The pouch-type battery according to claim 7 , wherein the second fixing portion comprises a slope structure such that the second fixing portion does not overlap with the insulating portion. 9 . The pouch type battery according to claim 8 , wherein the insulating portion and the second fixing portion are spaced apart from each other on the side surface of the pouch.

The pouch-type battery according to claim 6, wherein the second fixing portion comprises: a 2-1st fixing portion covering the first fixing portion on the bottom surface of the bag; as well as The 2-2 fixing portion is arranged on the side surface of the bag. 11 .
