Abstract

The invention provides a double-layer snow-melting agent for a cold-mixed asphalt thin overlay and a preparation method of the double-layer snow-melting agent, belongs to the technical field of asphalt pavement materials, and aims to solve the technical problem that the snow-melting agent cannot meet rapid snow melting and long-acting snow melting of the cold-mixed asphalt thin overlay. The preparation method of the double-layer snow-melting agent comprises the following steps: mixing the core-layer salt with the slow-release carrier, and filling pores in the slow-release carrier with the core-layer salt by using a melting adsorption method to form a slow-release salt core; uniformly mixing cement, water and a water reducing agent to obtain cement slurry, and wrapping the slow-release salt core with the cement slurry to form a cement shell; shell salt particles are uniformly loaded on the cement shell to form a quick-release salt shell; and finally, curing the quick-release salt shell to obtain the double-layer snow-melting agent. Through the innovative double-layer structural design, the quick release of the shell salt and the long-term slow release of the core salt are realized, the cold-mix asphalt thin overlay is adapted to the characteristics of normal-temperature construction and thin-layer pavement of the cold-mix asphalt thin overlay, the purposes of quick snow melting and long-term snow melting are achieved, and the use amount of the snow melting agent is reduced.
