Abstract

The application provides a high-speed magnetic driving device, which comprises a power mechanism, a shaft coupling, a frame, a transmission shaft, an outer rotor, an outer magnet, an isolation cover, an inner rotor assembly, an inner magnet and a mechanical seal, the frame is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and an oil inlet channel, the mechanical seal is provided with an oil outlet channel, the isolation cover, the frame and the mechanical seal form a closed inner cavity, the inner rotor assembly is surrounded to form an inner flow channel, the oil inlet end and the oil outlet end of the inner flow channel are communicated with the inner cavity to form a closed loop circulation, the shaft coupling and the outer rotor form a water inlet flow channel, the outer wall surface of the isolation cover and the outer rotor and the outer rotor and the frame form a communicated outer flow channel, and the water inlet flow channel is communicated with the water inlet and the outer flow channel. The water cooling and oil cooling double-circulation cooling systems are used in cooperation, the isolation cover and the inner and outer magnets can be efficiently cooled under various working conditions, and the problem of poor cooling effect of the traditional magnetic driving device under high-speed working conditions is solved.
