Abstract

The baking cutter comprises a grab handle, a blade, a joint set and a cover body, the joint set is provided with a first positioning piece, a second positioning piece and a fixing piece, the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece are matched with each other to clamp the blade, and the fixing piece fastens the first positioning piece, the second positioning piece and the blade to the grab handle; the cover body can be selectively connected to the two ends of the holding part; therefore, good protection is provided for the baking cutter in the storage and carrying process, and the accidental risk caused by exposure of the blade is reduced; the convenience of mounting and dismounting the baking cutter is improved, and the replacement or maintenance time is shortened; and meanwhile, stable positioning and good use stability are achieved, and diversified baking operation requirements are met.

TECHNICAL FIELD
