank unit S is not in use, the entire upper portion of the water tank unit S can be used as a workbench.
[0091] Furthermore, the water tank unit S can be placed directly or via the cover 21 on the upper end of another functional unit 2. Since the flat placement surface 2a is formed at the lower portion of the water tank unit S, the water tank unit S can be stably placed on the upper end of another functional unit 2.
[0092] As described above, the cooking device 12 of this embodiment is independent of the top plate 13 and the mounting table 11 and can function independently. Therefore, compared with conventional cooking devices 12 that are attached to the top plate 13, a standalone cooking device 12 can be provided, which allows the operator to freely change the position of the functional unit 2 for use.
[0093] Furthermore, the cooking device 12 of this embodiment is a portable cooking device 12 that can be lifted and carried. Therefore, compared to conventional fixed cooking devices 12 that are fixed to the top plate 13, the cooking device 12 can be used in various locations inside and outside the kitchen K, allowing cooking to be performed at a suitable location that suits one's lifestyle.
[0094] Furthermore, the cooking device 12 of this embodiment is a clustered and dispersed cooking device 12 in which multiple functional units 2 are independent of each other and can be gathered and dispersed by lifting and carrying. Therefore, compared with conventional centralized cooking devices 12 in which functions are centralized and fixed to a top plate 13, the required functional units 2 can be gathered or dispersed according to cooking needs and lifestyle, which is more convenient.
[0095] Hereinafter, this embodiment will be summarized.
[0096] In the water tank unit S of this embodiment, water can be filtered and circulated in the water tank portion 6, and the water tank portion 6 can be lifted and moved to multiple installation positions. Therefore, the positional relationship of the water tank unit S can be freely changed while water can be used.
[0097] In addition, in the water tank unit S, the circulation mechanism 7 and the filter F can be stored on the lower side of the upper end of the water tank portion 6, and other devices can be placed on the upper end of the water tank portion 6. Therefore, when the water tank unit S is stored or transported, other devices can be stacked on the water tank portion 6.
[0098] Furthermore, in the water tank unit S, since the lower portion of the water tank portion 6 can be placed on another device, the water tank unit S can be stacked on another device when storing or transporting the water tank unit S.
[0099] Furthermore, a drain port 74 is formed in the circulation mechanism 7, and the drain port 74 is located below the upper end of the water tank portion 6. Therefore, the circulation mechanism 7 can be conveniently housed in the water tank portion 6. Therefore, for example, interference between the water tank unit S and other components located above the location where the water tank unit S is installed can be suppressed, making it easier to carry and use the water tank unit S.
[0100] Furthermore, a plate-shaped cover can be installed at the upper end of the water tank 6. Therefore, for example, when the water tank 6 is not in use, the plate-shaped cover can be installed at the upper end of the water tank 6. This allows the water tank 6 to be used as a workbench and other equipment to be placed thereon. Therefore, the water tank unit S can be used more conveniently.
[0101] Furthermore, the filter F is disposed upstream of the pump 72 in the water passage 75 within the circulation mechanism 7 and filters water before it is supplied to the pump 72. This prevents dust from entering the pump 72 and causing it to malfunction.
[0102] In the cooking apparatus 12 of the present embodiment, the functional units 2 can be lifted and moved to a plurality of installation positions, and therefore the positional relationship of the functional units 2 can be freely changed.
[0103] Furthermore, the first unit (e.g., heating unit 8) can be moved from the first installation position P1 to the first alternative installation position P11, and the second unit (e.g., water tank unit S) can be moved from the second installation position P2 to the second alternative installation position P21. Furthermore, the positional relationship between the first unit and the second unit can be reversed.
[0104] Furthermore, the functional unit 2 can be operated not only from one side but also from other sides, so the functional unit 2 can be handed over from one operator to another without having to worry about the orientation of the functional unit 2. Therefore, the handover of the functional unit 2 becomes easy.
[0105] Furthermore, the functional unit 2 includes a first side surface A1 and a second side surface B1 located at a different position from the first side surface A1. The operator can work with the functional unit 2 regardless of whether facing the first side surface A1 or the second side surface B1. Therefore, the functional unit 2 can be placed on a wall or at the end of a table, etc., regardless of its orientation.
[0106] Furthermore, the functional units 2 can be stacked on top of each other, and when the functional units 2 are not in use, they can be stacked and stored.
[0107] Furthermore, since the locking portions 412 and the placement surfaces 2 a of the functional units 2 have the same shape, the functional units 2 can be stably stacked even when stacked without paying attention to the vertical relationship between them.
[0108] Furthermore, the outer frame 3 can accommodate functional units 4 other than the functional units 4 it accommodates, allowing the functional units 4 to be replaced within the outer frame 3. This allows for easier use by replacing the functional units 4 with the outer frame 3 as needed. Furthermore, for example, by attaching the functional units 4 to other outer frame 3 having a different decorative portion 34 pattern, the appearance of the functional unit 2 can be easily changed.
[0109] Furthermore, the outer frame 3 has the same shape, so even if a functional unit 4 housed in one outer frame 3 is moved to another outer frame 3, the functional unit 4 can be used with the same ease as before the replacement, making it convenient to use. Furthermore, since the outer frame 3 has the same shape, when the functional units 2 are arranged side by side, a sense of uniformity of shape is achieved, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance when multiple functional units 2 are arranged side by side.
[0110] As mentioned above, although the embodiment of the present invention has been described by taking one example, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be added without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0111] For example, the case where the functional units 2 having four different functions are provided has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. Any combination of the functional units 2 can be determined, and a configuration can also be configured to include multiple functional units 2 having the same functional portion 4. For example, a configuration can also be configured to include multiple heating units 8, and the positions of the heating units 8 can be interchanged by lifting.
[0112] Furthermore, although the functional units 2 have been described as having the same outer shape, the present invention is not limited to this configuration and may have different outer shapes. For example, the functional units 2 may have the same shape of the mounting surface 2a and the same shape of the engaging portion, but may have different heights depending on the configuration of the functional portion 4.
[0113] Furthermore, the kitchen K may not include the placement table 11. In this case, for example, work can be performed on the floor. Furthermore, in the case of a configuration including the placement table 11, the table placement structure is not limited to the illustrated configuration, and various configurations including a placement surface 11a separated from the floor may be employed.
[0114] Furthermore, although the functional portion 4 and the outer frame portion 3 are separate bodies, they can also be integrally structured, and even in the case of separate bodies, they can be configured to be non-detachable.
[0115] Furthermore, a temporary fixing mechanism can be provided for temporarily fixing the functional unit 2 to the installation surface 11a when the functional unit 2 is placed on the installation surface 11a. The temporary fixing mechanism can be, for example, a suction cup that is attracted to the installation surface 11a or a locking mechanism such as a clamp that can be locked to the top plate 13.
[0116] Furthermore, although the description has been made of each functional unit 2 having a single function, the present invention is not limited to this configuration and may also have a configuration having multiple functions. For example, the table support portion 51 of the workbench unit 5 may be configured to accommodate items, thereby enabling the functional unit 2 to have both a table function and a storage function.
[0117] Furthermore, the case where the outer frame 3 of each functional unit 2 is of the same shape is described, but it is not limited to such a structure and can also be of different shapes. Even if the shapes of the outer frame 3 are different, as long as the portion that locks the functional portion 4 (for example, the shape of the upper end of the side wall portion 32) is the same, the functional portion 4 can be replaced with the outer frame 3. In addition, by configuring the shape of the outer frame 3 to be different, the functional portion 4 can be replaced with the outer frame 3 according to the cooking situation, making it more convenient to use. As a method of having outer frames 3 with different shapes, for example, by having an outer frame 3 with multiple side walls 32 of different heights, the functional portion 4 can be replaced with the outer frame 3 according to the height difference and posture of the operator. As a result, the functional portion 4 can be located at a height that is easy to use, thereby improving the convenience of use.
[0118] Furthermore, while the description of changing the installation position of the functional unit 2 involves moving the entire functional unit 2 from the first installation position P1 to the first alternative installation position P11, the present invention is not limited to this configuration and it is also possible to move only the functional portion 4. Specifically, the functional portion 4 housed in the outer frame 3 located at the first installation position P1 can be removed from the outer frame and then moved to be housed in the outer frame 3 located at the first alternative installation position P11. In this case, if the first alternative installation position P11 is the second installation position P2 where another functional unit 2 is installed, the functional portion 4 of the other functional unit 2 installed in the outer frame 3 at the second installation position P2 can be removed from the outer frame 3 and the functional portion 4 of the one functional unit 2 can be installed in the outer frame 3 from which the functional portion 4 of the other functional unit 2 has been removed.
[0119] Furthermore, the example in which the water tank unit S is used together with other functional units 2 is described, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration and can also be used as a single water tank unit S. Even in this case, the water tank unit S can be freely moved independently of the piping, etc., making it easy to use.
[0120] In addition, the pump 72 of the circulation mechanism 7 is driven by a battery as an example, but the pump 72 is not limited to this structure and can also be driven by an external power source. Even with this structure, the water tank unit S can be moved independently and freely without being affected by the top plate and water supply and drainage pipes, thereby being easy to use.
[0121] Furthermore, while the description has been given of an example in which the filter F filters water before draining it from the drain port 74, the present invention is not limited to this configuration. Alternatively, a configuration may be employed in which the water filtered by the filter F is temporarily stored and the stored water is drained. In such a configuration, chlorine or the like is preferably added to the filtered water.
[0122] In addition, the structure in which the filter F is arranged inside the circulation mechanism 7 is used as an example for explanation, but it is not limited to such a structure. As long as it is set in the middle of the water circulation path, it can also be a structure set outside the circulation mechanism 7. Even if it is a structure set inside the circulation mechanism 7, its position in the water path 75 can be changed arbitrarily.
[0123] Furthermore, while the configuration in which the circulation mechanism 7 is removably attached to the water tank 6 has been described as an example, the present invention is not limited to this configuration and may be configured such that the circulation mechanism 7 is fixed to the water tank 6 and cannot be removed. In the case of such a configuration, for example, only the filter F and the battery serving as the power supply unit 73 may be replaced.
[0124] Furthermore, the drain port 74 has been described using an example of a hole formed on the side of the circulation mechanism 7, but the present invention is not limited to this structure. For example, a structure may also be employed in which a faucet extends upward from the upper surface of the circulation housing 71, with the drain port 74 formed at the front end of the faucet. With such a structure, when the water tank unit S is not in use, the faucet can be inverted, allowing the upper end of the circulation mechanism 7 to be stored at the same height as, or below, the upper end of the water tank portion 6. Even with such a structure, for example, when the water tank unit S is not in use, other devices can be placed on the upper end of the water tank unit S. Furthermore, when the water tank unit S is stored, interference between the water tank unit S and other components located above the water tank unit S (for example, a shelf plate located above the water tank unit S when the water tank unit S is stored) can be suppressed, making it easier to transport and store the water tank unit S.
[0125] In addition, if Figures 6 to 8 As shown, the structure of the wash unit W is the same as that of the above-mentioned sink unit S. That is, except for the use of circulating water for washing, it is the same as the sink unit S. Such a wash unit W is arranged in a wash room, for example, and can be used for washing with circulating water. In addition, the wash unit W can play the same role and effect as the sink unit S. Furthermore, the wash unit W can be stacked on other devices (for example, other wash units W or functional units 2 having a function for drying washed fingers). For example, other devices can be placed on the upper part of the wash unit W, or the lower part of the wash unit W can be arranged on the upper end of other devices.
[0126] In addition, regarding other embodiments of the water tank unit S and the washing unit W of the present invention, refer to Figure 16 and Figure 17 The same components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and their description will be omitted.
[0127] The water tank unit S and wash unit W of this embodiment differ from those of the previous embodiment in the structure of the water tank body 61. Specifically, the water tank body 61 comprises a water tank lower portion 611 with a flat upper surface, and a bottom plate 64 disposed on the upper surface of the water tank lower portion 611. The upper surface of the water tank lower portion 611 and the bottom plate 64 form a double bottom. Furthermore, in the water tank body 61 of this embodiment, the upper surface of the bottom plate 64 constitutes the water receiving bottom 614, while the upper surface of the water tank lower portion 611 constitutes the water storage bottom 613. In other words, the upper side of the bottom plate 64 serves as the water receiving portion 62, while the lower side of the bottom plate 64 serves as the water storage portion 63. The water receiving portion 62 and the water storage portion 63 are arranged side by side.
[0128] The bottom plate portion 64 includes a plate-shaped bottom plate body 641 and a plurality of bottom plate legs 642 connected to the lower surface of the bottom plate body 641. The lengths of the bottom plate body 641 in both the longitudinal and transverse directions are shorter than those of the lower sink portion 611. When installed, a space 64a for water to flow is formed between at least a portion of the periphery of the bottom plate body 641 and the sink side portion 612. Furthermore, the upper surface of the bottom plate body 641 is inclined so that the periphery forming the space 64a is positioned downward. This bottom plate portion 64 is removable from the sink lower portion 611 or the sink side portion 612. In this embodiment, the bottom plate legs 642 are positioned above the sink lower portion 611 so as to contact the upper surface of the sink lower portion 611 and are thus attached to the sink lower portion 611.
[0129] In the water tank unit S and washing unit W of this structure, water discharged from the drain port 74 of the circulation mechanism 7 is received by the water receiving bottom 614 on the upper surface of the bottom plate body 641, flows along the bottom plate body 641, and then falls through the space 64a between the water tank side portion 612 and the bottom plate body 641, where it is accumulated in the space between the bottom plate body 641 and the water receiving bottom 613 on the upper surface of the water tank lower portion 611, forming the water storage portion 63. The circulation mechanism 7 then draws and filters the water accumulated in the water storage portion 63, and discharges it again to the water receiving portion 62. In this way, the water is filtered and circulated, allowing the water to function as a sink or for washing independently of the sewer pipes.
[0130] Furthermore, in the water tank unit S and the wash unit W of the present embodiment, water can be stored under the bottom plate portion 64, and thus water can be stored efficiently even in a small area.
[0131] Furthermore, since the bottom plate 64 is detachable from the water tank lower portion 611 or the water tank side portion 612, the bottom plate 64 can be removed to expose the water storage portion 63. This makes it easy to clean the water storage portion 63.
[0132] In addition, in order to allow water to flow from the water receiving portion 62 to the water storage portion 63, the case of forming a space 64a between the water trough side portion 612 and the bottom plate portion 64 is explained as an example, but is not limited to such a case. For example, it can also be arranged as follows: no space 64a is formed between the water trough side portion 612 and the bottom plate portion 64, and a hole is formed in the bottom plate portion 64 that passes through the up and down directions, and water falls from the hole to cause the water in the water receiving portion 62 to flow to the water storage portion 63.
[0133] In addition, the reference example is described. It can also be arranged that: in the sink unit S and the washing unit W, there is no circulation mechanism 7, but a sink portion 6 connected to the water supply pipe and the water supply pipe, and the faucet including the drain port 74 connected to the water supply pipe is entirely located below the upper end of the sink portion 6. In the case of such a structure, a plate-shaped component (for example, a cover portion 21) can be arranged in a manner covering the entire upper portion of the sink portion 6. Therefore, even in the structure of the reference example, when the sink portion 6 is not used, a plate-shaped component can be provided on the upper portion of the sink portion 6, and operations can be performed or items can be placed on the plate-shaped component. In addition, in the structure of the reference example, it is also possible to have a structure without a faucet, and form a drain port 74 on the side portion 612 of the sink.
