Abstract

The invention provides a gastroscope side view operation adapter and a gastroscope, and relates to the technical field of medical instruments. The gastroscope side view operation adapter comprises an adapter body and a reflective mirror. The adapter body can be mounted at the front end of a gastroscope; an observation channel corresponding to a gastroscope lens and an operation channel corresponding to a gastroscope operation hole are formed in the adapter body; a side view channel is formed in the side wall of the adapter body, the side view channel is communicated with the observation channel, the reflective mirror is pivoted in the side view channel, a driving assembly used for driving the reflective mirror to rotate is arranged in the adapter body, and the reflective mirror can rotate into the observation channel so that a lens of the gastroscope can obtain the view field of the side view channel; the operating instrument can penetrate out of the side, provided with the side view channel, of the adapter body along the operating channel. The gastroscope comprises a gastroscope side view operation adapter. The technical effect that the side scene can be observed through the gastroscope is achieved.
