[0018] Hereinafter, a snack as one aspect of the present application will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0019] Figure 1 is a plan view of the snack 1. Figure 2 is a perspective view of the snack 1.
[0020] Figure 1 and Figure 2 The snack 1 shown in Figs. 1 to 3 is a chocolate snack using chocolate as a snack material, and has a rectangular plate shape with four edges of upper, lower, left and right end portions 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d. In the substantially central region of the snack 1 formed with the rectangular main body portion 10 as a base portion, a character portion Cl is formed. Around the character portion Cl, a first background portion 31 and a second background portion 32 are provided as background portions. Between the character portion Cl and the background portions (the first and second background portions 31 and 32), a first groove portion 41 is provided, and the character portion Cl can be peeled off as described below. Further, on the front surface of the character portion Cl and the background portions, a design or pattern is drawn by a second groove portion 42.
[0021] The design of the character portion Cl is inclined obliquely as shown in the drawing, and the character appears to move and be large. Further, in the first background portion 31, a background development line is drawn by the obliquely inclined second groove portion 42 which develops the character movement. The background development line is in a straight line shape, and is drawn as a radial line having a focus in the upper right direction outside the snack 1, for example, in the composition of the design. In the first background portion 31, the background portions which are in contact with the upper end portion 10a, the left end portion 10c and the right end portion 10d are constituted as a second region 31b which is easily divided as compared with the first background portion 31, as described below. The second region 31b is provided on both sides and the upper side of the character portion Cl.
[0022] Further, in the second region 31b, a third background portion 33 having a color different from that of the first background portion 31 is provided in a shape along the obliquely inclined background development line.
[0023] In the point 1, the first area 31a which is difficult to divide is provided as an independent area not connected to the second area 31b, in contrast to the second area 31b which is relatively easy to divide. The first area 31a is an area of the first background portion 31 surrounded by the second background portion 32 along the lower end portion 10b and the character portion Cl, and is an area inside a single-dot chain line El in the illustration. As such, the first background portion 31 has a configuration in which the first area 31a under the legs of the character and the second area 31b other than under the legs sandwich and surround the character portion Cl.
[0024] In the first area 31a, the first background portion 31 has a straight portion in which a portion adjacent to the second background portion 32 is linear, and has a shape longer in the left-right direction than in the up-down direction as illustrated. That is, in the separation and division of the first area 31a, the first area 31a becomes a configuration capable of being divided because it is not a circular shape or a polygonal shape, as described below. In addition, in plan view, it becomes a configuration in which the size of the first area 31a is smaller than the total size (both left and right sides and the upper side) of the second area 31b.
[0025] In addition, on the front surface of the second background portion, there is provided character information 38 or a characteristic mark of the character, or the like.
[0026] Around the character portion Cl, a first groove portion 41 is formed along the outline of the character to separate the character portion Cl from the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32. In addition, the first groove portion 41 is also formed between the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32. Inside the character portion Cl, the first groove portion 41 is also provided between the constituent portions of the character portion Cl to separate the constituent portions. The first groove portion 41 is formed so that the depth thereof is deeper than the depth of the second groove portion 42 (see FIG. 6). Figure 3 ) of the second groove portion 42.
[0027] The first area 31a has the first groove portion 41 formed at a portion thereof adjacent to the character portion Cl and the second background portion 32. In this way, the first area 31a becomes a configuration surrounded by the first groove portion 41, and further, a plurality of second groove portions 42 connected to the first groove portion 41 are formed inside the first groove portion 41.
[0028] In the present aspect, the color tone of the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32 is different from that of the character portion Cl, for example. The first background portion 31 is configured in a single color of a tea system color, and the second background portion 32 is formed in a color other than the tea system color, for example, pink. In addition, the thickness of the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32 is different. The second background portion 32 is formed in the same thickness as the character portion Cl. In addition, the third background portion 33 is configured in the same color as the second background portion 32, and the thickness thereof is also configured to be the same as that of the second background portion 32.
[0029] In Figure 1 The first background part 31 is composed of a brown color (plain chocolate), for example. The second background part 32 is composed of a pink color (strawberry chocolate). As for the character part Cl, a large part of the component is composed of a white color (white chocolate), and a part of it is composed of a light brown color (caramel).
[0030] Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of a portion along Figure 1 A-A of the snack 1.
[0031] As shown in Figure 3 , the various color parts of the snack 1 are formed as layers having a prescribed thickness, and layers of different colors are formed. For example, the main body part 10 is drawn with a pattern in a plurality of colors on the front side 10f, and is composed of one color on the back side 10r. For example, the character part Cl, the first background part 31, and the second background part 32 are laminated on the front side 10f of the main body part 10 using other materials (materials having different colors, tastes, and scents) from those of the main body part 10.
[0032] As shown in Figure 3 , the first groove part 41 is formed with a large groove depth, reaching the depth of the main body part 10. That is, the position of the bottom of the first groove part 41 is a position deeper than the front surface of the first background part 31, and becomes the most easily broken part when the snack 1 is separated and divided. On the other hand, the second groove part 42 is not as deep as the first groove part 41, but has a portion connected to the first groove part 41, and portions connected to the upper end part 10a and the left and right end parts 10c and 10d (see Figure 2 ).
[0033] The second background part is composed so that the height (thickness t3) formed thereby is the same height (thickness t2) as the character part Cl. In addition, the thickness of the second background part 32 and the character part Cl is made smaller than the thickness (tl) of the main body part 10.
[0034] In addition, the character information 38 provided in the second background part 32 is formed with characters that highlight the character or give the character a characteristic. The character information 38 can be either a recess or a protrusion.
[0035] As shown in Figure 3As shown, the main body portion 10 is composed of chocolate containing the brittle particles 60. Here, the first background portion 31 can be formed at the same time as the main body portion 10, or can be formed thinly on the main body portion 10. For example, when the main body portion 10 is formed, the brittle particles 60 are solidified so as to be contained in a large amount on the lower side (bottom surface side) of the main body portion 10, and the bottom surface of the back surface 10r (lower side in the drawing) of the main body portion 10 is made into a slightly uneven shape. However, the front surface 10f (upper side in the drawing) of the main body portion 10 is hardly formed into an uneven shape due to the brittle particles 60 during solidification of the chocolate material, and is formed into a substantially flat surface composed of chocolate.
[0036] Further, the character portion Cl, the second background portion 32, and the third background portion 33 are composed without containing the brittle particles 60. Therefore, the snack 1 is different not only in the taste of different portions, but also in the content ratio of the brittle particles 60 with respect to the total amount of chocolate depending on the eating site, and thus the eating feeling greatly differs.
[0037] Figure 4 is a plan view showing one example of a peeling operation of the snack 1.
[0038] In the operation when the character portion Cl of the snack 1 is peeled, for example, first, the second region 31b on the upper left side of the first background portion 31 is held with the fingertip 61 of the left hand. Then, the front surface of the region on the left side of the character portion Cl facing the right finger is held with the fingertip 62 of the other hand, that is, the right hand. In this holding state, the snack 1 is bent in the thickness direction thereof, and thus, as shown in Figure 4 , it is possible to be divided along the second groove portion 42 in a straight line shape through the division line BLl. Thus, in the second region 31b, it is possible to be divided to a large extent by the second groove portion 42. Further, it is possible to separate, divide, and continue the operation of the second region 31b from the character portion Cl by the first groove portion 41.
[0039] With respect to the second background portion 32, it is possible to separate, divide, and continue the operation from the first background portion 31 and the character portion Cl along the lower end portion 10b. By the separation of the second background portion 32, as shown in Figure 4 , the end edge 31d of the relatively thin background portion of the first region 31a is exposed. Further, as described above, in the first region 31a, the plurality of second groove portions 42 connected to the first groove portion 41 are provided, and thus it is possible to divide the first region 31a by the first groove portion 41 and the second groove portions 42.
[0040] Figure 5 is a plan view showing another example of a peeling method of the character.
[0041] In the case shown in Figure 5 , for example, it is also possible to peel the character portion Cl as shown in Figure 4The finger tip is used to divide as shown, and for example, as a tool 70 for peeling, a tool 70 having a relatively thin end portion at the front end such as a bamboo skewer, a spoon, a fork, or the like can be used. In the drawing, a state in which the tool 70 is used to divide the first region 31a after the second background portion 32 is divided is shown. In this case, for example, the operation is performed in such a manner that the front end 71 of the tool 70 held by the finger tip 62 is pressed against the portion to be broken. By this operation, the pressure is concentrated in a small region with respect to the main body portion 10. By carefully repeating this operation, the character portion Cl can be effectively separated and divided.
[0042] In addition, in the division operation using the tool 70, the tool 70 can be used in a state in which the snack 1 is housed in the snack container 80.
[0043] The snack container 80 is a paper or resin container that houses the snack 1 to protect it in a state in which the snack 1 is sold. That is, the snack 1 is sold in a state in which it is housed in the snack container 80 and the outer side thereof is wrapped with a decorative wrapping bag. Therefore, the planar area of the snack container 80 is formed to be larger than the size of the snack 1. In addition, the depth (t5) of the snack container 80 is configured to be greater than or equal to the thickness (t4) of the snack 1 (see FIG. 6). Figure 2 ).
[0044] In the snack container 80 thus configured, the separation operation can be performed in such a manner that the snack 1 is broken by the pointed front end 71 of the tool 70. At this time, the first background portion 31 produces fine separation pieces 90. However, by the use of the snack container 80, the scattering of the separation pieces 90 is prevented, and as shown in the drawing, the separation pieces 90 are housed in the internal space SP of the snack container 80.
[0045] In the case in which the peeling of the character portion Cl is successful, in the case in which the peeling fails and breaking occurs at a plurality of locations, a state in which the broken snack pieces are mixed with the character region, the second background portion 32, and the first background portion 31 is formed. As a result, the taste, the aroma, and the texture of the snack pieces are mixed in each piece of the snack 1, and are rich in variety. Thus, even if the peeling fails, the change in taste and the like can be enjoyed, and different tastes, aromas, textures, and the like of the snack 1 can be enjoyed depending on the success or failure of the separation and peeling of the character portion Cl.
[0046] In summary of the above, in the snack 1 of the present aspect, in the first background portion 31, the first region 31a surrounded by the second background portion 32 and the character portion Cl becomes a state in which the side (the outer side) opposite the character portion Cl is open (is not surrounded by the second background portion 32 having a thickness) after the division of the second background portion 32, and is easily divided.
[0047] In addition, in the snack 1 of the present embodiment, the color of the first background portion 31 is formed in a different color from the second background portion 32, and thus the position of the first region 31a can be easily recognized.
[0048] In the snack 1 of the present embodiment, the second region 31b, which is comparatively easily divided without a division order, and the first region 31a, which has a division order, are present as independent regions at the same time at the position surrounding the character portion Cl (the position sandwiching the character portion Cl), and thus the peeling of the character portion Cl can be made to have a variation.
[0049] In addition, in the snack 1 of the present embodiment, the second region 31b is formed to have a larger area than the first region 31a, and thus the peeling of the character portion Cl is not made to be excessively difficult.
[0050] In the snack 1 of the present embodiment, the first region 31a is formed in a shape other than a circular shape and a polygonal shape, and thus the division operation is not made to be excessively difficult. In addition, the adjacent portions of the first background portion 31 and the second background portion 32 of the first region 31a are formed in a linear shape, and a first groove (a relatively deep groove) is provided at the adjacent portions, and thus the second background portion 32 surrounding the first region 31a is easily separated.
[0051] In addition, in the snack 1 of the present embodiment, the first groove portion 41 is provided between the first region 31a and the character portion Cl, and thus the first region 31a can be separated using the first groove portion 41. Furthermore, in the first region 31a, the second groove portion 42 is formed so as to be connected to the first groove portion 41, and thus the separation operation in the first region 31a is made to be easier.
[0052] In the snack 1 of the present embodiment, when the peeling operation of the character is performed, the front end of the tool 70 can be used for the peeling, and at this time, the peeling can be performed in a state in which the snack 1 is housed in the snack container 80. The snack container 80 can prevent the scattering of the pieces of the snack (the separated pieces 90) broken by being pressed by the tool 70 by making the housing depth (t5) of the snack 1 have a depth larger than or equal to the thickness (t4) of the snack 1. As a result, after the character peeling fun of the snack 1 is enjoyed, the pieces of the snack, which have become fine, can be easily left in the container for eating.
[0053] In the snack 1 of the present embodiment, the main body portion 10 includes the brittle particles 60, and thus the eating sensation in accordance with the taste can be enjoyed. In addition, by including the brittle particles 60, not only the eating sensation is changed, but also the main body portion 10 is relatively easily divided even if the thickness is large. In addition, the first character portion Cl and the second character portion C2 are configured not to include the brittle particles 60, and thus a smooth surface can be formed, and a delicate pattern can be formed.
[0054] The above describes one aspect of the present application, but the present application can be appropriately changed within the scope of the technical idea thereof. For example, in the aspect described above, a configuration in which one first region 31a is provided is employed, but the configuration is not limited to this, and a configuration in which a plurality of first regions 31a are provided can also be employed.
[0055] In addition, in the aspect described above, a confectionery in which chocolate is the main raw material is described, but the configuration is not limited to this, and for example, a material such as a cookie that solidifies to some extent can be employed, and is not particularly limited.
