Traction operation system and method

Abstract

The invention discloses a towing operation system and method. The system comprises a towing winch and an anti-loosening device which are arranged on a lower deck in a cabin, and a cable guide device, shark pincers, a stern limiting pin, a height limiting device and a swing stopping device which are arranged on an open-air upper deck; a steel cable and a rope guider are arranged on the towing winch; the anti-loosening device is used for enabling the steel cable to always keep certain tension under the condition that the cable end is not loaded; the cable guiding device comprises a pulley, a pressing wheel and a protective cover, the protective cover covers the cable outlet hole and the pulley, and during operation, the steel cable upwards penetrates out of the cable outlet hole, then bypasses the top of the pulley downwards, penetrates out of the rear side hatch and then bypasses the bottom of the pressing wheel; the height limiting device is used for limiting the height of the point position of the steel cable at the shark pincers; and the oscillation stopping device is used for stopping oscillation of the steel cable. According to the system, the height of a steel cable outlet point can be lowered, water can be prevented from leaking into a cabin from waves on an upper deck, a cable outlet hole is protected against wind and rain, the steel cable can be prevented from being disordered and being scratched with a stern A-shaped frame, and a buoy or a towed ship can be safely replaced under the condition that the steel cable is not unloaded.
