Abstract

The invention provides a novel card box for accommodating cards. In the card box (10), the upper end of the back surface (12) is provided with a separation line (30); and an upper paste application region (20) extending from the separation line (30), the top surface (15) being formed continuously from the upper end of the front surface (11), and having a tab (19) extending from the end on one side of the back surface (12) and constituting a head (28). The upper paste application area (20) is adhered to the tab (19), and the back surface (12) and the upper paste application area (20) are separated by a separation line (30) in a closed state of the card box (10), so that (1) the closed state of the card box (10) is released in a manner that an unsealing mark remains on the card box (10), and (2) after the card box (10) is unsealed, the head part (28) functions as a fold seam and the top surface (15) functions as an opening and closing cover. Therefore, the card storage device can be continuously used for storing cards.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to a card case of a rectangular parallelepiped with a head portion for housing a game card or a trading card (hereinafter, simply referred to as a "card") requiring security, and a card product provided with the card case and a plurality of cards housed in the card case. BACKGROUND

[0002] Conventionally, a card case of a rectangular parallelepiped with a head portion for housing a card requiring security houses the card and is closed to be sold as a card product. A purchaser can take out the card from the card case by opening the card case. In a case where different cards are housed in each card product, there is a case where the card case is made opaque so that the contents of the housed card cannot be known at the time of purchase.

[0011] In the conventional card case 50, when a card product is manufactured by housing cards and closing the card case 50, a process of inserting the fold 55 between the top surface 54 and the back surface 58 is required. This process is not easily mechanized, and requires labor cost when performed by manual operation, and even when the process is performed by a machine, there are cases where insertion fails, and there is a problem of low yield. In particular, when the fold 55 is adhered to the back surface 58, the process becomes more complicated and is not easily mechanized.

[0012] Further, the process of attaching a seal from the top surface 54 to the side surface 57 is also complicated and is not easily mechanized, and requires labor cost when the process is performed by manual operation, and even when the process is performed by a machine, failure occurs to deteriorate the yield.

[0016] (1) A card case according to an aspect of the present application is a rectangular parallelepiped card case with a head attached thereto for housing a game card or a trading card that requires security, the card case having a front surface, a back surface, a right side surface, a left side surface, a top surface, and a bottom surface, the back surface having, at an upper end thereof, a separation line and an adhered portion that is extended from the separation line, the top surface being continuous from an upper end of the front surface and having a flap that is extended from an end portion on the back surface side and constitutes a head, the adhered portion being adhered to the top surface or the flap, and the card case being configured to be released from a sealed state by separating the back surface and the adhered portion using the separation line in the sealed state, and (1) to leave a trace of opening in the card case after opening, and (2) to function as an insertion portion by the head and as an opening and closing lid by the top surface after opening, so that the card case can continue to be used for housing the game card or the trading card.

Further, after opening, the head functions as the insertion portion (folding crease), so that the head does not become an obstacle. Claims

1. A card case which is a head-attached rectangular card case for housing game cards or trading cards requiring security, wherein the card case has a front surface, a back surface, a right side surface, a left side surface, a top surface, and a bottom surface, the back surface has a separation line at an upper end thereof, and an adhesive portion which is extended from the separation line, the top surface is formed continuously from an upper end of the front surface, and has a flap which is extended from an end portion of one side of the back surface and constitutes a head, the adhesive portion is adhered to the top surface or the flap, and by separating the back surface and the adhesive portion using the separation line in a closed state of the card case, (1) the closed state of the card case is released in a manner that a trace of opening remains in the card case, and (2) after opening, the head functions as an insertion portion and the top surface functions as an opening and closing lid, so that the card case can continue to be used for housing the game cards or the trading cards.

2. The card case according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive portion is adhered to a back surface of the flap, and after opening, the flap and the adhesive portion which are adhered to each other function as the insertion portion.

3. The card case according to claim 2, wherein the adhesive portion is adhered to a front surface of the flap by being folded from an upper end of the flap.

4. The card case according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive portion is adhered to an inner surface of the top surface, and after opening, the top surface and the adhesive portion which are adhered to each other function as the opening and closing lid.

5. The card case according to claim 1, wherein the head has a hanging hole for hanging the card case by inserting a hook therein.

6. The card case according to claim 5, wherein the separation line has a strength not to be separated by self weight even when the card case housing the game cards or the trading cards is in a state of being hung.

7. The card case according to claim 1, wherein the separation line has a shape protruding downward of the back surface at a center portion thereof to be easily separated by a finger and to easily open and close the opening and closing lid.

8. The card case according to claim 7, wherein the shape protruding downward of the back surface is a circular shape.
