DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0021] Embodiment 1.

[0022] The structure of the passenger conveyor 1 of Embodiment 1 is described. Figure 1 is a view showing the structure of the passenger conveyor 1 of Embodiment 1. Figure 2 is Figure 1 an A-A sectional view of

[0023] In Figure 1 , the passenger conveyor 1 is provided with: a truss 3 provided across between a lower floor 2a and an upper floor 2b of a building; a pair of rails 5 provided on the truss 3; a moving handrail 6 moving along the pair of rails 5; a skirt plate 7 provided at lower portions of the pair of rails 5; and a boarding plate 8a and a boarding plate 8b provided at the lower floor 2a and the upper floor 2b for passengers to board and alight the passenger conveyor 1.

[0024] As Figure 1 shown, a plurality of steps 4, a step chain 11, and a guide rail 12 for moving the steps 4 are provided in the entire area within the truss 3. In addition, at the upper end portion within the truss 3, a step drive sprocket 9a that is a rotatable gear-like member, a drive device 10 that supplies power to the components within the passenger conveyor 1, a step driven sprocket 9c that transmits power from the drive device 10 to the receiving components, and a main shaft 9d connecting the step drive sprocket 9a and the step driven sprocket 9c (not shown in Figure 1 ) are provided. In addition, at the lower end portion within the truss 3, a step driven sprocket 9b that rotates by rotation of the step chain 11 is provided as a gear-like member.

[0025] As Figure 1 shown, the plurality of steps 4 are connected in a ring shape in a manner of circulating and moving within the truss 3. In addition, as Figure 1 and Figure 2 shown, each step 4 is provided with a front wheel 13a at an end portion on the front side in the moving direction and a rear wheel 13b at an end portion on the rear side in the moving direction. The front wheel 13a and the rear wheel 13b are respectively provided with one on each of the left and right in the width direction of each step 4. In addition, as Figure 2 shown, the front side in the moving direction of each step 4 is supported to a step shaft 14 provided to the step chain 11. In addition, the rear side in the moving direction of each step 4 is supported to the rear wheel 13b. When a passenger gets on the step 4, the load of the passenger is supported by the front wheel 13a and the rear wheel 13b.

[0026] The step chain 11 is configured by a series of links, each of which is connected by a pin. In addition, the step chain 11 is wound around the step drive sprocket 9a and the step driven sprocket 9b, and is connected to the plurality of steps 4.

[0027] Here, the movement of the plurality of steps 4 will be described. First, the drive sprocket 9c receives power from the drive device 10. The power is transmitted from the drive sprocket 9c to the step sprocket 9a via the main shaft 9d that connects the drive sprocket 9c and the step sprocket 9a. By this power, the step sprocket 9a rotates, the gear of the step sprocket 9a engages with the pin of the link of the step chain 11, and the step chain 11 rotates. When the step chain 11 rotates, the step driven sprocket 9b also rotates. In this way, when the step chain 11 rotates at a certain speed by each sprocket, power is transmitted to the plurality of steps 4 that are linked to the step chain 11, and the plurality of steps 4 move on the guide rail 12.

[0028] The structure of the upper end portion in the truss 3 will be described in more detail. Figure 3 is a view that shows the structure of the upper end portion in the truss 3 of Embodiment 1. In addition, in Figure 3 , the illustration of a part of the step 4 and the guide rail 12 is omitted. Figure 4 is a view that shows the vicinity of the oil supply device 100 in Figure 3 from the upper side of the paper.

[0029] As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4 , the drive device 10, the drive sprocket 9c, the step sprocket 9a, the step chain 11, the handrail drive sprocket 15a, the handrail driven sprocket 15b, the handrail chain 16, the pulley 17, the main shaft 9d that connects the drive sprocket 9c and the step sprocket 9a and the drive sprocket 9c and the handrail drive sprocket 15a, the handrail main shaft 15c that connects the handrail driven sprocket 15b and the pulley 17, and the oil supply device 100 that supplies lubricating oil to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16 are provided at the upper end portion in the truss 3.

[0030] The handrail drive sprocket 15a is a gear-shaped member that can rotate and receives power from the drive device 10. The handrail driven sprocket 15b is a gear-shaped member that can rotate and rotates by the rotation of the handrail chain 16. The handrail chain 16 is composed of a series of links, and each link is connected by a pin. The handrail chain 16 is wound around the handrail drive sprocket 15a and the handrail driven sprocket 15b. The pulley 17 is a disc-shaped member that rotates by the rotation of the handrail chain 16 and transmits power to the moving handrail 6 to move the moving handrail 6.

[0031] Here, the movement of the moving handrail 6 is described. First, the drive sprocket 9c receives power from the drive device 10. The power is transmitted from the drive sprocket 9c to the handrail sprocket 15a via the main shaft 9d that connects the drive sprocket 9c and the handrail sprocket 15a. By this power, the handrail sprocket 15a rotates, the gear of the handrail sprocket 15a engages with the pin of the link of the handrail chain 16, and the handrail chain 16 rotates. In addition, by the rotation of the handrail chain 16, the handrail driven sprocket 15b also rotates. The handrail driven sprocket 15b and the pulley 17 are connected via the handrail main shaft 15c, and when the handrail driven sprocket 15b rotates, the pulley 17 rotates. When power is transmitted to the moving handrail 6 by the pulley 17, the moving handrail 6 moves.

[0032] The oil supply device 100 is provided with an oil supply tank 101, a step chain oil supply pipe 102a, a handrail chain oil supply pipe 102b, a step chain oil supply nozzle 103a, a handrail chain oil supply nozzle 103b, a step chain oil pan 104a, a handrail chain oil pan 104b, a surplus oil supply pipe 105, a surplus oil supply nozzle 106, a filter 107, and a surplus oil discharge pipe 108.

[0033] In the oil supply tank 101, lubricating oil for supplying to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16 is stored. The lubricating oil is supplied to each chain for the purpose of reducing the friction and wear of the chain to extend the life of the chain, and preventing rust generated on the chain. In the oil supply tank 101, an oil supply pipe for supplying lubricating oil from the upper portion to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16 is provided, and the lubricating oil is supplied from the oil supply pipe, and the surplus oil is discharged to the oil pan by gravity.

[0034] Specifically, the lubricating oil is supplied to the step chain 11 from the step chain oil supply pipe 102a, and the surplus oil generated at the step chain is discharged to the step chain oil pan 104a. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, in the case where the step chain oil supply nozzle 103a is provided on the step chain oil supply pipe 102a, the flow rate of the surplus oil discharged to the step chain oil pan 104a can be adjusted by the step chain oil supply nozzle 103a. Figure 3

[0035] In addition, the lubricating oil is supplied to the handrail chain 16 from the handrail chain oil supply pipe 102b, and the surplus oil is discharged to the handrail chain oil pan 104b. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, in the case where the handrail chain oil supply nozzle 103b is provided on the handrail chain oil supply pipe 102b, the flow rate of the surplus oil discharged to the handrail chain oil pan 104b can be adjusted by the handrail chain oil supply nozzle 103b. Figure 3

[0036] Further, the step chain oil pan 104a is arranged along the length direction of the guide rail 12 provided on the return path, so as to receive the remaining oil discharged from the step chain 11. Further, the handrail chain oil pan 104b is provided below the entire handrail chain 16, so as to receive the remaining oil discharged from the handrail chain 16.

[0037] Here, in the oil supply device 100, the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16 are periodically supplied with oil in the same amount from the oil supply tank 101 without using a device for adjusting the amount of oil to be supplied. Generally, the step chain 11, which is able to circulate in the entire area of the truss 3, is longer than the handrail chain 16, which is able to circulate in a part of the truss 3. Therefore, the amount of oil to be supplied to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16 is set based on the amount of oil required for the step chain 11. Therefore, if the step chain 11 is supplied with the required amount of lubricating oil, the handrail chain 16 is supplied with the required amount or more of lubricating oil. Further, the remaining oil (hereinafter, referred to as the remaining oil) of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 is discharged in a large amount from the handrail chain 16 to the handrail chain oil pan 104b.

[0038] Therefore, in the oil supply device 100 of Embodiment 1, a structure is provided in which the remaining oil, which is discharged to the handrail chain oil pan 104b under the current situation and is discarded, is supplied to the step chain 11 from the remaining oil supply pipe 105 provided to the handrail chain oil pan 104b by gravity, and is reused. Further, as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4 In a case where the remaining oil supply pipe 105 is provided with the remaining oil supply nozzle 106, the flow rate of the remaining oil discharged to the step chain 11 can be adjusted by the remaining oil supply nozzle 106.

[0039] In Figure 4 , the remaining oil supply pipe 105 has a shape in which the end portion on the side from which the remaining oil is discharged is branched to the left and right. The remaining oil supplied from the handrail chain oil pan 104b is supplied to the step chains 11 provided to the left and right in the width direction of each step 4, respectively, by the remaining oil supply pipe 105 having the above-described shape.

[0040] Further, as shown in Figure 3 , the remaining oil supply pipe 105 is provided at a position higher than the bottom surface of the handrail chain oil pan 104b. With this structure, it is possible to reduce the entry of garbage or dust and the like, which are deposited near the bottom surface of the handrail chain oil pan 104b, into the remaining oil supply pipe 105.

[0041] As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4As shown, the filter 107 is provided in the handrail chain oil pan 104b in a manner to cover the inlet of the remaining oil supply pipe 105. The filter 107 is, for example, sponge-like. The filter 107 traps garbage or dust and the like mixed into the handrail chain oil pan 104b while allowing the remaining oil to pass therethrough. The remaining oil that has passed through the filter 107 flows in the remaining oil supply pipe 105. Thus, with this configuration, garbage or dust and the like contained in the remaining oil can be reduced from entering the remaining oil supply pipe 105.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 1, the passenger conveyor 1 is provided with an oil supply device 100. The oil supply device 100 supplies lubricating oil to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16. The oil supply device 100 is provided with a step chain oil supply pipe 102a that supplies lubricating oil to the step chain 11, a handrail chain oil supply pipe 102b that supplies lubricating oil to the handrail chain 16, a handrail chain oil pan 104b to which remaining oil of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 is discharged, and a remaining oil supply pipe 105 that is provided in the handrail chain oil pan 104b and supplies the remaining oil of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 to the step chain 11. Thus, the oil supply device 100 of the passenger conveyor 1 according to the embodiment 1 can reuse the lubricating oil remaining in the handrail chain 16. Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the remaining oil discharge pipe 108 is provided in the handrail chain oil pan 104b at a position higher than the remaining oil supply pipe 105 and discharges the remaining oil of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 to the step chain oil pan 104a. With this configuration, even in a case where the inlet of the remaining oil supply pipe 105 is blocked for some reason and the remaining oil does not flow to the remaining oil supply pipe 105, the remaining oil can be discharged to the step chain oil pan 104a, and the remaining oil can be prevented from overflowing from the handrail chain oil pan 104b. Further, as examples of the inlet of the remaining oil supply pipe 105 being blocked, there are a case where garbage falls into the inlet of the remaining oil supply pipe 105 and a case where the filter 107 is blocked.

[0043] According to the above, the oil supply device 100 of the passenger conveyor of the embodiment 1 is an oil supply device 100 of a passenger conveyor 1 that supplies lubricating oil to a step chain 11 and a handrail chain 16, and includes a step chain oil supply pipe 102a that supplies lubricating oil to the step chain 11, a handrail chain oil supply pipe 102b that supplies lubricating oil to the handrail chain 16, a handrail chain oil pan 104b to which remaining oil of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 is discharged, and a remaining oil supply pipe 105 that is provided in the handrail chain oil pan 104b and supplies the remaining oil of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 to the step chain 11. Thus, the oil supply device 100 of the passenger conveyor 1 according to the embodiment 1 can reuse the lubricating oil remaining in the handrail chain 16.

[0044] Further, the oil supply device 100 of the passenger conveyor of the embodiment 1 can supply the step chain 11 with an oil supply amount required by the step chain 11, respectively, to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16.

[0045] Further, the remaining oil discharged to the handrail chain oil pan 104b can be supplied to the step chain 11, and the components through which the remaining oil is supplied to the step chain 11 are not limited. For example, the remaining oil supply nozzle 106 can not be used, and only the remaining oil supply pipe 105 can be used. In addition, the lubricating oil supplied from the oil supply tank 101 can be supplied to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16, and the components through which the lubricating oil is supplied to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16 are not limited. For example, the step chain oil supply nozzle 103a can not be used, and only the step chain oil supply pipe 102a can be used. The handrail chain oil supply nozzle 103b can not be used, and only the handrail chain oil supply pipe 102b can be used.

[0046] In addition, in the oil supply device 100 of the passenger conveyor of Embodiment 1, the amount of oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 can be based on the amount of oil supplied to the step chain 11. By adjusting the amount of oil, it is possible to prevent the step chain 11 from being supplied with the remaining oil of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16. In addition, by adjusting the amount of oil, it is possible to suppress the total amount of lubricating oil supplied to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16.

[0047] In addition, it can be that one oil supply tank 101 that stores the lubricating oil supplied to the step chain 11 and the handrail chain 16 is provided, the step chain oil supply pipe 102a supplies the lubricating oil from the oil supply tank 101 to the step chain 11, and the handrail chain oil supply pipe 102b supplies the lubricating oil from the oil supply tank 101 to the handrail chain. By concentrating the oil supply tank 101 into one, it is possible to reduce the components required in the oil supply device 100.

[0048] Further, the remaining oil supply pipe 105 can effectively use the remaining oil of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 without waste by supplying the remaining oil to the step chains 11 provided on the left and right in the width direction of the step 4, respectively. Here, the remaining oil supply pipe 105 can also be in a shape that branches to the left and right, and supply the remaining oil to the step chains 11 provided on the left and right in the width direction of the step 4, respectively. In addition, two remaining oil supply pipes 105 can be provided, and the remaining oil can be supplied to the step chains 11 provided on the left and right in the width direction of the step 4, respectively.

[0049] In addition, the remaining oil supply pipe 105 can be configured to be able to adjust the amount of remaining oil supplied to the left and right. For example, the remaining oil supply pipe 105 can use a pipe with different diameters of the pipes that branch to the left and right. For example, the remaining oil supply pipe 105 can have the remaining oil supply nozzle 106 provided on the pipes that branch to the left and right, respectively, and the amount of oil can be adjusted by the remaining oil supply nozzle 106.

[0050] Further, the shape of the remaining oil supply pipe 105 is not limited. For example, in a case where a hollow cylindrical remaining oil supply pipe 105 without a branch is used, the remaining oil can be supplied to the stair chain 11 on either side of the stair chain 11 in the width direction of each step 4.

[0051] Further, the remaining oil supply pipe 105 is provided at a position higher than the bottom surface of the handrail chain oil pan 104b, and thus it is possible to prevent garbage or dust and the like that has settled near the bottom surface of the handrail chain oil pan 104b from entering the remaining oil supply pipe 105.

[0052] Further, by providing the filter 107 in the handrail chain oil pan 104b in a manner that covers the inlet of the remaining oil supply pipe 105, it is possible to prevent garbage or dust and the like contained in the remaining oil from entering the remaining oil supply pipe 105.

[0053] Further, the shape of the filter 107 is not limited, and it is only necessary to be provided in the handrail chain oil pan 104b in a manner that covers the inlet of the remaining oil supply pipe 105. For example, a mesh filter 107 can be provided in a manner that covers the entire bottom surface of the inside of the handrail chain oil pan 104b. In this case, even if the remaining oil supply pipe 105 is provided directly below the bottom surface of the handrail chain oil pan 104b, it is possible to supply the remaining oil that has not mixed with garbage or dust and the like to the stair chain 11.

[0054] Further, the remaining oil discharge pipe 108 is provided in the handrail chain oil pan 104b at a position higher than the remaining oil supply pipe, and discharges the remaining oil of the lubricating oil supplied to the handrail chain 16 to the stair chain oil pan 104a. According to this structure, even in a case where the inlet of the remaining oil supply pipe 105 is clogged and the remaining oil does not flow to the remaining oil supply pipe 105, it is possible to prevent the remaining oil from overflowing from the handrail chain oil pan 104b.

[0055] Further, in Embodiment 1, an example in which the oil supply device 100 is provided with the filter 107 and the remaining oil discharge pipe 108 is described, but the oil supply device 100 can at least include the stair chain oil supply pipe 102a, the handrail chain oil supply pipe 102b, the handrail chain oil pan 104b, and the remaining oil supply pipe 105.

[0056] Hereinafter, the modes of the present disclosure are collectively described as an appendix.
