[0064] [Details of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]
[0065] [Embodiment 1]
[0066] Reference will be made to Figures 1 to 8 Embodiment 1 of the circuit structure 10 in which the present disclosure is embodied. In this embodiment 1, in the drawings, “upper side” and “lower side” are respectively indicated by “U” and “D”.
[0067] The circuit structure 10 is mounted on a vehicle (not shown) such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle, and supplies electric power supplied from a power source to a load. As shown in Figure 1 , the circuit structure 10 includes a main body portion 11 and an electrical element device 50 assembled and housed in the main body portion 11.
[0068] [Structure of Main Body Portion]
[0069] The main body portion 11 has a housing 12 and a conductive bus bar 14. The housing 12 is, for example, made of synthetic resin having insulating properties. The housing 12 includes a housing main body 16 and a cover 13. As shown in Figure 2 , the housing main body 16 has a bottom wall 16A. A plurality of bosses 16C protruding upward are provided on the bottom wall 16A. At the upper end of each boss 16C, a nut N1 such as an embedded nut is embedded in a state in which the axis of the threaded hole faces the up-down direction.
[0070] The cover 13 is, for example, made of synthetic resin having insulating properties. As shown in Figure 3As shown, the cover 13 has a closed wall 13A and an opening 13B that extends through the closed wall 13A in the thickness direction. The opening 13B has a first opening 13C and two second openings 13D.
[0071] The cover 13 is configured such that the closing wall 13A overlaps the bottom wall 16A from above (see reference). Figure 4 For example, the cover 13 is fixed to the housing body 16 by snaps or screws. In a top view of the cover 13 installed on the housing body 16, each boss 16C is positioned within the area forming the first opening 13C (see reference). Figure 4 Two second openings 13D are formed adjacent to the first opening 13C.
[0072] The conductive busbar 14 is a component housed within the housing 12, forming a conductive path between the power source and the load. The conductive busbar 14 is formed by stamping a flat piece of metal. Figure 2 As shown, the conductive busbars 14 are arranged in a plurality of segments within the housing 12. Each conductive busbar 14 is non-displaced relative to the bottom wall 16A by a plurality of guide portions 16B provided on the bottom wall 16A. A plurality of through holes H1 extending in the thickness direction are formed in the conductive busbars 14. A portion of the conductive busbar 14 is arranged to cover a nut N1 embedded in the boss 16C from above. The through holes H1 and the threaded holes of the nut N1 are arranged coaxially.
[0073] [Structure of electrical components and devices]
[0074] like Figure 1 As shown, the electrical component device 50 includes: an electrical component 51, a pre-charge relay 61, a resistor 62, a current detection unit 63, a busbar 53 on one end, a busbar 54 on the other end, and an insulating component 55. The electrical component 51 has a first electrical component 51A and a second electrical component 51B. The first electrical component 51A has multiple relays 51C and 51D. The second electrical component 51B has multiple fuses 51E and 51F. The insulating component 55 has a first insulating component 55A and a second insulating component 55B.
[0075] Relays 51C and 51D, for example, are constructed from mechanical relays. Figure 5 As shown, relays 51C and 51D each have a pair of terminals 56 and 57, which are switched to an enabled state that allows energization between the pair of terminals 56 and 57 and an unenergized state that cuts off energization. Relays 51C and 51D are configured to be controlled to switch between the enabled and unenergized states via a control unit (not shown).
[0076] Fuses 51E and 51F are, for example, thermal fuses. Each fuse 51E and 51F has a flat, one-sided busbar 51G and 51H at one end and a flat, other-sided busbar 51J and 51K at the other end. One fuse 51E and 51F is disposed within the second opening 13D of the cover 13 mounted on the housing body 16 (see reference). Figure 4 ).
[0077] One end of the fuse 51E, the busbar 51G, together with one of the conductive busbars 14, is fastened to (see reference) by the fifth screw B5. Figure 4 Nut N1 (refer to) is provided on the housing body 16 Figure 2 ) (refer to Figure 4 The other end busbar 51J of fuse 51E, together with the conductive busbar 14 which is fastened together with the conductive busbar 14 on one end busbar 51G, is fastened together by the fifth screw B5 to (see reference). Figure 4 Nut N1 (refer to) is provided on the housing body 16 Figure 2 The conductive busbar 14 that is compacted together with the busbar 51G on one end is the first busbar, and the conductive busbar 14 that is compacted together with the busbar 51J on the other end is the second busbar.
[0078] One end of the fuse 51F, the busbar 51H, together with one of the conductive busbars 14, is fastened to (see reference) by the fifth screw B5. Figure 4 Nut N1 (refer to) is provided on the housing body 16 Figure 2 The other end busbar 51K of fuse 51F, together with the conductive busbar 14 which is fastened together with the conductive busbar 14 on one end busbar 51H, is fastened together by the fifth screw B5 to (see reference). Figure 4 Nut N1 (refer to) is provided on the housing body 16 Figure 2 The conductive bus 14 that is compacted together with the bus bar 51H on one end is the first bus bar, and the conductive bus bar 14 that is compacted together with the bus bar 51K on the other end is the second bus bar.
[0079] The pre-charge relay 61, like relays 51C and 51D, is a mechanical relay. The pre-charge relay 61 is configured to switch between an enabled state and an disabled state via a control unit (not shown). Resistor 62 is connected in series with the pre-charge relay 61. For example, the pre-charge relay 61 and resistor 62 are configured to be mounted on cover 13 (see reference). Figure 4 Each of the busbars 61A and 62A is in elastic contact with the conductive busbar 14.
[0080] The current detection unit 63 includes, for example, a resistor and a differential amplifier, configured to output a current value representing the value of the current flowing through the conductive busbar 14 (specifically, an analog voltage corresponding to the value of the current flowing through the conductive busbar 14). A one-end busbar 63A is provided at one end of the current detection unit 63, and a other-end busbar 63B is provided at the other end. The current detection unit 63 is disposed on the cover 13 (see reference). Figure 4 One end of the busbar 63A is fastened together with the fifth screw B5 to the conductive busbar 14, which is provided by the closed wall 13A that extends upward through the cover 13 (see reference). Figure 4 The structure of the other end busbar 63B, which is fastened together with the one end busbar 63A, is different. It is fastened together with the fifth screw B5 to the conductive busbar 14, which is provided to pass through the closed wall 13A of the cover 13 upwards (see reference). Figure 4 ).
[0081] One-end busbar 53 is formed by stamping a flat piece of metal. One end of the one-end busbar 53 is electrically connected to the terminal 56 on one end of each relay 51C, 51D via a sixth screw B6. A through hole H2 is formed through the other end of the one-end busbar 53 in the thickness direction.
[0082] The other end busbar 54 is formed by stamping a flat piece of metal. One end of the other end busbar 54 is electrically connected to the terminal 57 on the other end of each relay 51C, 51D via a sixth screw B6. A through hole H2 is formed in the thickness direction at the other end of the other end busbar 54.
[0083] In this disclosure, the "electrical connection" is preferably a structure in which the potentials of the two connected objects are equal and they are connected in a mutually conductive state (a state in which current flows). However, it is not limited to this structure. For example, the "electrical connection" may also be a structure in which an electrical component is sandwiched between two connected objects and the two connected objects are connected in a conductive state.
[0084] The first insulating component 55A and the second insulating component 55B are, for example, formed of a synthetic resin having insulating properties. Figure 6 As shown, the first insulating component 55A has a flat, quadrilateral shape. When viewed from above, the dimensions of the first insulating component 55A are slightly smaller than the dimensions of the first opening 13C of the cover 13 (see reference). Figure 7 The first insulating member 55A has a plurality of protrusions 55G that protrude downward. A nut N2, such as an embedded nut, is embedded in the lower end of each protrusion 55G with the axis of the threaded hole facing up and down.
[0085] like Figure 7As shown, in the first insulating component 55A, two first exposed holes 55C, two second exposed holes 55D, two through holes 55E, and two screw insertion holes 55F are formed through the component in the thickness direction. The first exposed holes 55C and the second exposed holes 55D are square in shape and are arranged adjacent to each other in pairs.
[0086] When viewed from above, two through holes 55E are positioned at the center of the first insulating member 55A. Each through hole 55E has a bottom wall 55H formed below the surface wall 55J of the first insulating member 55A. A connecting wall is provided, rising from the outer periphery of the bottom wall 55H, with its upper end connected to the surface wall 55J. No connecting wall is provided on one of the four sides of the bottom wall 55H, thus the through hole 55E extends vertically through the first insulating member 55A. Two screw insertion holes 55F are located near two opposite corners of the four corners of the first insulating member 55A.
[0087] like Figure 1 As shown, the second insulating component 55B is L-shaped. The second insulating component 55B is fixed to the housing body 16 by clips or screws, etc., covering the fuses 51E and 51F, the pre-charge relay 61, the resistor 62, and the current detection unit 63 disposed in the second opening 13D. The pre-charge relay 61, the resistor 62, and the current detection unit 63 are disposed on the cover 13. The second insulating component 55B is disposed along two of the four sides of the first opening 13C (see reference). Figure 7 ).
[0088] like Figure 6 As shown, relays 51C and 51D are fixed to the first insulating member 55A by screwing the third screw B3 into the nut N2 of the protrusion 55G. With relays 51C and 51D fixed to the first insulating member 55A, the other end of one-sided busbar 53 is configured to block the first exposed hole 55C, and the other end of the other-sided busbar 54 is configured to block the second exposed hole 55D (see reference). Figure 7 The insertion hole H2, formed at the other end of one-sided busbar 53, is configured to face the first exposed hole 55C (see reference). Figure 7 The through-hole H2 formed at the other end of the busbar 54 is configured to face the second exposed hole 55D (see reference). Figure 7 ).
[0089] like Figure 8As shown, the relays 51C, 51D mounted to the first insulating member 55A are inserted into the first opening portion 13C of the cover 13 and housed in the housing 12. Specifically, the first insulating member 55A is held in a posture where it is disposed upward of the relays 51C, 51D, and the relays 51C, 51D are housed in the first opening portion 13C of the cover 13 from above. At this time, the relays 51C, 51D can be housed in the housing 12 in a manner so as to fall inside the housing 12, and thus the work of housing in the housing 12 is simple.
[0090] At this time, the other end portion of the one-end side bus bar 53 is disposed so as to overlap the conductive bus bar 14 that covers the upper end of the boss 16C, and the other end portion of the other-end side bus bar 54 is disposed so as to overlap the conductive bus bar 14 that covers the upper end of the boss 16C. The first insulating member 55A is disposed in a manner so that the lower half thereof is inserted into the first opening portion 13C. The first exposure hole 55C of the first insulating member 55A, the insertion hole H2 of the one-end side bus bar 53, the insertion hole H1 of the conductive bus bar 14, and the threaded hole of the nut N1 of the boss 16C overlap in a manner so as to communicate. Also, the second exposure hole 55D of the first insulating member 55A, the insertion hole H2 of the other-end side bus bar 54, the insertion hole H1 of the conductive bus bar 14, and the threaded hole of the nut N1 of the boss 16C overlap in a manner so as to communicate.
[0091] Also, the first screw B1 is inserted through the first exposure hole 55C, the insertion hole H2, and the insertion hole H1 that overlap in a manner so as to communicate, and the first screw B1 is screwed into the nut N1 that is buried in the boss 16C. Also, the second screw B2 is inserted through the second exposure hole 55D, the insertion hole H2, and the insertion hole H1 that overlap in a manner so as to communicate, and the second screw B2 is screwed into the nut N1 that is buried in the boss 16C. Thus, the one-end side bus bar 53 is collectively fastened and fixed to the conductive bus bar 14 by the first screw B1. Also, the other-end side bus bar 54 is collectively fastened and fixed to the conductive bus bar 14 by the second screw B2. The conductive bus bar 14 that collectively fastens the one-end side bus bar 53 is the first bus bar, and the conductive bus bar 14 that collectively fastens the other-end side bus bar 54 is the second bus bar. Further, the fourth screw B4 is inserted through the screw insertion hole 55F of the first insulating member 55A, and the fourth screw B4 is screwed into the nut N1 that is buried in the boss 16C.
[0092] Also, one fuse 51E, 51F is disposed in each of the second opening portions 13D, the one-end side bus bar 51G, 51H is collectively fastened to the conductive bus bar 14 by screwing the fifth screw B5 into the nut N1, and the other-end side bus bar 51J, 51K is collectively fastened to the conductive bus bar 14 by screwing the fifth screw B5 into the nut N1 (refer to FIG. 6). Figure 4). Also, the second insulating member 55B is attached to the housing main body 16 by covering the fuses 51E, 51F arranged in the second opening portion 13D and the pre-charge relay 61, the resistor 62, and the current detecting portion 63 arranged in the cover 13. In this way, the electric component device 50 is fixed to the housing 12 of the main body portion 11.
[0093] In a state where the electric component device 50 is fixed to the housing 12 of the main body portion 11, the first insulating member 55A is arranged so as to cover the relays 51C, 51D from the outside of the housing 12 and block the first opening portion 13C. The head of the first screw B1 in a state where the nut N1 is screwed into the boss 16C of the housing 12 is exposed to the outside via the first exposure hole 55C. The head of the second screw B2 in a state where the nut N1 is screwed into the boss 16C of the housing 12 is exposed to the outside via the second exposure hole 55D. The head of the fourth screw B4 in a state where the nut N1 is screwed into the boss 16C of the housing 12 is exposed to the outside.
[0094] When the electric component device 50 is detached from the housing 12, the first screw B1, the second screw B2, and the fourth screw B4 are loosened and detached. Also, the first insulating member 55A is lifted by inserting fingers into the two through holes 55E of the first insulating member 55A and holding. Thus, the relays 51C, 51D, the one-end side bus bar 53, and the other-end side bus bar 54 can be detached from the housing 12 together with the first insulating member 55A.
[0095] When the fuses 51E, 51F are detached from the housing 12, first, the second insulating member 55B is detached from the housing main body 16. Also, the fifth screw B5 screwed into the one-end side bus bar 51G, 51H and the other-end side bus bar 51J, 51K of the fuses 51E, 51F is loosened and detached. Thus, the fuses 51E, 51F can be detached from the housing 12.
[0096] When the current detecting portion 63 is detached from the housing 12, the fifth screw B5 screwed into the one-end side bus bar 63A and the other-end side bus bar 63B of the current detecting portion 63 is loosened and detached. Thus, the current detecting portion 63 can be detached from the housing 12. The pre-charge relay 61 and the resistor 62 can be detached by directly pulling up.
[0097] Next, the effects of the present structure are illustrated.
[0098] The circuit structure 10 includes a main body 11 and an electric component device 50 fixed to the main body 11. In the circuit structure 10, the main body 11 includes a first bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14, a second bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14, and a housing 12 that houses the first bus bar and the second bus bar. A cover 13 of the housing 12 includes a first opening portion 13C and a second opening portion 13D into which the electric component device 50 can be inserted. The electric component device 50 includes relays 51C and 51D, a one-end side bus bar 53 provided at one end of the relays 51C and 51D, a other-end side bus bar 54 provided at the other end of the relays 51C and 51D, and fuses 51E and 51F. The one-end side bus bar 53 is fixed to the first bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14 by a first screw B1. The other-end side bus bar 54 is fixed to the second bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14 by a second screw B2. In addition, one-end side bus bars 51G and 51H of the fuses 51E and 51F are fixed to the first bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14 by a fifth screw B5, and the other-end side bus bars 51J and 51K are fixed to the second bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14 by the fifth screw B5.
[0099] According to this structure, the relays 51C and 51D can be mounted to the housing 12 via the first opening portion 13C, and the fuses 51E and 51F can be mounted to the housing 12 via the second opening portion 13D, so that it is not necessary to perform an operation of detaching the cover 13 from the housing main body 16 to open the housing 12.
[0100] The one-end side bus bar 53 is collectively fastened to the first bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14 by the first screw B1. The other-end side bus bar 54 is collectively fastened to the second bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14 by the second screw B2. In addition, the one-end side bus bars 51G and 51H of the fuses 51E and 51F are collectively fastened to the first bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14 by the fifth screw B5, and the other-end side bus bars 51J and 51K are collectively fastened to the second bus bar (conductive bus bar) 14 by the fifth screw B5. According to this structure, the one-end side bus bars 53, 51G, and 51H and the first bus bar can be reliably connected, and the other-end side bus bars 54, 51J, and 51K and the second bus bar can be reliably connected.
[0101] The electric component device 50 includes a first insulating member 55A that covers the relays 51C and 51D from the outside of the housing 12 in a state where the relays 51C and 51D are fixed to the main body 11, and a second insulating member 55B that covers the fuses 51E and 51F from the outside of the housing 12. According to this structure, the relays 51C and 51D can be less likely to be contacted by the first insulating member 55A, and the fuses 51E and 51F can be less likely to be contacted by the second insulating member 55B.
[0102] The first insulating member 55A is formed with a first exposure hole 55C that exposes the head of the first screw B1 to the outside and a second exposure hole 55D that exposes the head of the second screw B2 to the outside. According to this structure, the first screw B1 and the second screw B2 can be disassembled via the first exposure hole 55C and the second exposure hole 55D.
[0103] The opening portion 13B has a first opening portion 13C and a second opening portion 13D, the insulating member 55 has a first insulating member 55A and a second insulating member 55B, and the electric element 51 has a first electric element 51A and a second electric element 51B. The first insulating member 55A covers the first electric element 51A inserted into the first opening portion 13C from the outside, and the second insulating member 55B covers the second electric element 51B inserted into the second opening portion 13D from the outside.
