Abstract

The invention discloses a heat-conducting composite material and a heat dissipation element comprising the same. The heat-conducting composite material comprises a plurality of composite particles and an alloy base material, wherein the plurality of composite particles are distributed in the alloy base material. The composite particle comprises a diamond core and a niobium-containing carbide shell layer, wherein the diamond core is completely coated by the niobium-containing carbide shell layer, and the niobium-containing carbide shell layer is coated on the diamond core.
