Through the arrangement of the sliding rod, the two first rods, the two first springs, a first wedge-shaped block, a first ring, a second ring, a wedge-shaped balancing weight, a rotating ring, two inserting rods and a second spring, the stroke of the air cylinder piston is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the vehicle speed, so that the piston stroke is reduced during high-speed driving, and the piston inertia is reduced; and when the vehicle is at a low speed or idle speed, the stroke of the air cylinder is increased, the torque of the engine is increased, the gasoline combustion rate of a combustion chamber is increased, tail gas emission is reduced, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, and the vehicle is worthy of popularization.
