[0023] The technical solution of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0024] In the following description, the directions such as "front," "back," "left," "right," "up," and "down" are defined according to the conventional observation perspective of a person skilled in the art regarding the orientation of a stroller in its unfolded state, that is, according to... Figure 2 In the figure, the left direction is "front", the right direction is "back", the top direction is "up", and the bottom direction is "down". The directions perpendicular to the paper are "left" and "right". The above definitions of directions are only for the convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

[0025] like Figures 1-10 As shown, the stroller in this embodiment includes a front frame and a rear frame.

[0026] The rear frame has a rear load-bearing structure. The front frame is adjustable in position on the rear frame and has a front load-bearing structure.

[0027] This stroller has a first usage state and a second usage state. In the first usage state, the front and rear frames are close together, with the front support structure either moving towards the front frame or towards the rear frame. Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown. When the stroller is in its second use state, the front frame 1 moves away from the rear frame. The front and rear load-bearing structures are spaced apart and are used for load-bearing, as shown. Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown.

[0028] The rear frame includes a rear base frame 2 and a surrounding frame 3 disposed on the rear base frame 2. The surrounding frame 3 and the rear base frame 2 form a rear load-bearing space with a forward opening.

[0029] The rear load-bearing structure can be configured in various ways. Several specific embodiments are given below, but the rear load-bearing structure is not limited to the following embodiments.

[0030] In the first embodiment, the rear bearing structure is located within the rear bearing space enclosed by the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2. For example, the rear bearing structure is in the form of a seat plate, which is set on the frame 3, or the seat plate is fixed by a cloth cover set on the frame 3.

[0031] In the second embodiment, the rear support structure is disposed on the frame 3, such as a seat mounting bracket, which is mounted on the frame 3. The stroller also includes a seat, which is detachably mounted on the seat mounting bracket. The seat is located above the rear support space and can be installed facing forward or backward. In this case, the rear support space formed between the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2 is used for storage, such as as a shopping basket.

[0032] In the third embodiment, the rear support structure is directly mounted on the rear base frame 2, such as a seat mechanism mounted on the rear base frame 2.

[0033] In the fourth embodiment, the rear support structure includes a rear support plate directly mounted on the rear base frame 2, which can be used for children to sit on, place items, or stand on.

[0034] The front frame has a front base frame 1, and the front load-bearing structure can be configured in various ways. Several specific embodiments are given below, but the front load-bearing structure is not limited to the following embodiments.

[0035] In the first embodiment, the front support structure includes a front support plate 41 disposed on the front base frame 1. The front support plate 41 can be used for children to sit on and for placing items, such as shopping baskets, pet baskets, etc. on the front support plate 41.

[0036] In the second embodiment, the front support structure includes a seat mounting bracket provided on the front base frame 1. The seat mounting bracket can be used to install a seat, which can be installed facing forward or backward.

[0037] When the current support structure uses a seat mounting bracket, the seat mounting bracket is movably mounted on the front base frame 1. The seat mounting bracket has two positions relative to the front base frame 1: a supported position and a folded position. In the supported position, the seat mounting bracket protrudes outward from the front base frame 1. In the folded position, the seat mounting bracket folds and closes towards the front base frame 1. Whether the stroller is in its first or second use state, the seat mounting bracket can be in both the supported and folded positions.

[0038] The aforementioned rear load-bearing structures can be configured in multiple ways, as can the front load-bearing structures, and the rear and front load-bearing structures can be combined arbitrarily.

[0039] When the rear support structure includes a rear support plate and the front support structure includes a front support plate, in the first use state of the stroller, the front support plate 41 can move with the front base frame 1 to be arranged side by side with the rear support plate. The front support plate 41 can serve as an extension of the rear support plate, thereby increasing the area of the rear support plate for sitting or placing items. At this time, the front support plate 41 is part of the rear base frame 21.

[0040] Alternatively, the front support plate 41 can be moved with the front base frame 1 to be spaced apart from the rear support plate, with a gap between them. When both the front support plate 41 and the rear support plate are for children to sit on, the gap between them can be used to place the child's legs.

[0041] Alternatively, the front support plate 41 can be moved along with the front base frame 1 to be stacked on top of the rear support plate, which can reduce the structural volume of the stroller in its first use state.

[0042] When both the rear and front support structures include seat mounting brackets, the seat can be installed on either the rear or front support structure in both the first and second use states of the stroller. In the second use state, when the seat is installed on the front support structure, the rear support space enclosed by the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2 is used for storage.

[0043] When the rear support structure is directly installed on the rear base frame 2, such as the rear support plate mentioned above, the rear support structure occupies part of the rear base frame 2 and makes the remaining part of the rear base frame 2 form a footrest space. In this way, when a child sits in the rear support structure, the child's feet can be placed in the footrest space, which can improve the comfort of riding.

[0044] In the second use state, the footrest space of the stroller is located between the front support structure and the rear support structure. When the current support structure includes the front support plate 41, in the first use state, the front support plate 41 at least partially covers the footrest space.

[0045] When the current load-bearing structure includes a front load-bearing plate 41, the front load-bearing structure may also have a backrest 42 movably mounted on the front base frame 1, and the backrest 42 moves relative to the front base frame 1 in an unfolded state and a folded state.

[0046] When the backrest 42 is in the unfolded state, the backrest 42 and the front support plate 41 form a front support space. Preferably, the backrest 42 extends as a whole in a direction perpendicular to the front support plate 41.

[0047] When the backrest 42 is in the folded state, the backrest 42 is close to the front support plate 41. The side of the backrest 42 away from the front support plate 41 has a backrest support surface, which can be used to carry items, such as shopping baskets, pet baskets, etc.

[0048] Specifically, the front chassis 1 includes a bottom front bar 11 and a front crossbar 12. The bottom front bar 11 extends in the front-rear direction and is respectively located on the left and right sides. The front crossbar 12 extends in the left-right direction, and its left and right ends are respectively fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the front ends of the corresponding bottom front bar 11. Front wheels 7 are respectively provided at the left and right ends of the front crossbar 12 or at the front part of the bottom front bar 11 on each side.

[0049] The rear chassis 2 includes a bottom rear bar 21 and a rear crossbar 22. The bottom rear bar 21 extends in the front-to-back direction and is respectively located on the left and right sides. The rear crossbar 22 extends in the left-to-right direction, and its left and right ends are respectively fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the front end of the corresponding bottom rear bar 21. Rear wheels 8 are respectively provided at the left and right ends of the rear crossbar 22 or at the rear part of the bottom rear bar 21 on each side.

[0050] In this embodiment, the front frame can be slidably mounted on the rear frame in the front-rear direction, that is, the bottom front rod 11 can be slidably mounted on the bottom rear rod 21 on the corresponding side in the front-rear direction.

[0051] In one embodiment, each bottom rear bar 21 has a cavity extending along its length. When the front frame 1 slides rearward relative to the rear frame 2, each bottom front bar 11 can be accommodated within the cavity of the corresponding bottom rear bar 21, such as... Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown. When the front frame 1 slides forward relative to the rear frame 2, the bottom front rod 11 on each side can extend forward to the outside of the cavity of the corresponding bottom rear rod 21, as shown. Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown.

[0052] In another embodiment, the bottom front rods 11 on the left and right sides can be slidably disposed on the inner side of the bottom rear rod 21 on the corresponding side in the front-back direction.

[0053] When the current load-bearing structure includes a front load-bearing plate 41, the front load-bearing plate 41 is located between the bottom front bars 11 on the left and right sides.

[0054] For the structure in which the front bottom rod 11 can slide into or out of the cavity of the rear bottom rod 21 relative to the rear bottom rod 21, the front bearing plate 41 can be fixed in the following ways: In one embodiment, there are gaps between the left and right sides of the front support plate 41 and the corresponding front bottom bar 11, which are sufficient to accommodate the wall thickness of the rear bottom bar 21. The front part of the front support plate 41 is fixedly mounted on the front crossbar 12. Figure 11 As shown, the rear frame 2 also includes a support assembly 23 disposed between the rear rods 21 on the left and right sides, and the rear part of the front bearing plate 41 is mounted on the support assembly 23. When the front frame 1 slides relative to the rear frame 2 in the front-rear direction, the front bearing plate 41 slides relative to the support assembly 23 in the front-rear direction.

[0055] In another embodiment, the front part of the front support plate 41 is fixedly mounted on the front crossbar 12, and the left and right sides of the front support plate 41 are respectively fixedly mounted on the corresponding bottom front bar 11. The bottom rear bars 21 on the left and right sides are provided with clearance grooves extending in the front-rear direction. When the front frame 1 slides relative to the rear frame 2 in the front-rear direction, the left and right sides of the front support plate 41 can be slidably mounted in the clearance grooves along the extension direction of the clearance grooves.

[0056] For the structure where the bottom front rod 11 is located inside the bottom rear rod 21, the front part of the front bearing plate 41 is fixedly mounted on the front crossbar 12, and the left and right sides of the front bearing plate 41 are respectively fixedly mounted on the bottom front rod 11 on the corresponding side.

[0057] Of course, in other embodiments, the front frame and the rear frame can be detachably connected. The relative position of the front frame and the rear frame in the front-rear direction can also be adjusted by removing the front frame from the rear frame and connecting the rear frame to the front frame at different positions.

[0058] The enclosure 3 includes side rails 31 and rear rails 32. The side rails 31 are respectively provided on the left and right sides, and one end of each side rail 31 is connected to the bottom rear rail 21 on the corresponding side. The rear rails 32 extend in the left and right direction, and the left and right ends of the rear rails 32 are respectively fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the other end of the side rails 31 on the corresponding side.

[0059] Each side rail 31 includes a first segment 311 and a second segment 312 connected at one end. The first segment 311 extends backward and upward from bottom to top, while the second segment 312 extends in the front-to-back direction. The lower end of the first segment 311 is connected to the bottom rear rail 21 on the corresponding side, and the rear rail 32 is located at the rear end of the second segment 312. This structure of the side rail 31 allows for a relatively large rear load-bearing space between the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2, even with a relatively small overall structural size of the frame 3, thereby improving passenger comfort or accommodating more items.

[0060] That is, the frame 3 forms a U-shaped structure with the opening facing forward, so that the front of the rear load-bearing space enclosed between the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2 is open.

[0061] Preferably, the enclosure frame 3 is rotatably mounted on the rear base frame 2, that is, each side enclosure rod 31 is rotatably connected to the corresponding bottom rear rod 21. In this way, the enclosure frame 3 can rotate relative to the rear base frame 2 to move away from the rear base frame 2, or move closer to the rear base frame 2.

[0062] The stroller may also include a linkage mechanism, which is supported between the side rails 31 and the bottom rear rail 21 on each side.

[0063] The linkage mechanism may include a link 51, one end of which is rotatably connected to one of the side rail 31 and the bottom rear rail 21, and the other end of which is rotatably and slidably connected to the other of the side rail 31 and the bottom rear rail 21.

[0064] The linkage mechanism also includes a slider 52 that can be slidably mounted on the rear frame 21 in the front-rear direction. One end of the connecting rod 51 is rotatably connected to the side frame 31, and the other end of the connecting rod 51 is rotatably connected to the slider 52. In this embodiment, the slider 52 is a rotating shaft that rotatably connects the connecting rod 51 and the bottom rear frame 21. The bottom rear frame 21 is provided with a sliding groove 211 extending in the front-rear direction, and the rotating shaft can be slidably mounted in the sliding groove 211 along the length extension direction of the sliding groove 211. In this way, a crank-slider mechanism is formed between the frame 3, the rear frame 2, the connecting rod 51, and the rotating shaft. During the rotation of the frame 3, the connecting rod 51 is driven to rotate synchronously, thereby supporting the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2, or folding it between the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2.

[0065] The stroller may also include a push rod 6, which is rotatably mounted on the rear frame 2. Specifically, the push rod 6 includes a push rod support 61 and a push handle 62. The push rod support 61 is respectively located on the left and right sides, and one end of the push rod support 61 on each side is rotatably connected to the bottom rear frame 21 on the corresponding side. The push handle 62 extends in the left-right direction, and the left and right ends of the push handle 62 are respectively fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the other end of the push rod support 61 on the corresponding side.

[0066] The push rod 6 rotates relative to the rear base frame 2 to have a used position and a folded position. When the push rod 6 is in the used position, the push rod 6 moves away from the rear base frame 2, such as... Figures 1-8 As shown. When push rod 6 is in the folded position, push rod 6 is close to the rear base frame 2, as... Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown.

[0067] When the push rod 6 is in the use position, it has a first use position and a second use position. When the push rod 6 is in the first use position, the push rod support 61 on each side is inclined upwards from front to back. At this time, the push rod support 61 on each side is located outside the first section 311 of the side rail 31 and is parallel to the first section 311 of the side rail 31. This makes the stroller's shape simple and beautiful, such as... Figures 1-4 As shown, when using this stroller, one stands behind the push rod 6 and holds the push handle 62 to push the stroller. When the push rod 6 is in the second use position, the push rod support 61 on each side is tilted downwards from front to back, as shown. Figures 5-8 As shown, when using this stroller, one stands in front of the push handle 6 and holds the push handle 62 to pull the stroller.

[0068] Each push rod support 61 includes a lower support 611 and an upper support 612. The upper support 612 is slidably mounted on the lower support 611 along its length. The lower end of the lower support 611 is rotatably connected to the bottom rear rod 21 on the corresponding side. The push handle 62 is mounted on the upper end of the upper support 612. In this way, when the push rod 6 is in the folded state, the lower support 611 and the upper support 612 can be brought closer together, thereby reducing the size of the push rod 6.

[0069] In this embodiment, when the stroller is in its first usage state, the front frame and rear frame are close together, with a first distance between the front wheel 7 and the rear wheel 8. The bottom front rod 11 is retracted into the cavity of the bottom rear rod 21. The front support plate 41 is housed within the rear support space formed by the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2. The backrest 42 is close to the rear support space and covers the open end of the rear support space. Either the front support structure or the rear support structure can be used, or both can be used simultaneously. It can be used for children to ride on or for carrying goods, such as... Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown.

[0070] When the stroller is in its second use state, the front frame is away from the rear frame, and there is a second distance between the front wheels 7 and the rear wheels 8, which is greater than the first distance. The bottom front bar 11 extends forward beyond the cavity of the bottom rear bar 21. The front support plate 41 is entirely located outside the rear support space enclosed by the frame 3 and the rear base frame 2. The backrest 42 is away from the rear support space. Both the front and rear support structures can be used for child seating, or one can be used for child seating and the other for carrying cargo. Figure 3 , Figure 4 , Figure 7 and Figure 8 As shown.

[0071] When switching the stroller from the first usage state to the second usage state, simply slide the front frame forward relative to the rear frame. Conversely, when switching the stroller from the second usage state to the first usage state, simply slide the front frame backward relative to the rear frame. This makes it easy to switch between the first and second usage states and facilitates the use of the stroller.

[0072] When the stroller is in the first use state or the second use state, the push lever 6 can be in either the first use position or the second use position.

[0073] The stroller is foldable. When folded, the push rod 6 is in the first use position, and the stroller is in the first use state. The frame 3 rotates downward and approaches the rear base frame 2. During this process, the pivot connecting the connecting rod 51 and the bottom rear rod 21 slides backward along the slide groove 211.
