Abstract

The invention discloses a pilot valve and a valve structure, the pilot valve at least comprises a valve shell, a valve spring, a valve, a valve seat, a piston, a piston spring, a piston spring seat and a sealing cover, the valve shell and the sealing cover form a structure internally provided with a cavity, and the interior of the cavity is divided into a first actuating cavity and a second actuating cavity; the upper end of the valve spring abuts against the inner wall of the upper end of the first actuating cavity, the lower end of the valve spring is used for applying elastic force to the valve, the valve shell is at least provided with a first air channel, a second air channel and a third air channel, one end of the first air channel is connected with the air inlet, and the other end of the first air channel is divided into a first branch and a second branch. An air outlet of the first branch is communicated with the upper end of the first actuating cavity in the axial direction of the valve shell, and an air outlet of the second branch is communicated with the second actuating cavity; air inlets of the second air channel and the third air channel communicate with the upper end and the middle end of the first actuating cavity in the radial direction of the valve shell correspondingly, and air outlets communicate with the exterior of the valve shell. The valve is reasonable in design and quick in response.
