Abstract

In order to solve the problem that an existing pressure sensor electrode is poor in stretchability, the pressure sensor electrode comprises a substrate and an AgNW / PANI composite material three-dimensional film. And placing the AgNW / PANI composite material three-dimensional thin film on the pre-cured and pre-stretched PDMS substrate, and carrying out curing treatment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a silver nitrate solution and a polyvinylpyrrolidone solution, adding a NaCl solution, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction, centrifuging to obtain silver nanowires AgNW, and preparing an AgNW solution; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing polyaniline PANI, and preparing a PANI solution; mixing the AgNW solution and the PANI solution to form an interlocking model, and performing suction filtration on a polytetrafluoroethylene filter membrane to obtain an AgNW / PANI composite material three-dimensional film; the AgNW / PANI composite material three-dimensional thin film is placed on a substrate which is subjected to pre-curing and pre-stretching; the method is used for flexible sensors.
