Nickel-niobium intermediate alloy as well as preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a nickel-niobium intermediate alloy which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01%-0.03% of C, 18%-23% of Nb and the balance of Ni and inevitable impurities. The invention further provides a preparation method of the nickel-niobium intermediate alloy. Furthermore, the invention further provides application of the nickel-niobium intermediate alloy as a raw material in preparation of the high-purity nickel-based high-temperature alloy. According to the nickel-niobium intermediate alloy provided by the invention, a proper amount of C and Nb are added, so that the nickel-niobium intermediate alloy has the advantages of uniform components and high purity; according to the preparation method of the nickel-niobium intermediate alloy, the purity of the nickel-niobium intermediate alloy is further improved through regulation and control of all the steps. The nickel-niobium intermediate alloy is applied to preparation of the high-purity nickel-based high-temperature alloy, and high-purity stable control and component uniformity of the high-purity nickel-based high-temperature alloy can be guaranteed.
