[0004] PATENT LITERATURE

[0005] [Patent Literature 1] U.S. Patent No. 7259662 SUMMARY

[0006] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention]

[0007] When the foot or the like of the operator is stretched out of the machine table, it is preferable to promptly report the situation to the operator or the like. On the other hand, it is considered that if the travel of the vehicle is limited every time the foot or the like of the operator is stretched out of the machine table, the workability of the vehicle in the conveyance work or the like will be reduced.

[0008] The present application has been achieved in order to solve the problems described above, and aims to provide an industrial vehicle that can report that an object is stretched out of a machine table, and can also maintain the workability of the vehicle.

[0009] [Technical Means for Solving the Problems]

[0010] The gist of the present application is as follows.

[0011] [1] An industrial vehicle, comprising: a traveling device; a traveling control section that controls driving of the traveling device; a machine stand including an operation platform having a lever including an accelerator lever, a ride floor having an operation pedal including a brake pedal, and an opening portion that is an entrance / exit of the ride floor; a sensor that detects an object protruding from the opening portion; and a warning processing section that executes a warning process including a protrusion report and a traveling restriction of the industrial vehicle when the object is detected by the sensor as protruding from the machine stand, wherein the warning processing section executes, when the object is detected by the sensor as protruding from the machine stand, a warning process whose content is different depending on a traveling state of the industrial vehicle grasped from opening / closing of the operation of the accelerator lever and the operation pedal and a speed of the industrial vehicle.

[0012] In the industrial vehicle, when the sensor detects the object protruding from the opening portion, the warning process whose content is different depending on the traveling state of the industrial vehicle is executed. The form of the report of the object protruding from the opening portion and the presence / absence of the traveling restriction of the industrial vehicle are set depending on the traveling state of the industrial vehicle, whereby the object protruding from the machine stand can be reported and the workability of the vehicle can also be maintained.

[0013] [2] The industrial vehicle according to [1], wherein the operation platform has a display section capable of illuminating an indicator, and the warning processing section, when the object is detected by the sensor as protruding from the machine stand, executes, as the warning process, a report process by illumination of the indicator on the display section and a traveling prohibition process of the industrial vehicle as the traveling restriction when the traveling state of the industrial vehicle is a traveling preparation state in which one of the operation of the accelerator lever and the operation of the operation pedal is on and the industrial vehicle is stopped. When the vehicle is in the traveling preparation state, the traveling of the industrial vehicle is prohibited, and on the other hand, only the weak report process of the indicator illumination on the display section is executed. By avoiding the excessive warning process in the traveling preparation state, only the protrusion is reported to the operator, and the workability can be maintained.

[0014] [3] The industrial vehicle according to [1], wherein a display lamp is provided on the machine table, the operation platform has a display portion capable of lighting an indicator, and the warning processing portion executes, as the warning processing, lighting of the indicator on the display portion, lighting of the display lamp, reporting processing by a warning sound, and travel prohibition processing of the industrial vehicle as the travel restriction, when the travel state of the industrial vehicle is a travel start state in which both the operation of the accelerator lever and the operation of the brake pedal are open and the industrial vehicle is stopped, in a case where the object is detected by the sensor to be protruded from the machine table. When the vehicle is in the travel start state, the travel of the industrial vehicle is prohibited, and the indicator lighting on the display portion, the display lamp lighting, and the strong reporting processing by the warning sound are executed. By the warning processing in the travel start state, the protrusion is reported to the operator and a supervisor around, and guidance of the supervisor to the operator in the site can be implemented.

[0015] [4] The industrial vehicle according to [1], wherein a display lamp is provided on the machine table, the operation platform has a display portion capable of lighting an indicator, and the warning processing portion executes, as the warning processing, lighting of the indicator on the display portion, lighting of the display lamp, reporting processing by a warning sound, and travel prohibition processing of the industrial vehicle as the travel restriction, when the travel state of the industrial vehicle is a travel in state in which both the operation of the accelerator lever and the operation of the brake pedal are open and the industrial vehicle is traveling, in a case where the object is detected by the sensor to be protruded from the machine table. When the vehicle is in the travel in state, the indicator lighting on the display portion, the display lamp lighting, and the strong reporting processing by the warning sound are executed. On the other hand, the travel prohibition processing of the industrial vehicle as the travel restriction is not executed. When the vehicle is in the travel in state, the indicator lighting on the display portion, the display lamp lighting, and the strong reporting processing by the warning sound are executed. On the other hand, the travel of the industrial vehicle is not prohibited. The protrusion is reported to the operator and a supervisor around to promote resolution of the protrusion, and the vehicle is continued to travel, whereby workability can be maintained.

[0016] [5] The industrial vehicle according to [1], [2], or [4], wherein the warning processing portion cancels the warning processing when the sensor does not detect the object to be protruded from the machine table again after the warning processing is executed. When the protrusion is detected in the travel preparation state and the travel in state, and the protrusion is not detected again thereafter, the warning processing is quickly canceled, whereby workability of the vehicle can be maintained.

[0017] [6] According to the industrial vehicle described in [1] or [3], the warning processing unit, after performing the warning processing, releases the warning processing when the sensor no longer detects the object extending from the machine and the accelerator lever is in neutral for a predetermined time. When extension is detected at the start of driving and no extension is subsequently detected, the warning processing is also released when the accelerator lever returns to neutral as instructed by the operator, thereby improving safety when starting the vehicle.

[0018] [Invention Effects]

[0019] According to the present invention, it is possible to report objects protruding from the machine and also to maintain the operability of the vehicle. Attached Figure Description

[0028] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of an industrial vehicle according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0029] Figure 1 This is a perspective view of a reach truck, representing one embodiment of the industrial vehicle of the present invention. Figure 1As shown, the forward-moving type forklift 1 (industrial vehicle) is provided with a machine base 10 and a traveling device 5. The forward-moving type forklift 1 is, for example, a rider type forklift used for carrying goods in a manufacturing site or a logistics site, and the like.

[0030] In the following description, a height direction of the machine base 10 is defined as D1, a front-rear direction with respect to the machine base 10 is defined as D2, and a width direction with respect to the machine base 10 is defined as D3. The height direction D1, the front-rear direction D2, and the width direction D3 are orthogonal to each other. When the forward-moving type forklift 1 is located on a horizontal plane, the height direction D1 is a direction along a vertical direction, and the front-rear direction D2 and the width direction D3 are directions along a horizontal direction.

[0031] The traveling device 5 includes a road tire as a front wheel, a drive tire and a caster tire as rear wheels, a traveling motor, a steering device, a steering motor, and the like. A loading and unloading device, which is not shown, is installed at a front portion of the forward-moving type forklift 1. The loading and unloading device includes a mast, a lifting bracket, a fork carriage, a loading and unloading motor, and the like.

[0032] The machine base 10 is a vehicle body portion of the forward-moving type forklift 1. The machine base 10 has a front face portion 11, a pair of left and right side face portions 12 and 13, and a back face portion 14, and has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape as a whole. The machine base 10 is provided with a canopy 16 supported by a pair of pillars 15a and 15b, and the like.

[0033] The machine base 10 includes an operation platform 17 having a lever including an accelerator lever 17a and a display 17c (display portion: refer to Figure 3 ), a riding floor 18 having an operation pedal including a brake pedal 18a, and an opening portion 19 serving as an entrance and exit of the riding floor 18. A space formed by the riding floor 18 is a space in which an operator of the forward-moving type forklift 1 rides and drives. The opening portion 19 is provided at the back face portion 14 of the machine base 10 as an entrance and exit of the riding floor 18. In Figure 1 the example, the opening portion 19 is provided at a position more to the right than the center of the width direction D3 in the back face portion 14 along the height direction D1 in such a manner as to reach an upper end of the back face portion 14 from the same height as the riding floor 18.

[0034] In the machine base 10, the operation platform 17 is disposed across and in front of and to the side (here, the left side) from the riding floor 18 when viewed from the riding floor 18. As described above, the operation platform 17 in front when viewed from the riding floor 18 is provided with the accelerator lever 17a for travel (forward and backward) operation of the forward-moving type forklift 1. As described below, in the travel of the forward-moving type forklift 1, something R (refer to Figure 2 ) such as a foot of the operator can protrude outside the machine base 10. Therefore, the display 17c (refer to Figure 3). When the object R is extended from the table 10, an indicator reporting the extension is lit on the display 17c. That is, the display 17c can light the indicator. Further, the display 17c can display, in addition to the indicator, the speed of the forward truck 1, the remaining amount of the battery, and the like.

[0035] A key 17d (refer to Fig. 2) for starting the forward truck 1 is provided on the operation panel 17. Figure 3 The key 17d is, for example, an ignition key. Further, a buzzer 17e (refer to Fig. 2) that emits a warning sound for reporting the extension of the object R from the table 10 is provided on the operation panel 17. Figure 3 In addition to the accelerator lever 17a, the display 17c, the key 17d, and the buzzer 17e, a forward lever, a tilt lever, and the like for the operation of the forward truck 1 are provided on the operation panel 17. The steering wheel 17b that operates the forward direction of the forward truck 1 is provided on the left operation panel 17 when viewed from the ride floor 18.

[0036] A brake pedal 18a is provided at a corner of the ride floor 18 (refer to Fig. 2) that is a corner formed by the front operation panel 17 and the left operation panel 17. Figure 1 A ride floor switch 18b is provided on the ride floor 18. The ride floor switch 18b is one of safety devices in the forward truck 1 and is constituted by, for example, a pressure-sensitive switch. The ride floor switch 18b is turned on according to the weight of the operator who rides on the ride floor 18 and is turned off when the operator leaves the ride floor 18.

[0037] The forward truck 1 travels and performs the loading and unloading work by the operator operating the accelerator lever 17a, the brake pedal 18a, and the like of the operation panel 17, who gets on the ride floor 18 from the opening 19 of the back surface portion 14 of the table 10. As described above, it is considered that the object R is extended outside the table 10 when the forward truck 1 travels, even if the door or the like is not provided at the opening 19. For example, it is preferable that the surrounding supervisor detects the situation when the operator's foot is extended from the opening 19 and can guide the operator's posture or the like on the spot. Therefore, the forward truck 1 of the present embodiment is equipped with a reporting device 20 that reports the situation to the surrounding supervisor when the operator's foot or the like, which is the object R, is extended outside the table 10. Hereinafter, the structure of the reporting device 20 will be described in detail.

[0038] Figure 2 is a main part enlarged perspective view showing the arrangement relationship of the reporting device with respect to the forward truck. As shown in Figure 2 The reporting device 20 includes a bracket 21, a bracket 28, a display lamp 22, a sensor 23, and a warning processing portion 29 (refer to Fig. 2). Figure 3). The reporting device 20 can also include a display 17c and a buzzer 17e.

[0039] The bracket 21 is a member that houses at least the display lamp 22 inside. In the present embodiment, the bracket 21 houses the display lamp 22 and the sensor 23 including the light projecting portion 24 described later. The bracket 21 is formed in a box shape of metal, has a main surface 21a, and a pair of side surfaces 21b, 21c adjacent to the main surface 21a. As the metal constituting the bracket 21, for example, iron, stainless steel, or the like is used from the viewpoint of securing strength. In the present embodiment, the bracket 21 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape longer in the length direction D1 than in the front-rear direction D2 and the width direction D3.

[0040] The bracket 21 is disposed on the back surface portion 14 of the table 10. Specifically, the bracket 21 is disposed on the back surface portion 14 of the table 10 at the lower portion of the opening portion 19. In the present embodiment, the bracket 21 is disposed on the back surface portion 14 of the table 10 so as to be adjacent to the edge on the left side of the opening portion 19 in the lower portion of the opening portion 19 with the main surface 21a facing the rear of the table 10 and one of the side surfaces 21b, 21c along the edge of the opening portion 19. Figure 2

[0041] In the vicinity of the center in the height direction D1 of the main surface 21a of the bracket 21, a slit 26 is provided that exposes the display lamp 22 housed in the bracket 21. The slit 26 extends in the width direction D3 of the table 10 in the main surface 21a. In the present embodiment, the slit 26 is formed across the entire width direction D3 of the main surface 21a, and extends to the pair of side surfaces 21b, 21c adjacent to the main surface 21a. In the side surface 21b of the bracket 21 on the opening portion 19 side, an upper and lower pair of circular window portions 27, 27 for passing the inspection light L from the light projecting portion 24 of the sensor 23 are provided. The window portions 27, 27 are arranged in the height direction D1 so as to be spaced apart from each other by the slit 26.

[0042] The sensor 23 is a device that detects the object R protruding from the opening portion 19. As the sensor 23, for example, a photosensor is used. The sensor 23 has the light projecting portion 24 that projects the inspection light L, and a light receiving portion 25 that receives the inspection light L. In the present embodiment, an upper and lower pair of sensors 23A, 23B are disposed in the height direction D1 of the table 10. In the following description, when it is not necessary to distinguish between the sensor 23A and the sensor 23B, the sensor 23A and the sensor 23B will be collectively referred to as the sensor 23. The sensor 23A and the sensor 23B are disposed so as to be spaced apart from each other by the display lamp 22 in the width direction D3 of the table 10. Figure 2 In the example of FIG. 6, the light projecting portion 24A of the sensor 23A and the light projecting portion 24B of the sensor 23B are arranged at a certain interval in the height direction Dl inside the bracket 21. Inside the bracket 21, the light projecting portion 24A of the upper sensor 23A is arranged at a position higher than the slit 26, and the light projecting portion 24B of the lower sensor 23B is arranged at a position lower than the slit 26. The inspection light L from each of the light projecting portions 24A and 24B travels through the opening portion 19 along the width direction D3 via the window portion 27, and advances toward the light receiving portion 25. When the sensor 23 does not detect the protrusion of the object R, it is equivalent to the light receiving portion 25 receiving the inspection light L. Conversely, when the sensor 23 detects the protrusion, it is equivalent to the light receiving portion 25 not receiving the inspection light L.

[0043] In the present embodiment, when the light receiving portion 25A of the sensor 23A and the light receiving portion 25B of the sensor 23B are arranged, another bracket 28 made of metal according to the shape of the bracket 21 is arranged on the back portion 14 of the table 10. The bracket 28 has a main surface 28a and a pair of side surfaces 28b adjacent to the main surface 28a, like the bracket 21.

[0044] The bracket 28 is arranged on the opposite side of the bracket 21 across the opening portion 19, in such a manner that the main surface 28a faces the rear of the table 10 and one of the pair of side surfaces 28b is adjacent to the edge on the right side of the lower portion of the opening portion 19. One of the pair of side surfaces 28b of the bracket 28 is opposite to the side surface 21b of the bracket 21 having the window portion 27. On the side surface 28b, an upper and lower pair of circular window portions (not shown) are provided, through which the inspection light L from the light projecting portion 24A of the sensor 23A and the light projecting portion 24B of the sensor 23B passes, respectively. The light receiving portion 25A of the sensor 23A and the light receiving portion 25B of the sensor 23B are arranged in the bracket 28 in the height direction Dl in correspondence with the positions of the respective upper and lower window portions of the side surface 28b. The light receiving portion 25A and the light receiving portion 25B output a signal indicating the reception of the inspection light L from the light projecting portion 24A and the light projecting portion 24B to the warning processing portion 29 in correspondence with the reception of the inspection light L.

[0045] The display lamp 22 is a light-emitting device for reporting. For example, an LED display lamp or the like can be used as the display lamp 22. Here, the display lamp 22 has a housing through which light is transmitted, and emits light for reporting from the front surface and the side surface of the housing. The display lamp 22 is disposed in the machine stand 10 at a position from which the machine stand 10 can be viewed from the surroundings. In the present embodiment, the bracket 21 is disposed in the back surface portion 14, and the display lamp 22, the light projecting portion 24A of the sensor 23A, and the light projecting portion 24B of the sensor 23B housed in the bracket 21 are disposed in the back surface portion 14 of the machine stand 10. In addition, the display lamp 22, the light projecting portion 24A of the sensor 23A, and the light projecting portion 24B of the sensor 23B are disposed on the same side with respect to the opening portion 19. In the present embodiment, because they are housed in the bracket 21, the display lamp 22, the light projecting portion 24A of the sensor 23A, and the light projecting portion 24B of the sensor 23B are disposed adjacent to the lower portion of the opening portion 19 in such a manner as to be on the same side (left side) with respect to the opening portion 19.

[0046] In the inside of the bracket 21, the display lamp 22 is disposed at a height position corresponding to the slit 26. As described above, the slit 26 extends across the main surface 21a of the bracket 21 and the pair of side surfaces 21b and 21c adjacent to the main surface 21a. Thereby, it is possible to expand the range in which the light for reporting emitted from the display lamp 22 can be viewed.

[0047] Figure 3 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of the forklift truck. As shown in Figure 3 The reporting device 20 is connected to the travel control portion 6 of the forklift truck 1 in such a manner that they can communicate information with each other. The travel control portion 6 physically includes, for example, an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) mounted on the forklift truck 1. The ECU is an electronic control unit having a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, a CAN communication circuit, and the like. In the ECU, for example, a program stored in the ROM is loaded into the RAM, and the program loaded into the RAM is executed by the CPU, whereby various functions are realized.

[0048] The travel control portion 6 controls the driving of the travel device 5. Specifically, the travel control portion 6 controls the travel of the forklift truck 1 using the travel device 5 based on the operations of the accelerator lever 17a, the brake pedal 18a, the floor switch 18b, and the key 17d. The travel control portion 6 outputs information on the travel state including the operation states of the accelerator lever 17a and the brake pedal 18a, the travel speed of the forklift truck 1 using the travel device 5, the on / off of the floor switch 18b, and the on / off of the key 17d to the warning processing portion 29 of the reporting device 20. The travel state will be described in detail later.

[0049] The warning processing section 29 is a device that performs warning processing including an extension report and travel restriction of the forward-moving forklift 1 in a case where the object R is detected to extend from the table 10 by the sensor 23. The warning processing section 29 is connected to the travel control section 6 in a manner that enables information communication. In addition, the warning processing section 29 is connected to the pair of sensors 23, the display lamp 22, the display 17c, and the buzzer 17e in a manner that enables information communication among them. The warning processing section 29 physically includes, for example, an ECU mounted on the forward-moving forklift 1, as with the travel control section 6. The ECU can serve as both the travel control section 6 and the warning processing section 29. The extension report is, for example, lighting of the display lamp 22, lighting of an indicator in the display 17c, and emission of a warning sound by the buzzer 17e. The warning processing section 29 outputs information indicating a case where the travel restriction is performed to the travel control section 6. The warning processing section 29 outputs information indicating a case where the travel restriction is released to the travel control section 6.

[0050] The warning processing section 29 performs warning processing whose contents are different from each other according to the travel state of the forward-moving forklift 1, which is grasped according to the opening / closure of the key 17d, the opening / closure of the floor switch 18b, the opening / closure of the operation of the accelerator lever 17a and the brake pedal 18a, and the speed of the forward-moving forklift 1, in a case where the object R is detected to extend from the table 10 by the sensor 23.

[0051] As described above, the automatic accident type brake is employed in the present embodiment. Therefore, in the forward-moving forklift 1, the brake operates when the operation of the brake pedal 18a is closed, and the brake is released when the operation of the brake pedal 18a is opened.

[0052] Figure 4 is a diagram showing a search table that associates the travel state with the warning processing. In the search table of Figure 4 , the speed of the industrial vehicle, the travel state, the presence / absence of the travel restriction, and the contents of the report processing are associated. Here, as the travel state, three states of a travel preparation state, a travel start state, and a travel state are included. In addition, the report processing includes the opening / closure of the indicator of the display 17c, the lighting of the display lamp 22, and the opening / closure of the warning sound of the buzzer 17e.

[0053] In the search table of Figure 4In item "1" of the project, a warning process in a travel preparation state is set. The travel preparation state means a state in which the key 17d is on, the floor switch 18b is on, one of the operation of the accelerator lever 17a and the operation of the brake pedal 18a is on, and the forklift truck 1 is stopped (for example, also including a substantially stopped state in which the speed is 0.1 km / h or less) in the forklift truck 1. The warning processing section 29 executes the warning process shown in item "1" of the project when the object R is detected to be protruded from the table 10 by the sensor 23 in the travel preparation state. Figure 4 The warning process in the travel preparation state is a reporting process by lighting up (turning on) the indicator on the display 17c and a travel restriction (travel prohibition process) of the forklift truck 1.

[0054] In Figure 4 item "2" of the project, a warning process in a travel start state is set. The travel start state means a state in which the key 17d is on, the floor switch 18b is on, both of the operation of the accelerator lever 17a and the operation of the brake pedal 18a are on, and the forklift truck 1 is stopped (for example, also including a substantially stopped state in which the speed is 0.1 km / h or less) in the forklift truck 1. The warning processing section 29 executes the warning process shown in item "2" of the project when the object R is detected to be protruded from the table 10 by the sensor 23 in the travel start state. Figure 4 The warning process in the travel start state is a reporting process by lighting up the indicator on the display 17c, lighting up (turning on) the display lamp, and emitting (turning on) a warning sound and a travel restriction of the forklift truck 1. In the travel start state, in an example, the warning sound of "beep beep beep..." or the like is emitted from the buzzer 17e.

[0055] In Figure 4 item "3" of the project, a warning process in a travel state is set. The travel state means a state in which the key 17d is on, the floor switch 18b is on, both of the operation of the accelerator lever 17a and the operation of the brake pedal 18a are on, and the forklift truck 1 is traveling (for example, a state in which the speed is more than 0.1 km / h) in the forklift truck 1. The warning processing section 29 executes the warning process shown in item "3" of the project when the object R is detected to be protruded from the table 10 by the sensor 23 in the travel state. Figure 4 The warning process in the travel state executes a reporting process by lighting up the indicator on the display 17c, lighting up the display lamp, and emitting a warning sound as the warning process. On the other hand, the travel restriction of the forklift truck 1 is not executed. That is, the warning process in the travel state is only a reporting process. In the travel state, in an example, the warning sound of "beep" or the like for one second is emitted from the buzzer 17e.

[0056] When the warning process is executed in the running preparation state and the running state as described above, the warning process is cancelled by the warning process section 29 when the sensor 23 does not detect the object R extending from the platform 10 again. Specifically, when the extending is not detected again in the running preparation state, the warning process section 29 extinguishes (turns off) the indicator lit on the display 17c, and the running control section 6 is allowed to run to start the forward-moving fork truck 1. When the extending is not detected again in the running state, the warning process section 29 extinguishes the indicator lit on the display 17c, extinguishes (turns off) the display lamp 22, and the buzzer 17e eliminates (turns off) the warning sound.

[0057] When the warning process is executed in the running start state, the warning process is cancelled by the warning process section 29 when the sensor 23 does not detect the object R extending from the platform 10 again and the accelerator lever 17a is in the neutral position for a prescribed time. Specifically, when the extending is not detected again and the accelerator lever 17a is in the neutral position for a prescribed time in the running start state, the warning process section 29 extinguishes the indicator lit on the display 17c, extinguishes the display lamp 22, and the buzzer 17e eliminates the warning sound, and the running control section 6 is allowed to run to start the forward-moving fork truck 1. The prescribed time means a sufficient time required for the accelerator lever 17a to return to the neutral position as intended by the operator. The prescribed time is set to, for example, about 1 second. With such a setting, it is possible to prevent the warning process from being cancelled when the accelerator lever 17a returns to the neutral position due to an operation unintended by the operator.

[0058] Figure 5 is a flowchart showing an example of the operation of the warning process section. As shown in Figure 5 , the warning process section 29 first determines whether the sensor 23 detects the object R extending from the platform 10 (step S01). The warning process section 29 ends the process when it is determined that the sensor 23 does not detect the extending. On the other hand, when it is determined in step S01 that the sensor 23 detects the extending, the warning process section 29 determines the running state (step S02). Then, the warning process section 29 refers to a lookup table (refer to Figure 4 ) and performs the warning process corresponding to the determined running state (step S03). Then, the warning process section 29 cancels the warning process when the sensor 23 does not detect the object R extending from the platform 10 again, and ends the process (step S04). The processes shown in steps S03 and S04 will be described in detail below.

[0059] Figure 6is a flowchart showing details of the warning processing and the cancel processing in the running preparation state. The cancel processing refers to processing for canceling the warning processing being executed. In the running preparation state, the warning processing section 29 executes the reporting processing of causing the display 17c to light up (turn on) the indicator, and the running restriction of the forward truck 1 as the warning processing (step S101). Then, the warning processing section 29 determines whether or not the sensor 23 has not detected the object R protruding from the table 10 (step S102). The warning processing section 29 executes step S102 again when it is determined that the object R has been detected by the sensor 23 to protrude from the table 10. On the other hand, the warning processing section 29 turns off (turns out) the indicator of causing the display 17c to light up, cancels the running restriction of the forward truck 1, thereby canceling the warning processing being executed (step S103) when it is determined in step S102 that the sensor 23 has not detected the object R to protrude from the table 10, and ends the processing.

[0060] Figure 7 is a flowchart showing details of the warning processing and the cancel processing in the running preparation state.

[0061] Figure 8is a flowchart showing details of the warning process and the cancel process in the running state. In the running state, the warning process section 29 executes the reporting process of lighting the indicator on the display 17c, lighting the display lamp on the display lamp 22, and sounding the buzzer 17e as the warning process (step S301). Then, the warning process section 29 determines whether the sensor 23 has not detected the object R extending from the machine bed 10 (step S302). The warning process section 29 executes step S302 again when it is determined that the object R extends from the machine bed 10 by the sensor 23. On the other hand, the warning process section 29 extinguishes the indicator lit on the display 17c, extinguishes the display lamp on the display lamp 22, and cancels the warning sound by the buzzer 17e when it is determined that the sensor 23 has not detected the object R extending from the machine bed 10 in step S302, thereby canceling the warning process executed (step S303), and ends the process.

[0062] As described above, the warning process section 29 provided in the forward-moving fork truck 1 executes the warning processes different in content according to the running state of the forward-moving fork truck 1 when the object R extends from the machine bed 10 is detected by the sensor 23. According to this configuration, the warning processes different in content according to the running state of the forward-moving fork truck 1 are executed when the object R extends from the opening portion 19 is detected by the sensor 23. The form of the reporting of the object R extending from the opening portion 19 and the presence or absence of the running restriction of the forward-moving fork truck 1 are set according to the running state of the forward-moving fork truck 1, thereby being able to report the object R extending from the machine bed 10 and also being able to maintain the workability of the forward-moving fork truck 1.

[0063] In the present embodiment, the warning process section 29 executes the reporting process by lighting the indicator on the display 17c and the running prohibition process of the forward-moving fork truck 1 as the warning process when the forward-moving fork truck 1 is in the running preparation state in the case where the object R extends is detected. The running of the forward-moving fork truck 1 is prohibited when the forward-moving fork truck 1 is in the running preparation state, on the other hand, only the weak reporting process of lighting the indicator on the display 17c is executed. Thus, it is possible to avoid excessive warning process in the running preparation state.

[0064] In the present embodiment, the warning process section 29 executes the reporting process of lighting the indicator on the display 17c, lighting the display lamp, and sounding the buzzer and the running prohibition process of the forward-moving fork truck 1 as the warning process when the forward-moving fork truck 1 is in the running start state in the case where the object R extends is detected. The running of the forward-moving fork truck 1 is prohibited when the forward-moving fork truck 1 is in the running start state, and the strong reporting process of lighting the indicator on the display 17c, lighting the display lamp, and sounding the buzzer is executed. By the warning process in the running start state, the extension is reported to the operator and the supervisor around, thereby being able to give guidance to the operator by the supervisor on site.

[0065] In the present embodiment, the warning processing section 29 executes, as the warning processing, the indicator on the display 17c being lit, the display lamp being lit, and the reporting processing using the warning sound when the object R is detected to be protruding and the forward moving forklift 1 is in the traveling state. On the other hand, the traveling prohibition processing of the forward moving forklift 1 is not executed. The indicator on the display 17c is lit, the display lamp is lit, and the strong reporting processing using the warning sound is executed when the forward moving forklift 1 is in the traveling state. On the other hand, the traveling of the forward moving forklift 1 is not prohibited. The protrusion is reported to the operator and the supervisor around to promote the resolution of the protrusion, and the forward moving forklift 1 is continued to travel, whereby the workability can be maintained.

[0066] In the present embodiment, the warning processing section 29 cancels the warning processing when the sensor 23 does not detect the object R protruding from the table 10 again after the warning processing is executed. When the protrusion is detected in the traveling preparation state and the traveling state, and the protrusion is not detected again thereafter, the warning processing is quickly canceled, whereby the workability of the forward moving forklift 1 can be maintained.

[0067] In the present embodiment, the warning processing section 29 cancels the warning processing when the sensor 23 does not detect the object R protruding from the table 10 again after the warning processing is executed, and the accelerator lever 17a is in the prescribed time neutral. When the protrusion is detected in the traveling start state, even if the protrusion is not detected again thereafter, the warning processing is canceled at the timing when the accelerator lever 17a is returned to the neutral according to the intention of the operator, whereby the safety when the forward moving forklift 1 is started can be improved.

[0068] In the described embodiment, the display lamp 22 arranged at a position visible from the surroundings of the table 10 is exemplified, but the arrangement form of the display lamp is not limited thereto. For example, the forward moving forklift 1 can have the display lamp around the display 17c of the operation platform 17 instead of or in addition to the display lamp 22. In this case, the operator of the forward moving forklift 1 can quickly visually recognize the reporting processing by the display lamp.
